A Very Morgan Christmas-Ch 10
After finishing all of her work and talking to her team and Derek several times she tiredly headed home to wait on the arrival of her handsome husband. It wasn't long before she was walking through their front door.
She took off her shoes and wiggled her toes as she shut and locked the doors, she then looked at the bag in her hands and said, "this will be perfect" as she then started making her way upstairs to get ready for Derek.
Penelope walked into their bedroom and laid the box on the bed and couldn't help but smile as she walked over to the window. Her heart started racing when she saw Dereks truck pull into the driveway.
It was only a matter of a few seconds before she heard his key in the lock and the door open, she bit down on her bottom lip as she heard his keys hit the table. She took a deep breath as Derek said, "baby girl I'm home".
She said, "upstairs my love", Derek said, "I'm on my way" and then she laughed as she heard him running up the stairs. He ran into their room and over to her, he instantly pulled her into his arms and claimed her lips with his.
As they pulled apart he rested his forehead against hers and said, "ohhh how I've missed you baby girl, you have no idea". She ran her hand up and down his chest and said, "oh but I do baby boy, I do" as she leaned in and claimed his lips in another passionate kiss.
Derek deepened the kiss by thrusting his tongue into her mouth, she moaned in appreciation as their tongues battled for control. When they finally pulled apart they were both gasping for air.
Penelope said, "I have a surprise for you", Derek said, "a surprise"?, she said, "yep" as she motioned to the box on the bed. He walked over and picked up the box and shook it and said, "what is it"?, she put her hands on her hips and said, "why don't you open it and find out"?, he winked at her and then started removing the ribbon from the box.
When he removed the lid he looked down into the box and saw three things, he saw a white stick, a piece of paper and a spoon. He picked up the stick and then the paper and started reading what it said.
He then said, "baby girl are you saying"?, and she said, "look at the third gift handsome", he then picked up the spoon. Tears streamed down his cheeks as he read, "I can't wait to meet you daddy".
Derek looked up at Penelope and said, "a baby, we're having a baby"?, she walked over to him and cupped his face in her hands and said, "we are". He leaned in and kissed her lips passionately.
When they pulled apart she said, "I know we didn't talk about having kids yet and", he put his finger over her lips and said, "how far along are you"?, she said, "around 9 weeks along almost 10 weeks".
His hand slid down to her stomach and he said, "hey in there, I'm your daddy and I can't wait to meet you, I'm going to be the best daddy I can be for you". Penelope smiled and said, "so you're happy"?, he said, "I can't tell you how happy you made me goddess".
He then started removing her clothes, when he had her down to her underwear he grinned at her wickedly and said, "but I can show you". His clothes went flying everywhere and they fell back on the bed.
Their moans quickly filled the room as Derek did indeed show her all night long just how much loved her and how happy he was about the baby.
