Real Name: Casoy Heung, she prefers Cas.

Description: teenage tomboy girl with black cat fur all over her body, she also has head hair in a bob cut, cat tail, claw-like nails, cat-like amber eyes. She likes to wear a black catsuit with orange stripes (armored), with a utility belt, and 2 chrome Magnums with silencers.

Origin Abridged: Her 16 great grandparents were each a Captain America type experiment in the 1940's for a different country (though none were as successful). We call this group The Greatest Descendants, the GD's. She was an exceptional poly-racial human in Beverly Hills. When she was growing up she spent a lot of time with her grandfather, the original Black Tiger. When she was 14 she was given a job with her 2 best friends by the X.I.A. as an agent (who are the X.I.A.?). By 18 they were offered Elite Agent training (classified), 1 got promoted, 1 quit, and Cas stagnated becoming a mentor to a younger squad. Later on a mission she was injected with feline DNA and became part-cat by a mad scientist. But what the scientist didn't realize was this triggered her legacy abilities and made her a high-tech-secret-agent, super-martial-artist, with cat powers. After the last bad alien invasion she asked for a transfer from the X.I.A. to the Avengers. One of her best friends, now her boss, is making her work as an X.I.A. agent and an Avenger.

Citizenship: She is a citizen of every country on the planet, several other planets, and a few of the civilized realms. Whatever the X.I.A. is they have very strong connections.

Powers: Intelligence 4 (acts like a 2), Strength 4, Speed 4, Durability 3, Fighting Ability 6, Bullet-Time 5, and Ki-Techniques 2 (high potential growth here). Rare Trait, Martial Arts prodigy, abilities in melee are much higher than they appear.

Ceiling Turrets: PASSED, used bullet-time to dodge the bullets but relies on her magnums (with silencers), this is a problem because it doesn't escalate to fight major threats, also magnums are loud. Black Panther tells me she has more potential because she's not fully used to her improved body yet, he offered to give her personal lessons later.

Burning Building: FAILED, fur + catsuit meant that she got too hot too fast and passed out.

Bank Hostages: PASSED, used a lot of her energy but she used bullet-time to take all the bullets out of all the guns, she then beat up all the bad guys with punches and kicks.

60 Second Spar: vs. Karnak, PASSED, while Karnak saw a lot of weaknesses her fighting was flawless.

Red Flags: Likes fighting but not violence, has never killed anyone and doesn't plan on it. Also she wears clothes and fur which can make her overheat if she's not careful, we might need to make a special outfit for her that breathes better, (possibly weak to catnip?).

Deployment: full Avenger, her high experience makes her interesting, but we will need to play around with her personal items and make sure she gets the extra training with Black Panther. AMENDMENT, apparently Black Panther's private training turned into dating within 1 hour, inform She-Hulk to set them up with Fraternization Form 36-C. The Überman once said "Supers-Dating-Supers is an approved policy but secrets can be used to tear our house apart."

Black Tiger "That information is super classified, need-to-know. I am allowed to tell you S.H.I.E.L.D. was founded by spies and scientists to deal with problems they could comprehend. The X.I.A. was founded at the same time to deal with other problems."
