Act 2 Chapter 4: Ultimate Moves Training day 2

The class was continuing their work to develop new ultimate moves. Some of the students were even outfitted with new support items based on the advice that Kenshi had given them. Kenshi was busy practicing with his glitch technique that made his attacks stronger. Ectoplasm had also given him the idea to channel that glitch energy for even greater moves.

Izuku was walking into the gym in his new hero costume. He was outfitted with new support gear that isn't too heavy. He also had a cape outfitted on his costume in honor of his grandmother Nana Shimura. Ochako also had some upgrades done to her costume. She had grappling hooks installed. Iida didn't have much changed in his costume.

"You know Midoriya, you could've taken the opportunity to change the other part of your costume as well," Iida said.

"Yea but I didn't want to," Izuku said, "This design is important to me."

He thought about the first time Inko gave him that costume. It may have been basic, but it carried her heart and soul. They made it to Gym Gamma. The students there were continuing to work on their ultimate moves. Kirishima and Ojiro were teaming up to work on their quirks and moves. Ojiro had been working on a defensive maneuver involving his tail, while Kirishima was working on his hardening. During the training, Kirishima had lost focus a bit watching Mina as she was working on her quirk.

"Well, I should get to my training," Iida said as he started to run, "Best of luck Class Rep!"

Katsuki had started practicing one of his ultimate moves. It involved focusing an explosion from a specific part of his palm. By doing this he was able to do some kind of machine gun-like move. He called it AP Shot: Auto Cannon.

"How bout that Deku!" he shouted as he saw Izuku walking in, "Hopefully you got something that can top that!"

He failed to notice that part of the debris was falling. It was headed straight for All Might who was below it.

"Hey, watch out!" Katsuki shouted.

Izuku decided this would be the perfect moment to show off what he's been working on. Whips appeared from the holes in the gloves forming into ropes.

"Full Cowling: Monkey Whip!" Izuku shouts as black whips extend from his hand, grabbing the rock, before pulling it towards himself and smashing the rock on the floor.

Another piece of rock was falling down. Izuku ducked down and then jumped. He then did a spinning kick, vertically aiming at the rock. He destroyed the rock with east thanks to the new iron soles.

Izuku noticed a second piece of rock, falling right after the first one. He holds up his right hand, with his middle finger curled up and his gloves expanded to form a barrier behind his fist.

"Delaware Air Force Smash!" Izuku shouts, flicking his finger at the falling rock, sending a gust of pressurized air at the rock and destroying it. Unlike previous uses of the Delaware Smash, this version emits a controlled air attack that does not do as much collateral damage to the environment. He also uses a smaller amount of Power Stack+.

The gust of air also accidentally destroyed the rock Katsuki was using for his attack. "What the hell, Nerd, what am i supposed to practice on now!" Katsuki shouted.

"Sorry about that, Kaachan, I'm still trying to practice control over the Air Force." Izuku responds. "You alright, dad?" Izuku asked his father.

"Yup, i could have saved myself you know." All Might says. "You didn't need to show off your attacks to save me."

"H-hey!" Izuku stutters, embarrassed that his father basically called him out, while his classmates laughed at his expense.

"Anyway, good moves you got there, but limit the strength you put behind the attack. The HUCS don't take collateral damage very lightly." All Might tells him, before leaning down to Izuku's ear. "Meet me after school, we need to discuss something about your control."

"Alright, i'll see what i can do." Izuku says before he used black whip to swing to his spot in the gym.

"Great, now my quirk is even more useless." Sero mutters as he sees Izuku copying his style to swing away.

"It really isn't sero, unlike you, my whips are not permanent and need a lot of concentration to use. The slightest of distractions can lead me to lose control over them. So in a way you're quirk is better than mine and don't believe the people who tell you otherwise." Izuku says with a hand on seros shoulder, ginning a smile from the boy.

"Wow Midoriya, those were some killer moves," Kaminari said, "Blowing those gusts of air."

"It's all thanks to these gloves Melissa and Hatsume developed," izuku told him. He noticed new gear that Kaminari had. It was some kind of wrist thing.

"You're not the only one with new toys," he said.

He concentrated the electricity around him. Suddenly he had an electric sword in his hands. Kenshi noticed this and smiled knowing his words made it through his classmates' ears. Meanwhile Kirishima was looking at Mina again. She had made another new move. It involved breakdancing while releasing acid. It was all thanks to advice that Kirishima had given her.

Kenshi was working on his ultimate move. He focused the glitch energy around his entire body. By doing this he was a bit faster and stronger and more agile. He was also able to input this glitch energy into his weapons in order to make them last longer, and stronger. Momo was amazed at how far he was getting with his new ultimate move.

He also had the move where he dispersed the energy from his body. He called that move, Glitch Burst Overdrive.

Later after the training, Izuku was in Toshi's office. He opened the door, only to see something quite embarrassing.

"So dad, what exactly did you want to talk ab-AAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHH!" he screamed.

He had just witnessed Toshi and Inko kissing each other, much to his embarrassment.

"What the hell!" Izuku shouts before slamming the door shut. "Whatthehellwhatthehellwhatthehellwhatthehell" Izuku starts to panic.

Toshi opened the door again. Inko was quite flustered.

"I should go now, I'm late for meeting with Recovery Girl," she said, "You two enjoy your father-son talk."

She quickly left the room, leaving the two OFA users by themselves.

"So…" Izuku started, "What did you wanna talk about?"

"Well Izuku, it seems like you've got yourself an ultimate move that doesn't cause too much strain to your body," Toshi told him as he smirked.

"Yeah," Izuku said, "Ectoplasm noticed my quirk and gave me the suggestion so I don't damage my bones. Still trying to get control of the power I use though."

"Well, good. That aside I wanted to talk to you about your control about OFA," Toshi told him, "It seems like you're getting stronger by the day. You've already reached 30%."

"Well not exactly," Izuku said, "My limit is still 20%, but 30% is my maximum for stronger attacks. That's why I created Burst Limit, in order to not put so much of a strain on my body."

"I see," Toshi said, "Well a word of advice son. In the exam, try to show a bit of restraint. I doubt they'll take collateral damage lightly when you're taking the exam. Oh, and another thing."

"What's up Dad-Might?" Izuku asked.

"Don't tell anyone about this, but Aizawa has alternate plans for you and a few other students at the license exam," Toshi told him, "Ochako is the only other one who knows about this, which is why she's been training her ultimate moves so hard."

Izuku nodded. "Got it," he said.

Izuku remembered the meeting with Nighteye.

"Dad, when we get some time, you should tell me about this Nighteye guy," Izuku said, "Why was he so keen on me giving up OFA."

Toshi nodded. He knew he couldn't hide the truth from his son.

Meanwhile, Kenshi was in his room playing on his switch. He was playing this new DLC pack in Adventures in the Wild called Phoenix Rises, which was a game about a champion rescuing greek gods and obtaining new powers. It was actually a gift from Momo. As he was playing his phone started to ring. He picked it up and saw he got a message from someone he hadn't heard from in a while; His ex.

"Ugh, first you blow me off which leads to my expulsion years ago, now you just message me out of the blue?!" Kenshi asked himself, "What the hell's wrong with you!"

He threw his phone at a pillow and went back to playing. A knock on the door was heard.

"Who is it?" Kenshi asked, still a bit irritated.

"Its me," Momo said from the other side.

Hearing her voice, he went to the door and opened it. Momo could tell something was bothering him from the tone of his voice.

"Something wrong?" she asked, "I heard you say 'what the hell's wrong with you' and got concerned."

"Oh no, well, sort of," Kenshi said, "I got a text from my ex girlfriend Maho. It kinda bothered me that she would up and message me out of the blue."

Momo rested her head on Kenshi's shoulder.

"Try not to let it bother you sweetie, its all in the past," Momo told him with a smile.

Kenshi put his arm around her.

"I really appreciate you Mo, you always know how to cheer me up," he said to her, "Seeing you and being by your side gives me comfort."

"I'm glad," Momo said to him, "It makes me happy that I give you comfort. Whatever comes our way, we'll go through it together."

Kenshi smiled. "Thank you Momo, I love you," he said the last part without hesitation.

"I love you too."

The two of them shared a kiss before momo left for her room.
