Chapter 14: Silky V.S. Corrupted Angelica
Silky engages in a fight against Corrupted Angelica. Corrupted Angelica, much like Corrupted Lindel, was also given new powers. What will be in store for Silky?
Silky and Angelica ran to each other as they both prepared for combat. They stopped about 5 yards apart from each other and began to circle each other.
"Well, if it isn't the bonehead's maid. What was it? Ms. Silk?" Corrupted Angelica asked.
"Silky." Silky replied coldly.
"(Evil Giggle) Oh my, I didn't expect such a cold response from you. To be honest, I didn't expect to hear anything from you. I always thought you were mute." Corrupted Angelica said.
"I may not have close connection with you, but you have a close connection with Chise. Therefore, I will assist in finding a way to restore you all." Silky said.
"HA! Let me tell you something, bitch! I no longer am in need of that so called, close connection, with Chise. SHE is the reason me and my daughter are dead!" Corrupted Angelica yelled.
"Chise would never do such a thing to anyone." Silky said.
"You're right. Chise may not have been the one who killed us, but her actions led us to our deaths. Now, because of her, me and my precious daughter, are forced to be these... things! Things for Cartaphilus and that Spell-Breaker to use as they please. LOOK AT ME!" Corrupted Angelica yelled.
"Then you are saying that you don't want to be what you are now?" Silky asked.
"What do you think? OF COURSE NOT YOU STUPID BITCH! I'll let you in on a little secret, all of us, The Corrupted, we HATE Cartaphilus and the Spell-Breaker." Corrupted Angelica said.
"Then why do you serve them?" Silky asked.
"DOES IT LOOK LIKE WE HAVE A FUCKING CHOICE!? NO! WE DON'T! But that's okay, you know why? Because at least we can take out our anger on that little red-headed bitch who brought us to our demise! Plus, Cartaphilus and the Spell-Breaker really know how make us feel better after death. They give us hope, they give us a desire to become stronger and more powerful." Corrupted Angelica said.
"Enough. First you say you hate Cartaphilus and the Spell-Breaker, but now you're praising them? Think of your actions, what would your Althea think?" Silky asked.
"Well, since she is also a Corrupted, she is all for what are commanded to do. In fact, before I left base, she told me to make sure I brought back Chise's eyes so she could crush them between her fingers. (Sigh) Isn't that the cutest thing you've ever heard from a little girl?" Corrupted Angelica asked as she laughed.
"I've had enough of this nonsense!" Silky yelled as she held up her Kamas, ready for battle.
"Yes, I agree. No more talking, now we fight. It's time to see what a maid is capable of." Corrupted Angelica said as she grinned.
"I'M... NOT... A... MAID!" Silky screamed as she ran full speed at Angelica.

As Silky ran to Angelica, she smiled, pleased that she would at least have a worthy opponent.
"A warrior-type woman, that's what I like to see. YAH!" Corrupted Angelica yelled as she ran at Silky too.
Silky began rapidly slashing Angelica with her Kamas, but Angelica was agile enough to block each strike. With every attack Angelica blocked, she would succeed in landing a hit on Silky. Silky swung her right Kama at Angelica's stomach, but Angelica just spun out of the way and back-handed Silky in the face. Silky then swung her Kamas, trying to cut Angelica's legs, but Angelica jumped up and then booted Silky in the face with both feet while doing a backflip. Silky tried to go for a cross chop, but Angelica grabbed Silky's wrists and then kicked her hard in the stomach. The kick was so hard and painful that Silky fell to the ground, losing her grip on her Kamas, letting go of them, with Angelica picking them up.
"You rely too much on your weapons, maid. You're nothing without them. Maybe I gave you too much credit." Corrupted Angelica said.
As Angelica was talking Silky sneakily dug in her pocket and pulled out 4 Shurikens and then flung them at Angelica. Angelica had let her guard down so she didn't have time to block or dodge. Two of the Shurikens nailed Angelica's arms and 2 in her legs.
"FUCK! Screw you, you bitch!" Corrupted Angelica yelled as she dropped Silky's Kamas and tried to pull the Shurikens out of her arms and legs.
Silky used this opportunity to pull out a long wire from her pocket and then tossed it at Angelica. The wire then wrapped around Angelica's whole body, preventing her from moving. Once Silky confirmed the wire was wrapped around tightly, she yanked the wire back, pulling Angelica toward her as well. Once Angelica was close enough, Silky slammed her knee into Angelica's stomach, then she spun in a circle for a few minutes, spinning Angelica as well. Silky then let go of the wire and Angelica went flying and slammed right into a tree. With Angelica down, Silky ran over to pick up her Kamas and then walked over to where Angelica was laying, still tied up in the wire. As Silky was making her way over, Angelica used her new brute strength to break out of the wires, she also ripped out the Shurikens.
"Heh, heh, not bad. But you just proved my point, you are nothing without your toys." Corrupted Angelica said.
Silky said nothing as she put both of her Kamas in their holder and then threw another Shuriken at Angelica, aiming for her face. Angelica scoffed at this but instead of dodging, she closed her eyes. She suddenly opened her eyes and her eyes now glowed a bright purple color. Then, from the ground a gem shot out of the ground and intercepted the Shuriken, stopping the attack. Silky was understandably confused by this as she was not aware that Angelica could do something like that.
"I can tell by your face that you're surprised. Well, let me tell you something, dear. You see, when we were revived by Cartaphilus, he gave us a special gift. He gave us new magic powers. We all have our own specific magic gift now. As you can see, if you look over at Lindel, you'll see he was given Lightning Magic." Corrupted Angelica said as she pointed over to where Elias and Lindel were fighting.
Silky turned and saw that Lindel was indeed using lighting against Elias, even though Elias had told her that Lindel never had any knowledge of lightning magic.
"And now we go to me. I was given a special gift. Lindel was given lightning, while I was give Crystal Magic. And Simon, well, who cares about him. I have the power to control the crystals and rocks of the earth below you. Now, as I have observed your fighting style so far, I can confirm that you are a close-range fighter, while I specialize in long-range combat. So, clearly, you're a bad match for me. But, it will still be fun to fight you, that is if you put up a fight. Now, DIE! ROCK BARRAGE!" Corrupted Angelica yelled as she raised her arms, summoning a bunch of pointy rocks from the ground and then flung them at Silky.
Silky quickly pulled out her Kamas and started blocking and deflecting the attack. Of course, since there were a lot of rocks in many shapes and sizes, Silky was unable to block all of them ,so she was hit quite a few times. Quite a few rocks had dug into her flesh once the attack was finished. Thankfully no rocks got in her face. Silky was hurting all over, but she shook off the pain and ran at Angelica. Angelica smiled and then held up her hand.
"I do enjoy close combat as well though, Sapphire Blade!" Corrupted Angelica said as many sapphires formed in the shape of a sword made of sapphires.
Angelica picked up the blade and the ran at Silky as well. They both clashed with their weapons. Silky swung her Kamas, one at Angelica's head, the other her stomach. Angelica blocked one hand with her sword and grabbed a hold of Silky's Kama with the other hand. The two struggled as they tried to push each other off of the other. Angelica would have kicked Silky again, but of she did, she would lose her balance and Silky could land a hit. Eventually Angelica's blade managed to break Silky's Kama, causing both of them to lose their balance, however Angelica did managed to regain her posture and stood straight while Silky fell forward. Silky did not let up however as she used the fall to her advantage as she punched Angelica in the face with her free hand. Once Silky hit the floor, she rolled out of the way and got back up, now armed with only one Kama. Silky reached into her pocket and threw another Shuriken at Angelica. Angelica did the same thing as before by summoning a rock out of the ground to intercept the attack.
"Sorry, dear, I'm in charge of the long-range attacks here! Crystal Barrage!" Corrupted Angelica said as she raised lots of crystals from the ground and then threw them all at Silky.
Silky knew it pointless to block this kind of attack, so she just ran. Silky looked back and saw the crystals were still flying at her. Silky decided to turn right so the crystals would stop following her.
"HA! Like that's going to work!" Corrupted Angelica said as she then used her magic to make the crystals follow Silky like heat seeking missiles.
Silky was shocked at this so she kept running and turning, trying to avoid the crystals. Silky then had an idea. Silky turned and began running to a tree. As Silky got closer to the tree, she waited for just the right moment and then at the last second, she plopped down to the ground. The crystals had no time to change course so they all hit the tree that Silky had ran to. Silky's plan to stop the crystals was a success.
"Hmm, clever girl." Corrupted Angelica said.
Silky held her Kama tightly with both hands as she prepared to clash with that Sapphire Blade again. Angelica ran at Silky, swing her blade attempting to cut Silky's legs. Silky ran at Angelica as well, but she actually jumped over Angelica. As she was in midair, she managed to cut Angelica's forehead with her Kama. The moment Silky landed, she grabbed Angelica by her hair and then yanked her back and then kneed her in the back. Angelica screamed loudly at this and since she had dropped her blade due to Silky's attack, she just turned around very quickly and grabbed ahold of Silky. Angelica bashed her head into Silky's head hard, bruising her and breaking Silky's nose. Silky had also dropped her Kama as Angelica knocked them both to the ground. The two began wrestling each other as they tried to get up. Silky was underneath Angelica so she was at a disadvantage. Angelica took her opportunity and started punching and scratching Silky in the face. Silky was blocking as much as she could but also tried to fight as well. Angelica went for a punch, but Silky grabbed her hand, stopping the bunch. Angelica then tried to his Silky with her other hand, but not only did Silky grab that hand as well, she also bit down hard on Angelica's hand. Angelica screamed as Silky began to chomp down on her hand. Seeing Angelica was open, Silky managed to push Angelica off of her. Silky then went to pick up her Kama.
Before Silky could grab her Kama, Angelica grabbed her by the foot and pulled her to the ground. As Angelica was about to get up and pounce on top of Silky again, Silky kicked Angelica in the face. Angelica then decided to stay on the ground so she could get a surprise attack in. Silky picked up her Kama and walked back over to Angelica, ready to end this fight. Right as Silky raised up her Kama in the air, Angelica grabbed a rock and threw it hard at Silky's forehead. Silky dropped her Kama and held her head in pain as she felt blood dripping down from where the rock hit her. Angelica then shot up from the ground and grabbed Silky by the throat and held her up with both hands wrapped around Silky's neck. As Silky was being choked, she managed to kick Angelica hard in the crotch, twice. Angelica dropped Silky as she fell to her knees in pure pain. Silky raised up Angelica by her hair and then slapped four times across the face. Silky then shoved her back a bit and then rammed her elbow into Angelica's chest. Silky followed that attack up by punching Angelica in the face so hard she fell to the floor again.
Angelica was on her hands and knees, panting hard and spitting out blood and teeth from her mouth. Angelica then looked up at Silky and gave her the most hateful stare imaginable. Silky just stared back down at Angelica with a blank expression. Angelica then grinned and then raised her right hand up in the air. Then, 2 large spikey diamonds came out of the ground and went right through Silky's feet, nailing her to the ground. Silky let out a scream as she felt the diamonds rip through her feet. She tried to move but her feet were nailed in by the diamonds. Angelica laughed as she watched Silky desperately trying to lift her feet up, but to no avail. Angelica then got up and started walking around Silky, taunting her.
"I'll admit this to you, maid. You put up a good fight. But this is where our fight ends. Ruby Fist!" Corrupted Angelica yelled as she held up her right hand.
Silky watched as many rubies came out of the ground and formed around Angelica's right hand into the shape of a fist. Silky looked at Angelica and knew what was coming. Angelica smiled, grabbed ahold of Silky's shoulder with her left hand, and then punched Silky in the face with her Ruby Fist. Angelica then started to beat the hell out of Silky. She punched Silky 5 times in the stomach, causing her to cough up blood as Silky could feel her ribs getting smashed. Angelica then smashed Silky's legs, breaking the bones on impact. Silky screamed as her legs were broken by the Ruby Fist. Angelica started punching Silky in the face multiple times. Silky's face was so badly bruised and bloody that she could barely see. After about 10 minutes of this, Angelica finally stopped and let Silky rest as she de-summoned the diamonds in Silky's feet, causing her to fall to the ground in pain. Silky was so badly beaten up that she couldn't even move. Angelica then kicked Silky to the side with her foot. Silky tried to get up, but she couldn't. All she could do was crawl with her hands. Angelica laughed and then walked up next to Silky, deactivating her Ruby Fist.
"What a waste, time to die. Emerald Spear!" Corrupted Angelica said as many emeralds came out of the ground and formed into the shape of a spear.
Angelica picked up the spear and raised it up, ready to impale Silky. As Silky tried to think of something to do, she realized something. Every time Angelica activated any of her crystal magic, her eyes would glow purple and stay purple until she deactivated whatever spell she had used. Silky realized Angelica's eyes were the key to her magic, much like she had observed Lindel's hands being the source of his lightning. Right as Angelica raised the spear high enough, Silky scooped up tiny pieces of rocks and crystals from their battle and flung them right into Angelica's eyes. Angelica screamed as tiny fragments of rocks went right into her eyes, blinding her as her eyes began bleeding. Unfortunately, before her crystal magic was de-activated, her Emerald Spear pierced Silky's stomach. The Emerald Spear disappeared and Angelica fell to her knees. Thankfully the spear didn't fully impale Silky but the wound was still deep. Silky ignored this however as she then picked up 2 of the pointy crystals and jabbed them right in Angelica's knees. Angelica screamed as she fell to her side. Silky pushed Angelica so she was face up and then she climbed on top of Angelica, keeping her down. Silky then picked up another crystal and jabbed it through Angelica's right hand, nailing it tp the ground. Silky then did the same to Angelica's left hand. Angelica screamed as she was literally pinned to the ground by her own crystals. Silky then picked up a rather large rock and smashed it down on Angelica's head. The rock broke in pieces and Angelica was unconscious. Silky panted as she fell right next to Angelica. Silky was badly beaten, bruised, and was bleeding badly.
Silky looked at Angelica and then over to where Chise and Ruth were fighting the Spell-Breaker's army. Then, Silky closed her eyes.
And that was chapter 14. I hope you all enjoyed the fight between Silky and Corrupted Angelica. Like I said last time, the fights between Elias and Lindel/ Silky and Angelica/ Joseph and Simon/ and Chise and Ruth fighting the Spell-Breaker's army all take place at the same time.
