BGM-Spider-Man (2002 Game) OST-Main Menu Theme
Spider-Man: Look out! It's your friendly neighborhood Spider-Man! I stopped Torchwick's goons from assassinating Harry, but I noticed some of them were wearing hi-tech armor. Looks like Torchwick hired someone to build him new toys using stolen tech. Gotta find out who's building him equipment and put a stop to them.

Issue 6: Vulture's Prey
Manhattan, New Vale City
Late at night on her motorcycle, Yang drives on the streets through a winter storm, still searching for clues on the Chaoskiller and stopping Torchwick's plans. While driving, she ponders to herself, "Titania was wearing some new armor based on Oscorp tech and powered by Schnee Dust. She was working for Torchwick, which means he hired an engineer to build him new equipment for his gang. But who? I doubt it's Doc Ock. That guy's ego wouldn't want him to be a pawn. Tinkerer's a likely candidate, but it might be too obvious. With this gang war, that guy must be extra busy supplying tech for everyone. Vulture? Guy's old, but he didn't buy his wings. He once built tech for the Kingpin. Hmm. Tinkerer and Vulture are the only ones I can think of to ally themselves with Torchwick, but where can I find them?"
Yang stops at a red traffic light, which gives enough time to project a hologram on her bike displaying the map that she snapped a picture of earlier at the Torchwick Gang's hideout. "This map I found marked an old clocktower on the Lower East Side of town. That's not too far from me. If Vulture is working for Torchwick, then that sounds like the perfect place for him to build weapons." She speculated.
BGM-Spider-Man (2002 Game) OST-The Vulture's Lair
The Huntress journalist drives to the Lower East Side, locating the abandoned clocktower. She parks her bike near the building, then uses her glasses to scan the tower for any life signs. Luckily, she detected one person working on something at the top of the clocktower. "Someone's home." She muttered, as it looks like her investigation is leading her to something. She carefully opens the door into the tower and walks through, "This is some nest."
She finds a long staircase to the top of the tower and begins her climb. She did her best remaining quiet, being careful while constantly glancing at her surroundings for any booby-traps. During a quick glance, small bombs were thrown down the stairs but Yang quickly dodges them.
"I hope this is a WARM enough welcome, huntress!" shouted a villainous old man from the top of the tower.
"Knew I'd find you here, Vulture! Don't think your toys will slow me down!" Yang retorted, recognizing Vulture's voice. More bombs are thrown down the stairs, but Yang anticipated them and easily avoids them. During the climb, a hidden explosive charge explodes and knocks back the huntress. As she gets up, she notices several self-destructing androids approaching, forcing her to run faster up the stairs before they explode next to her.
Soon after, she caught up to Vulture on the staircase, who was blocking her path to his hidden lab. The elderly villain is wearing a mouth-covering alongside his high-tech winged suit, which is primarily black and light green with a silver trim. Vulture scowls at the huntress, "You're becoming a thorn in my side. Today, you DIE, Sunbreaker!" He throws a bomb at the central beam surrounding the staircase, blowing up a portion of it as it erupts into flames, distracting Yang while he flies to the top of his tower.
"Ah yes, the old swinging log of doom trick. That one NEVER gets old." Yang said sarcastically while spotting a fiery swinging log that's blocking her path. She uses the recoil of her gauntlets to jump over the swinging log and broken section of the staircase. "I feel like I should leave a trail of breadcrumbs or something." She jokes, continuing her climb of the tower.
Noticing Yang is still alive, an annoyed Vulture unleashes onto the entire interior of the tower bombs and self-destructing androids, making it extremely difficult for her to progress. "Who's your landlord, Vulture? Quasimodo?" She quips, using her skills to avoid as many booby-traps as she can while continuing her climb.
Eventually, Yang reached the top of the staircase and looks up to see an open hatch that leads into the room behind the clock faces. "That's one heck of a doorbell Vulture's got." She jokes about the large bell above. She parkours up the wall and uses her weapons to recoil herself into the air, grabbing the edge of the hatch. She grunts, "Must be a pain to get groceries up here." while lifting herself into Vulture's hidden lab, where he is indeed building armor and equipment for Torchwick's gang using Oscorp tech and Schnee Dust among other stolen items.
Vulture grunts with anger upon noticing the huntress, "Ah, pest! Why can't you leave me in peace?!" He flies up and dashes at the glass clock face, breaking through it so he could flee into the city.
"You'll have plenty of time alone once you're in jail!" Yang recoils herself through the hole Vulture made and freefalls out of the clocktower. She uses her glasses to remotely command her motorcycle, transforming it into its hoverbike mode and fly to pick her up in midair and then flies through the cold weather to pursue Vulture.

Meanwhile with Spider-Man…
The amazing webslinger swings through the rough winter storm while talking to himself, "That map Yang texted me showed a lot of Maggia activity around a trucking company. Seems like the perfect cover for Torchwick to bring weapons into the city. Wherever those weapons are going, Spidey's going too." He said, planning to find Torchwick's hideout.
BGM-Spider-Man: Web of Shadows OST-Cut to the Chase
Suddenly, he senses near his position, "Spider-Sense tingling. Something's going on around here." He glances his surroundings until he spots Vulture being chased by Yang on her hoverbike from a mile away, much to Peter's surprise. "Is that Vulture? Being chased by Yang? They look to be playing an exciting game of cat-and-mouse. Sounds fun! I wanna join!" He joked, changing course to swing towards the two individuals.
Meanwhile with Yang, she is on hot pursuit of Vulture through this winter storm, "Hey Vulture! Didn't your mother ever teach you that building tech for bad guys are wrong?" She mocked him.
"You're too persistent, huntress!" Vulture retorts, launching energized knife-like projectiles from his wingtips to slow down the huntress, "My tech will help WIN this gang war! The only INJURED party here is YOU! In a moment!" He launches a projectile that significantly slows down her vehicle while he continues flying away from her. He mockingly smirks, "What's the matter, Sunbreaker? Too FAST for you?"
"Hey, come back! The food at the old folks home wasn't that bad, was it?!" Yang quips, speeding up.
For a brief moment, Vulture hovers above a billboard. "This will slow the pest down." He throws energy feathers at the legs of the billboard, blowing them up as the billboard is about to fall onto the crowded streets below, much to Yang's shock. "What's it going to be, Sunbreaker? Me or innocent lives?" Vulture mocks, as the billboard falls from the rooftop.
"I see you couldn't leave this a personal disagreement could you, baldy." quipped Spider-Man, suddenly making his surprise presence known as he zips past Yang and catches the falling billboard with a large web net, saving the screaming people below.
"Now I have to deal with YOU?!" Vulture retorts angrily upon noticing his nemesis.
"What are you doing here? Shouldn't you be at the fundraiser?" Yang asks her husband, a little annoyed to see him.
"I already dealt with the problem there, and was on my way somewhere else until I saw you chasing Baldy McFeathers. Let's make this a race to see who catches him first." Spidey quipped, zipping past her at high speeds towards Vulture.
Yang scoffs with a competitive smirk, "You're on!" She said, revving up her hoverbike before boosting forward.
"Give up NOW, Spider-Man, and you and the girl won't get hurt!" threatened Vulture, throwing a barrage of energy feathers at the heroic couple pursuing him.
"Sorry. We're gluttons for punishment." Spidey quips, acrobatically dodging the feathers in midair.
"Did you just call me fat?" Yang teases while swerving away from the aerial attacks.
"Uh, no. And if I did, I hear beating up flying supervillains through a snow storm is the best way to get an exercise." Spidey quipped.
"Doubt I'll get much against this geezer." Yang mocked.
Vulture notices a water tank up ahead, which gives him the evil idea to blow up its legs, "Those people look THIRSTY, don't they Spider-Man? Why don't I SERVE them a drink!" He jokes while leaving them to the damaged water tank.
"I think the folks down there are cold enough already." quipped Spidey, webbing the tank's legs while Yang continues pursuing the supervillain.
While dodging his feathers, Yang sneezes from the snowy weather, "ACHOO! Ugh. I should ask Pete to install a heater into MY suit…" She snorted.
"Neither of you have the CHANCE of catching me! Go home, kids!" Vulture mocked, throwing behind explosive grenades to slow them down.
"Ah, we can't do that. What would our adoring public think?" Spidey quipped.

BGM-Spider-Man: Web of Shadows OST-Boss Fight
As the winter storm subsides, the heroic duo chases Vulture to the Empire State Building, where it looks like he is ready to end this chase and actually fight them head-on, "No more chasing me! It is time I take you off the air…permanently!" He declared, launching a barrage of energy feathers at the approaching heroes.
"Vulture, don't tell me you're tired already?!" Yang mocked, dodging the feathers before firing a missile from her hoverbike, nearly knocking Vulture out of the sky.
"I'll show YOU how tired I am! I crafted these new wings from Dimension Debris! You can't touch me now! No one can!" Vulture proclaimed, flying around at amazing speeds that are too fast for the heroes to pursue properly. The winged menace dodges web shots from Spider-Man before cutting off his webline, then blitzes Yang to knock her out of her hoverbike.
"YANG!" shouted Spidey, watching in horror as his screaming wife falls from a terrifying height.
"Beat ME in the air?! HA! You're dreaming, children!" Vulture chuckled, mocking his enemies.
Meanwhile, Spidey skydives to save his falling wife, catching and swinging her back to her hoverbike. "Whew! That was close. Thanks for the save." Yang said to her rescuer.
"NO ONE is falling on my watch." declared Spider-Man, looking angry after Vulture nearly killed his wife.
Vulture charges at the swinging Spider-Man with a spinning tackle, but the webslinger vaults over him and counters with a web-strike. Still angry at him nearly killing Yang, Spidey pummels him with brutal blows, punching him across the face before viciously web-throwing him to the wall of the Empire State Building. "Shouldn't be flying around at your age, Vulture. You'll hurt yourself." He quipped.
"This is for nearly knocking me outta the sky!" Yang scowls, unleashing a missile barrage at the Vulture.
The winged criminal shakes his head before noticing the missiles, quickly dashing upwards as they hit the building instead. "I'm flying CIRCLES around you, heroes!" He taunted.
"When you can fly squares around us, we'll be more impressed." Spidey quipped, web-throwing one of Yang's missiles at the flying villain, stunning him long enough to be delivered a powerful web-strike to the face, and then immediately and repeatedly juggled across the air while being twisted by his continuous web-strikes.
Having enough of the devastating webbed combo, Vulture lets out a furious, "HRRRRUAAAAAAAAAGH!" while spinning himself free and unleashing a strong whirlwind that nearly causes the screaming Spider-Man to fall to his death, if he wasn't quickly saved by Yang and her arm.
"Guess we're even." She quipped with a smile.
"You still owe me a few things." Spidey joked.
"No I don't." She retorted.
While Spider-Man perches on the back of her vehicle, Yang flies at full speed towards Vulture and relentlessly shoots at him. Vulture dodges all of her energy bullets and counters with grenades, but they were caught by Spidey's webbing as he throws them right back to stun the old man. Spidey web-pulls him to a powerful uppercut that knocks him higher into the sky, then jumps to his back to electrocute him with taser webbing. "Time I put you off the air." Spidey quips, delivering a devastating web-strike to his back that sends him flying to the roof of the Empire State Building.

The weakened Vulture lies down on his stomach while muttering, "You've damaged my…beautiful wings…" He notices the heroic couple landing near his position and desperately attempts to crawl away, but was blocked by a cross-armed Yang and her scary-looking red eyes to intimidate him.
BGM-Spider-Man: Web of Shadows OST-Mission Accomplished 2
From behind, Spider-Man reaches for his wings and grabs them, preparing to rip them off Vulture's suit. As he does, the suit begins to short circuit with painful electricity, but it was simply a minor nuisance as the webslinger successfully rips off his wings, much to Vulture's horror as he yells, "NOOOOOOOOOOOOO!"

Yang's eyes return to normal as she interrogates the defeated criminal, "You're grounded, Toomes. There's nowhere else for you to run OR fly away. But before we send you back to prison, we want some answers."
"Fine. What do you want to know?" Vulture responded, admitting his defeat.
"I know it's you that's been creating armor and equipment for Torchwick. All the evidence is back at your lab in the clocktower." Yang stated.
"Really? That explains the armored goons back at the theater. Why did Torchwick hire you?" Spidey remarked, asking his nemesis a question.
Vulture answers, "Shouldn't it be obvious? To help him win the gang war and gain protection from the Chaoskiller. He stole tech for me so I can create him equipment based on Oscorp and Stark Industries designs, powering them with Dust among other energy material. With my tech, it has become easier for him to take control of this city. Soon he'll be the new Kingpin of Crime!"
"He'll have to deal with Fisk if wants the title. What's Torchwick planning now?" Yang interrogated sternly.
"Smuggling more weapons into the city. At the moment, he's using my technology to rob a Stark Cargo Plane that's arriving from the west coast." Vulture revealed.
"Not good. If I'm right, that plane contains weapons owned by the Avengers. Arc Reactors, armors of the Iron Legion, not to mention hundreds of ISO-8 amongst the other space junk left behind by Thanos. With that much firepower, he'll easily be able to take the title of Kingpin from Fisk. Where's Torchwick planning to land the bird?" Spidey explained, asking the defeated criminal.
"I'll NEVER tell you!" Vulture retorted.
"It was rhetorical. I'm guessing a certain trucking company that I was planning to visit earlier can give me directions." Spidey quipped.
"What?!" Vulture shouted in surprise.
"And THAT confirms it." Spidey quips before binding his nemesis in strong webbing that he hopelessly can't break free from. "I'll hang you closer to the ground so the police could send you back to your nest in the Raft. In the meantime, Sunbreaker and I have a date with the Maggia." He declared, planning to stop Torchwick from stealing weapons for his criminal organization.
BGM-Spider-Man (2002 Game) OST-End Credits 1
KFX Here: It's about time Spidey and Yang team up against a baddie in this chapter. Vulture is defeated, and it is time to reunite with Torchwick. And yes, this portion of the story is a loose adaptation of Spider-Man: Homecoming. And also yes, Vulture's design (if it means anything) is based on his PS4 Spider-Man look.
