I didn't forget about you. Get ready for a slight Zelena centric chapter! Things are starting to get messy! *gasps*
Chapter 8
Zelena would like to say that her Sunday morning was going great. She really would. But that, however is not the case. Her sister snuck out some time last night and hasn't returned. She has no time to be concerned with the things her litter sister does. As long as Regina doesn't get caught. More importantly, as long as Zelena doesn't go down for this. Her sister is smart. She can handle herself, if their first night is anything to go by. Regina still won't tell her what happened. But whatever, her sister is the last of her worries.
Zelena woke up to a bomb of notifications on her Instagram and Twitter. The fandom is in an uproar. The question is why? And why wasn't she the first to hear about. It probably has something to do with something Robin posted. She checks her DMs first.
(Katherine)
Robins.merry.woman: Robin posted
Robins.merry.woman: HE CHANGED HIS @!!!!
Robins.merry.woman: LRNA!!! Z
Robins.merry.woman: LENA*
He what!? Zelena had to see this for herself. There it is. Robin.of.locksley. What does this mean? It's not that she doesn't like the name change. She likes it. She's one of the few people who suspect Robin is on the verge of releasing some big news. A new album maybe. An new EP? The name itself isn't the problem. The problem is, no one knows what it means? What does the name change mean?
The fandom is looking to her for answers. Ever since Robin's management started monitoring his accounts, he's been less in touch with his fans. He post are more and more promotional. The fans have taken to outside sources for content of Robin and his band. Zelena made it her duty to localize and organize all Robin content. She gives the ok on what to like and what's cool. She's the reason he's a two time Grammy winner.
Zelena takes a breath. She has to get her head together. She's meeting Marion Taylor in about an hour and a half. Maybe Marion knows what's going on?
She post and repost all the right things on her socials. It's only buffers until she can get some more solid information. And to think she believed all the fandom had to deal with was the mysterious girl who appeared in Robin's story. Zelena only followed her to keep tabs on her. She was Robin's entire post this morning. Seriously, who is this chick?
Zelena: find anything on the girl?
Robins.merry.woman: no.
Robins.merry.woman: all we know is that she was at the gathering at Robin's house last night. I think she's in Scarlett's story. But no one is sure cuz, no one's seen her face.
Zelena: they posted a sunrise at the same time. He didn't tag her, but it's safe to assume it's the same girl.
Zelena: I have to go. I'll give you an update later Kat.
She got out of going to church with Granny for a reason. She needs to get to Marion. They are meeting the Polo Lounge in Beverly Hills. It's about a 30 minute drive. If she leaves now she'll have just enough time to familiarize herself with the area. Zelena would also have to drag Ruby along. Someone has to take the planned candids.
Zelena is grateful it doesn't take them long to locate the restaurant. She and Ruby arrive fashionably late. And fashionably late is right on time. Early is on time. On time is late.
The restaurant is beautiful. She's only ever seen it in photos. She can say it looks much nicer than those pictures gave it justice for. Zelena and Ruby are guided to an outside booth where Marion is already waiting on them. Neither of them has trouble fitting in. They pass a couple of rich looking people on their way in. They definitely look the part. Not that Zelena would be caught in anything less than. She chose to wear a stripped, ruffled, one shoulder crop top with a matching short. Ruby stuck with a polo and jeans. Classic.
"Zelena! Hi." Marion stands from the booth to give Zelena a quick hug and a cheek kiss on both sides. "I recognize you from your photos. You look good."
"Thank you darling. You are looking superb yourself. It's crazy how easy she falls into this crowd. Zelena's always thought she was born into the wrong family.
"You brought company I see." Marion looks over Ruby.
"She's family." Zelena says in a way that makes it clear not to mess with her. "This is my cousin Ruby."
"Ruby. Lovely for you to join us. I guess I should introduce my company as well." The movie star waves over a young man. He's lanky and confident. Good for him. "This is Andrew, my assistant and publicist. You two don't mind sharing a table do you?"
"As long as I can keep eyes on her," Ruby points to Zelena. "I have no problem where Andrew and I dine."
"I like her. There's no need to worry. You'll only be a table over. There are just some things I want to discuss with Zelena."
She and Marion sit in their booth. There are already Danish pastries waiting as appetizers on the table. Zelena takes a small bite of on before setting on the plate before her. "I guess it's safe to say, something is going on with Robin, yes? We were supposed to meet at his place." She starts. "And what's with his social?"
"My, my. Aren't you straight forward." Marion sighs. "I have no idea what's gotten into him. And don't even get me started on the girl."
"You don't think he's cheating on you do?"
"Robin wouldn't dare do something so stupid as cheating on me. And not so openly." The super star folds her arms on the table and leans closer to Zelena. "But this does make me wonder. Who is she?"
"God, I wish I knew. I have my team trying to dig up what can about her. The girl is smart. Her account is new and she never she never clearly shows her face." Zelena scrolls through the few post on the new account. "She wants to be hidden."
"The bitch is baiting us." Marion snaps. "Why make an account, party with celebrities, and not tell us who she is? If she really wanted to be secretive she could have made her account private. No, this is personal somehow."
Zelena internally snorts. There is no way the mystery girl, this Verónica is trying to come after Marion or Robin's fans. If anything, she's a fan who becames friends with Robin and doesn't want the fandom to be jealous. Though, anyone thoughtful enough to consider doing something like that would know that, keeping her identity a secret causing more damage to the fandom than care. Her identity isn't really a secret is it? It's in her bio. First and last name. Zelena already Googled the name. There are at least 5 people with that name in California alone.
What if Marion is right and this Verónica girl is trying to start trouble? There are plenty of people who don't like Marion, herself included. Maybe one of them wants to get back her?
Zelena has never been a huge fan of Marion Taylor. And after meeting her, she still doesn't care for her. If Marion is her ticket to Robin Hood, then she could be friendly for a few days or until she and Robin break up. None of Robin's true fans think they'll last much longer. But for now, she and Marion have something in common.
An enemy.
Verónica Sanchez.
Robin is Zelena's true love. Not Marion and definitely not this new girl. He just doesn't know it yet. They were meant to be.
"So, Marion, do you think she knows you?" Zelena asks simply. "Maybe she got passed for a role you got instead?"
"I don't know this girl or why she's doing this, but I want her gone. It's clear she's close to Robin. I'll just ask him." Marion pulls out her phone.
Zelena takes a sharp breath. She knew Marion could lead her to Robin, but to just call him? She had not truly thought that far ahead.
"Face time." Zelena blurts. She clears her throat and rights herself again. "He could be with her. Make him show is face." Yes. This is all about figuring out who this girl is. This has nothing to do with wanting, needing to see Robin.
"Good thinking. I like you." The other teen smirks at her before making the adjustments.
The phone rings for a good minute before he answers. Zelena thought a second he wouldn't pick up. How embarrassing would that have been for Marion. But he does answer. Robin looks to be sitting in probably his house. She can't notice anything out of the ordinary. Honestly, Zelena isn't even sure she'd notice. Robin freakin' Hood is right there! "Good morning love. What is it you need? Is this about not staying after you birthday, because I can explain all that."
Marion scoffs. "And explain you will, but that's for another time."
"Then what do you want Marion?"
"Can't a girl just call her boyfriend anymore?" This time it's Robin who scoffs. "Fine. You're right. I want to know what is going on with you Robin? Who's the girl?"
"What girl?"
"What girl!? Robin, the girl that's been all over your Instagram!"
Robin hesitates. He actually hesitates. He briefly looks to his left. It's quick, but Zelena catches it. She's there! The girl is there with him!
"Roni? She a friend."
"A friend? You expect me to believe that?" Marion pulls the phone further away from her. The movement adds Zelena into Robin's view. He looks at her briefly before looking back to his girlfriend.
"Yes, Marion. Because that's the truth."
"So what's with the name change then? You seriously expect me to believe that Roni has nothing to do with that. You know the same girl you posted about right after you changed your name?"
"Well it's true." Robin looks equally as annoyed as Marion does now. Nothing is said between the two of them for a long moment.
"Is she there with you now? She is. Isn't she?" The popstar lets out a large breath of air. "Look Robin, is this Roni girl going to be a problem?"
"No. Of course not." Robin looks off to his side again. "Hey, Marion I have to go. I'll talk to you later."
"Yeah, ok. Whatever." Marion ends the call.
"Well wasn't that fun." Zelena decides to speak before it can get too awkward. She'd been secretly recording the entire video chat. She got some decent footage too, since she didn't have to hide that fact that she had her phone in her hand. "We still don't know who she is. But if we want her to go away, we simply have to stop feeding the fire. Besides Verónica isn't the reason we got together. Let's not make any more of today about her."
"You are absolutely right Zelena. Let's take a selfie." Marion slides closer for the photo. They don't smile, well not really. It's all about the moment. If they smile, it's small and they don't show teeth. They're going for that model look. And in Zelena's opinion, they rock it. "Oh my God, Zelena look at you! You look so good. Have you ever considered modeling?"
Modeling? Of course! This is what Zelena was born to do. Has she seen her Instagram? She takes a breath and plays it cool. "Yeah, sure. Haven't we all at some point?"
"I know you're not here for long, but you can get in a ton of work while you're here. Let me connect you with a friend of mine." Marion types at an insane speed while continuing their conversation. "Jefferson Hatter. He loves redheads. You are a natural, right?"
"Of course, I am." She scolded. She never liked that question. She understood why people after seeing the rest of her family would ask. She doesn't necessarily look like the rest of them. But she is. She hates feeling like an outsider in her own home.
Zelena hates to admit it, but she was jealous Regina ended up with a CHD and not her. Heart issues run deep in their family. If she had one, everyone could stop asking if she got switched at the hospital or if she was her mother's love child. Don't get her wrong she's grateful for a clean bill of health. Watching her grandfather and sister go through that wasn't fun, but can't help but wish that she had something that would link her to her family. She apparently gets the red hair from a great-grandmother on her mother's side. Go figure.
Marion pauses her typing. "I'm sorry. I didn't mean to offend. I just wanted to be sure before I told him."
She waves her off. There's no need to make a big deal about it. She considered dying it a couple times, but Zelena really does love her hair. Finally, loving it is paying off. She has a chance to model for Jefferson Hatter. He's one of her top 5 favorite fashion designers. He's huge in the industry. If you've worked with him, you've worked with everyone. Because once you do, everyone will want you. But now isn't the time to freak out. He hasn't agreed yet.
"I sent our selfie to Jefferson. He loves your look and wants to know what ethnicity you are?"
"You're not going to believe me. But my dad is half Puerto Rican and my mom is Spanish."
Zelena probably won't be featured in any of the Latin models. DNA or not, she doesn't look Latina. She'll need to be quick about her tan. She been told she looks more like her family after a vacation. That is why the beach is next on her to do list.
"Noo." Marion gasps. "That's crazy."
"I know. You should see my sister. She looks nothing like me." Zelena scrolls through her phone for a picture. It is a shame how long it takes to find one with her sister. The only she can find is a family photo of her, daddy and mother. Regina isn't even in it. She shows to photo to Marion.
"Is that your mom and dad?" The other teen gasps again.
"Crazy right?"
"Ok. Send me that and I'll send it to Hatter."
The two of them easily fall into a conversation and sharing photos, that neither of the realize when a photo journalist takes their picture.
Marion is a tad too superficial for Zelena's liking, but no one is perfect. She has her great qualities. Mainly ones that help Zelena network, but it's not as if Marion isn't getting anything from this friendship. She isn't dumb. The girl wants more followers. Robin's followers. And she knows Zelena the way to get them. It's a win, win.
"Trouble in paradise?" Regina teases Robin from the other side of the couch. It falls flat. She's too worried she may have caused it. She doesn't want to be the reason Robin breaks up with Marion. She might not be a fan, but she wasn't a fan of Robin before she met him either.
"No, that's just Marion. She…" Robin fumbles to find the right words. "She is just worried about how all this is going to make her look. There is no need to worry over her."
Robin says this, but Regina can see his pain underneath the small smile he sends her. She likes Robin Locksley a lot. He is sadly, but not surprisingly the closest thing she's had to a best friend in a long time. Maybe a bit surprising giving the circumstances. He introduced her to his friends and made her feel like a normal person for once. Well, as normal a person can be with a celebrity friend. They had a very rough start, but she wants the best for him. Regina wants to help him embrace Robin Locksley and to be happy. Robin's helping her live life, she can help him too.
"Why don't we go do something?" Regina suggest. "Let's get out of here. There's got to be some fun stuff to do around here."
Robin shrugs.
Regina falters a bit. Maybe it's time she made her way home. He probably needs a moment to himself. He did take a pretty big step in putting himself out there. Well a big step celebrity-wise. Their time together has been fun, but maybe it's time to cut each other loose. Before Regina can move a move to leave, Robin's band makes a comeback.
"Oi! There you are. We thought you might have gotten lost on your hike to the mountains." Tuck laughs and dumps himself on the couch next to Robin.
"Feeling better after you got that snog session out of your systems?" Will chimes in. He raises his eyebrows in an almost suggestive way.
"Bugger off Scarlett." Robin weakly pushes his friend away. But she notices the small smile on his face. Leave it to your best friends to pull you from a funk.
"You realize you have our fandom freaking out." Mulan divulges to Regina now that she has taken residence on the arm of the sofa beside her.
"I haven't done anything." She denies. She really doesn't want that to be true because then, the argument Robin and Marion had, is also her fault. She can't be the reason why they end their relationship.
"No? You're just the girl who got Robin Hood to freely post on his social and change name. Do you know how long we've been encouraging Rob to take back control of his account?"
"It's about time he grew some balls!" Will chimes in.
"Yes! I'm ready to play some real music!" Mulan gushes. "Once this deal with Gold goes through, we'll be home free." The two high five over Regina's head.
"I like this energy." Tuck stands suddenly. "Why don't we take this to Luigi's and get footage for our next music video." The band whoops and cheer in agreement.
"I think you're forgetting something?" Robin states. "I'm on house arrest until Tuesday and the paps are out like crazy."
"Then it looks like we'll all need a disguise." Regina is quick to suggest. It might be selfish that she doesn't want her time with Robin to end just yet. But she knows the perfect place to find some disguises. And it isn't her Granny's garage.
. .
Luigi's as it turns out is a retro-diner pizza place. This was dubbed the hang out stop when the band first moved to the states. It's where they wrote many of their most favorite hits. John called ahead and let the owner they'd be there for dinner. That apparently means that Alessio, or as the gang like to call him, Al makes sure that they have the restaurant remotely to themselves. It's interesting what you can get people to do when you're famous.
Regina guides them to a boutique a couple blocks from her Granny's house. They sell and trade all sorts of things. She usually does all her shopping here, rather than going down town to the more expensive name brand stores. It's why she and Zelena's closet is so different.
Tuck begins his filming when they enter the store. Regina doesn't bother hiding her face. She figures he isn't trying to get her in it anyway. And if for some reason she is seen, it'll be a while before it all gets put together. She'll be long gone by then.
Regina spends her time between helping Robin and Mulan find disguises. They're the ones she's most comfortable with. She helps Robin pick out a disguise that's not too dissimilar to the one they made with her Abuelo's clothes. The main difference this time are the khaki shorts and knee-high socks. They somehow found their way into the wig section of the store. That's when the outfits get wild.
"You know, I actually think this wig would look a lot better on you." Mulan takes off the long, cyan wig and puts it on Regina instead.
Regina takes a look at herself on the mirror. She laughs because Mulan is right. The wig does look better on her. She never thought she could rock any other hair color than her own. But this, this looks surprising good.
"It actually looks good." She tells her new friend. "I think it's the black roots that make this work."
"Right! You should get it."
"Whoa. Let's not get any crazy ideas now. I am not wearing this outside of this store."
"What? Why not? Don't you want to be a part of the music video?"
"I... Because I… I can't. I'm not," who I say I am? Regina can't tell her that. "apart of the band." She settles on instead.
"What?" Mulan looks at her as if that's the craziest thing she's ever heard. "That makes no sense. Anastasia is a part of it and she isn't in the band." She points to a blonde girl, who Regina assumes is Will's girlfriend based off their interactions.
"I don't know."
"Robin." Mulan calls the Brit over. He's in process of trying on a wig mullet. It is surprisingly well styled. "You want Roni to be a part of the music video, right?"
"Yes. Of course. The more the merrier." Robin gestures dramatically. Mulan sends her a look as if to say 'see'. "How I look? Yes? No?" He strikes a pose giving them multiple angles.
"Handsome as always. Get it." Mulan quickly dismisses Robin's wig. "Now what about Roni? She looks great right?"
Robin was analyzing her look more she thought necessary. Maybe the wig doesn't look as good as she and Mulan thought. He wasn't even looking at her hair anymore. This was a mistake. She should have never suggested this boutique. She should have left when she had the chance. "I look ridiculous." Regina makes a move to remove the wig, but Robin stops her.
"You don't. I promise." He seems sincere enough. "You should definitely get it."
And she did. They all left the store in ridiculous wigs and outfits. They were a sight for sure. Their hair was the least outlandish thing about them. Somehow Regina ended up leaving the store in an outdated, poofy wedding dress. Mulan wore a prom dress from the 80s ruffles and all. Will chose a purple suit and blue fedora. He found a nice mustache to tie it all together. His girlfriend, Ana, found a midevil type dress. John wore overalls with a pant leg missing. It's still unclear whether or not he bought it like that. Tuck had bright yellow pants, colorful socks and sweater to match. He kind of looked like Mr. Roger.
It was no surprise people stop to stare at the group of them. None of them minded. No one knew who they really were. The only person to stop them was a photography student who wanted a picture of them for her class. Lucky student. They were in for a treat when they realized who they were.
The diner was mostly empty when they arrived. There was a pair of elderly couples on opposite sides of the restaurant. Too bad Robin and his friends had every intention of interrupting their peace and quiet. Tuck's filming started up again the moment they stepped onto the parking lot. The place is nice. And it isn't exactly far from her Granny's house. She wonders why the never came here. It kind of reminds her of Granny's.. oh.. that's why. Luigi's is likely Granny's competition. Regina sighs. Her Grandmother would kill her if she knew she was here. But that's the point isn't it? Regina isn't her, Verónica is. And Granny will never find out. None of her family will.
It's liberating to be this free. To do things without people questioning your choices. It feels good to know what it like to have friends again. To be in good company. Company who actually want her here.
The settle in the selected booths in the center of the diner. They had to use two because there were too many of them to squeeze into one. And Tuck said something about better composition? She does not really care.
"Order whatever you want." Robin tells her. Then he stretches in the booth to get a good look at his friend in the neighboring one. "Will's paying for everyone! Isn't that right buddy?"
"Oh bugger off, Robin. Only person I'm paying is Anastasia." Will wraps his arm around his girlfriend. "And that's only because I lost a bet. She is a capable woman who can pay for her own meals."
"Damn straight." Anastasia nods. They all laugh.
Everything on the menu looks so greasy. Regina notes. Granny serves hamburgers and the likes, but she's make her food differently for her. All the grease isn't good for her heart. Her abuelo was the reason Granny changed her recipe to accommodate those needing a healthier option. It reminds her, she hasn't taken her medication today. She spent the night a Robin's and then had an early morning hike. It hadn't been on her mind. Luckily she always keeps some of it on her. She could take it when the waiter brought them their drinks. Hopefully, everyone will be to preoccupied to notice.
Regina orders a water and a salad with of fries. She doesn't want to seem un-fun. She just doesn't want to over do it. She'd likely be working at Granny's tomorrow and she wants a slice of Granny's apple pie. They were the best.
Looking around the place Regina feels like this would be another great spot for another post for Tina. With their sunglasses on, she and Robin took a selfie. She took a few candid shots of the group. Regina was sure to get some of Tuck. She hadn't seen him trade off with anyone yet and she thought he should be documented as well.
It wasn't long before the waiter brought their food and drinks. While everyone was distracted Regina put three pills in her mouth then swallowed it with a gulp of water. Her mother hated when she'd take them all at once. She said she'd choke. And Regina has a couple times doing it, but it honestly helps to get it over with faster.
She's the only one with a salad. She can't be too surprised. Everyone has super greasy, cheesy pizza. Once upon a time that would have been appealing to her, but too many visits to the hospital has her apathetic towards it. She doesn't mind though. Salads are good if made right, but that's like any food she guesses.
"Oh! Look at miss princess blotting her fries. Too much grease for your perfect figure? It won't kill you." John was joking, she knows. And there was a complement in there. But grease could kill her. It could kill all of them if they aren't careful. Regina didn't want to be a party pooper, so she smiled and let them think whatever they wanted. Isn't that the goal? To be everything Regina isn't? To live? She plans on living tonight. Responsibly of course. She still wants to live.
"Jealousy is unbecoming." She smirks, causing laughter to erupt from Mulan and Robin.
Robin reaches across the table to pat his friend on the shoulder. "She's got you there mate."
"I'll have you know I am happy with my weight." John states proudly.
"As you should be. You are a beautiful human being." Regina gives his hand a squeeze.
"Thank you Roni. These wankers no nothing of true beauty. I am so glad we found you." He squeezes her hand back.
Awww. His words mean more than he could know. Looking at him, she can see his sincerity. "Thanks John. You're my new favorite." She declared cheekily. The other two at the table definitely take mock offense.
Will leans across the seating to their booth. "Tuck wants to get some B-roll. We're going to grocery store to steal some shopping carts. Rob you in?"
Regina blinks at the comment. It was already one thing for Will to hover over her and Robin, but now he was talking about stealing shopping carts as if it's normal? Who is this guy?
"Totally." Robin agrees instantly. He wipes his face then turns to face her. "I'll be back soon. Don't let anyone touch my food. I'm not done." Robin cuts his eyes at John.
John gasps. "I don't want your disgusting food. You ruined pizza with that hot sauce and ranch. Who puts hot sauce on pizza?"
Regina had to admit it did not look appealing. She set a napkin across his plate anyhow. Anastasia joined them at their table when the others left. She made good company. It's baffling how someone as normal as Ana could possibly be interested in a person like Will. She chooses not to question it. If it works for them, who is she to stop it? The four of them use the time waiting for the others to return, dancing. John mentioned there being a jukebox and Regina couldn't resist playing a song. Her and her abuelo used to spend hours listening and dancing to the songs on the jukebox in Granny's.
The first song to christen the night was Twisting the Night Away by Sam Cooke. He was one of her Abuelo's favorites. It wasn't hard to get the group to dance. By the second song the two elderly couples were dancing as well. They were adorable in the way they swayed together to the songs. What a way to dance. To fully be present with your partner and the music that you didn't need fancy moves. All you need is a good rhythm and each other. It reminds her of when Granny and Abuelo would dance in the diner after closing. They always looked so happy. They made it seem simple. Regina wants that, she realizes. She wants to grow old with someone and sway to outdated music. She wants to be like the old couples dancing in the diner with a group of strangers in crazy costumes, enjoying life. She wants to enjoy life.
Mulan pulls her close and mimics the sway the old couple is doing. Regina blinks back to reality. "You were thinking too hard. This supposed to be fun. Besides, it looked like you needed a partner."
Regina smiles at that. "You're too kind." She was really starting to like Mulan more and more. Regina doesn't think she's ever met a person so genuinely nice. She only met Mulan yesterday, and yet she feels like she's known her for years. Almost like Robin.
"If I wasn't in the best relationship with my girlfriend and you and Robin didn't have a thing going on, I would totally ask you out."
"Why thank you. I'm flattered." She waves her hand to flip the wig hair from her shoulder. It takes Regina a moment to realize every Mulan said. "Wiat, Robin and I don't have a thing."
Mulan only smirks.
"We don't. We're friends. And he has a girlfriend." Regina tries to explain. She had to explain. She and Robin do not have a thing on. That is ridiculous. How did Mulan come up with this stuff? And just when she thought she was cool.
The song on the jukebox at some point changes to The Track of my Tears. One of her personal favorites. It is a sad song where you listening to the lyrics, but she couldn't help but feel good while dancing to it.
"May I cut in?"
Regina looked up to see Robin trading places with Mulan, but not before the other teen sent her a knowing look. There was no thing. Regina rolled her eyes in response.
"Looks like you made it back thief." They step into hold and continue the sway. "Have fun robbing the store of their shopping carts?"
"It's not stealing if they want us to take them." Robin laughs.
"Yeah, not from the store."
"We plan on returning them at the end of the night."
Night? It couldn't be that late already. Regina glances over Robin's shoulder to look at the dimming sky out the window. Wow. She hadn't realized how long they were out. They must have spent more time in the thrift store than she thought. She'd have to go home soon. At least Granny doesn't live far. Best make the most of her time left then.
"I like this song." She comments. Regina hadn't realized she laid her head on Robin's shoulder until he put his chin on top it. She doesn't mind it. She's comfortable.
"Me too."
The night ends with a series of races. The first was the piggyback ride. Will and Ana were a team, Robin and Mulan were a team, and she and John were a team. Robin and Mulan won that round. There was no winner in the shopping cart race. She and Tuck crashed and fell out their carts. No one was hurt. It was honestly the most fun she had in a really long time. To think they were all brought together because Robin almost killed her. She never would have thought she'd become friends with the three teens from that night and their close friends. Regina rather not get hit by a door again, but she would do it all again if it meant she could experience this freedom one more time.
You asked for it! Here it is! The new chapter! Sorry it took so long. It's finals week. So, you can understand how crazy the this and the past weeks have been. But I wanted you all to have something to read over Thanksgiving week. I hope you've all enjoyed! Let me know what you think.
