hi, it's been a while and i'm sorry for an extremely late update lmao but idk if i'll be consistent in uploading this was the last chapter i had saved from when i originally started writing it. sorry if stuff gets confusing if i continue in the future but it's been a few years. if u still follow this, thank u! and thank u all for reading and commenting! nothing to exciting in this chapter :-(
"Sasuke, what's up?" The voice asked on the other end.
"Gaara, you asshole."
There was a chuckle back. Sasuke was tense.
"Why did you tell Itachi?"
"It slipped out I meant to call you and not your brother. I kind of gave you a heads up at least."
Sasuke sighed, his body relaxing.
"What did you want?" Sasuke asked.
"We're going to that one club tonight. The guys wanted me to ask and to invite Naruto."
"Uh. I'll ask him." Sasuke covered the phone and got up, walking towards the bedroom.
"Hey, remember those guys you met at the hospital? They want to invite us out to a club. You wanna go?" Sasuke asked leaning back on the side of the door.
Naruto turned around from the closet to look at Sasuke.
"Oh, yeah totally!" He smiled.
Sasuke uncovered the phone and brought it back to his ear.
"You hear him?"
"Yeah. We'll see you at 7."
"See ya."
Naruto walked out to the living room taking a seat in the chair next to Sasuke.
Sasuke raised an eyebrow as Naruto sat down.
"Finished?"
"Yeah." Naruto replied, leaning back in the chair to relax.
There was a brief pause between them.
"How much time do we have until the club?" Naruto asked.
Sasuke looked at his phone, it read 4pm.
"Three hours."
"It's already 4?" Naruto was in awe.
Sasuke nodded and began getting up from the couch. Naruto watched as he made his way to the kitchen.
"Wanna eat before we go?"
"Hell yea." Naruto replied.
The two hung out in the kitchen making food. Sasuke made sandwiches for both him and Naruto.
"How'd you know how I like my sandwich-" Naruto began but realized.
Sasuke gave a sad smile and passed the plate of sandwich to him.
"Thanks." Naruto said.
Sasuke watched as Naruto ate.
The blonde noticed darker ones watching him.
"Uh." Naruto began, embarrassed by the long stare.
Sasuke realized and apologized and ate his sandwich.
The two spent the remaining hours lounging around the apartment until 30 minutes before when they began getting dressed. Sasuke decided to wear a tight turtleneck and black skinny jeans and his red converse. It was his typical fashion. Naruto had an orange hoodie on, black workout pants with tennis shoes. Sasuke helped him pick out his outfit.
"Are we taking the bus?" Naruto asked once they got outside their apartment.
"No, it's right down the street."
Naruto nodded and followed Sasuke's lead as they walked.
Sasuke was right, it was literally just down the street. The music could be heard outside and Naruto felt a familiar feeling for a bit. Sasuke was a bit apprehensive to walk in. He was able to keep his cool but now his anxiety was hitting him. Him and Naruto would come here a lot to hang out with friends. Sasuke shook off his nerves and walked in with Naruto following behind.
"Hey!" A voice boomed as they entered.
Kiba was waving his hand around, excited to see Naruto.
The two walked over to where Kiba and the others were at. Everyone in the group was aware about Naruto's situation and his and Sasuke's situation.
"Hi Naruto, I'm Sakura." She introduced herself.
"Hi."
