It was a quiet day in the palace. Luz Kim and Emily were practicing magic with Amity and Eda. "Man my back is killing me." Eda said. "That curse of yours may be gone but the effects to your body haven't." Amity said. "Tell me about it. I feel dead." Eda said.
Suddenly a green portal opened and a skeleton in a black robe wielding a scythe came out of it as it closes. "EDA THE OWL LADY. I HAVE COME FOR YOU!" The skeleton said. "Who are you?" Eda asked. "I am The Grim Reaper. Grim for short." Grim said. "So what's brings you here Grim?" Luz asked "I have come to take Eda." Grim said. "WHAT?! YOU CAN'T TAKE EDA!" Luz said. "Sorry kid. Its my job. Now can we get this over with. I got two brats to get back to." Grim said as a girl with blonde hair and a boy with a big nose appeared. "Billy Mandy. What are you two doing here?" Grim asked. "Well when you agreed to be our best friend you would take us to work with you." Mandy said. "Oh fine. Now back to business." Grim said "You can't take Eda unless you beat me in a drawing contest." Luz said. "Okay if I win I take Eda." Grim said. "And if I win you and your friends will have to live in the boiling isles." Luz said. "Sounds like a good deal Grim." Mandy said.
Luz and Grim were giving painting boards and a pencil. "Okay GO!" Kim said as Luz and Grim started to draw. When the two were finish they show there drawings. Luz's was of Azura. While Grim's was just a stick figure. "I WON!" Luz shouted in victory. "Okay now that Grim Billy and I are living here lets set up some rules. I mess with Grim's scythe, I torment Grim and I Call the shots." Mandy said. "Okay." Luz said creeped out. Grim let out a sigh of stress.
