She sighed and began to work with the bed folding the sheets and remaking the bed with clean silk sheets that smelt like lavender fresh from the washing that morning. The blue birds carried the matching silk pillow cases with their beaks and the rabbits created the bed via pulling the corners of the bed spread. In a matter of 15 minutes the bed was made. The pillows fluffed up like puffy cotton buds.
The soiled laundry was washed clean and hung up to dry in the sun. The sun's fierce rays attacked the wet sheets and Fluttershy had the iron out. She moved the sheets to a flat surface and ironed. The sheet of the iron had to be heated up over a fire. She had the hearth heated up to a temperature of a sauna. Sure, it was hot and humid, but the heat relaxed her muscles. The steam was from a pail of rose water which she would sprinkle drops of the water and rose mixture.
Onto a sheet the drops were placed, and the iron created steam as it came in contact. The hot iron removed the creases and the fabric was dry. It became shiny and sleek because of the heat emanating from the iron. This was a good sign the ironing of the sheets took time. But time alone wouldn't help the idea of going to get ready would be short. Just as she started to lose hope a strong breeze blew the sheet. The rabbits had taken a bellow and started using it on the sheets by bouncing up and down.
Her bunny had rounded up the woodland creatures to pitch in and help at the estate. In a minute, all the sheets where ironed and ready to be folded. The time was close to get ready it was already 5 o'clock and an hour to get ready wasn't enough when. Fluttershy enter her room the dress was different from its former state.
