*Hi all! Don't worry, I haven't forgotten about this story! I have one more chapter after this one and than an epilogue.*

The next day, the toy shelter was once again bustling with chatter as Bonnie's toys were helping out where they could. Buzz and Jessie were putting a group of battle bots back together. When they were finished, they sent them off to rest.

"Hey you two, look! Woody's coming over!" Slinky said, jumping up and down. They turned and saw Rosetta helping Woody, who was using a staff to walk.

"Woody!" Jessie said, running towards him. The cowboy smiled and hugged her tight.

"Hey sis." He said, flicking her hat.

"Well look who's back on two feet. Buzz said. How do you feel, partner?"

"I'm doing okay, space ranger."

"A nurse checked him out and said he's all fixed, just have to take it easy for a while." Rosetta said, helping him sit down. She looked around. "Hey, where's Owen?"

"He went to scope out the human shelter with Jack and Carl." Jessie said.

"And Nick and the kids? Are they okay?"

"Yes. Cora and Cody were reunited with their parents, Miles is back with his dad, and Lucy is back with her mom. They are all assisting Nick and Tori with incoming survivors." Just then they heard shouts of excitement.

"Woody!" Hamm cried.

"He's okay." Rex yelled. Everyone rushed at Woody, hugging him and asking if he was okay.

"Well now that Woody is okay, what happens now?" Potato Head asked.

"Yeah. What do we do now?" Buttercup asked.

"We should wait until Jack, Carl and Owen return. Woody said. Maybe they will come back with some good news. In the meantime, we should all take a moment. Remember the ones we lost, pray for those who are still out there missing. That goes for toys and humans. Hey Nick, Tori, get any survivors, Leah, Finn, and Rey. The rest of you, gather everyone else." They scattered and gathered anyone they could find. Soon a crowd of toys formed a giant circle.

"Dad, would you mind if I lead us in a prayer?" Rosetta asked.

"Of course, sweetheart." Woody said. Rosetta inhaled deeply as everyone bowed their heads.

"Heavenly father, please bless our friends and family with your love and guidance as they enter through your gates. Protect them and remind them that they are forever missed and loved by the ones who remain here on earth. Give us strength to overcome through this difficult time we face and to accept your will and help us see the bright side of all of this. Please take care of our friends and family."

"Pricklepants." Buttercup said.

"Dolly." Trixie said.

"Our parents." Nick and Tori said.

"My best friend." Jessie sighed.

"My sister." Buzz said.

"My wife." Woody said.

"My mom." Rosetta said, her voice shaking. "We put our faith in you to watch over then as they watch over us. And we trust in you to reach out your hand to those that are still lost and looking for help. Guide them here and tell them help is within reach. We thank you, heavenly father. Amen." A chorus of soft whispers amen. Woody looked down at his daughter.

"That was remarkable, darling. Truly beautiful." He said. She beamed. Suddenly they heard pounding footsteps as Jack, Owen, and Carl came running towards them.

"Woody! You'll never guess who's here!" Owen exclaimed.

"Joey and Isabel. Jack cried. They are here with their parents. Wheezy, Toothless, and Rapunzel are with them as well!"

"That's fantastic!" Rosetta said.

"If we go to them, there parents can call Bonnie's parents. Tell her that we are with them!" Jessie cried.

"What are we all as standing around for, let's go!" Trixie said.

"I wish you all the best. It was wonderful meeting all of you." Leia said, walking over.

"Thank you for helping myself and my family general. Woody said. We appreciate it."

"Of course, sheriff. I pray that we'll meet again soon."

"Come with us!" Rex cried.

"I would love to, but I am needed here. I'd like to help the remaining toys find their owners as well."

"Good luck to you, general." Buzz said, saluting her. Woody and Jessie did the same. They said goodbye and started walking towards the human shelter. Woody turned and saw Rosetta and Owen looking at Tori and Nick, who were talking among themselves He smiled and walked back over to them, placing a hand on their shoulders.

"Its doing you no good if your just standing here." He whispered to them. "Go over there and say what you want to say to them."

"But what if they don't want to come with us?" Owen asked.

"You won't know unless you try. Go on. It'll be alright." The cowboy gave them a gentle push and watched them walk over to the two kids.

"Nick, Tori, may we talk to you for a minute?" Rosetta asked.

"Of course, Rosetta. Is everything okay?" Tori asked.

"Oh yes, everything is fine."

"You're saying goodbye, aren't you?" Nick asked.

"Actually, no. We have something we wanted to ask you." Owen said.

"We've only just met you, but we think that you two are amazing kids. We would like to get to know you more if we can." Rosetta said.

"How? You're going home to your owner." Tori said.

"Which is why we wanted to ask if you'd like to come with us?" Both of them looked at Rosetta.

"Really? You want us to come home with you?" Nick asked.

"My girl Bonnie is always looking for new toys. Owen's boy, Joey does too, as well as his sister, Izzie. You are welcomed at both of our houses."

"Aren't you two married? Don't you live together?" Tori asked.

"Well our owners keep us from doing that, but we are together pretty much all the time. Our two rooms make up one big family." Owen said.

"And we want you to share a place in that family. Think of it as a foster family. We would take care of you, all of us, not just Owen and myself."

"What do you think, Nicky?" Tori asked, looking at her brother.

"The one thing mom and dad always wanted was for us to be together and safe. Nick said. They are giving us a chance to do just that, Tori, as well as being taken care of. I think we should. Mom and dad would want us to be taken care of by good people." She thought about what he said. After a few minutes, she nodded.

"You're so right, Nicky." She turned to Rosetta. "We would love to come with you. Both of you."

"Oh! That is wonderful! You are going to love Bonnie. Rosetta said. I promise." She took Tori's hand and Owen took Nick's and the four of them walked to the building next door where the others had rested by Joey and Izzie's cots. They rushed over without being seen and froze.

"Joey, look!" Izzie said, pointing at the toys. "Its our toys! And, are these Bonnie's toys?"

"Yeah, but how did they get here?" Joey asked.

"I don't know, but we should tell mom to call Bonnie's parents. She will be so happy to know they survived." They ran off to find their parents. The gang sighed. They were going to be back with Bonnie soon enough.

*So next chapter will be a small time jump. Do you think Rose and Owen will ask to adopt them? Find out next chapter!*
