It was the end of the week. Time for the plan to begin.

"Well, Lily, this is where we part ways." Eda said.

"It will only be a couple weeks until we meet again." Lilith said.

"Correction, only a couple weeks until we start a war."

"We aren't starting a war, Edalyn."

"We are attacking a dictator in his castle, trying to end his evil plan. If this doesn't lead to a war then I'll honestly be surprised."

"Okay, you just follow your part of the plan, I'll follow mine. Hopefully we'll end his reign of terror."

Lilith left the house and started walking down the path. Eda closed the door and Walked up to Luz's room.

"Hey, Kiddo, you up?"

"Yeah, just a second!" Luz said.

"Well, hurry up. We have to go knockout a guard or two." Eda said.

"I'm coming."

Luz left her room and walked up to Eda.

"Ready?" Eda asked.

"Yep!"

"Good, follow me."

Eda grabbed her staff and walked out the door. She got on her staff and patted the spot behind her.

"Alright, Kiddo, you know the deal. Hop on."

Luz got on and they took off.

"So, we have to find a Coven guard." Luz reminded Eda.

"Oh, don't worry, Luz. I memorized the guard rotation. Why do you think they never were able to catch me?"

"You memorized it?"

"Lilith was born first; she was destined to be the next Emperor. Being the second born, I had to find something else to do. Growing up, it was my dream to be the leader of the Emperor guards. I guess some dreams change when you get older." Eda said before laughing, "Then Lilith became the Coven Leader and I realized how bad my dad was. He would sooner die than let one of us take the throne. That old bastard."

"Hey, watch the language. If I'm not allowed to swear, then you aren't either." Luz said.

"Eh, don't worry, Kid. You'll swear a lot in Arc 2." Eda said, "I see the spot where the Coven guard's walk by. Just have to wait for the right moment."

They waited, just out of sight, for a guard to come by. After a few moments a guard came by and Eda jumped out of the bush. She wacked him in the head with her staff and pulled the limp body into the bush. They take the uniform and get on Eda's staff.

"He's... you know? Alive, right?" Luz asked.

"Uhhh... yeah, totally." Eda said, "Let's go home."
