Linh grabbed his arm. "Stop running. I know you know. It's mutual, why do you want to leave?"
"It's not that simple."
"Why not?" He sighed and pinched the bridge of his nose.
"You know why."
"If this is about Sophie-"
He looked up, eyebrows raised.
"Sophie? No, no." He shook his head as if to clear it. "I have to keep my feelings a secret. I don't think your brother would forgive me if he knew."
