So after Starfire calmed down her feelings thanks to Greem's embrace, they were about to go down to the living room. However, out of nowhere, Blackfire suddenly appeared behind the two as she loudly called out their name from above.
"HEY GREEM AND STAR~!", the two looked back, "I DIDN'T KNOW YOU TWO WERE HANGING OUT ON THE ROOF~SORRY THAT INTERVENED YOUR DATE~"
"Oh, we were not dating sister. We were just...talking. That's all" She replied, denying her sister's words.
"Hmm~I see," landed on the roof gently, she proceeds to the two's standing on foot. She still has this teasing look on her face which makes Starfire feel uncomfortable from looking at it. "So what were you two talking about then~?" She asked.
"Just some...friend things." her younger sister replied.
"Like...?"
"...Like what friends usually talk about."
"Make sense," Blackfire replied but wasn't satisfied when the answer she wanted to hear was not the desired one she wants to listen to.
"By the way...where have you been sister? I've been looking for you everywhere." Starfire asked, giving her a concerning look.
"Oh, you know me Star. After spending some fun time with your friends, I went to Town Square to look around~, did some shoppingー" and she keeps pointing out the thing she did and the place she went to which sounded like an eternity for the two because her activities for today must have exceeded over a fifty.
Starfire who was next to Greem just kept quiet by standing still while listening to her sister's activity. Don't know what to say to Blackfire that today is their annual bonding day, she feels that there is no point to remind her about it. But of course, how could she ignore the fact that Blackfire has forgotten the existence of 'sister-sister' bonding day? She could already tell from her face that Blackfire cares little for these Tamaran traditions.
"ーand did some extreme and dangerous sports~." Blackfire finally finished saying the things she did which honestly took her a few minutes to tell everything about it.
"I see..." Starfire said, "You must be very tired from doing those activities sister. So...are you going to take a rest in your room?" she asked her the question as she looked down at the ground.
But Blackfire shook her head as she has one more important thing left to do. "Oh no, I haven't yet Star. Cause there is one more thing to do. The thing I need to do the most."
When she hears the word, 'The thing I need to do the most', she slowly looked up from the ground and showed a small sense of hope on her face. About to smile that Blackfire actually hasn't forgotten the bonding-day. "That is...?" she asked. Looking into Blackfire's eyes, hoping she will say the word.
Blackfire who is receiving such a hopping gaze from her sister gave her a reassuring smile as slowly opened her mouth. "...It's to~"
"To~...?"
"...GO ON A DATE WITH GREEM~!"
Greem widen his eyes when he heard the word 'date'. "W-What?! Me?! On a Date?!" he asked surprisingly.
Blackfire nodded as she walked up to him. She began to seduce him with a usual sexual tone and her usual sexual mannerism. Like the one, she already did during her introduction to the team. "I have already got my eyes on you so~I really want to know you..." she goes to whisper his ears, "personally~."
Hearing such sweet words is like melting hot chocolate all over your body. Most people will not like to be dripped chocolate on their body, but those who are a bit of a masochist will surely enjoy it a lot. If it's from an assertive girl like Blackfire cause she is the one who drips such hot liquid of chocolate all on your body.
"I...Uhhh..." Greem stuttered, not knowing what to say about it. Surely he could decline her date suggestion but for an unknown reason, she is seemed to be heavily affected by Blackfire's word. Noticing how his head is...a bit blurry right now, something had happened on his body to be in this tried to decline it, but it wouldn't allow him to do. He tried to rely on his iron will to say not to her but his iron grip begins to fade away so quickly that he...unforgivable...agreed with it. "Y-yes...l-let's go..."
"Perfect~!" Blackfire said pleasingly, "Now let's go before it's too late!" and so she grabbed his body and quickly took off from the roof as the two left behind Starfire.
Starfire on the other hand who was hoping to hear a certain event from her sister's mouth became more depressed when she couldn't hear the word she wanted to. She goes down to her room to drown all her sorrows as to forget all the things she had seen today. But what makes her feel sadder is to see...Greem favoring her sister more than herself. He did say that he knows what it's like to be not welcomed by your family member and thought that he is the only one who sympathizes deeply with her. But now knowing his words were not real and were a bunch of lies that are being formed in layers, she now feels a bit lonely when seeing her friends having a great time except with her.
I hope everything will be okay, tomorrow. she quietly thinks as she covered her face with her pillow while lying on her bed. But...I don't know what to do with Greem who...wasn't honest with his words...I think he was playing on my feelings all along with Blackfire, so he could leave behind me with shame...how cruel is he...
However, there is one thing she should notice that there was something wrong had happened with Greem's behavior when Blackfire leaned to his ears. How could she overlooked the scene where clearly Blackfire is using the very, specific tactics that only a few strong female Tamaran warriors had acquired from rigorous training of...Body Contact.
The next day
In the afternoon at the Titans Tower.
So after what had happened yesterday to her, Starfire decided not to dwell on it. Just because she couldn't spend the Tamaran traditional anniversary with her sister, there is no point to be sad about it. Besides, she is here right now with her so there is a lot of chance to do with her. But only if her friends do not get so preoccupied with her. She knows that Blackfire is better than her in skill, hobbies, and even the taste of earthling's culture. Knowing that those three points are the main factor of her friends being very close to her, she is a little worried that sooner or later, she might get replaced by them: Putting Blackfire into the group to put Starfire's position into obscurity where she will be asked for help...once in a month.
But Nah, how could they do to me? she doubted, They are my dearest friends so they could not possibly do it. I am just worrying too much. She shook her head sideways to ignore the worries she has in her mind as she gest ready to do something tonight with friends: A stay-home movie night. Once she prepared the snacks and DVDs to watch in the living hall, she grabbed those things with her arms as she entered the place.
At the round-shaped couch, she could see her friends relaxing. The boys were all watching TV on the big screen while Raven was doing her daily routine thing: Reading a book. So when Starfire approached the place, she first got their attention joyfully.
"Friends! I invite you to join me in the togetherness of a stay-home night. I brought you popcorn and non-cotton candies. Tell me, what sort of movie shall we view?" She was hoping that everyone will want to watch something cute and nice like a romantic movie cause that's the only genre Starfire had prepared today. But the request she got from her friends was something that she should have prepared it beforehand in knowing the type of genre they would like to watch.
"Action," Robin requested.
"Comedy," Beastboy requested.
"Sci-fi," Cyborg requested.
"Horror," and finally Raven quested. All of them wanted to watch something that does not involve cute and lovely. Though comedy movies sometimes include romantic elements, the type of comedy movie that Beastboy wanted to watch is Pure Comedy that has a lot of fart jokes. The one that is mainly for younger kids. Not for teenagers who understand the humor of irony and sarcasm.
Hearing their request from their mouth, she was slightly taken off guard when she accidentally dropped the things carried on the floor. And nervously asked them if it's okay to watch in a double feature. But her friends' reactions were somewhat unsatisfactory at Starfire's suggestion as the boys looked at it with other boys to see if it's a good idea.
Then she noticed that Greem was not there with the boy's group. Why didn't she ask them where Greem is? Was she too busy with movie night's preparation? Or is it because she still has this traumatize feeling against Greem's attitude when he left behind her to go on a date with Blackfire?
The answer would probably be the latter one cause the only friend whom she went to look for Blackfire with him, turned out to be...a filthy traitor. A backstabbing, trickster who had controlled her feelings so he could see her crying face as to have her left alone on the roof. Reminding that event happened to her on the rooftop, she tries to forget about him and his kind words to her during the embrace. It makes her feel ashamed to let her personal weakness to be exposed to him. If she meets him again somewhere in the tower or outside, she is gonna hit him hard for doing such...wicked thing. And she will make sure...that he suffers from it.
"Forget the flicks, kids! We are going out~!" Out of nowhere, she heard her sister's voice from behind. When she turned her back to look at her, she saw her sister wearing...her clothes.
"We are?" Starfire asked.
"Yes~my lovely sister," Blackfire replied to her as she walked towards the round-shaped couch. While she was on her way, Starfire tried to stop her to ask herーhow she got her clothes from her roomーbut Blackfire ignored the question as she just gets Starfire's friends' attention.
"Heard about a party downtown. Cool crowd, hot music. It will be a lot of fun than being stuck in the tower~"
The boys liked the sound of it as they preferred Blackfire's idea to Starfire's. However, Raven seemed to be not interested in it as she just minds her own business. So Blackfire gave her a little more push when she told her that the place is in a creepy run-down warehouse. This got her the attention as she also agreed with going there. And so the others left the living hall, leaving Starfire behind again. Starfire just stood there and sighed deeply as she followed behind. Wonder where Greem is up to if you need him. But again, Starfire was determined to beat him badly when she meets him. She vowed to herself that she will make him pay for it.
At the clubhouse
Blackfire was right that the clubhouse is at a creepy run-down warehouse. The location is near to the port wherein daytime, the shipmates used to bring the stuff from the cargo ship into the warehouse, and now at night time, the big storage room itself transformed into a big dancing party where many young people hang out to avoid any warning from the teachers and the polices. The music is gloomy indeed with a bit of techno-pop elements that gleams the whole area with some multicolored light pulse. It makes all the party people dance along to this heartbeat rhythm, stimulating your body, arching to move around your hips, your legs, and your hands. This is the type of place where Blackfire loved to hang out on earth. It suites her personality very well and she could almost wish of spending her time in this place, at this moment for an eternity.
"Step aside, Earthlings! The queen of the galaxy has arrived~!" Blackfire makes her way into the crowd as the Titans follow behind her. However, one Titan that has the same attire as Blackfire, though we all know Blackfire just took it from her room without permission, is a little lost and confused in this situation. Raven looked back at her fellow member and sighed at the scene when Starfire made some warning comments against the dancers.
"Excuse me...Ow! Sorry! Ahh! You really should apologize after stepping on someone's foot you know!"
Raven just shook her head as she thinks of Starfire's warnings are meaningless since everyone is busy dancing along with the tune. So she moves further into the crowd to catch up with her friends. And when she got there, she saw Blackfire already getting down her dance moves. While Blackfire kept dancing to the music, she beamed at the boys with her a seductive look to come and join the dance with her. With a sense of provoking.
"Come on boys~," she asked, "Don't tell me you big tough superheroes are afraid of little dancing~"
Beast Boy replied. "Of crouse we aren't! But I bet Cyborg can do the robot." He was about to do the robot dance but he got a very unappreciative glare from the half-mechanic, an indication to stop it. He stopped the imitation, but the boys couldn't just stand there and do nothing about it when they kept looking at Blackfire's moves, being performed in front of them. So they all began to break down their dance move on the floor along with Blackfire as they began to have a good time.
Except for Raven who is now standing next to Starfire when Starfire finally caught up with her.
"This party is pointless," Raven said as she crossed her arms. She is a bit disappointed that the party is not so gloomy as she had imagined inside her mind. Felt like she wanted to leave this place immediately. Well, lucky for her, an emo boy walked up to her and agreed with her opinion.
"Tell me about it. Wanna go and talk about it somewhere quiet?"
Raven gave him the look of "why not" when she shrugs her shoulder. The two goth teenagers then walk away from the dancing, eventually leaving Starfire behind. Now Starfire is all alone in this crowd and she doesn't know what to do. How can she spend a fun time in this club while her friends are being preoccupied with their own matters? The boys are dancing along with Starfire, Raven had gone to have a private chat with an emo boy whom she just met, she needs to think up something on how to spend the night in this..weird looking place where loud and heat beating music is almost depressing for her to dance it all by herself.
Then suddenly, two slackers walked past her and came back to her place when they got a good look on her face and more importantly...her body. One of the slackers who have tanned skin came to talk with her while giving her a perverted look.
"Hey, hot alien girl~. Digging the secene~?" he asked.
Of course, Starfire didn't notice the look as she replied to him, "I didn't know we need to bring shovels to dig..."
Hearing her innocent answer, the two burst out of laughter as they smacked their knees or on their chest. Doesn't know the meaning of the slang he just said, the slackers wiped their tears to calm down the laughter
"Hahahaha! Babe, we didn't mean that." the other slacker said, "We were just asking if you enjoying the club."
"Oh, I see. Well, umm..." she tried to answer yes cause she wants to be nice to the two, thinking they are the organizers of the party, but she wasn't sure if it's okay to say no cause her heart is saying I don't like this place at all.
However, she wasn't given any time to answer when a tanned slacker hooks his arm around her, bringing her body closer to his. "Say, wanna go somewhere else where you can enjoy~?"
Taken by surprise at this sudden closure, she looked at him and asked, "S-somewhere nice...?"
The tanned slacker nodded. "Oh yes~. Where you will enjoy it all the time~." Giving her a grinning look, his arm which is around her neck was about to extend his finger to touch her side boobs. A few inches more to touch it with his middle finger, he was being stopped when an armored figure grabbed the arm high up in the air.
The tanned slacker screamed in pain as he let go of Starfire from his grasp. Starfire doesn't know why he just screamed. So she looked back at the person who is grabbing his arm and saw...Greem in his usual Mandalorian outfit, standing behind the trio.
