"Were approaching the city get ready"

We were all on our way two the Southern Water Tribe on a police airship.

"Korra can I talk to you"

"Sure mako what's up"

"It's the whole situation with Bolin"

"You miss your little bro I get it, none of us could have predicted what happened"

"I know it's just I'm worried if we see him down there that...l"

"That what"

"That I can't bring my self to attack him should the worst happen. For so long my soul goal in life was to protect him"

"No body is expecting you two hurt your brother, even if he does deserve it"

"Thanks Korra"

"Hey former love bird let's go" me and mako both got up and headed for the hanger door when.

"BOOM"

"WHAT WAS THAT"

"EARTH EMPIRE PLANES"

"They found us"

The whole airship started leaning forward and we all fell down away from the hanger.

"HANG ON" Lin said though you could barley hear her over the alarms and sirens. I look up and see Opal deploying her glider and flying out of the crashing airship.

All I remember is a loud crash followed by a explosion.

"KORRA KORRA" I heard though it was so muffled. My head was spinning and my ears were ringing. I could barely even register that Assami was over me trying to get me to respond.

"KORRA" it suddenly sounded much more clear.

"Asami..uhhh what happened"

"We crashed"

"Don't scare me like that ever again"

"Sorry" I said trying to sit up.

I look around to see debris everywhere. Mako and Lin were running towards me also.

"Good to see you up"

"Where's Opal"

"She flew off before we crashed, probably not to far off though"

"She is much closer than you think" said a new voice coming from up ahead. We all look up to see who it was, BOLIN, of course. He was on a elevated position with metal benders flanking him and more quickly arriving in snowmobiles. On his left was a very beat up and cuffed Opal on her knees there were scars and cuts all over her body from the metal strips Kuvira uses. Though they were more of a formality. She looked so tired and hurt, there's no way she would've tried anything.

"BOLIN"

"Let her go kid you don't want to do this"

"Oh but chief I do I have actually been really looking forward to this"

"Finally getting the reunion we deserve, isn't that right sweetheart" Bolin our his hand on Opal shoulders but she immediately jerked away.

"So what was the plan actually, come here with no army and try to take us all on"

"You forget who we are Bolin" I said getting into the Avatar state and sending ice and air at Bolin being careful not to harm Opal. He responded with lava being sent in our direction. I really have come to hate the fact he can lava bend now.

"Korra on your right" asami screamed.

I looked over to see a Mech heading right at me. He noticed me looking over and fired his flame thrower at me to which I fire bent a wall around me protecting me. When he stopped I Water bended the ice around him trapping him inside. Victory was short lived however as a metal stop wrapped around my arm.

"Ohh no"

Bolin lifted my arm up and sent me to the ground and attempted to do it again. But Assami electrocuted him form behind. He fell to the floor and I looked around and most of his troops had been taken care of.

"Let's get out of here"

We all hopped on snowmobile and drove off.

"The City is up ahead maybe we can get some help there"

"What about Opal"

"Well rescue her when we get the chance for now we have to help save the city"

We drove to a overlook point so we could asses the damage of the battle and how long we had. But when we got up we were met with the sign of northern and Earth Empire troops marching through the streets.

"Not possible"

"We got the message not even a day ago how did they take the city so fast"

"I believe I can help answer that" a deep voice said

We all turned around expecting a fight from the mysterious voice. It turned out to be my dad.

"DAD" I ran to him giving him a hug

"Korra I was so worried"

"YOU were worried, I thought Kuvira had captured you or worse.

"Well she tired"

"So sir how did the South get taken over so fast"

"Come with me back to our hide out I'll explain everything"
