Marty: Today's the big day Jennifer! Out first born daughter Marlene Sylvia McFly will be born today!
Jennifer: Can't you believe it? We're going to be starting a family today!
(After Marlene was born and ready to be met, Lorraine, George, and Danny Jr. came in the room)
Lorraine: Aww! She's so adorable!
Marty: Thanks mom. I hope dad comes here to meet her today.
Lorraine: I'm sure he'll come in here sometime today.
Danny Jr.: Yes! I finally have a granddaughter! Woooo!
Jennifer: Dad. You don't have to scream real loud.
Danny Jr.: But I'm happy for you and Marty! I really am!
Marty: Geez. Calm down Dan. You might be freaking out other patients and the staff.
George: Hey everyone!
Marty: Dad! You finally came to meet your granddaughter.
George: I sure did son and my gosh she is one heck of a beautiful girl.
Lorraine: She might even become a spitting image of Marty.
Marty: He he. I'm sure about that.

Hill Valley Hospital
Marty: Another big and wonderful day! Our last born son Martin Seamus McFly Jr. will be born today!
Jennifer: And hopefully he's our last kid.
Marty: Don't worry Jenn, he will definitely be our last kid we have.
(Moments after Marty Jr. was born and cleaned up)
Lorraine: Ahhh! Marty Jr. just entered the world!
Marty: Yeah and he's our last kid thank god.
Lorraine: Maybe you and Jennifer will change your minds later in life and would want a third child.
Jennifer: No Lorraine. We already decided that two kids is enough especially for our financial problems we've been facing.
George: I agree with Jennifer. It's a good idea to just limit the amount of kids you have to two.
Danny Jr.: Yeah I guess having two grandchildren is enough.
Marlene: Can I hold him grandma?
Lorraine: Here you go Marlene.
Marlene: Marty Jr.'s gonna be an awesome little brother!
Marty: Let's hope you and him don't have constant fights.
George: Marty don't say that to her.
Marty: I'm just sayin'
Marlene: We won't daddy.
