Derrick POV

I was out hunting with Zane, Cane, Jagger, Jaxon and Dante, it's about 7:30 PM. We heard rustling in bushes.

"Ryan! Shh!" I heard someone whisper. I motioned for the boys to come closer.

"Hello? Please come out, we won't hurt you." I encouraged. 4 kids emerged.

"Hello. I am River I'm 8 years old, this is Hollie she's 4 years old, this is Ryan, he's 11 years old and this is Conner, he's 6 years old. Will you please help us? We've got no where to live. We've been living here for 1 year. Just in the bushes, our parents kicked us out. Can you please give us somewhere to stay?" River asked looking up with sad pleading eyes.

"We'll help you. Would you like to come back to our house with us?" I asked, smiling encouragingly.

"Yes, please." Hollie answered quietly. She was going to definitely be the shy one. I picked up Hollie, Jagger picked up River, Jaxon picked up Conner and Ryan walked next to Cane. We got home and I took the kids to the Family Room.

"Guys! Family Meeting!" I called up the stairs. Everyone came down and their eyes widened when they saw us holding the kids. Hollie was hiding her face in my neck very shy.

"Guys, we were on our hunting trip. We came across these 2 boys and 2 girls. Ryan, River, Conner and Hollie have been living in the woods and bushes for 1 year without much food," Esme gasped heartbroken. She started dry sobbing into Carlisle. "We brought them back here because River begged us to give them a home, will you let them stay here?" Dante told everyone.

"Yes." Esme said looking up.

"Yes." Everyone else said.

"S-S-So W-We've got a home?" Hollie asked shyly and quietly.

"Yes." I told her. She looked up at everyone and burst into tears. Her hands covering her face.

"Hello. I'm Tuesday. You don't have to cry. Here, come with me, we can go to my bedroom and change into another set of clothes then we can play with some barbie dolls." Tuesday said, coming up and looking up at Hollie. I put Hollie down and Tuesday took her hand and led her to her bedroom where they changed into another set of clothes.

"Hello. I'm July. Lets go change and then we can watch a movie. You can sleep in my room, we can go shopping together with Auntie Alice, we can go get ice cream, we can go to the park, we can go buy toys and we can-" July went on.

"July, honey. Don't overwhelm River." Lazlo told July.

"Ok, anyways. Lets go!" July said and skipped off with River.

"Hello. I'm Micah. Lets go get changed and then we can play with the electric race cars with Uncle Emmett." Micah said and ran off with Conner.

"Hi! I'm Xavier! Lets go get changed then we can play some Roblox on the iPad with Uncle Jasper." Xavier said and took Ryan with him upstairs.

"Who wants to have one of these kids as their child?" Esme asked. 8 hands shot up. Mine and Ellisyn's hands shot up, Byron and Nessie's hands shot up, Dante and Karsyn's hands shot up and Dustin and Isobelle's hands shot up too.

"When the kids come back down, we'll let them pick who they want as their parents." Carlisle said. That moment the kids came bouncing down the stairs in different clothes.

"So, Ryan, River, Conner and Hollie. You get to pick out of Byron and Nessie, Derrick and Ellisyn, Dante and Karsyn or Isobelle and Dustin to be your parents." Carlisle announced pointing to each couple. Hollie shyly walked over to Nessie and Byron, River walked over to me and Ellisyn, Conner walked over to Dante and Karsyn and Ryan walked over to Isobelle and Dustin. Byron picked Hollie up, she wrapped her arms around his neck and laid her head on his shoulder tiredly.

Nessie POV

Hollie wrapped her tiny arms around Byron and fell asleep on his shoulder.

"We're gonna go put her to bed." I mouthed to everyone and pointed at Hollie. They nodded, me and Byron took Hollie up to our bedroom and tucked her into bed. She would have to sleep in our bed until we got her the room next door. We have to get her a bed and stuff for her new bedroom and that could take like months to get that sorted. I got ready for bed and climbed into bed next to Hollie. She didn't stir when Byron climbed in.

"Love you." I whispered to him.

"Love you too and our beautiful daughter Hollie." He whispered back and kissed my lips lightly.

The Next Day (still Nessie POV)

"Wake up! Wake up! Wake up!" I opened my eyes and saw Hollie jumping on the bed excitedly. We're going to have to set some rules around here.

"Baby, what time is it?" I asked, she looked at the clock.

"I think it's 6:25, Momma." She answered, I looked at the clock 6:25 AM. I was so shocked that she just called me Momma.

"Good job!" I whispered, praising her, I gave her a high five.

"Babe, time to wake up. Babe." I said and lightly shook Byron.

"Dadda!" Hollie squealed and jumped on Byron. He opened his eyes and Hollie hugged him.

"Dadda, I missed you while you were sleeping." She said.

"I missed you too, Hollie." He told her and hugged her.

"I love you, Momma and Dadda." Hollie said to us both.

"We love you too, Hollie. So so much, always remember that." I said to her. Byron nodded.

Ellisyn POV

"Mom! Dad! Time to get up!" I heard River screech and jump on the bed excitedly.

"Hey, baby," I said to her before going to wake Derrick up. "Babe, time to get up."

"What time is it?" He asked opening his eyes.

"It's 6:30 AM." River told him before I could say it.

"Ok. Riv, can we tell you something?" Derrick asked, she nodded.

"Mommy... is going to have a baby." Derrick said, Riv's mouth dropped.

"I'm going to be a big sister? For once?! Already?!" She asked elated. Me and Derrick nodded.

"Yay! Yay! Yay!" She squealed.

Isobelle POV

I woke up to a loud bang in the bedroom.

"What was that?" I asked sitting up. I saw Ryan in the room and looking guilty.

"Whoops. Sorry, I accidentally broke a vase. I was just looking for food." He said innocently.

"What food would you like?" I asked.

"Pancakes." He answered.

"Ryan, seriously? You really thought that there would be pancakes in our bedroom?" I asked shaking my head. I got out of bed and took his hand. We walked downstairs. The whole family was already down there making breakfast. Dustin was still asleep though.

"Hey, morning." I said.

"Hey, how'd you sleep?" Dad asked me.

"Good. But this morning. In fact, Ryan, tell Grandpa what you did." I said to Ryan.

"I was looking for pancakes in the bedroom, but broke a vase in the process." He giggled cheekily. Dad laughed.

"Ryan, would you like to go ovr there and sit with Uncle Em and play something?" I asked, he nodded and went over to Uncle Em.
