Killers not-so baby girl

Summary: A sequel to 'Killers baby girl', this is a collection of one-shots throughout the years of Bramty growing up within the club. Set before season 1 has started but I have included some of the details like Donna's death and the birth of Abel and Thomas early on. This version Donna, Kenny and Ellie die in a car crash. Tara never left town and she is the mother of Abel and Thomas who are similar age to Bramty. Clay is also more of a family man then in the TV series.

Chapter 10

Bramty - Age 11

Opie was laughing as he held Bramty. Ever since the car crash this little girl had been the one to keep him going. Since he'd not only lost his wife but his two kids as well. He didn't think that he would have survived it, if not for Bramty and he respected the hell out of the kid who just seemed to know more than kids probably should.

Bramty had a way about her that just put you at ease. She may only be 11 and was 10 at the time he lost his family but she has a way of looking at things that makes you really see the situation for what it is.

He had been a mess, a drunk, depressed mass of a man. His brothers had tried and failed to help him multiple times each. It had taken one surprising kick up the ass from a 10 year old girl for him to finally break down and start listening and grieving properly.

And Bramty was at his side every step of the way.

"Opie?" she turned to look at him, her face suddenly serious and he raised a brow waiting for her to ask whatever she was going to ask him. He frowned when she held up the sushi menu instead of answering.

"What sushi do you want?"

"No" she shook her head "I want to buy a pet fish" she explained and he couldn't help but laugh at that. This kid was the most random child he'd ever met and it was seriously funny.

"You really want a fish?" he asked and she nodded as he genuinely thought about it. "I think we'd have to ask Clay"

If there was any pet to be allowed in the clubhouse, a fish was going to be it.

Bramty bounced on his arm and so he set her down on the floor, chuckling as he watched her run off in search of Clay.

He knew how tightly that little girl had them all wrapped around her fingers and so Opie had no doubt Clay would give in.

All he had to do now was figure out what you even needed for a fish.

Clay saw it coming, almost as if it all happened in slow motion and yet he still cringed at Bramty's furious yet horrified little voice.

"JAX!"

Everyone in the clubhouse had turned at the sound of the sound of the fish bowl crashing onto the floor where Jax had Tara pressed against the table. Jax and Tara separated faster than ever before when they heard the crash.

Clay shook his head watching as Jax took a step back away from the water and glass stepping right on top of the fish named Reggie. The crunch noise only added to Bramty's horror.

Bramty rushed over pushing Jax out of the way and Clay honestly felt bad for his step-son because that little girls cold shoulder and anger was worse than even Gemma's. Bramty was brutal when you were on her bad side.

Tara was there and now Jax was about to be as well.

"Oh Shit, Sorry Bramty" Jax apologised when he realised what he'd done. The whole clubhouse was dead silent waiting for the girl to react. She was crouched down looking at the now dead fish.

"Sorry?" she asked incredulously sounding more like a full grown adult rather than a little 11 year old girl.

"Yeah" Jax mumbled rubbing the back of his neck and even he knew he was in deep shit now. "It was an accident Bramty"

Bramty glared, a glare even worse than Happy's, and Jax shifted in his spot looking around nervously. Bramty's silence wasn't a normal reaction and it did nothing to help anyone's nerves.

"You killed Reggie" she sneered lowly and Jax flinched slightly

"I'm really sorry Bramty" he apologised again "What do you want me to do? I'm real sorry I killed your fish"

Bramty was silent for a minute before looking at Opie and then back to Jax "A funeral"

Clay nearly spat out his sip of beer and Jax seemed just as confused "A funeral?"

Bramty jammed a finger into Jax's chest, hard, and nodded."Tomorrow. You're going to dig the hole outside and put poor little Reggie in a box. You're going to make sure everyone is there and then you're going to apologise for murdering my little Reggie at his funeral"

Clay felt the laughter bubbling in his chest when he realised how serious she was being right now.

Jax looked down right terrified as he nodded "Okay. We'll have a funeral tomorrow"

"Good" Bramty agreed and then left the room heading upstairs as everyone looked around in shock before the loud laughter started.

"You're a fish murderer Jax. Hope you can live with yourself now" Opie quipped smirking as he laughed and walked over to the bar.

The next day, all the Sons stood outside behind the clubhouse watching Tara and Jax place the small box with the dead fish in the hole they'd dug. Both of them eyeing Bramty to make sure she approved.

Jax shuffled on his feet and cleared his throat standing back and not being able to meet the eyes of any of the smirking faces. He stared at the box as he apologised. "I'm, uh, real sorry I knocked over your bowl and stepped on you Reggie. You were a great fish"

Bramty gave him a nod as she hugged Opie tighter and the giant man looked like he was trying his best not to laugh right now.

Tara sighed looking hopefully at Bramty, "I am also very, very sorry that this happened to Reggie. I know that both Jax and I feel very guilty about killing Reggie and we didn't mean to"

Jax awkwardly lifted the shovel and put the rest of the dirt on top of the hole. Everyone looked at Bramty to see if she was done with the funeral for the fish so they could go party. Bramty gave them a nod and reached out her arms for Jax who took her from Opie and gave her a hug.

Surprisingly Bramty didn't fight him when he handed her to a hopeful Tara who beamed at the little girl when she was allowed to hug her.

Everyone knew that Bramty hated Tara with a passion and the woman had never even been allowed to talk to Bramty without getting her head taken off.

Yet the doctor had held out hope and this was a huge deal for Tara.

Clay chuckled slinging his arm over Gemmas shoulders. "Takes a dead fish to get Bramty to go near Tara again"

Gemma smirked back at him proudly, "She knows when to give a little"
