Chapter 7
Everest
Everest climbed up the steep side of the mountain.
She was angry.
Very angry.
And she was taking her anger out on the mountain
The steep side of the mountain.
She had liked testing her self by climbing up the cliff of Jake's Mountain but this was not a test.
A piece of slid down from underneath her. She grabbed the ledge and pulled herself up she looked down at Adventure Bay.
She thought what Marshall had said about her and the argument the pups got into.
She gritted her teeth and continued up the mountain.
She made it to the top of the mountain and was horrified at what she saw. Jake's cabin was on fire.
She ran towards the cabin and saw a limb figure in the doorway. It was Jake!
Everest ran to the door and felt steering hot flames of the fire.
She tugged at Jake he did not budge. She saw that his jacket was caught on a nail in the door frame. The market ripped and Everest pulled Jake out.
She looked at the burning cabin and she thought she saw a purple piece of fabric burning in the flames.
She dragged Jake down the hill and to the hospital. Once he was there and sable she decided to go for a walk around the hospital
She turned down a very dark hallway and thought she heard a noise.
She stopped and heard a creak and a slam.
"Hello, " she said, is anyone there.
No answer.
Weird and creepy she thought.
The air seemed to grow cold and she felt a chill on her neck.
She turned around and saw inscribed in on the wall
Safehouse
The section of the wall moved and a face looked out.
It was a face of a pup.
Everest looked at the pups face.
"Hi, " said the face.
And everything went black
