At powers Industries
A few doctors come over to powers laying In his bed who Is hooked up to a machine giving a yellow glow after
"The good news Is you'll live from what happened" one of the doctors says
"What's the bad news?" powers says
The doctors look at each other
"...as you know the mutational properties of the chemicals can be corrupted by Its environment" the doctor says
Powers then grabs the doctor by the neck
"Bottom-line It doctor!" powers then says
"...kill the machine!" the doctor says as one of the other doctors turns off the machine
As It's turned off the doctors step back and powers has a green glow to him
He then walks over to a mirror
powers starts laughing
Powers Is laughing as If he's turned Insane as he turns around showing he has now become a green glowing skeleton
At school
Gumball Is In class the next morning and for once paying attention
Gumball Is still thinking about what he did last night two things crossing his mind
He should've just killed powers right then and there
And that he took what he did too far
He also thinks On making a new suit while doing what's he meant to do In class he also draws up Ideas for a new suit
One Is a black and gold suit the mask having gold webbing on It
Same with the hands
The spider logo being gold but the spider Is Inside of a circle rest of the suit being black
And one being a black and red suit It's the same thing same thing asides from the spider logo Is Inside a V and not a circle
The bell then rings and everyone starts heading to the cafeteria
As they get there gumball ends up sitting alone
Both darwin and anais are sitting with other people leaving gumball alone
Penny sees this and walks over to him
"Mind If I sit here gumball?" penny asks
"Go right ahead" gumball says In return
"...gumball What happened last night?" penny asks
Gumball's eyes go wide
"What do you mean?" gumball says scared that she knows who he Is now
"I came to your house last night darwin said you were asleep until we saw sparks coming from your room I ran In there...your whole body was covered In sparks gumball! What happened?" penny asks worried about what she saw
"...I don't know...I really don't I hardly remember anything from last night" gumball says In return
"Can I ask you something?" gumball asks penny
"Sure gumball what Is It?" penny says In return
"Ok..lets say something happened because of someone and he took someone well not someone but something from you, you finally find the truth and find who was the master behind all of It you find him and nearly kill him but stop but after It two things keep crossing your mind
That you should've killed him and that you took It too far, what would you do?" gumball asks
"...uh...wow that's...a bit worrying gumball!" penny says In return
"Ok uh there's two things In this I would just live with It and let It go If I had to do It then I'd leave It at that now If I didn't...I'd still let go knowing what I did I can't change...now why'd you ask this gumball?" penny asks him
"...It just came to my head this morning and I wanted to ask someone what they'd do" gumball says
"Well...what would you do gumball?" penny asks
"...I'd make sure that guy could suffer a fate worse then death" gumball says shocking penny
She's never heard him say stuff like this
"...what's wrong gumball?" penny asks
"..." gumball just says nothing
"Gumball are you ok? I've never see you like this" penny says
"...look I- I'm- I just-" gumball says trying to find the right words
He then feels penny put her hand on his
"You can tell me what;s wrong gumball" penny says giving him a soft smile
"I just...I took something I don't know If I was ready for yet something crazy Insane down right...I don't even know…" gumball says
Before penny could say anything the bell rings
"Guess we'll have to talk about this later" gumball says getting up and heading to class
Gumball Is walking down the hall thinking to himself
( should I just tell her I'm spider-man? How would she react? She might freak out! Or we might break up!...wait we never starting dated I never even told her how I feel...fuck )
Gumball thinks to himself…
( I should just tell her...but what If powers comes back? He knows who I am now and he could hurt her or worse…fuck It I'll tell her I can deal with whatever happens ) gumball keeps thinking about what he should do
Later In class he writes a letter and when no one Is looking he throws It to penny
He starts to read the letter that says
'Hey penny meet me on the roof of the oz hotel we can keep talking and I've got something to show you
-gumball watterson'
Gumball then looks back at her and she nods
She wants to ask why at the oz hotel but she won't ask In class
Class ends and so does the school day
Once gumball Is outside he runs behind the school and web zips up to the top
Of the building and puts his suit on
"Only a few hours until me and penny meet up should see what's happening In the city" gumball says as he jumps off the roof of the building and starts web swinging
He keeps swinging until he hears a scream for help he swings down to where It was
"Hey are you ok?" gumball asks the person then jumps him hitting him with a staff right In the face
He's knocked to the ground once he looks up he sees a man being a white tiger wearing a lion type jacket with a black shirt under It boots and black pants holding a staff and has a crossbow on His back
"What the hell?!" gumball says getting up ready for yet another fight
"So you're this so called spider?" the man says
"Who the hell are you?!" gumball says
"My name Is Sergei Kravinoff the hunter" Kravinoff says
"I heard about what You did to powers" Kravinoff says smiling
"Are you working for him or something?!" gumball says mad
"No I am not! I'm just a hunter and a trainer" Kravinoff says
"So?" gumball says still ready for a fight
"While In most cases I'd just try to take you down I actually want to help you" Kravinoff says smiling at gumball
"Then why'd you hit me with that staff?" gumball says
"To see How you would react! I see you need more training" Kravinoff says putting out his hand out
"What do you say spider?" Kravinoff says smiling once more
"Sorry but no deal!" gumball says not trusting him
"...you say no to kravinoff the hunter! You will regret this you prick!" kravinoff screams very mad
As he drops a smoke bomb
"...the fuck?" gumball says not knowing what to make of that
Later on
It's 9:00 pm
Both penny and gumball should be asleep
But no penny Is waiting on the roof of the oz hotel waiting for gumball
"Where Is he?" penny says
It's very cold outside and Is starting to snow
She then hears a sound
And sees who everyone Is calling the spider on top of the lit up sign to the hotel
He then jumps down and looks over to her
"Sorry I'm late" gumball says
"What?...wait your voice…" penny says
Gumball then takes off his mask
"..."
"..."
"..."
They don't say anything
"Is this a joke gumball?" penny asks
"No It's not I'm..actually the spider or as I call myself spider-man" gumball says
"How? I mean I knew you tried to say something earlier today but was this It? And what you said...was It about that guy named powers" penny says very shocked
"Yes and yes See I didn't want to tell you because well...Being spider-man puts me In danger I've only done this for a short time and already I've almost died 2 times" gumball says looking away
"...gumball...You should've told me! And how did you become spider-man!" penny asks
"Remember the Connors event at school? One of the workers knocked me Into the side of the superpowers thing somehow It gave me spider like superpowers" gumball says
As she remembers seeing him knocked Into the side of the thing
As he keeps talking she keeps remembering
The table thing at school
He out blast that was unlike him
"...I- I should've seen It sooner but why didn't you tell me!" penny once more asks
"Becau-" before gumball can keep talking a dart hits him In the back of the neck knocking him out
