Sonnie is an absolute angel and I cannot thank her enough for this! She wrote me a fan chapter of Project: Timelines about the first chapter of my fic Questions and Answers.

I hope you enjoyed this as much as I did!

"Hey there Detective! How's your night going?"

Tsukauchi smiled as he looked up towards the door to his office. Spotting the green-haired boy, he waved him inside and watched as the nine-year-old waddled to the chair.

The girls all smiled, as did some of the boys such as Kirishima, who spoke up. "He's such a cute kid."

"It's good to see you again Midoriya! I'm assuming you're here to help with the Ryosie kidnapping case?" He smiled again when the boy nodded.

The smiles faded as they all blinked at that, Inko blanched. "My son's helping with a kidnapping case!? Why!?"

Aizawa paused. He knew that name. "Rysoie… Ryosie- Oh. Oh."

"Is something wrong sir?" Mirio asked and Aizawa shook his head, looking away with a subtle frown.

"It's nothing."

"Yes, sir! I also heard from the front desk that you hadn't made any progress on the Romi or Ginko cases, is that true? Cause you know I would help you with that in a heartbeat sir!"

"Not that he should be. Why would the police department be using a nine-year-old?" Tooru frowned, even if no one could see it. "That's super-duper irresponsible, isn't it?"

"I must assume my friend has a reason." All Might spoke up, getting some surprised glances in his direction. "Yes, I know detective Tsukauchi. He is a good friend of mine and if this version is anything like ours, he would not be using Midoriya unless he had a very good reason to."

Tsukauchi sighed. "You know I don't want you to overwork yourself Midoriya, you're only nine years old, we shouldn't have to rely on your Quirk to find the victims. Plus, I know the backlash you get from using it can be painful."

"Whoo! Another point for quirked Midori." Mina grins.

"One they need to use… A quirk they need to use, I must assume it's an information quirk of some kind. That is about the only thing I can think of that they could not pass up despite his age." Momo hummed, before frowning. "And just like our Izuku, it hurts him."

"Dude can almost never catch a break, even when he does get a better hand in life." Sero sighed. "Is it like a rule he needs to suffer a bit in the multiverse?"

"I really hope not…" Inko looked horrified at the thought.

Izuku scoffed. "You're being a bit hypocritical, Mr. 'I slept three hours in as many days' . And don't worry about the backlash, it doesn't hurt as much as you think it does, I promise!"

Lie

Several people winced at that. Midnight frowned deeply. "He shouldn't have to feel like he needs to lie to an authority figure about something like that."

'I'd normally call it reckless but the more lives we see of him…' Aizawa's eyes darted to Izuku and his frown deepened. Izuku Midoriya was more of an enigma then he'd ever realized and even as he was given answers he could have never expected to have, still there came just as many questions.

Tsukauchi sighed, knowing that he had already lost this argument and that even if he said no Izuku would just give them the info as an anonymous tip. Which would make it less credible, meaning there would be more paperwork involved. So he nodded.

"That does sound like Deku." Ochaco smiled a small smile, resting a comforting hand on her best friend's shoulder as the 'vision' went on. "Never able to rest when he knows there is someone he can help."

"Just… can you make sure I don't fall off the chair when I do this, please?" Tsukauchi nodded moving to sit next to the boy who in Tsukauchi's mind, was already a hero to almost a hundred people.

That prompted more smiles. There Izuku was a hero to them for sure, so to see any other version succeed just reaffirmed to them they were lucky to have him as a friend, student or schoolmate. Or Inko's case, son.

Bakugou was the only one who was annoyed with it, a part of him wondering how the nerd could keep succeeding. It flew in the face of everything Bakugou had once expected. Although he supposed he'd rather see the damn nerd succeed at being a hero then actually die. For all he may dislike Deku, actually seeing his death was way out of the zone of things Bakugou was okay with.

Izuku closed his eyes, and relaxed his body, falling back into Tsukauchi's arms. When his eyes opened a second later, they had small blue lines running sideways, scrolling as if he was reading something.

"Woah! That looks so cool!"

Izuku seemed to snap back into reality, nodding at the detective. Tsukauchi went over to his computer as Izuku started listing facts.

"Obazu Ryosie is currently being held in a warehouse on the corner of fourth and seventh street, Mei prefecture, in a locked room. The code for the door is 24547. There are three people inside the warehouse.

Several eyes went wide.

"First is a man named Hatsu Jakuchu, Quirk: Naptime. It allows him to put anyone he comes into skin contact with to sleep for 30 seconds."

They continued to widen at the quantity of information being given. Nezu put a paw to his chin in thought.

Tsukauchi nodded as he frantically typed this into his computer, he knew that after Izuku obtained this much information at once, he would probably be out of it for a while, so he had one shot at recording everything.

"So it isn't a one shot either? He could theoretically do it over and over if it didn't hurt?" All Might leaned back in his chair. "Well, that is…."

"Exceptionally overpowered in the right hands." Aizawa finished, and this time he didn't bother to hide his glance or even his small grin as he looked over Izuku.

"The second is a woman named Okino Jakuchu, Hatsu's wife, Quirk: Fortification. Allows Okino to reinforce materials to have higher durability, flexibility, melting point, etc. Currently in use on the door to Obazu's room, as well as the chain and handcuffs connecting Obazu to the cell wall."

Tsukauchi continued typing, knowing what a fucking gift Izuku's quirk was. He had never been wrong in the three years he had spent helping the police with cases such as these, so Tsukauchi had no reason to not trust the information.

"Three years? Does that mean… he's been doing it almost since his quirk first manifested?!" Nejire looked slightly stunned as she asked that. "That can't be good for the little cutie!"

Despite her concern for her alternate son, Inko couldn't help the small smile at that description of him, especially coming from a girl. Sero chuckled suddenly. "Fortification sounds like if someone inverted Kirishima's quirk. I wonder if there's a universe where Midoriya can do that?"

"Invert people's quirks?" Logar asked, and when Sero nodded, the man just smiled coyly and looked back to the vision.

"The third is Hatsu's brother; Kado Jakuchu. Quirk: Lights Out. Allows him to put anyone in a five-meter radius to him to sleep for seven seconds. Currently armed with a knife and an M1911 handgun, loaded with seven .45 ACP rounds."

"God I wish we had that for pro hero missions. It would have made so many so much easier." Aizawa sighed wistfully.

"If you could get someone older obviously, for the job specifically, it could be an amazing defensive strategy. No better way to defend something then know exactly everything about who may be trying to cause problems. If his quirk can work that way that is…" Powerloader trailed off.

Tsukauchi typed in the last of the information, looking over at the boy, concerned, as Izuku slumped over in the chair, leaning on the armrest. He could see the boy's arm twitch as the inevitable headache sprang into the boy's mind.

Unconsciously Ochaco's hand moved to their Izuku's head, gently and kindly massaging it. No one noticed Izuku react quietly to the movement, as the vision wasn't affected at all.

"You alright there Izuku? I can get Sansa to bring in some medicine if the headache is too bad." Izuku just shook his head. "Please, don't. I wouldn't want to be a hassle for you Detective."

"I'd never count helping Izuku as a hassle." Kyoka hummed quietly. When she noticed a few people staring at her she shrugged. "What? Considering the amount of stuff he does for us, apparently in more than one universe, it's like the least we can do."

there was a general muttering of agreement from everyone else.

He sighed, helping the boy to his feet. "Fine. Just get home now alright? And don't use your Quirk for the rest of the night OK? I don't want you turning that headache into a migraine."

Izuku just shook his head slowly "I won't!" Tsukauchi's Quirk didn't register a lie, so he nodded to the boy.

"Well, at least this one has a tad more sense then ours." Aizawa commented to lighten the mood, ignoring the small glare he got from Mrs. Midoriya as a result.

"And have fun at school tomorrow!"

"I will!"

Lie

"…Mon dieu. That boy needs a hug." Aoyama shook his head quietly. He would not let a soul almost as dazzling as his be dulled, not if he could help it.

"Hey Deku, you got the answers for today's test for me? These fucking chumps are willing to pay top dollar for this shit, so you better cough 'em up! You know what happens if you don't."

"I will only say this once, Bakugou." Aizawa started, throwing a side eye at the student. "If I found out you did anything similar at all on any of the tests you've had since coming here, I will personally rewrite and make you go through every test you've had in your life."

No one dared call his bluff with the tone he had, nor did they dare call him out for his 180 on his stance of separating alternate universes from there's.

Izuku was shoved up against the school wall, heat radiating from the hand next to his head. He briefly considered fighting back but knew he wasn't ready yet.

"Yet? Like he could ever beat me." Bakugou scoffed, completely unaware of the glares he was receiving, which only got more intense with his comment.

Bakugou Katsuki, Izuku's main tormentor. He had seen enough information about psychology using his Quirk to know that trying to keep a friendly relationship with the boy would lead to nothing but pain.

More than one member of the Bakusquad began to shift uncomfortably. Mina especially found herself shifting further away from the boy. Even if he had changed… She really hoped this wasn't one of those universal constant thingies, that would be present in there's.

The thought of being friends with a bully, even a former one, made her stomach flip. Especially a bully to someone as sweet as Izuku.

He nodded his head sadly. "Yes Bakugou, I have them right here, just please put me down." He held out the small stack of paper containing both the questions and answers for today's pop quiz.

Bakugou scoffed as he slammed the boy back into the wall again. "And who said you could make any requests, Deku? You fucking stalker creep."

"Person who uses quirk occasionally, probably out of self-defence, or boy who goes out his way to cheat, make threats and likely blows people up which could cause serious permanent damage. I wonder who the creep is there." Tooru said in mock thoughtfulness.

"FUCK YOU!"

"KATSUKI BAKUGOU! THERE IS A CHILD PRESENT!" Inko scolded, looking torn between anger and tears, as said child glared with surprising fierceness at the blonde.

Izuku held in his groans of pain as best he could, utilising a technique he had learned from Shaolin monks memories to fight through the pain as he kept a grimace from his face.

"He trained with Shaolin monks?" Kaminari asked dumbfounded, making Kyoka roll her eyes.

"With his quirk, not literally, sparks for brains."

"Oh!"

He couldn't help but think that all of his problems at school stemmed from his Quirk. |Human Archive| was an extremely powerful mental Quirk, allowing Izuku to access any thoughts, memories or information ever held in a human's brain.

"….."

Their collective jaws dropped. Nezu's eyes glinted, imagining the possibilities.

"That… That is insane…" Mina gaped, succinctly summarizing almost all their thoughts.

"I'd never have to ask another question again to learn about people!" Nejire's eyes sparkled. Mei's sparkled similarly.

"No more small time creations, I could make Plus Ultra level babies with the combined knowledge of every brilliant engineer and scientist who ever lived!" The pink haired girl cackled a tad madly at the thought.

He could see the daily thoughts of Adolf Hitler as he passed through the concentration camps of World War Two, he could see the thoughts of Albert Einstein as he figured out how to split the atom. And he could see all the memories of this one fanfic writer named Logar3.

All eyes turned to Logar who let out a small "Huh" before noticing their stares. "No relation, before you ask."

Everyone decided it would be best to not dwell on the Adolf Hitler thing and the many, many disturbing implications raised by that.

He didn't visit that guy's memories very often.

Despite what he just said, Logar looked both relieved and insulted.

He would have thought that such an ability would have been something that the other kids at school would be excited about, but when it came time to reveal it, he got a very different reaction to what he expected...

"Any sensible person would see it is an outstanding and incredibly practical quirk, even if it's not flashy. Perhaps you may not be the most flashy hero but you could certainly be one of the most effective." Iida said while chopping his hand up and down violently. Present Mic frowned.

"Unfortunately little listen, Kids aren't usually sensible."

"And you are?" Aizawa snorted. Present Mic looked betrayed.

"I heard Deku got his Quirk!"

"Yea he totally read my mind this morning! Guessed what number I was thinking and everything!"

"Isn't it kind of creepy though? He can know what you're thinking, if you're lying, or even your secrets!"

"I really doubt kids that age have any secrets actually worth hiding. Ribbit." Tsuyu shook her head. "Maybe to them but still."

"Alright but could you imagine If you used it on someone and found out they knew about a murder or something?" Satou spoke up, shaking his head. "'Cause that would be scary."

Upon seeing the dubious looks he got, he shrugged. "Weirder things have happened than a kid being in the wrong place at the wrong time."

"Yea, that's freaky! I bet he uses it to spy on people!"

"Yo Deku! Get your ass over here! You're gonna read my mind and tell everyone what secret I'm thinking of!"

"You literally granted permission." Momo deadpanned, even the calm and orderly girl beginning to feel frustration bubbling up at how unfairly biased they were to the boy.

"Are you sure Kachaan? I thought you didn't want anyone knowing that!

"Ha, so the creepy fuck can read minds! That's a villain's Quirk for sure! What good will that do you as a hero Deku? Now fuck off and stay away from me you stalker!"

"He shouldn't know how to swear like that at that age." Tamaki said quietly and others hummed and nodded in agreement, ignoring Bakugou's scoff.

Inko frowned deeply at that and though she felt a bit guilty for thinking ill of the woman, she was quietly very relieved Izuku hadn't been influenced by the few exposures he'd had to Mitsuki.

"'What good can knowing literally everything someone could possibly ever know' is like the dumbest question I've ever heard." Nejire pouted with her arms crossed.

He sighed as he walked into class, spying Bakugou selling the answers to a kid for around seven hundred yen.

Aizawa actually facepalmed, groaning loudly.

He sat down at his desk and placed his chin on it, waiting for the teacher to arrive. It took him five minutes to get there and started the lesson.

Ten minutes later, he sprung the pop quiz on them, and Izuku could see both Bakugou and the boy who bought the answers off of him smirking.

Kaminari and Mina felt personally insulted. For all their faults, they had never legitimately cheated on their work. They put in the effort just as everyone else did even if they were either lazy or… uniquely bad at the work, and it meant a lot to them when they passed their theoretical tests.

So to see a 'smart' member of their class, Bakugou, so blatantly cheat and fail to try, made them feel like screaming and battering their heads against a wall. If Bakugou noticed the glares against him getting more intense yet again, he didn't comment on it.

Izuku went through the quiz, putting the answers to the questions, just enough wrong to make the teacher unaware of his limited Quirk use. He had already memorised all of this information anyway, so he didn't need to use |Human Archive| very much.

"I'm willing to bet he wouldn't have to hide the quirk usage at all because it wouldn't be there if someone didn't force him to give up the answers." Ochaco sent a sneaky side glare at the blonde.

He finished up his quiz and handed it to the teacher, before heading back to his desk. The rest of the class was fairly boring, allowing Izuku to analyse a new hero that had debuted today.

As he put the information down in his notebook, he made sure to at least make it look like he was listening to the teacher.

Whether it was for the sake of adding some levity or just the man being himself, no one was sure, but Aizawa glanced over at Mina and Kaminari and snorted. "You two don't have that particular skill. And no, you can't ask Midoriya to teach you."

Everyone giggled as the two blushed at the sudden crack. Kyoka chuckled. "Would that not defeat the point sir?"

"So does plugging one of your earjacks into your phone and listening to music when you're supposed to be listening to a lesson, Jirou."

The purple haired girl also went red and wisely kept quiet.

When class ended, he did a quick check to see if Bakugou was going to come after him but could see he was more focused about heading home, as he had a rare All Might figurine coming in the mail today.

Quickly running home, he grabbed the bottle of headache medicine that had become a near-daily part of his diet and made himself a sandwich to go with it.

Ochaco rubbed his head again as Momo sighed. "It is truly a shame that quirks can reach the point of needing genuine medicinal aid just to be used. And others forcing the usage of it… Someone might be held accountable if this Izuku was to ever develop some kind of mental trauma."

They all frowned at the idea.

Swallowing the pill and eating the sandwich, he laid down on his bed and thought about the Ryosie case. He had given the police all the information they needed to rescue the woman, so he had his fingers crossed that everything went smoothly.

Pulling up his covers, he tried to ignore the oncoming migraine. He knew his doctor said that the pain would lessen during his teen years when his brain would start to mature enough to handle the influx of information when he used his Quirk, but he wished it would start earlier.

'At least it will get easier on him.' Momo thought with a bit of relief.

He whimpered slightly as a larger wave of pain hit him, before closing his eyes and drifting to sleep.

Ochaco frowned as she noticed Izuku wince in real life as well. She wasn't sure if it was coincidence or not but either way she made a mental note to hug him when he eventually woke up. She wasn't sure how much he physically experienced but she really hoped he hadn't seen all the same things the other Izuku had.

"Tsukauchi? How did you get this much info on the kidnappers? The level of detail is insane."

Tsukauchi looked up to the squad of heroes he was briefing, looking over towards the support for the raid, Eraserhead. He smiled at the man.

"So this is the case I was thinking of." Eraserhead sighed. "At least it went well in one timeline…"

"Sir?" Mirio frowned.

"Don't ask. You're too young."

"But-"

"Don't." Aizawa said firmly, with an air of finality. "It was not pretty and that is all I ever intend to say."

"From a trusted consultant, their Quirk allows them to gain any info we might need for this mission." He explained, shuffling the paper in his hands around.

A voice from his right, Death Arms, spoke up. "Are you sure this 'consultant' isn't in on all this? Even with most Quirks I've heard of, this sort of thing is usually all guesswork."

Kaminari suddenly started snickering. "Sorry, sorry… just the thought of a kid Izuku trying to be a supervillain is kinda hilarious, cause I'm just imagining him rubbing his tiny hands together and doing like the worst supervillain laugh ever."

That got even more giggles and cooes, replacing the frowns that initially came from Death Arms assumption.

Tsukauchi just sighed. He knew that it was hard to believe, hell, when a six-year-old Izuku walked into the police station for the first time asking for him, he had a hard time believing it too, even with his Quirk.

All Might grinned. "Oh how I'd have payed to see Tsukauchi's face when that happened. I can just picture his reaction!"

"I can assure you that this consultant is 100% trustworthy, as I have been using the information given to me by this consultant for around three years now, and he has never once led the police force or the heroes astray."

Eraserhead just shrugged. "Whatever. So you want me to cancel out the brothers Quirk's while Kamui Woods secures them, and Death Arms secures the wife and retrieves the victim?"

Tsukauchi nodded. "Exactly. A small force of police officers will be joining you for this mission, so once the criminals have been neutralised, hand them over to them and they will take them away for you."

'Shame we can't have those on hand all the time.' Eraserhead thought. 'Would make arrests so much faster.'

The heroes gathered nodded, knowing that this was going to be a quick strike. They hopped into the car with Tsukauchi and arrived at the warehouse a few minutes later.

One quick, flawless raid later, and all three of the kidnappers were unconscious in the back of a police van, with Quirk suppressant cuffs on them. Mrs Ryosie had been rescued and was currently being taken to a hospital for treatment.

"If only every mission could be so simple…" Midnight hummed, imagining how much easier her job would be. Present Mic rolled his eyes.

"Says the woman who already has one of the best quirks for making this job easy."

Tsukauchi was thanking the Sergeant that had just led the police squad into the building for his work when Eraserhead appeared next to him. He dismissed the Sergeant and turned to the tired-looking man.

"What do you need Eraserhead? I've made sure that your name is kept out of the media brief, so you don't need to worry about that." Eraserhead just shook his head.

"Have you ever had to deal with your name getting out before, sir?" Ojiro wondered and the man nodded.

"Unfortunately, the media seem incapable of realizing the purpose of a pro hero is their identity not being public." Aizawa sighed. "It has happened twice. Neither journalist will ever make the same mistake."

No one was keen to ask him why he sounded so confident, especially with the creepy grin on his face.

"Thank you, but that's not what I wanted to say. The information we got was spot on, more accurate than any I've ever seen before about how their Quirks worked, where they were, etc."

Tsukauchi quickly prepared another mental speech about how Izuku, or 'the consultant', could be trusted, but Eraserhead continued. "Have you thought about introducing the consultant to Nezu? I'm sure the rat is aware of your consultant's existence already, and with the analytical abilities he shows, he could be a great asset to heroes all over the place."

"Rat, Aizawa?" Nezu asked sweetly, but with a dangerous glint in his eyes. "I'll have to talk to you about that."

Aizawa audibly gulped.

Tsukauchi shook his head. "His quirk gives him some really bad headaches when used currently, as his brain hasn't fully developed. I don't want him to overdo things."

Eraserhead's eyebrows shot up. "Brain hasn't fully developed… don't tell me that this consultant of yours is a child detective?"

"At least someone questioned it." Momo hummed quietly.

Tsukauchi mentally smacked himself. That was confidential information, and even though he would trust Eraserhead with his life, he wasn't really allowed to share Izuku's age. But Eraserhead already knew now…

With a sigh, Tsukauchi nodded. "Yea, he's been dropping by the precinct with the information he's gotten using his quirk for about three years now. He's currently nine-years-old."

All Might blinked. He supposed this Tsukauchi was a tad more loose-lipped about secrets. Surely it wouldn't be that way with One For All though, right?

…Maybe he should call the man after just to be safe.

Eraserhead's eyes bulged for a second in surprise, before he turned around, pulling his phone out. "Excuse me for a moment detective."

Tsukauchi nodded but listened in on Eraserhead's conversation. "Yes, sir. You're going to want to meet this kid. Yep, the consultant's a kid. Yes sir, nine-years-old. You found him already? Of course you did sir. Yes, I'll see you tomorrow."

"That was fast." Ochaco blinked. Nezu chuckled.

"I doubt Midoriya was trying to hide. If he were, even I would not have found him all that quickly."

Eraserhead sighed. "C'mon out detective. That was Nezu. He wants to meet your mystery consultant."

Tsukauchi dragged his hand down his face. "I guess that's not the worst-case scenario. If anyone can figure out how to make him take care of himself properly it's probably Nezu."

"Ah, now, making mister Midoriya better with self-care… that is a mystery beyond my mind." Nezu frowned and several people sighed. All the members of 1-A were frankly far too familiar with the sounds of Izuku breaking himself.

He nodded to Eraserhead. "Fine. I'll bring up Nezu the next time I see him-"

"-Just be warned, even Nezu doesn't know what he's getting himself into with this kid."

"Well that's taking its place in my nightmares as the most terrifying sentence I've ever heard." Aizawa groaned. Midnight grinned and leaned over to Powerloader.

"Imagine he was talking about Hatsume."

"…Nope nope nopity nope nope nope!" Powerloader put his head in his hands. "Whatever gods there are please spare me."

Everyone else giggled and smiled at the teacher's antics, while others all chatted excitedly amongst themselves.

"I don't know what those other kids were thinking, that's one of the coolest quirks I've ever heard of!"

"I'd totally use it to find out the lottery numbers."

"I wonder how it applies to combat?"

"Perhaps prediction, preparation and exploiting weaknesses? I mean he knows how to beat you as soon as he meets you if he uses his quirk."

Nezu found himself quite disappointed he could not meet someone in this universe with such a quirk. Perhaps if he looked far enough….

Logar clapped his hands suddenly, bringing an end to the discussions. "Alright everyone, time for another universe."

"Alright, I can't wait to see another Izuku!" Nejire cheered, only for Logar to chuckle.

"I'm glad that the novelty of my Quirk hasn't worn off on all of you yet! Although by its very nature I doubt that will ever happen..."

He fell silent and smiled at the screen as the next universe faded in.
