"No, no, no!" Queen Elizabeth said. "I only had four bridesmaids, though Edward's mother suggested more. She even offered me a few choices. I just wanted my two sisters, and the three selectants who made it to the end."
"I want seven bridesmaids," Rose said. "All of you, and Bella. I already consider her my friend."
"Thank you, Rosalie. You're all so kind."
"I won't have bridesmaids," Tanya countered Rose. "They take all the attention away from me. It will be televised, and all eyes need to be on me."
"You're so vain and narcissistic." I hissed.
"I'd want to incorporate some of my culture's traditions into my wedding," Angela added quietly. "Girls back in New Asia use a lot of red in their ceremonies, and the groom has to bring gifts to the bride's friends to reward them for letting her marry him."
Rose piped up. "Remind me to be in your wedding party. I love presents!"
"Me, too!" Alice exclaimed.
"Lady Isabella, you've been awfully quiet," Queen Elizabeth said. "What do you want at your wedding?"
"Are you sure it's appropriate to answer? I'll never be able to marry your son."
She laughed. "Maybe not, but I'm sure you'll marry someday. Tell us."
"I'd want it to be simple, yet elegant, how I like things. I'd want my closet friends and family there. It would be small. I'd have all of you there, as my bridesmaids, with Alice as my maid of honor. My father would give me away."
"Aw!" Rosalie cried.
Shortly after, the wedding talk died down, and the queen left to go work in her room. Tanya parked herself in front of the large television embedded in the wall, and the others started a card game.
"I'm glad she's opening up to us," Alice said.
"Yes." Rose agreed. "It's nice to get know my possible future mother-in-law."
"If Alice can't win, I'd want you to win, Rose." I said.
She smiled at me. "Thank you, Bella."
I rose from the couch and left the room.
"I was reading through some books, and I came across this thing called Halloween."
"Ah. What's that?"
"People dress up in costumes to scare away spirits, and kids go door to door, trick or treating, getting candy. I was thinking we could throw a party."
"That sounds like a great idea." I smiled.
"I was thinking of inviting the parents, whoever is available."
"Can my family come?"
He grinned. "I'd love to meet them."
"Okay," He kissed me and went to plan the party.
It was going to be a ton of fun.
