Thankfully, a scene with not just dialogues.

A cold shiver crawled through her spine as Euphemia trotted to the center front of the stadium. Her movements, the barest swing of her arms as she halted from her run, the expression she glanced upon her passing, something was odd. But the sensation stood on no grounds but murky apprehension, and was quickly dispelled. Sinica knew Euphy was not a born speaker, and was often shy. The Special Administrative Zone of Japan was her own initiative, and was hers to proclaim. Speaking in front of thousands of people must be bearing on her sister differently, hence the oddity she had observed. Despite that, Euphy had never lacked for grace, and now standing amidst the large expectant crowd, she glowed with it, as natural as the sun radiates heat. At that very moment, Sinica loved with all her heart the sweet little sister who followed her around Aries Villa years before, and when she will look back and remember Euhpy for the years to come, this will be the image that she will see.
And the events unfolding only a second after, Sinica will forever close her mind to.
"People of Japan, I ask you kindly, could you please all die."
Mutterings. Confusion. Upon those first words a flame of fear kindled in the heart of Japan, the same small flame that would set a forest afire, and upon its wake leave only the cold ashes of retribution.
"Could you all please die?"
The irony of the situation nailed Sinica on her seat. The Special Zone was intended to be a safe refuge for the Japanese. And now… She laughed then. Her whole body shook with it, the singularity of amusement. It was contagious, some of the seated guest joined on her revelry, and a few Japanese who was near enough to hear joined hesitantly too. Sinica stood up, breathless from laughter.
"Goodness sweet Euphy, I didn't know you are capable of it." Euphemia abandoned the crowd unwillingly and turned to her sister. Sinica saw the deep furrow between her brows and assumed duplicity where there was none. "Did the negotiation with Zero gifted you with such humor, or had you been hiding it from me all this time?"
"What are you talking about, sweet sister? I'm not joking."
Sinica was too overwhelmed by hilarity to fully grasp the implication of Euphy's response, or perhaps she did grasp it, and quickly threw it away as it was too sickening and abnormal. Yet the person in front of her continued to talk. The person looked like Euphy, had her melodious voice and conservative grace, but Euphy would never say such things.
"I ask you a favor, sister. Let's kill all the Japanese. They must all die. Hurry up, guards! Kill all the people who call themselves Japanese."
Sinica snapped.
"Enough, Euphemia! You've taken this too far. If you still want to keep your face after this stupid joke -"
When the barrel blasted, when people scrambled away, when blood gushed, when the whole stadium sighed as if with a single shared breath, Sinica could only think why she hadn't noticed the gun in Euphy's hand.
"You believe me now, sweet sister? I'm not joking. Now help me out, Sinica. Help me kill all the Japanese. Let's kill them all."
Amidst the wailing, stampede, pandemonium, Euphy might have only been asking her a favor to accompany her in visiting one of the museums. And seeing Sinica was indisposed for the moment, turned upon the Britannian guards for escorts.
"Now, all Britannian soldiers, I order you to kill all the Japanese. Do it now! In my name as Euphemia li Britannia, 3rd princess of the Holy Britannian Empire, I order you to heed my command!"
