Kara Danvers jumped up from the couch when the breach opened. She was ready to fight in case this was not a friend.

"Kara wait! I don't want to hurt you." Said Caitlin as the breach closed.

"Caitlin? Wait are Barry and Oliver ok?"

"Oliver is fine as far as I know. Barry is trapped in the speed force."

"Barry is in the speed force? What is the speed force? Why is your hair mostly white?"

"Yes Barry is in the speed force. The speed force is the source of his power like yellow solar radiation is yours. Remember when Barry told you about my powers and I couldn't use them?"

"Yeah."

"Well I can now and a side effect of my powers is that my hair turns white. My eyes will also glow a slivery/blue. But Barry isn't the reason I am here. I am here to help you so you don't have to give up Mon-El."

"What do you mean?"

"As you found out Barry can time travel because of his speed. His big bad we were dealing with was called Savitar. The self proclaimed god of speed. Turns out Savitar was a time remnant of Barry's from the future."

"What is a time remnant?"

"Basically a clone with all of Barry's memories. Seeing Savitar was from the future, he gained all of Barry's new memories as time went on. It is a very long and complicated story that I am not even sure I know all of. But when a new member of the team who you didn't meet decided to unleash my powers by removing the power damping neckless I was wear after I was fatally injured to save my life I sort of attack my friends and ran off."

"You would have died if they hadn't."

"I was willing to die. Kara, I was scared of these powers that I would kill the people I love. But Julian didn't care what I wanted. He didn't want me to die not for my friends. But for himself. He was under the belief that he was in love with me. But there is no way he could. I never let him close enough to really know me. There are only two people on my Earth that know the real me. Well I guess since Barry is trapped in the speed force that only leaves Cisco. But when I left Star labs because I couldn't go to a hospital because it would be discovered I am a meta. A meta that went a little crazy at first and attacked the police station. Oh I forgot to mention that I kidnapped Julian."

"You kidnapped the guy and he thinks he in in love with you now?"

"Yeah. Oh and in exchange for not turning me in he made Barry quit his job. But Julian got Barry his job back for Christmas. So that only lasted a couple weeks. But anyway Savitar or evil Barry whichever you want to call him found me and revealed himself to me. Almost as fast as Barry can run I hatched my own plan to stop him. But it involved me making him believe I was actually on his side. Got him to trust me. He told me that the only way you are going to be able to stop Rhea is to seed the atmosphere with lead."

"Which means that I have to give up Mon-El and send him away."

"Yes. Savitar told me you put him in a pod and send him into space. He ends up going through a wormhole into the future like 300 years into the future or something like that."

"Oh wow."

"Yeah. But here is the thing I am a bioengineer and geneticist. With what Savitar told me I think I can cure Mon-El of his lead allergy. But I will need a lab and some of his blood to do it."

"Let me call J'onn so I can take you to the DEO and then call Mon-El to meet us there. He is working at this alien bar."

"Sure."

Kara pulled out her phone and made the call to J'onn.

"Hey J'onn, remember Caitlin from when you took me to Barry's Earth when we were dealing with Music Minster?"

"Yes of course. If she wasn't from a different universe I would consider bringing her into the DEO. What about her?"

"She is here and can help us with the Daximites."

"Bring her in."

"Thanks J'onn. Uh you should know she is a meta with cold powers and right now her hair is not it's normal color. It's white."

"She has control of her abilities right? If not I will ask that she wear a power dampener."

"J'onn, I am in control but if you still want me to wear one I have no problem with it." Said Caitlin

"Ok then Dr. Snow. I will have one waiting. Don't worry it won't be cuffs because I have a feeling you will need use of your hands."

"Yeah I do. Kara said her sister Alex is a bioengineer if she is available then I could use her help."

"Done. Kara call Mon-El and have him come in."

"Got it J'onn."

Kara hung and then called Mon-El.

"Hey can you meet me at the DEO? Caitlin the doctor that watched over Barry and me when we were in those weird comas. She is here and might be able to cure you of your lead allergy."

"Yeah. It's slow. I will meet you there. Love you."

"Love you."

Kara hung up.

"Ok Caitlin, while we are at the DEO don't call me Kara. My sister, J'onn and my friend Winn are the only ones that know my secret identity."

"I got it Supergirl. I have some experience with having to keep Barry's identity."

"Now are you afraid to fly?"

"No. I would suggest following you on this ice slide I can make. But it could just crumble and hurt someone. So I think it would be better to just have you fly me."

"Yeah."

Kara changed into her suit Caitlin grabbed onto Kara as they took off for the DEO.
