Chapter 7-More Memories

"Hurry Renata, we have to get out of here" a man with dark hair was whispering to a woman standing by the bed of a child.

"Did you get everything?" she hissed looking down at the little one sound asleep.

"We'll be rich for the rest of our lives" he said and then watched as the woman lifted the child from her crib.

"Renata, what are you doing?" He hissed as she cuddled the child close.

"These monsters can't have her, the prince thinks she's his and it's sick" the woman sneered

"Renata, she's a vampire, she needs to stay here" the man whispered yelled

"Just shut up and let's go" she hissed again pushing the man out the door.

I heard the blood curdling scream again and sat up straight expecting to see my room but found myself looking at a strange ceiling and a pair of golden eyes and bronze hair staring up at me. The same colored hair from my visions and I was shocked to see I was in his arms and the buzzing I felt earlier was so strong I felt like I was vibrating.

"Ed, dude, umm maybe you should let her go" I heard the voice of prince Emmett say and I recoiled in horror, this was Prince Edward, the prince, the next king of Volterra and the vampires.

"I'm so sorry" I stammered and I heard chuckling.

"My little Bell" the man I now knew as prince Edward stated in awe and I shivered at his voice. Such emotion and smooth as honey. He was definitely pretty.

They all laughed and I realized I had said it out loud and my head ducked in embarassment.

"Well Em, she has no filter just like you" someone else stated and a man with blonde hair strode into the room. He gave off this air of danger and for some reason I reacted. I growled long and low and found myself edging towards the door.

"And a temper like her mama" he chuckled and came forward and then bowed saying "Major Jasper Whitlock, captain of the king's army and this little lady's fiancé" he stated and I saw him wrap his arms around princess Alice.

"I'm so sorry, I don't act like this" I said shaking my head

"It's okay Isabelle, it's just your instincts, it happens as you reach maturity" the king stated

"No, you got the wrong girl. I'm not who you think I am. I'm a normal human girl" I stammered but a part of me knew it was wrong. It would explain a lot.

Prince Edward never said anything he just came closer to me, his hands up in the air and then he took one hand in mine and for whatever reason I linked our pinkies together and stood on his feet and we started twirling around the room and it was like the air was sucked out of the room and the image of a young girl, not quite an infant, maybe two was with Edward dancing on his feet and I realized that it was me as the girl and I was giggling and saying "Faster Teddy"

"Teddy" I sighed as the image faded and Edward slowed us down. He smiled down at me, the lines I saw earlier thick and so blue wrapped tightly around us.

"We found you little Bell" Prince Edward said in awe and I just started to sob.

This couldn't be, I was a normal human girl, a weirdo maybe a freak but I just couldn't be a vampire.

"Please, I don't know what to think" I sobbed and I felt so many arms surrounding me. Prince Emmett picked me up and I suddenly felt like I was a child as he cuddled me close to his chest, Rosalie kept smoothing down my hair and Edward rubbed my back, it was like the three of them worked together and that this had been done plenty of times before.

I felt so safe and calm that my sobs became less and I felt myself getting sleepy and I smiled lazily at them and then Edward tickled my side and I immediately giggled. I was always ticklish there.

"Still got it" Emmett laughed and I looked at him confused.

"When you use to get upset as a baby, and I mean really upset this was the only way to calm you down" Edward explained

"I'm overwhelmed but I'm not upset" I snarked and they all just looked at one another.

"Umm Bella" I heard Angela say, I had forgotten she was here "Have you ever noticed that when you get upset things shake like pictures, the ground or the walls?" she asked and my eyes widened.

"My par...Renee and Charlie blew it off, I guess I always ignored it.

"You were powerful as an infant little one. Your screams of anger could shake the walls. I bet once you become a full vampire your power will succeed your mother's" Carlisle said and I still couldn't wrap my head around this.

"What do you mean?' I asked

"When you disappeared, I screamed so hard I knocked out the tower and the west wall collapsed when the ground sunk.

"Okay, you're vampires, if I am who you think then why didn't you just catch them on the way out or track them?" I huffed.

"We tried," Rosalie said "Well Edward did. We had been out, he was seeing to a robbery in the vault and didn't hear them until you cried. He ran towards the room but Renata and her accomplice who we only knew as Chuck, he was a gardener, knew the secret exits and took you through an underground tunnel. Edward tracked them through it but they had blown the exit. He crashed through it but by then they had escaped in a car. We put the word out to every vampire around and we did get some reports back but by the time we got there, they were gone. The closest we came was several years ago when one of the items that was stolen had shown up. Alice here loves to shop and happened to be on ebay when she spotted this necklace" she explained and pointed to the picture I saw earlier of the red necklace.

"They were selling it, so I tracked down the seller and sent some of our guys. Renata and Chuck must have been on the lookout for they disappeared shortly after" Alice said and I thought it over. Renee mentioned before about selling another piece and then Charlie said something about last time.

"When was this?" I asked and they said that it happened about four years ago and then it hit me. That was when they hightailed it to the mountains and I almost died. I thought over each time we moved and had to wonder if it all was after they sold something.

"Bella, may I call you Bella?" the king asked and I nodded "Renata was hired as a nanny but was hardly ever used. We were going to let her go especially since Edward here said that she called you hers in her head"

"Are you a mind reader?" I laughed but no else did and my jaw dropped.

"Holy crap!" I blurted and then slapped my hand over my mouth

"Definitely your daughter" Rosalie laughed, her eyes shining with emotion. Part of me so wanted it to be true then a thought hit me.

"Wait, so if you're here" I said pointing to Edward and the image of him holding the baby, the affection. I gasped.

"Your mate...she was kidnapped. OH MY GOD!" I gasped starting to hyperventilate.

"Bella, I know this is a lot to take in and while I'm almost 100% sure you are Isabelle, we will test to be sure. I will take a sample of your blood and test it against theirs, it should be the same" Carlisle stated and snapped his fingers and within seconds he was donning a white coat again and one of the suits had come in with a black bag.

"Jasper, call the lab and tell them to be ready asap" the king commanded and Jasper bowed and whipped out a cell phone.

"You won't feel a thing" he stated reaching for my arm and I heard growling and saw Edward coming towards us but Emmett held him back.

"Control yourself son, it's the only way to know for sure" the king hissed and Edward nodded but was still tense.

I braced myself for the needle, hating them after all the tests I had done as a child. I felt someone squeeze my hand and there was Rosalie smiling and stroking my hand. I felt so calm that I was shocked when the king said it was over and he was right, I never felt a thing.

Jasper took the vial with my blood and he took off like a shot and then I knew it was a waiting game but deep down I knew what those results would be.

So now it's a waiting game. What will the results be?
