"AAAAAAGH!" Ruby yells as She was falling in the air while Ethan Held her arms. He Looked down to see it was a Very high fall and Lifted himself in the air a bit. He Grabbed Ruby by the was it with his Lower arms while Wrapping his Arms under her Armpits to hold her.
'Come on Sanchez. You can do it. You can do it.' He thought. He Felt something on his Back and Before he knows it his Blood wings are in full view. Suddenly slowing his Descent with Ruby in tow.
"I got you." Ethan said as He Commanded his wings to spread apart. Ruby was shocked to see the Blood wings in view. He never manipulated his blood like this Before.
Though it was clear to her Ethan wasn't doing well. He was getting Paler by the minute as he descended.
He looked around to see a Clearing and Soon faltered. His wings retracted and they Fell on Ethan's Back. He was deathly pale.
Ruby groans and gets up to Check on him. Ethan was shivering.
She Noticed him still grasping her waist. So she used that to her advantage to drag Ethan on her back.
Ethan groans as he wakes up in a Cave. He rubs his head feeling less Anemic now.
"What happened?" He asks.
He looks over to see Ruby tending to a Fire. And she was scowling to herself.
"Ruby? You okay?" Ethan asks. She gives a Quick glance and Turns away. Ethan weakly reaches out for her but sighs. knowing its fruitless right now.
He looks around and notices the unshattered moon. "Well that answer one question in exchange for many more." He quips. He notices He and Ruby have their gear and Weapons. He tries grabbing the hilt but his Cuff Shocks him and by proxy Ruby. "AAAGH BLOODY HELL!" Ethan shouts in anguish while Ruby yells in pain.
He gets up to scowl at the cuff. "Just great." He says.
"Nice going." Ruby snarks. "Oh Now the Rose speaks." Ethan snarks back.
"Well I would enjoy talking to you if you weren't being an Angsty little Bitch!" Ruby yells at him. Ethan laughs. "Oh real mature coming from miss Shorty here." He retorts.
"Annoying shitface!" Ruby insults.
"Annoying little Brat!" Ethan yells back.
"Bigoted Prick!" Ruby.
"Thorn in my side!" Ethan.
"Human personified piece of garbage!" Ruby.
"Tiny little turd!" Ethan.
"FILTHY BOKU NO PIKU LOVER!" Ruby yells but covers her mouth at what she said. too late.
Ethan gasps Loudly and put a Hand to his chest. "How. Dare you?" He says.
"You know I make it my mission to destroy every filthy copy of that horrible anime!" Ethan yells.
He starts stomping off. Only for the chain to show itself a few feet away and him and Ruby to Get shocked.
"AAAGH SON OF A BITCH!" Ethan yells.
He collapses as Rakyu watches the Scene play out with a Bored Yawn.
Ethan Got up smoking from the electricity to bite into the cuff. "Don't try it. I tried and Look where that got me?" Ruby sighs holding her injured hand from Her attempts.
"Crescent rose?" Ethan asks. "Crescent Rose." Ruby sighs. Said Weapon had the Tip broken off.
"Just lovely." Ethan says.
(Later in the Day)
Ethan Was observing the area around them. He had Ruby's Scope on Crescent Rose detached to use.
"What do You see!" Ruby shouts to him from Under the tree.
"I see a Tower in the distance but nothing notable... No wait. Something is Happening." Ethan comments. "Uhm Ethan!" Ruby yells. "What? OH COME THE FUCK ON ALREADY!" Ethan yells to himself as A Magic circle teleports him and Ruby.
Ethan Looked to see an Elf Girl and Cat girl kissing a Demon's Cheeks then the Cat going for him and The Elf for Ruby. Ruby backs away in time While Ethan Bluescreened.
"Uhm. What?" Ethan comments.
"Why must these things constantly happen to me? I just slapped Ruby once. Does she have some cult dedicated to her cursing me?" Ethan complains trying to comprehend what the legitimate fuck is happening. His Cuff duplicated to set on his other wrist and The chains to both cuffs extended farther and farther before disappearing.
Why? His Cuff apparently Reflects magic afflictions, and links powers from those he cuffs to him. letting the ones cuffed to use their powers like it's their own. Only problem is the Group must be close to each other. The closer they are the stronger the power. At least the chain extends when a New one is Cuffed.
"What do you mean?" Diablo asks. "Long story. But to make it short I'm from another world like you along with Ruby here." Ethan explains.
He tries grasping his sword and he luckily can. He sighs in relief. "Well at least I can finally hold my blade with no worries." Ethan mumbles.
"So what are you gonna do about the cuffs." Diablo asks.
"Destroy them or learn to live with them." Ethan states.
Meanwhile Rem, Ruby, and Sheeva were conversing. "So you come from a World where their is no magic?" Rem asks.
"Nope. We do have dust which is similar to Magic. And we also have Aura which is kinda like magic but isn't. it comes from our souls instead." Ruby explains.
She suddenly fires of a red laser by pure accident, yelping in fright and shock. Her aura glows as a Red version of Ethan's Wisp Splits out of her body and Chirps.
"What the heck?" Diablo asks. "Hey that's the powers my wisp gives me... Oh no no nononononono..." Ethan Suddenly starts panicking. Ruby was worried But realizes why he is worried. She grabs The broken blade and Cuts her finger on purpose.
And to her relief it was red. "Oh thank goodness." Ruby says.
"What the hell?" Diablo asks. "Oh thank god its not black." Ethan sighs in relief while Rem Suddenly shoots a purple laser and a Purple wisp forms from her magic.
"Wait what do you mean by Black blood?" Diablo asks. Ethan sighs and Reveals a Knife to stab his Flesh. "AAAGH WHAT THE FUCK DUDE!?" Diablo asks. But is soon informed of Why Ethan did so.
"I'm a Black Blood. Its an infection transmitted by bites and blood transfusions. So don't worry. I was just worried that The cuffs gave her my disease too. But Luckily so far it looks to be powers. Thank god." Ethan Sighs.
"But why is black blood considered a Disease?" Sheeva asks. "Why don't you show them yourself Ethan?" Ruby snarks. Ethan looks down depressed. "I'd, Rather not." Ethan says.
The three of them could tell there was Bad Blood between them.
'Crap we got two people who hate each other and I'm with them.' Diablo complains in his head.
Ethan Meanwhile Looks at his Blade to get his Mind off things.
The blade while simple was clearly upgraded. The Navy blue blade flat was a great compliment to the Silver edge of the blade. "El Ala Plateada" was etched on the side of it. Filled with silver to make it stand out. the Hilt was Covered in Bushy fur with silver feathers now Hanging off of it all around it. The Handle was wrapped in leather stained a Dark blue color complimenting the Dark blue Wooden sheath.
Ethan Looks up at the sky. 'What the hell is my life?'
And Scene.I decided after binge watching How Not To Summon A Demon Lord last night to use this universe. It would be a way for me to slowly build up Ethan's harem and fix the relationship between him and Ruby. As Always, This Is Madko, Signing off.
