'' Whoa mommy, Tia Nay look it's Rusher!'' Nico squeaks out from his position on his mothers shoulders pointing at the Raiders mascot, Brittany chuckles as he squeals as soon as the mascot turns to hem and holds his legs as he waves wildly.
'' Mh it is baby boy, want to take a picture with him?''
'' Can I?!'' Nico squeaks out bouncing on her shoulders, Naya smiles as she sees the excitement written all over his face and takes out her phone nudging Britt towards the mascot.
'' Of course you can Nico, I will take a picture of you and your mommy with Rusher.''
Brittany smiles reaching up to take him from her shoulders and walks up to the mascot, Nico smiles brightly and squeaks. '' Rusher, can we take a picture together?''
'' Of course we can little one!'' Rusher exclaims with a deep voice, Brittany chuckles as she feels her son buzz in her arms and kisses his head.
'' You want to stand next to him smiley?''
Nico cuddles into her and shakes his head. '' Stay in your arms.'' Brittany nods her head and steps beside the Rusher, she turns him in her arms so he is facing Naya and places her head on his shoulder facing the camera with a smirk.
At the last second she turns her head kissing his cheek and smiles as he giggles while wrapping one of his arms around her neck, she looks up after the flash and smiles as Naya nods her head.
She turns to the Rusher and smiles. '' Thank you.''
'' You are more than welcome, enjoy the game.''
'' We will.'' Nico squeaks out tapping his mothers shoulders, Brittany chuckles and lifts him up again.
'' How much do you get?'' She asks pulling her wallet out, Rusher shakes his head covering her hand with his own huge one and tilts his head shrugging.
'' Nothing, well almost nothing. '' He let's go off her hand and clasps his own together. '' What about a date?''
Brittany rolls her eyes as she hears Naya snicker and bounces Nico on her shoulder turning to look at the mascot raising an eyebrow. '' Don't think my wife would like that.''
'' W-wife?'' He stutters out.
Brittany snickers hearing the shock in his voice and nods her head playing with her wedding band. '' Yeah I am married for almost five years now.''
'' Holy, but you look like you just turned twenty!''
Brittany burst out laughing and turns to Naya smirking. '' Heard that Nay?''
Naya rolls her eyes walking up to her and rubs Nico's back as he squeaks while looking at the cheerleaders running out onto the field. '' Yeah she might look young, but she will hit the thirties in two years.''
'' No way! And sorry for flirting with your wife.'' The mascot mumbles shrugging, Naya chuckles and shakes her head.
'' Oh no she is my sis in law, my sister, her wife is at home.'' She turns to Brittany and smiles. '' Ready to take our seats?'' Ready to ditch the dude in his uniform.
Brittany nods her head and takes Nico off of her shoulders smiling as he watches the cheerleaders dance, she follows Naya down the rows and sits down next to her as soon as the found their seats.
She settles Nico in her lap smiling lovingly as his body moves to the beat of the music and ruffles his hair, she reaches into the pocket of her jacket as she feels how cold his ears are and pulls out the raiders beanie he got from his grandpa for Christmas.
She rubs her hands over the back of his jersey smiling as he cuddles into her and kisses his head. '' Look baby, the play will start soon.'' She mumbles while pointing to the field as the players run out, Naya watches them smiling and snaps a picture of them quickly sending it into the group chat.
Nico is really enjoying himself, he loves to watch the cheerleaders do their routine and cheers the loudest the second Britt pointed at the players running on the field.
Brittany rubs Nico's back as they both jump up cheering and smiles as she sees him watching around them in amazement, she kisses his head as they sit back down and smiles. '' Enjoying yourself smiles?''
'' This is amazing mommy! Can we go to more games?'' Nico asks bouncing in her lap, Naya smiles as Brittany turns to her raising her pierced eyebrow and rubs her nephews back.
'' I am sure there are more games we will watch soon Sobrino.''
Brittany nods her head in agreement and ruffles his hair. '' Yeah I am too, baby.''
Nico smiles and cuddles into her.
Ladies and Gentleman, it's time for the children shoe scramble!
Brittany chuckles as the stadium darkens and watches a spotlight beam around hearing children cheer all around them, she squints as it lands on them and looks down at her son chuckling. '' You want to run around and find your shoes smiley?''
She stands up as he nods his head smiling brightly and turns to Naya. '' You joining us down there?''
Naya shakes her head and stands up kissing her nephews head and Britt's cheek. '' No go ahead, have fun Sobrino.''
Brittany places him on her hip as soon as he thanked his aunt and jogs down the stairs, she kisses his head as she sees field technicians helping the kids and parents climb over the advertising signs. '' Let that nice man help you over the sign okay?''
She places him on the sign as soon as he nods his head and smiles as a technician takes him, she shakes her head as he offers to help her and easily pulls herself up jumping over it.
She lands beside Nico taking his hand and walks over to the referee, she steps back as he explains the kids the rules and smiles as she sees her son buzz with excitement while listening carefully.
'' Alright parents, can you please stand in the end zone? First kid reaching it with their shoes on wins!'' The referee asks after explaining the kids the rules and taking their shoes, Brittany ruffles Nico's hair as he walks up to her and leans down kissing his forehead.
'' Have fun baby.''
'' Love you mommy.''
'' Love you too, smiley.'' She turns on her heels as he runs over to the other kids and jogs to the end zone, she crouches down smiling as the crowd counts down loudly and watches her son take off as soon as the referee blows his whistle.
'' Whoa the little Latino with beautiful blue eyes is fast!'' One of the parents next to her exclaims, Brittany chuckles softly as she hears the other parents chime in their agreement and smiles proudly as she sees Nico picking up his first shoe and taking off to search for the other before putting them on.
She rolls her eyes as the parents beside her start chanting their own child's name and watches her son run around the field searching for his other shoe, she cups her hands in front of her mouth as she sees him getting nervous by the loud noises around him and stands up smiling. '' You got this smiley!''
She locks eyes with him as he turns to look at her mid search and winks, she laughs as he blows her a kiss and raises her hand acting like she catches it before covering her heart blushing slightly as the crowd and the parents beside her coo loudly.
She smiles proudly as he finds his other shoe shortly after and chuckles as he sits down quickly putting his shoes back on, she hears the crowd cheer loudly as he jumps up running to the end zone and sees two other children sprinting slightly behind him gaining up on him.
She crouches down in the middle of the zone as he nears her and opens her arms, she laugh as he speeds up quickly leaving a gap between himself and the kids behind him and stands up catching him as he jumps into her arms as soon as his foot touched the goal line.
'' I did it mommy!'' Nico squeaks out breathing fast, Brittany smiles proudly nodding her head and rubs his back kissing his cheek as he wraps his arms tightly around her shoulders.
'' You sure did smiley, I am so proud of you.'' She mumbles as the crowd continues cheering for him, she ruffles his hair smiling as he feels his body buzz in her arms and places him down. '' I think the referee wants to give you your price baby.''
'' Come with me?'' Nico asks shyly grabbing onto her hand, Brittany nods her head and follows him to the referee.
'' Whoa little man you are really fast, some of the players today can learn something from you.'' The referee exclaims as he crouches down in front of him, he holds his hand out for a high five and smiles as the little boy immediately takes the invite. '' What is your name?''
'' Nico Lio Lopez!'' Nico exclaims smiling big
'' Well Nico Lio Lopez, where did you learn to run so fast?''
Nico giggles and points up at his mother. '' I got that from my mommy, she takes me on a run and sometimes we even race against each other.''
'' And do you win against your mommy?''
'' Not yet because mommy is really fast, but I will when I get taller and mommy older!'' Nico exclaims giggling.
Brittany runs a hand through her hair as everyone burst out laughing and shakes her head as Nico looks up at her mischievousness sparking in his blue eyes, she ruffles his hair and smirks. '' In your dreams, baby boy.''
The referee chuckles and shakes his head. '' Well Nico because you won the shoe scramble, we have a special price for you.'' he stands up as the raiders walk out onto the field and points at the players. '' Do you want to take a picture with the team?''
Brittany laughs as she sees her sons eyes widen in shock and slightly nods her head as he looks up at her to ask if it's okay, Nico turns to the referee wildly nodding his head and smiles brightly. '' Yes please!'' He looks back up at his mommy and turns back to the referee as the team joins them in the middle of the field. '' Can my mommy join?''
He smiles as the referee nods his head and turns to his mother raising his arms, Brittany smiles picking him up and rubs his back as he cuddles into her as the team stand next to and behind them.
'' Front and backs Nico?'' Rodney Hudson one of the captains ask, Nico nods his head and smiles brightly.
'' Yes please!''
'' So well behaved, he is adorable.'' Derek Carr says from his spot beside Brittany, Brittany nods her head smiling as she hears her son talk to Rodney and turns to Derek.
'' Yeah we taught him to treat people like he wishes to be treated.''
'' That is a wise life motto.'' Derek mutters as the referee sets up the camera, Brittany laughs and shrugs.
'' It's the best thing my wife and I could think off to teach our kids, we don't want them to disrespect anyone. But if they get treated poorly, they won't get in trouble for calling that person out.''
Derek nods his head and whistles as he sees the referee trying to get their attention. '' Alright guys, picture time!''
Brittany turns Nico in her arms and looks into the camera smiling as the team and her son call out cheese, Nico looks up at his mother after the flash and smiles. '' Mommy, can I sit on your shoulders?''
Brittany nods her head lifting him up and smiles as he easily settles on her shoulders, she watches the team turn around showing the names on their backs and follows their lead showing everyone the Lopez and the last two numbers of their birth year on their backs.
She turns back around as the referee tells the team that it's time to get their head in the games and shakes their hands smiling as Nico follows her lead, she walks over to the referee shaking his hand as her son cuddles into her arm and smiles. '' Thank you so much.''
'' No need to thank us ma'am the pictures will be posted on the teams insta, is that okay?'' He smiles as she nods her head and takes out his phone. '' Could you give me your name?''
'' BrittBritt and please tag Snixxbakeries too.''
The referee nods his head typing both names in and smiles. '' We will upload it soon, enjoy the rest of the game.''
Brittany thanks him softly and jogs to the advertisement signs, she places Nico on top of it squeezing his knee as he yawns and quickly climbs over it herself. She picks him back up jogging up the stairs and walks over to Naya, she sits down next to her and thanks her as she hands her a bottle of water.
'' Drink something smiley.'' She mumbles holding up the bottle for him, Naya smiles proudly and ruffles his hair as he takes the bottle.
'' You were amazing Sobrino, everyone around us was cheering for you!''
'' Really?'' Nico asks after drinking and hands his mother the bottle smiling as she drinks too, he cuddles back into her glancing at the game as his aunt nods her head and sighs softly. '' Today is amazing, thank you mommy and aunt Nay.''
'' Anytime baby.''
'' Anytime Sobrino.''
Brittany runs her hand down his back as she feels him nuzzle his face in her chest and leans back rocking him a little, Naya smiles as she sees him slowly nodding off and looks up at Brittany. '' We powered him out.''
Brittany laughs adjusting his dead weight on her lap and nods her head. '' Yeah, I think he will sleep early tonight.''
'' The two of you were so cute down there, I filmed everything and send it in the group chat.''
Brittany chuckles taking out her phone and opens her Whatsapp pulling Naya in her side, she kisses her cheek after opening their group chat and laughs softly as she sees the comments from her wife, their friends and Family.
God that is really adorable! Nico sure looks like he is enjoying himself and Britt is just as excited, this makes me fall even deeper in love with them.
She smiles as she reads her wife's comment and quickly snaps a selfie of herself with Nico and Naya cuddled into her, she sends it in the group and types out a message.
Well Nay and I powered Smiley out, I think he will sleep well tonight babe. How was the recital with Happy?
She exits the group chat as she receives a message from her wife and opens it smiling as a picture of San and Alex standing in front of a piano immediately pops up, she turns her phone showing it Naya and chuckles as he coos.
'' God he looks so excited.''
Brittany nods her head in agreement and smiles. '' Both boys were so excited for today that they squirmed around until it was time to leave, I am glad both boys found something they love so much.''
'' Alex really loves music, doesn't he?''
Brittany laughs and nods her head. '' Yeah all three of them do, but Alex loves playing instruments too he really got his talent of playing the piano and guitar from San.
'' Do you think that he wants to play at a children recital soon?''
Brittany nods her head and laughs. '' Yeah I am sure he wants too and we will make it possible as soon as he asks, same goes for Nico if he wants to join the team when he gets older he can do just that.''
'' He looks adorable in the uniform he got for Christmas.''
'' Oh yeah he does.'' Brittany mumbles pulling Nico's shirt down after it slid up after he moved to burrow himself deeper into her arms, she kisses his head ad he tiredly mumbles and leans down. '' What was that Smiley?''
'' Love mommy.'' Nico mumbles tiredly, she smiles nuzzling her nose in his hair and breaths deeply closing her eyes as the feeling of love surrounding her.
