(3rd person P.O.V of Edward)

Edward sat up in his bed. It was kinda crowded since Alithia and Alex had asked if they could sleep with him. They just went through a pretty traumatic experience so Edward let them stay and sleep in his bed with him. Edward looked down at them. They were cuddling with each other like how they were in the cell at Octavian's Tower. Edward decided not to think about it. Just thinking that bastard's name pissed him off. Edward climbed over them and changed into fresh clothes. He walked out on to the deck and looked out over the rail. They were over a pretty mountainous land. Edward couldn't really remember a lot of the States's names. But, being an area with mostly mountains. Edward guessed West Virginia? He didn't know if that was right or not. Edward moved away from the rail and he looked down at his hands. He remember the fight in Octavian's Tower very vaguely. The last thing he remembered clearly was getting shot in the back with an arrow. And then it got weirder, cause it was like, he blacked out. But he still knew what he was doing. He remembered blasting black flames at Octavian and other random monsters. Edward noticed the same flames dancing across his fingertips. So he did have some kind of power over fire. Well, a certain kind of fire. He remembered Grover calling it, "Hellfire". Edward concentrated and a black ball of fire appeared in his hand. The flames burned hot, and even though the flames were black, the flames did give off light. The flaming ball dissapeared from his hand. Edward concentrated again and this time the Hellfire erupted around his whole body. It was like an aura in one of those anime's. The flames were burning neither him nor his clothes, in fact, Edward didn't even really feel the heat. The flames dissapeared and Edward looked down at himself.

"That is pretty cool."

Edward looked over and saw Piper. She was still wearing her pajamas, so she must've just gotten out of bed as well. Her pj's had a bunch of bald eagles all over it. Her hair was all out, not tied back or anything, like it was trying to be messy bed hair. Her eyes kept changing color, like a kaleidoscope. It was like she was trying to like messy and bad, but her body just wanted to make her look perfect. I guess that's how it is when you're a child of the Goddess of Beauty.

"I'm sorry, I didn't notice you come up." Edward said.

Piper waved it aside. "Please, with how much people normally look at me, someone finally not noticing me is a gift from the gods."

Edward chuckled lightly. "So, What brings you up here?"

"I usually come up here when I wake up. It's good to get some fresh air." She said walking over to the rail and looking over. "Mountains? Probably the Rocky's. West Virginia most likely."

Festus the Figurehead let out a cloud of smoke and he whirled his teeth.

Edward looked at the Figurehead. "Is that a yes?"

Piper chuckled some. "Yeah, That was a yes."

"What? You speak Dragon or something?" Edward said.

"No, I've just been around Festus enough to get the gist of what he's trying to say."

Piper walked over to Festus's head and patted him gently.

Festus whirled his teeth again, and blew out a big cloud of fire, instead of smoke.

Piper looked back at Edward. "How are the kids?"

"They're fine. Should still be sleeping in my bed." Edward said.

"They slept in your bed with you?" She asked.

Edward chuckled lightly. "Yeah, they seemed kinda scared and nervous, so I let them sleep with me in my bed so they'd be more comfortable."

"Aw," Piper said, smiling. "That's so cute."

Edward blushed a little. "Yeah well. I like them so I don't mind."

Piper looked up at him. "So, you were born in England, huh?"

Edward nodded. "Yes. I was born in London, England. But, I was raised in Dublin, Ireland."

"So... Why do you have a British accent, instead of an Irish one?" She asked.

Edward simply shrugged. "I guess because of my father. I don't really know, and my mother didn't know either."

"Hm." Piper smiled. "You know, I've been to a lot of places in this World. But, I've never been to Ireland."

"Oh, well, maybe I could take you over there one day." Edward said.

Piper giggles cutely and looked at him. "I'd like that."

She gave him a really cute smile and walked past him. She had a really nice, vanilla fragrance wafting off her. Edward stood still, paralyzed. He twitched some and shook his head, releasing himself from the paralysis.

Damn. Edward thought. What happened to me?

The ship landed in a rare clearing so Leo could repair the ship before their last stretch to New York. Everyone came up to the deck. Jason was moving around the ship helping Leo with the repairs and Piper was with Grover and the kids. Edward walked up on to the deck. He was wearing a simple black tank-top, black jeans, and boots. He still felt naked though because he didn't have his sword. He still had his daggers, but he had grown attached to the sword. Leo had promised that when they get to the Camp him and his siblings would get together and make it brand new.

Edward went over to Grover. "So, where are we?"

"Clarksburg, West Virginia. It's a pretty small town, one of the towns that the only people who know it exists are the people who live in the State that it's in." Grover said.

"Lots of forest around here." Edward said looking around.

Piper chuckled and looked up at him. "That's the majority of West Virginia."

Suddenly a howl broke through the air.

Edward looked around. "What was that?"

Alithia looked over the edge and gasped. "Look! It's a wolfy!"

Edward looked down over the railing and, sure enough, there was a Wolf looking back up at him. The Wolf was a pure silver color, with gold eyes. Edward went over to the other side, where Leo and Jason were working on the ship.

"Hey lads, there's a Silver Wolf here." Edward said.

Leo looked up at him. "Did you just call us, "lads"?

Jason also looked up at him. "A 'Silver' Wolf?"

Edward nodded. "It's just sitting on the other side of the ship."

Jason smiled some. "The Wolf is friendly, come on down, bring the others."

"Uh... Ok..?" Edward said.

Edward climbed down after Alex and Alithia. When he got down on the ground, he looked over over and saw Jason next to the Wolf, hugging a girl with black hair wearing a silver jacket, silvery camo pants, and black boots. She had a tiara in her black hair and a bow and a quiver of arrows was slung across her back. With her were other females who were working on a small camp. Jason pulled away from the girl and looked at Edward and the kids. The girl had the same blue eyes as Jason.

"Guys," Jason said. "This is my older sister, Thalia."

Thalia seemed to be the leader of the girls. She did seem older than the rest, maybe about Edward's age. So he decided to be respectful. Edward went over and put his hand out. He was expecting her to go with what he had in mind and do that princess hand hold. But she just put her hand in so their hands were shaking. Her grip was strong, probably thanks to the bow. Edward met her with the same strength in the handshake. Thalia smiled some.

"Nice to meet you," Edward said. "My name is Edward Moore."

Edward gestured over to the kids and they walked over to him. "And these two are Alexander and Alithia Miller. Twin Children of Apollo."

Thalia looked down at them and smiled. "Apollo? He's a very good God. Apollo's the God of Archery and the Sun. And you know what? He's also a twin."

Alithia looked up at her. "Really?"

Thalia smiled and nodded. "He has a twin sister, who I work for, her name is Artemis, Goddess of the Moon."

Alithia and Alex blushed and chuckled some.

Jason looked over at Thalia. "Is Artemis here with you guys."

"No. Lady Artemis was called up to Mount Olympus for a meeting between the Gods." Thalia said.

"What for?"

"She didn't say, she just left me in charge and dissapeared. Weird, I know, don't have to say it." Thalia told them.

Edward looked down at her. "So why are you and the Hunters here in West Virginia?"

"Artemis told us that Hephaestus had said that Werewolves from Lycaon's Pack were here terrorizing the people."

Piper and Leo shivered.

"Oh great," Jason said. "Them again."

Edward tried to remember his Ancient Greek Mythology. Or, he guessed History, since the gods were real. Anyways, he vaguely recalled hearing the name Lycaon. If Edward was remembering correctly, Lycaon was the first Werewolf. He was turned into a Werewolf by Zeus after Zeus had came to his dinner, and he tested to see if it really was Zeus, so Lycaon tricked him into eating human flesh. Nasty. Edward decided not to think about eating people since, with the monsters that are now a real thing, if he's not careful, he could be next on the menu. And he did not like that thought.

"So," He said. "We're in Werewolf Country?"

Thalia nodded. "Basically."

"Well that's fun," Edward said. "I wouldn't mind helping you on your hunt. But I don't have a Silver weapon. I have fire, but I don't know how well that's gonna help."

"Fire?" Thalia said, confused.

Edward concentrated and his whole body was engulfed in black Hellfire.

Thalia's eyes widened. "Oh.. Well. That's a useful skill. I think that'd be effective against the dogs."

Edward nodded and had the flames go away. "I'll help, but, all of your Hunter's can't come. Some should stay here and protect the kids, Grover, and Piper."

"Of course," Thalia said. "This isn't our first time doing this."

Edward looked down at the kids. "Think you two will be fine here at the ship with Grover, Leo, Piper, and the young ladies here?"

They nodded and Alithia looked up at him. "Where are you gonna be?"

"I'm going with Jason and his sister to take down some bad monsters." Edward said, putting his hand on her head.

The two kids wrapped themselves around his legs.

Alex looked up at him. "You're gonna be ok, right?"

Edward put his hand on his head. "Yes, I'll be fine, Alex. But for know you have to stay here and protect your sister."

Alex nodded to him and stood in front of Alithia. Edward looked at him and he pulled out one of his daggers.

"Here, Alex," Edward said, giving the dagger to him. "Be careful with it. Use it to protect your sister if you need to."

Alex gripped the dagger and looked at it carefully, like he was trying to find a small crack.

"The metal it's made from is very special. It's called Stygian Iron. It won't hurt normal people. Only monsters, spirits, and people like us. So be careful with it, ok?" Edward said.

Alex looked up at him and nodded confidently. Edward smiled and looked back at the others.

"Ready to go." Edward said, looking at Thalia.

She nodded and pulled out a silver dagger and tossed it to Edward, who caught it. "You should take that, just in case."

Edward nodded and put his newly acquired Silver Dagger into his vacant dagger sheathe and followed as Thalia and the others began to leave.

They found a dense patch of trees and thought that's where they'd be. It wasn't to far from the town. So, perfect place to set up. The Hunters scattered. Some went into the trees and some split up into small groups on the ground. Edward was with Thalia & Jason. The three were walking on a broken down road. It had metal railings on both sides. Both the metal and the trees surrounding the road had hundreds of claw marks in them. Obviously from the Werewolves. Edward walked in between Thalia & Jason. It felt kinda awkward. They were just quietly walking through the woods, trying to find dangerous werewolves that would happily rip out their jugulars if given the opportunity. And yet, Edward could not think of a single good conversation starter. It was weird to Edward that Thalia and Jason were brother & sister. They looked nothing alike. They both had blue eyes, Thalia's eyes seemed to be deeper though. And while Jason had blonde hair, Thalia's hair was black. Little weird. Edward glanced to the side, away from the road, and saw a shadow moving through the trees, on the ground. It seemed bigger than any of the Hunters. Edward stopped and stared, which made the other two stop and look back at him.

"What is it?" Jason said. "Did you see something?"

"Uh... You two go ahead," Edward told them. "I'm gonna go check something out."

"Edward, we need to stick together." Thalia told him.

"I'll be fine," He said, taking the Silver Dagger she gave him out. "Promise."

And before they could argue with him more, Edward ran over and jumped the metal railing and slid down the hill, following the shadow.

Edward was able to find a trail of footprints. They didn't look human. And they were too big to be one the Hunter's Silver Wolves. So, Werewolf. Edward followed the prints, leading him deeper into the center of the forest. The deeper he went, the more claw marks he could see on the trees. Keeping their claws sharp, he guessed. Edward walked over to a particularly large tree, he was surprised the tree wasn't falling over from how deeply cut it was. He peeked around the corner of the tree and saw the Werewolf who had left the footprints he'd been following. The wolf walked into a cave that went into the mountainside. Edward gripped the dagger and silently walked to the cave entrance. He peeked inside and saw the Wolf he had been following shrink down and turn normal. He was an average-looking black man. He seemed young, maybe a couple years older than Edward. Edward was at least able to see he had short, spiked black hair. The guy knelt down.

"I have news on the Hunters, My Lord." He said.

"Oh?" Another voice said, deeper in the cave. "And what is the news, Vincent?"

The guy, who's name is apparently Vincent, looked up. "The Hunters have gotten some backup."

"Oh, really?" The voice said. "Who's helping them?"

"Do you remember the cave we found while on Aeolus's Mountain? The cave with the Son Of Rome? The two Greeks, and the Satyr?" Vincent said.

"So, it's them again, huh?"

"Yes, My Lord. Excluding the Satyr. But, they brought another Demigod. He looks like that Son of Hades, Nico Di Angelo." Vincent told him.

Edward didn't know who Nico Di Angelo was, but he assumed they were talking about him. The "Child Of Rome", must've been Jason. The two Greeks was probably Piper & Leo. They weren't talking about Grover when they mentioned the Satyr. It must've been another Satyr that Jason and them have been with.

"This'll be great," the voice said. "We can capture Thalia and the Son of Rome."

"And the Hunters, My Lord?"

"What do you think? The rest of the Hunters will be our feast," the voice chuckled evilly. "They'll taste even better knowing that it'll devastate Thalia & Artemis."

Just then, Edward felt a chill run down his spine. He heard the voice sniff. And in that moment, Edward remembered what Grover had told him before. Supposedly, Edward, and all Demigods, have a sort of aura to them that monster, and people like Satyrs could sense. Damn.

"It smells like we have an appetizer." The voice growled. "Come out. I know you're there."

Edward sighed, and he sheathed his dagger. Edward walked out into the open and looked in at them. The black guy had dark red eyes, like Edward. And the guy he couldn't see before had a similar appearance to Edward. He had long black hair, and deep, blood colored eyes. He had pale skin, like Edward, but unlike Edward, it was tightly wrapped around a Skeleton frame. Well, not completely? But he was pretty skinny. He reminded Edward of an Athletic Runner. He wore a robe of bloody and raw animal skins that had such a terrible stench.

"That's him, Lord Lycaon." Vincent said, making Edward's eyes widen some. "The Demigod the others came here with."

Lycaon? The First Werewolf. Of course Edward would be the one to run into him.

"Ah, Yes," Lycaon said. "I guess he does somewhat resemble Nico Di Angelo. And what's your name, Demigod?"

"Edward Moore." He said. "And you, and all of your damn Wolves are gonna starve. No one's dying today!"

Lycaon laughed. "You're hilarious! You really think you can stop me. You know, Octavian told all of us, about you."

Edward growled. "You're friends with him?"

"Acquaintances. Him and I work for the same people. We're both just simply trying to achieve our own individual goals. Although, I guess you can say that Octavian's goal, and my own, are more or less the same." Lycaon told him.

"Oh really?" Edward asked. "And what's your goal?"

"Revenge." Lycaon admitted. "On the Hunters. On you Demigods. On the Gods. On Artemis, and Zeus."

"And Octavian?"

"The Greeks. And the Romans who betrayed him." Lycaon said.

Edward barely managed to dodge, the now transformed, Vincent.

"My dogs are feisty and impatient." Lycaon said as Edward dodged Vincent again.

Vincent growled loudly and went for a straight-up right hook. Edward dropped down on to his hands and pushed his legs up, driving his boot up into Vincent's jaw. The Wolf stumbled back as Edward got back on his feet. Vincent grabbed his jaw. Golden Blood started to pour from his mouth. He roared and charged the Demigod. Edward rose his hand and blasted the Wolf with a superheated black inferno.

"Take that, you damn Wolf!" Edward said, as Vincent howled and disintegrated into golden dust.

Edward put his hands down and glared at Lycaon.

"You're all alone, Lycaon!" Edward said. "Now it's your turn to return to Tartarus!"

"Yes, it would seem as though I been forced to revert to a Lone Wolf." Lycaon said.

A thought ran through Edward's mind and he looked around.

"You're here. And, I know your pack should consist of more than just you and that pile of ash that I sent down to Tartarus." Edward said, looking up at him. "Where are the others?"

"Out in individual groups throughout the forest," Lycaon said "Ready at any moment to attack the small groups of Hunters you have around the forest."

"You really think they'll kill any of them?" Edward wondered.

"Most likely not all of them. But, I'm hoping for a good chunk of them to get put down." Lycaon smirked. "Now, time to get captured, Mr. Moore."

Lycaon moved with so much speed. Much faster than his underling, Vincent. He appeared in front of Edward and swatted him out of the cave. Edward managed to roll and pop himself up on to his feet, he looked up at saw Lycaon was gone. He barely had time to turn his head back and see that Lycaon was behind him before he again got swatted away, being made to skid across the ground. Edward managed to stop himself in time to see Lycaon coming down on top of him him. Edward barely managed to dodge Lycaon's punch, he was way too fast. But, Edward was able to grab on to Lycaon's wrist. Edward pulled his legs up and wrapped them around the Wolf's arm & head. He knew all that time he spent watching American Pro Wrestling on the tv would pay off eventually. Although, he didn't except he was gonna use it against a Werewolf. But, whatever, at least it was preventing his death. Edward pushed his boot up against the Lycaon's jaw as he pulled on his arm, like he was about to rip it off.

Lycaon growled. "Impudent little..!"

Edward reached up and pulled out the silver dagger that Thalia gave him and he stretched his arm and stabbed Lycaon in the side twice. Lycaon growled and grabbed Edward's throat. He picked up the Demigod and tossed him straight into a tree. Edward grunted and pulled himself up to his feet. Lycaon lunged at him and planted his claws into the tree. Edward decided to take the opening. He grabbed Lycaon's arm and jumped over him then went down and quickly slashed Lycaon across the abdomen. Lycaon howled in pain and looked at Edward.

"You little bastard!" He growled. "I was gonna keep you alive, because Octavian wanted to kill you. But I don't care anymore! This forest will be your gravesite!"

Lycaon appeared in front of Edward and started to slash rapidly. Edward dodged the best he could, but he knew he couldn't keep it up. Edward dodged a slash from Lycaon that went a bit too wide, and he rolled away from the wolf and jumped to his feet, just to barely dodge another slash.

"Take a hint!" Edward said. "Back off!"

Edward used the same move he used against Vincent, where he dropped down on his hands and pushed himself up, rocketing his foot and Lycaon's jaw. Unfortunately, unlike Vincent, Lycaon managed to grab Edward's ankle when he did that.

"Well lookie What I caught," Lycaon chuckled, golden blood coming from his mouth. "A 6 foot Demigod dumbass!"

Lycaon started to squeeze his ankle, and Lycaon was not weak. Edward gripped the silver dagger that he's been able to keep a hold of. He was able to put his hand on the ground and push himself up and swing the dagger at Lycaon. He was almost able to get the Wolf's throat but Lycaon was able to let go of him and move away before that happened. Edward dropped to the ground and grabbed at his ankle. It was definitely broken. Edward growled in pain & frustration and struggled his way on to his hands & knees.

"You've lost Edward. I broke your ankle, and you can't keep up with my speed. Now, just let me kill you." Lycaon said.

"Téigh go hlfreann (Go to Hell)!" Edward panted. "I'm still breathing! You haven't won yet!!"

Lycaon laughed and howled in delight. "Yes! This is what I like about some of you Demigods! Even in the face of death, you don't give up! Not until your very last breath!"

Lycaon walked over to Edward and smirked. "The kill is always more fun when the prey struggles."

Lycaon moved over and kicked Edward in the side, sliding him over a couple feet. Lycaon slowly strolled over as Edward used his last bit of strength to quickly pop himself up and lunge at Lycaon with the silver dagger. Lycaon side-stepped him and punched him down to the ground. The wolf used his foot and rolled Edward over on to his back and he got down over him. Lycaon grabbed his top and pulled him up as shadows appeared in the trees around them. Lycaon looked around and chuckled, looking down at Edward.

"Now you've really lost. My pack is here." Lycaon smirked, bringing his claws up. "Don't worry Edward. You won't be down in Hell all by yourself. Those Hunters are dead, and you're about to be with them."

Edward looked up at him. "F... Fuck you."

"Whoa, potty mouth on this one." Lycaon chuckled. "Anyways, next, we'll kill the ones on the ship, well, except for the two kids. Octavian wanted them two." Lycaon said.

"Don't... you d... dare lay a finger on them...!" Edward said, breathing hard.

"You don't get to make that decision. If I had it my way, then they would be a nice snack!" Lycaon gasped as Edward's silver dagger got driven into his throat.

Lycaon gasped for air and rolled off Edward. He pulled the knife out and tried to breathe as Edward slowly struggled to his feet while purple steam burned off his skin. The Blessing from a God.

Lycaon's throat healed some and he slowly lifted himself up.

Lycaon's voice was scratchy and raspy. "So... this is the power you've used to escape from Octavian's Tower. The Blessing from a God. Well it still doesn't matter! You're dead!!"

Lycaon lunged at Edward, who easily side-stepped the attack, like how Lycaon did with him. Edward brought his hand up and planted in right in Lycaon's gut. He hit him so hard Lycaon puked up some of that golden blood. He lifted Lycaon up over his head. He pushed Lycaon up in the air, opened his hand, and blasted Lycaon with a giant inferno of black flames. Edward could hear Lycaon roar in pain.

"You! Damn! Demigod!!!!" He yelled.

The inferno went away, and Lycaon's burnt body fell to the ground. Edward could tell Lycaon couldn't move his arms or legs. Mostly because they weren't there anymore. His body was slowly turning into golden dust. Lycaon laughed weakly and growled at Edward.

"Yeah," Lycaon smirked. "You.. You can kill me, Edward Moore. But that doesn't mean that you can stop what's to come."

"I will defend everyone!" Edward said as the steam started to fade away. "Even if I die. If everyone else lives. I'll willingly give my life."

"Oh trust me! Your life will be taken! But not willingly." Lycaon chuckled weakly. "And even when you die... every other Demigod who defies us will follow you INTO HELL!!!"

A silver arrow planted itself into Lycaon's forehead when he finished his sentence.

"Damn... Hunters." Lycaon groaned. "Should've known my wolves couldn't take out those crafty bitches."

"I'm pretty sure the arrow means they just want you to shut up and die!" Edward said raising his hand up, and blasting Lycaon one last time with his black flames.

You better watch yourself, Moore. Edward heard in the back of his head.

Lycaon's voice? No. This voice... sounded more ancient. And far more evil. The voice sounded like it was trying to suck Edward into his own head. It was really weird.

You killed the Pawn. The voice said. But, if you want to save the world and defeat me. You'll have to kill the Bishop next.

Then, the voice left, and Edward stopped blasting his fire. Obviously Edward couldn't see the voice leave, but, in his head, it just felt like the voice... dissapeared. It was a really weird feeling, and Edward knew that no matter how long he had, he'd never be able to accurately explain that feeling. Edward's Hellfire went away as he turned to the direction the arrow came from and saw Thalia & Jason walk out from behind a tree. As well as the rest of the Hunters coming out from the shadows all around him.

Edward looked at Thalia and smiled. "Told you I'd be fine, Thalia."

"Shut up, and never do that again!" Thalia said, even though Edward saw her smiling just a little bit.

Edward smiled back. "You're right Thalia. I'm sorry."

Thalia looked over at the dissapearing golden ashes of Lycaon. "You know, I've never actually seen a Demigod beat Lycaon in a straight up fight like that."

"I didn't think a Demigod could beat Lycaon like that." Jason said.

Edward chuckled some and fell to his knees, feeling light-headed. Thalia and Jason quickly turned over to him.

"You ok, Edward?" Thalia said.

"Yeah," Edward groaned, holding his head. "Just feeling light-headed.. And my ankle is starting to hurt again."

"What happened to your ankle?" She asked.

Edward sighed. "Before you guys showed up, Lycaon caught me and squeezed my ankle and broke it."

Edward slowly and painfully struggled to his feet as Jason sighed.

"You know Edward," He said. "If your ankle is broken, maybe you shouldn't be walking on it."

Edward waved him off. "I'll be fine, Jason. It's better than what it was."

"Still, we'll get you some ambrosia squares." Thalia told him.

Edward looked over at her. "So, I assume that you took care of the rest Lycaon's pack?"

"Yup," Thalia smiled. "Those idiots decided to split up like we did and attack us. If they were smart, they would've used their numbers and grouped together to attack our small groups."

"Then I'm guessing everyone's fine?" Edward asked her.

"Yeah, don't worry. We're leaving with the same number of people we came here with." Thalia said.

Edward nodded and limped with others back to the ship.

Edward sat on the bow of the Argo with Alex & Alithia by his side. He kept his ankle still as Thalia and the others walked over to him. He saw her reach into a bag and pull out 2 of what Edward assumed was the Ambrosia Squares Thalia mentioned. It had a shiny, golden look to it. She handed both to him.

"Don't eat them really fast," Thalia said. "They'll heal your ankle, although it'll probably take maybe a day."

Edward nodded and put one in his mouth and started to chew it as he put the other one in his pocket. Edward was surprised at the taste. He was expected something like a caramel taste. But instead it tasted like a snack he used to have all the time when he was in Ireland. It was called a, 'Tayto Crisp Sandwich'. Edward smiled some. He snapped back when he heard Grover say his name.

"What??" He said looking up at them.

"I said, what happened?" Grover asked.

"Oh. Well, I noticed a Werewolf running through the woods. So, I followed him, and I found Lycaon." Edward said, swallowing the Ambrosia Square.

Piper shuddered. "Gods, I don't like him. You fought him?"

Edward nodded. "And I went to try and kick him, but he grabbed my ankle and crushed it."

"Did Lycaon say anything?" Jason asked.

"Well, he told me that he was working with Octavian." Edward said.

Jason sighed. "Well that makes sense. Did he say who they were working for?"

Edward shook his head. "No. He didn't."

Edward wanted to say something about the voice he heard, but he decided not to bring it up. It was probably just him being tired. He yawned and stood slowly.

"I'm gonna turn in so my ankle can heal." Edward said. "Goodnight."

He patted Alex & Alithia on the head and walked past the others and down to his room, crashing-landing on his bed, falling asleep on impact.
