Hey y'all.
Yeah, you saw the title of this chapter. Lemme explain myself:
Like I said, I am NOT abandoning this story. I WILL see this through to the end, or at least go on to my wit's end. HOWEVER, I am going to reboot the story now. Why? Well, if you read the last two chapters, this thing suddenly turned into a "Oh boy, let's put my OC in RWBY and have them go to Beacon and make them kick all the ass, WHOOO!" And as fun as that is, it's not what I wanted with this story.
"So then why did you write that, dipshit-" Because I was stupid (and I still am). I really just completely let my emotions control my story, and as essential as feelings are to creating a story, letting JUST feelings run the show for me has not been healthy for the fanfic at all.
With that said, I already have one chapter of the reboot ready to go. It should be coming up soon.
And I also plan to be posting the reboot on AO3, you know JUST IN CASE something happens to this site, there's a backup to make sure all my work doesn't go down the drain. I won't however be reuploading the old story there, and will just keep it here.
I hope you understand, and still continue to support my amateur writing. Feedback is still very much appreciated.
