Day Eight: Treat
While the dorm leader of Ignhyde and the prefect of the Ramshackle Dorm had many things in common, they still had their disagreements. For instance, both enjoyed candy, though their tastes varied. It was something they tended to have friendly arguments about.
Like now, for example.
"There is literally no difference between this," Idia pointed to the caramel in his hand before pointing to the one in hers. "And that."
"Sure there is." Kokoro countered. "One feels like you're breaking a tooth on while the other melts in your mouth."
"This one can melt in your mouth too!" he stated.
"It takes too long!"
"So what? It still tastes the exact same!"
Ortho and Grim watched from the sidelines as their two 'leaders' kept this up for an hour.
"Man, and I thought Ace and Deuce were bad." Grim groaned.
Ortho hummed. "I've never seen my onii-chan act this way before."
Unbeknownst to the arguing duo, Ortho couldn't help but 'smile.' How could he not? His brother had another friend in the real world. Now if he could just drag his brother out of his room more often… Maybe Kokoro could help him out sometime?
G.G.: Thank you for coming here today.
Ortho: Glad to be here, G.G.!
G.G.: So then, what can you tell us about your brother and Kokoro?
Ortho: Well, I'm just glad my onii-chan has another friend!
G.G.: I see. So I take it they get along well? Most of the time?
Ortho: Oh yeah! They have a lot in common and they hardly fight!
G.G.: Wait. What was...? (points to the screen)
Ortho: That was just one of their friendly arguments. You should see them when they're talking about ships.
