Wrenpaws point of view
Wrenpaw lunged at Needlepaw Needlepaw rolled to dodge Wrenpaw, Getting to her feet Wrenpaw batted Needlepaw's muzzle.
" Great StarClan look at those clouds" Rabbitleap pointed to the sky rolling over the mountains where large deep gray clouds looming towards the lake .Wrenpaw had been battle training with Blossomheart and Needlepaw in the abandoned twoleg place when Rabbitleap had noticed the clouds.
" Rabbitleap Blossomheart there you" Hawkwing padded up from the undergrowth " Leafstar ordered that everyone is to be back in camp right now those clouds are bringing a great storm"
" Okay we should get going then come Wrenpaw, Needlepaw get going now!" Blossomheart yowled Wrenpaw followed behind Rabbitleap and Blossomheart back to camp as the dark gray clouds rolled across the sky turning the sky a deep gray.
Snowflakes began to falling from the sky as they crossed over the stream as they walked through the woven brambles entrance the snow began to wipe up into a storm. " Oh thank StarClan your back i was so worried that the storm would break before you got back!" Bellaleaf rushed over to her mate and daughter nuzzling Rabbitleap.
" My dear don't worry about where fine" Rabbitleap reassured Bellaleaf " everyone was worried about you when we saw those storm clouds Hawkwing rushed to the training grounds as fast as possible but you weren't there" Quailfeather snapped from beside the warriors den. " I,m sorry dear me and Blossomheart wanted to give the apprentices a chance to fight somewhere else when the time comes for real combat." Rabbitleap admitted shamefully " We didn't know that those storm clouds would roll in." " What matters is that your all back and safe" Leafstar yowled from tallstump now everyone from now on until this storm is over every cat is to stay in camp."
Leafstar jumped down from tallstump to talk with Hawkwing. The blizzard had turned into a full blown whiteout Wrenpaw could barley see her own paws in front of her as she slid into the apprentices den, the snow was piling up fast on the ground and on the roof of the apprentices den, Wrenpaw was trying to sleep but between the wiping wind outside and the fact that she didn't want the snow building up at the entrance there was no chance in StarClan that she would fall asleep.
Needlepaw wasn't sleeping either nervously clawing at the bracken in her nest, Rootpaw was fast asleep snoring in his nest. " Cant sleep either ha!" Needlepaw questioned, " Ya i have know idea how Rootpaw can sleep through a storm like this. The two she cats conversation" Wrenpaw heard a loud moaning sound coming from above here.
" I wander what that was?" Needlepaw looked skeptical " Should we wake up Rootpaw?" " No his fine the last thing that we need is Rootpaw even more grumpy" just then with a loud crash the roof of the apprentices den gave in do to all the snow crashing onto the apprentices inside.
" Ahh good StarClan" Wrenpaw pushed herself out of the now ruined apprentice den the cold snow freezing her body the very bone. " Great StarClan are you all okay!" Sunnypelt called out as the warriors rushed out of their den rushed over to investigate the loud crash noise that they had heard.
" Great StarClan what happened to the apprentice den?" Harrybrooke yelled. " Th th the apprentice den caved in under the snow." Rootpaw pooped his head out from the snow shaking the snow from his head.
" You can come and sleep in the elders den theirs plenty of room in their" Leafstar announced "Hawkwing go tell Fallowfern about this" Great now we get to listen to Fallowfern's snoring" Rootpaw groaned " Hay don't be disrespectful of Fallowfern!" Violetshine snapped to her yellow tabby son from the crowed " Shes in elder who served SkyClan for many moons"
" Ugh fine it has to be then sleeping out in the cold" Following the SkyClan deputy Wrenpaw trotted across the snow covered camp to the elders den to the elders den.
Flamepaw's point of view
" Great StarClan look how much its snowed already" Baypaw pointed from inside the apprentice den, The snow had been falling all night and into the early hours of the morning and had completely covered the ground in a layer of white powder.
Flamepaw sat in his nest watching the snow howling outside, Myrtlepaw had just woken up and was grooming her fur Finchpaw was sitting quietly alone in the back of the den she had been very shaken up from the border skirmish with WindClan and refused to talk to Flamepaw about it. The only cats she would talk to about it where Cinderheart and Baypaw.
Finchpaw had been talking with Baypaw a loot in the last moon Flamepaw joked that they talked so much that they where mates it always annoyed Finchpaw to now end.
" Think we should get up? are mentor's probably want us up to go hunting" Myrtlepaw questioned from her nest. " Na their not gonna be up for a while they wont want ta be out this weather for a while"
Outside a large piece of snow hanging over the quarry's edge slipped from the cliff crashing onto the ground with a thunderous boom hearing the crash the warriors poured out of the warriors den to investigate.
" Great their up now will have to go hunting" Baypaw groaned " Just what i wanted to be doing rate now" Flamepaw sighed. " Baypaw, Myrtlepaw, Finchpaw, Flamepaw, are okay!". Alderheart rushed over from the medicine den " Yes where fine we where inside when the snow fell" Well you need to get out of their now its unsafe to be in their with all that snow falling"
The four ThunderClan apprentices jumped down from the apprentices den onto the snowy ground below to join the rest of the clan.
" Great StarClan its freezing out here"Cherryfall complained " I now tell me about it" Stormcloud agreed comforting his mate by wrapping his tail around her, The four elders sat in the clearing clearly disgruntled from being woken up Ivypool sat beside her mate Fernsong pressed into his side to keep warm.
A loud rumbling came from the top of the Quarry cliff as more snow began to fall from the top crashing into the camp.
" Everyone get away from the cliffs now!" Bramblestar's loud yowl rang across the camp, The snow crashed down the quarry's slope kicking up earth and pebbles in its wake
" ThunderClan evacuate camp! Squirrelflight Lionblaze make sure everyone's safe" Flamepaw sprinted to the camp entrance followed by Honeyfur, Molewhisker, Whitewing, Finchpaw, and Baypaw.
The snow crashed down the quarry slopes baring the camp in a thick layer of snow " StarClan help us" Flamepaw cried out as hey exploded through the camp entrance and into the clearing panting heavily beside Finchpaw and Baypaw.
" Wheres Bramblestar" Squirrelflight cried from the crowd "i haven't seen him since we escaped from camp" Honeyfur responded " I haven't seen Hollytuft either"
The snow had stooped slipping from the quarry and the cats began to slowly stalk back into camp.
The camp had been buried in snow the warriors den and nursery were completely destroyed.
" Great StarClan" Birchfall cried out caught underneath a large chunk of snow where the body's of Hollytuft and Bramblestar.
