A/N: I almost skipped this episode, however I needed to do this one for a few reasons, I wanted at least three chapters in between the election and the USJ. The Millhorse is an important concept to the series and it's introduced in the episode. Also I didn't want to have two chapters in a row of Star altering one of her classmates... you can guess which chapter is next. That said it's the chapter with the least amount of changes from its Star counterpart but don't worry there will be a TON of changes next chapter... Enjoy!
Chapter 8: Quest Buy
Star and Tenya were complete opposites. While they did get along and enjoyed each other's company it was bound that the two would get on each other's nerves.
After all one a weird and wild princess from another dimension.
The other was an uptight member of a hero family.
Of course they would be at odds at times.
Which is what happened when Tenya decided to vacuumed part of Star's castle.
"you can't just clean my house behind my back!" scolded Star.
"But look as your castle!" argued Tenya, "You haven't been cleaning."
"If wanted to clean up I have plenty of spells for that." Said Star, "I just don't feel like cleaning right now!"
"But this mess!" scolded Tenya to a giant mess that was all around them.
Izuku and Ochaco were watching this argument.
"I knew they would get into a sitcom argument sooner or later." Said Ochaco who had was petting one of the laser kitties.
"What?" asked Izuku.
"They are polar opposites after all." Said Ochaco.
Izuku just blinked at his friend.
"fine! I'll use my magic to clean my room." Muttered Star.
She tried to use her wand however not only it wasn't working but seemed to be turning grey.
"What's wrong with this thing?" asked Star.
She looked at it and sighed, "Better check under the hood."
She opened it up and saw there was an emaciated unicorn on a treadmill.
She then checked some sort of gage on her wand.
"Oh no!" cried Star, "I need my charger!"
She dove into her mess trying to search for her wand charger.
"Why did I even take it out?" she asked, "I know I left here somewhere!"
"Star?" sked Izuku.
"What's going on?" asked Ochaco.
"Look! My wand need to be charged with Magical Energy." Said Star she showed them the gauge on the back of the wand which included a skull at the bottom, "If it ever gets to skull then the wand dies… forever."
The heart marks on her face broke and turn to skulls.
"Her hearts can do that?" asked Ochaco.
"Are you able to buy a new one?" asked Tenya.
"You're right! They sell them at Quest Buy." Said Star.
"Quest Buy?" asked three of them asked.
She opened up a portal and dragged the three of them through.
They found themselves in a massive store, there were all sorts of creatures around and selling strange things.
"Welcome to quest buy!" said Star.
"Gnome repellent?" asked Ochaco.
"Extra Strength Ghost heads." Said Tenya.
"They sell everything in the universe here." Said Star.
Izuku noticed a shelf of something he wanted.
"No way! Limited edition All Might merchandise…" said Izuku.
"Midoriya we're in another dimension! It's probably a bootleg." Said Tenya.
"Maybe…" said Izuku.
He quickly grabbed his phone and texted someone knew "A.M." having asked them "Have you heard of a store called Quest Buy? Because they're selling merchandise here."
"How can we find anything?" asked Ochaco.
"It just looks confusing!" said Star, "It's said that the founders of Quest Buy created an ancient cryptic system of symbols they used to organize the store. Some have gone mad trying not decipher it."
They noticed a nearby goblin.
"I figured it out!" yelled the Goblin, "Housewares is that way!"
Said Goblin ended up running into the wall.
"Can't we just ask for help?" asked Ochaco.
They noticed some creature nearby ask a sloth like store employee something.
"Sorry not my department." Said the Sloth like employee.
"They're notorious for not being helpful." Said Star, "But luck Lyly of us, I myself know my way around here myself if I do say so myself… I think I just way to many "myselfs."."
What they didn't notice that nearby was Ludo shopping with his army.
Star led them to a chamber where a large sphinx resided.
"Halt! Those who wish to pass my lair! Must answer my riddles if you dare." Said the Sphinx, "I do not breathe…"
Izuku took out his phone and looked up riddles and thankfully that one was on the site he checked out very quickly.
"A leg." Answered Star.
"But I run." Said the Sphinx.
"A leg!" said Star.
"And I jump…" said the Sphinx.
"A leg!" said Star.
"And… wait… how did you know the answer?" asked Sphinx.
"The internet." Said Star.
"The internet?" asked the Sphinx.
"Yeah you should look it… now with the door." Said Star.
The Sphinx sighed as she opened the door.
"Sorry for cheating." Apologized Izuku.
The Sphinx just sighed and asks a nearby skeleton door if they knew what the internet was.
He got through the door…
"It should be right here." Said Star.
However it was clear that they were where they started from, with the Gnome repellent, extra strength ghost heads and All Might merchandise.
"I don't get it! I took a left, and another left and another left and another left! It doesn't make any sense!" yelled Star;.
"Star… you just described walking in a circle." Said Ochaco.
That was when Izuku's phone rang with a "A text is here."
Izuku read the text from "A.M."
"Don't worry Young MI doyra, it's all official."
Another text came in "Wait… you found Quest Buy? They've been selling it for years and I've found out where that store is."
"It's official merchandise." Said Izuku with his eyes sparkling.
"Izuku! Wand charger!" scolded Star.
"Oh right." Said Izuku with a quick text back to "A.M," with "I'll explain later."
However that was when someone his Star with a shopping cart.
Inside the shopping cart was Ludo.
"Star Butterfly." Said Ludo, "So it looks like Quest Buy really does have everything a monster could need."
"Ludo!" muttered Ludo.
"Give me the wand… or else there will be a huge clean up in aisle… aisle… what aisle is this?" asked Ludo.
"Not my department." Said a nearby sloth like employee.
"Rainbow Avalanche!" called out Star.
But a small trickle of rainbow came out of the wand.
"Narwhal Blast!" called out Star but only a single tiny narwhal
"Remember the reason why we came here." Reminded Tenya.
"I know…" muttered Star.
"Get her"! yelled Ludo to his arm.
Izuku let loose one of his super powerful flip sending the monster army flying.
And there goes another finger." Sighed Star.
"Maybe if we figure out the map…" said Tenya.
"Let's see…" said Izuku who was clearly in pain but was working through it.
They headed to the nearest map.
Both Izuku and Tenya looked it as Izuku looked at it however she began to mumble a lot under his breath he figured out the code.
Star and Ochaco looked at each other he figured it out with a weird mumble storm.
"If we take the elevator over there then it will take us the Wand Chargers." Said Izuku/.
They headed to some nearby tube like elevators and rode up with Ludo and his army following them.
And getting squished by a giant slug man.
In the elevator Star saw at the gauge had gotten a bit lower.
"So how does your wand work exactly?" asked Tenya.
"You see the little unicorn is called a "Millhorse" and it…" said Star.
That was when the elevator suddenly stopped.
They managed to open the doors.
"Sorry but this elevator is out of service." Said a very injured sloth employee, "Welcome to the death trap department."
They saw they were in a room filled with stereotypical death traps from like a video game or movie.
That was when suddenly the Sloth like Employee was caught in a giant mouse trap.
"Don't help me up. I get worker's comp for this." Said the Sloth like Employee.
That was when nearby the large slug like create left the other elevator with Ludo and his army stuck on his back.
But Ludo managed to get free.
"There she is!" yelled Ludo.
The four knew they had to run for it. But it wasn't going to be easy due to the department they were in… as they had to doge swinging axes.
"Blades of doom!" yelled Star.
They thankfully avoided the swinging axes.
Only to find themselves in an area filled with giant skeleton statures with blow guns.
"Massacre darts"! yelled Star.
They thankfully dodged all the darts with one of Ludo's henchmen getting hit.
"Hallway with walls that periodically smash together!" yelled Star.
Tenya led this one with figuring out the timing it and though a chicken like henchman of Ludo's did get smashed.
"Do you think there's giant round boulder?" asked Ochaco.
"No I think it's in another part of the department." Said Star.
Thankfully they made it to the charger department.
However there were hundreds of them.
"It looked like a blue crystal heart right?" asked Izuku.
Star nodded.
"Me and Star will find the charger." Said Izuku, "Iida, Uraraka you distract Ludo and his monsters."
"Right!" said Tenya.
"Okay!" said Ochaco.
The two went to fight off the monsters.
"Oh man! Seriously!" yelled one of the monsters.
"How do you even have super powers!" yelled another of them.
"you haven't looked up the earth! Like 80 percent of the humans there have some sort of weird super power called a quirk." Said yes another of the monster.
"Oh… neat…" said the first monster.
That monster was kicked by Tenya.
Knocking down things from the shelf which Ochaco decided to take advantage of and used her quirk before causing a small shower of the object.
"Wait… who's going to pay for this… because I really don't have the money." Said Ochaco.
"I'm sure Star will figure out something." reassured Tenya who managed to send a bear like monster flying with a kick.
"Oh good." Said Ochaco who touched a lobster like monster causing him to float away.
Meanwhile Star and Izuku looked through the chargers.
Star was very worried as it was very close to Skull.
"I found it!" he called out.
He heled it up and showed off the blue heard shaped crystal charger.
He tossed it to Star who caught it.
"Oh yeah! I got it!" said Star.
However Ludo managed to sneak in and grab the wand from her.
"Yes! I got it!" cheered Ludo.
He smiled evilly.
"Princess Blast Your Face Off!" yelled Ludo.
But due to being close to dying all it did was give off a skull shaped puff of smoke.
"Dizzy Spinning Death Blast!" said Ludo but of course nothing happen so he started to shake the wand, "What is wrong with this thing?"
Star however kicked the Kappa and grabbed her wand.
She put the charger in it and soon enough the gage was full. It opened up on its own showing that unicorn was now completely healthy.
"So cute!" she gushed.
Her friends all joined her.
"Fantastic Exist Beam!" she called out with a special beam pushing them towards the exit.
They went past a sloth like employee.
"Aren't you going to pay for that?" asked the employee.
"My Archenemies will cover it, he kind of owes me." Said Star.
"Star!" scolded Tenya.
"You helped cause a lot of that manage…" pointed out Star.
Tenya sighed.
And so Ludo was mauled by the employee for not being able to pay for the damage.
They soon got back to Star's castle.
"Let's get that finger managed up." Said Star.
However they saw that the vacuum was glowing pink and floating in the air.
"Star… is your vacuum supposed to be doing that?" asked Ochaco.
"No… it's possessed." Said Star, "I'm going to touch it."
"Don't touch it." Said Izuku.
She opened up her vacuum and saw what was making it float.
"Oh it's just my charger." Said Star.
There was an awkward silence, "Wait my charger?"
She glared at Tenya.
"I told you shouldn't vacuum!" scolded Star.
"IT was on the floor." said Tenya, "Something that important shouldn't be on the floor."
It wouldn't have gotten sucked up if you didn't vacuum in the first place!" pointed out Star.
"Why was it even on the floor?" asked Tenya.
"I didn't think someone would vacuum the floor!" said Star.
Ochaco and Izuku looked at each other.
"Let's bandage your finger." Said Ochaco.
"Thanks…" said Izuku.
And so Star got an extra charger that she didn't have to pay for because they got into a fight in the store… after all it's always a good idea to have a backup charger for those things…
Even if it was unintentional…
Next Time: Izuku breaks his arm... again.. And Star finds a spell to heal his arm... which actually gives him a horrifying tentacle. Will Star because to turn it back or will Izuku fall under the sway of the tentacle and do something to Bakugo? Find out next time!
