If only pt. 2

A/N: I want to try something with this chapter, so in certain parts (Beca is normal text but underlined) (Isa is bold text) and (Stacie is italics). Have fun guys! Enjoy the chapter.

Isa waited silently for Emma, she looked at her watch and then at the ceiling. She closed her eyes for a couple of seconds, suddenly she heard a loud thump and the door opened. "You're Isa, right?" Isa nodded with her eyes wide open, "Great, look, Emma passed out so you should leave"

"What?! Look, I know you don't know me, but could I please see her. You probably don't trust me which is understandable, but I care about Emma, so could I see her?" Lou looked at Isa with a skeptic look, but something about her looked sincere so Lou let her in.

"Could you help me carry her? I don't think I can do it" Isa laughed softly.

"I got her" Isa moved towards Emma, she picked her up slowly and moved her to the bed. Lou helped by moving the covers, so when Isa placed her down they covered her with the blankets. Then, Isa picked a chair and placed it close to the bed, she sat down. She sighed softly, "Hey, could I borrow a book?"

Lou nodded in astonishment at the young villain, she went to the small library and she brought back three books "So, um, which one do you want?" Isa browsed slowly at the small selection, before picking the one with a red cover, "Huh, so you like thrillers?"

Isa smiled "Yeah, well it was what we could find the most of at the Isle. But, I really liked to read so I grew accustomed to the genre" Lou, still surprised, turned to look at the door.

"So listen, I need to leave, could you look after her?" Isa smiled softly and nodded at the princess, "And, just as a threat, if you do anything to her I'll kill you. And I mean it, I will destroy everything that you have and then I'll kill you".

With fear in her eyes and her voice shaking Isa said, "I promise I won't do anything, I will take care of her"

"Good, I'll be back"

"Okay…" And with that Lou left.

Isa let out a shaky breath, and then she turned to look softly at the princess. She wondered why she had collapsed and she hoped that she would wake up soon. Isa really wanted to see her beautiful brown eyes, but she would wait as long as she had to. She took the book and started to read it in silence.

A million thoughts, in my head… Should I let my heart keep listening?

Cause' up till now I've walked the line… Nothing lost, but something missing.

After a short ride, Chloe and Beca arrived to their destination. "So, I didn't know where to take you at first, but this is one of my favorite places and I wanted to show it to you"

Beca looked around at the stunning view, Chloe had taken her to a beautiful lake with clear waters. There was a little platform in the middle that looked like a small fallen temple, there a lot of food was waiting for them. "Wow… This is awesome, I'm sorry I couldn't plan the date, given that I asked you out, but I just didn't know any places"

Chloe giggled at Beca, "Its fine, Beca, let's just enjoy this together"

"Yeah, the food looks great! Thank you again, for everything"

"Of course!"

They walked towards the fallen temple, they talked about random things, but they enjoyed each other's company. Beca felt genuinely happy, she forgot about her father and their big plans. All that she could think about was the redhead princess in front of her.

"Okay, so tell me, is the food at the Isle bad? You seem surprised by every new bite that you take" Beca looked at Chloe with a small smile playing on her lips.

"Actually, it isn't that bad, but the food here just tastes different and better" Chloe looked at Beca with some sadness in her eyes, "Hey, no, its fine really, it is actually exciting to try so many new foods. Anyways, so tell me, why are they only four princesses?"

Chloe laughed, "Actually there are more, we just happen to be the four main ones because of our fathers and mothers. You see, Adam and Belle made the alliance, but our parents gave him support. So, that is why there are four of us as the main ones" Beca's mouth formed an O, but she didn't really said anything at first.

"Well, I think that you're way more than just one of the main princesses…"

"You really think so?"

"Yeah, I think that you're beautiful, but you're also very smart. I think that you have a lot to offer, and if you think that being a princess is the only thing that defines you… well, it isn't, you're so much more than that" With tears in her eyes, Chloe moved closer to Beca and she kissed her.

I can't decide, what's wrong what's right… which way should I go?

If only I knew what my heart was telling me…

Don't know what I'm feeling, is this just a dream?

Emily went to Stacie's dorm, to find that Stacie had a surprise for her. She had set up a table and she had food ready for her. "I'm sorry, I didn't know what type of food you'd like, so I hope this was a good decision"

"This is just perfect, Stace" Emily moved from the door quickly, when she was close enough she hugged Stacie tightly. Stacie didn't know how to react at first, but she quickly hugged Emily back.

"Well, I really hope you like the food, I did try my best with it" Emily smiled, the she sat down and started eating together with Stacie. "So, how about you tell me a little bit about yourself"

"Well, I guess you know, I'm top princess with my best friends and well basically that's it"

"No, that's not it, I know there's more to you. Come on, what do you do for fun?

"I write music, it's kind of dumb, but I've always loved the idea of music and me as a songwriter"

"Wow, that's exciting…"

And so, Emily told Stacie one of her biggest secrets. No one knew about her passion for music, or her desire to show her music to the world one day. Stacie found the young princess interesting and exciting, she wanted to get to know everything about her.

If only I could read the signs in front of me…

I could find a way to who I'm meant to be…
