This one is a shorter chapter. You will see why. I just had to end it at that point. Anyway, enjoy :D

Blake walked back to their room quite slowly. She was on the way but she got lost in her thoughts. She was just so depressed that Weiss talked about her that way. She already had to experience this back in her old school life which was hard because on those days she didn't hide her ears so a lot of bullying happened. Now she felt the same, but it was even worse because it came from a friend. If she can even say that. They weren't friends, not anymore at least. Her bow was flat on her head. The people who didn't know she had ears would just think she put her bow on her head hastily today. She was so deep in her mind that she hit her head in the door. She didn't even notice she was already in front of the room. Weiss heard a knock. Only one, it was weird. Who knocks like that, seriously? Actually Blake didn't know why she went to the room. She knew the heiress was there because she basically shouted out that fact to everyone. Her legs just moved on its own while she wanted the opposite. To be far away from the queen so why is she standing here now?

As this question formed in her head she immediately snapped out of it. Looking at the door in front of her. Shit, if Weiss sees me I'm dead. Well, it was too late because the heiress opened the door. When she saw the faunus her facial expression dropped from calm to annoyed.

"Why are you here?" Why is she asking that? Just because she hates her she has the right to be in her team's room.

"Well… it's my room as well." She said it quietly, like she was explaining something after a scolding. She let Weiss speak to her like she was some kind of superior. She didn't want to be angry at her as she could totally understand her reasons. But the way she acts with the faunus won't solve the past mistakes. That can't be solved.

"Yeah, but we have classes in a few minutes so you should go there." She started to close the door mid sentence but Blake stopped it with her hand.

"Weiss, I need my stuff. It's Goodwitch's class and I don't have my weapon with me." That was actually her reason to go to the dorm. Although, as a side quest she hoped she could have a few civil words with the heiress.

"Oh which weapon? The one that you wiped blood from?" Now that was just bringing back horrible memories to Blake. She remembered that every time a battle was over she had to clean her sword on her own. Well, obviously because it was hers. But it wasn't a pleasing act as after every wipe she remembered the faces in front of her before she killed them. She just stood there mouth open as she visioned those moments. Weiss noticed this and disgust appeared on her face. "Seeing you as you don't have anything to say, I am sure the answer to that question is 'Yes'. Now, I do not intend to hold your sword so I will let you in for now to grab it yourself."

"Great, because I would have let myself in anyway." She couldn't let Weiss talk to her like this anymore. She wasn't going to give her permission whether she can go to her own room or not. It was starting to get really annoying and she couldn't just ignore this even if that maybe would have been a better choice.

"What was that?" Weiss questioned with an eyebrow raise.

"I said, I don't need your permission to step into the room." Blake said it without emotions. If Weiss won't accept her then be it. She doesn't want to fight for someone that doesn't even see her as a person.

"Do you think a prisoner can do what she wants? I don't think so. And you should be there right now." That was it. That pulled the last string for Blake and she did something she shouldn't have.

She smacked the door open so hard it almost flew back into her face. Earning Weiss to get a few steps back. She looked surprised from the faunus' strength. Maybe that sentence was too much from her. Blake walked in, pure anger on her face showing her teeth also. Weiss noticed that her claws were out and she actually got pretty scared. Blake was still in her own mind and she didn't want to hurt Weiss; she just wanted to intimidate her so she would know her place. Weiss stepped back even more, although she wanted Blake to stop but she did not want to beg her for it. She won't beg for a faunus that's for sure. She bumped her back on the table as she couldn't back away anymore. She put her hands on it for balance. Blake walked pretty close to her while moving one of her arms up with the intention of slashing Weiss on the face. The heiress just closed her eyes waiting for the impact. She knew well if Blake hurts her she can use this to her advantage. Blake knew this as well.

Weiss just waited but what she felt wasn't what she expected. She felt a soft touch on her hair. That was quite different. It felt good but what is happening? She opened her eyes slowly, seeing the faunus' face not far from her own. Blake wasn't looking in her eyes but at her hair, playing with it with her fingers. It was way too soft. Then she finally started to speak.

"I won't hurt you, Weiss. Even if you want me to hurt you now, so you can use that against me. I know you want to make me miserable. But you don't know that I already am." Weiss didn't interrupt her. Not even shoving her hand away from her hair. It almost looked like a scene where the predator is messing with her prey before hunting it down. Although, Blake was really serious this time.

"I know that there is no excuse for what I did. Believe me, I hate myself for it just like you do. I wanted to change and I felt like I was almost there. I started to accept myself when I got to meet you guys." She was still occupied with her hair but Weiss couldn't move an inch. She was just looking in Blake's eyes, seeing hurt in it. "I had to tell the truth, but the outcome is always the same. No one wants to accept me as a person. I thought at least you, the people I considered friends, would understand it. But it looks like I had a false belief." She let go of Weiss' hair and turned around, showing her back to the heiress. "In your case, I would hate me too. But please, don't hurt me with words. Even if I deserve it, it's painful."

Then she turned around earning wide opened eyes from Weiss as the heiress saw tears in her eyes. That proved her pain and the fact that she said these words with seriousness. And when she started talking it was just harder for the heiress.

"Weiss, you have to know that even if you won't accept me in your whole life, I would never hurt you." After these words were floating in the air, Blake grabbed her weapon and went out of the room leaving Weiss alone.

Yes, she did not like Blake. She killed a lot of people. Why would she like someone like this? But at the same time, she is the total opposite of that past self of hers. She believed that people can change. For the worse or the better. And it was years ago. She was basically a child. Maybe she didn't even know what she was doing. Weiss has to be different from the others. She has to believe that Blake indeed changed for the better and she won't hurt her. She had to give her another chance. She doesn't have to like her or anything like that. But at least give her a chance.

That was the last thought that went through her mind when she grabbed her weapon as well and went out of the door, leaving the room empty.
