Good? I'm glad to hear that.

How have I been doing you ask?

I've been doing okay, thanks for asking!

I've got a special treat for you all today. I can't tell you, no matter how much I want to say it, so I just suppose you'll have to read to find out what it is.

Without further delay, let's get to it.

...

-Start-

Putting the Kawakami Campaign behind them, Class 2-F moved forward, one step at a time. In fact, the conflict was soon forgotten as everybody delved back into their daily routines, life returning to normal.

Well, as normal as it could be for a class of misfits.

Since summer was in full swing, everyone was of course wearing their summer uniforms. Right now, the boys were wearing the white collared shirt and black slacks. In contrast, the girls wore a white blouse covered with an optional sleeveless vest along with the usual skirt.

Besides the odd attire that consisted of the school uniform, by his standards, Naruto was taking full advantage of the lovely weather. The sun was out, creating a warm temperature for him to enjoy, and of course the clouds provided brief moments of shade. So he skipped going to class, I mean he doesn't even need it- and instead took a nap on the banks of the Tama River.

As he slept the day away, at some point, he felt another presence lay down next to him. Cracking open one eye as he stirred awake, he glanced over at whomever it could be, coming to the realization it was a girl.

In his eyes, she was quite pretty, the bangs of her light blue hair framing her face quite nicely as she slept with a smile on her face. She wore a normal outfit, wearing black pants, a jacket wrapped around her waist, and white blouse sort of thing with a black corset. Hell, he didn't know how to describe it. It became apparent that she wasn't quite into a deep sleep just yet as she turned her head towards Naruto, cracking one eye open to reveal a deep emerald colored orb.

"You looked so peaceful sleeping here," she said, her voice light like the wind, "I thought I would give it a try. Hope you don't mind."

Naruto chuckled as he readjusted his position, trying to find a more comfortable spot to sleep in. "It's okay," he said closing his eyes, "I don't own this land, so anyone is free to sleep here."

He received no response except for the deep breaths of sleep from the girl.

Heh, she fell asleep just like that. What an odd girl…

...

...

Later, when he came to, his sleeping partner was long gone. As he sat up, Naruto glanced up at the sun, trying to judge what time it was from it position.

I would say school just ended or has been done for a little bit now.

"Naruto?"

Turning to look behind him, he found Yukie standing there, a troubled expression on her face. Giving her a kind smile, he patted the ground next to him. Despite her shyness, she was quick to accept his offer, sitting down beside him with a small smile on her face.

"What's wrong?" he asked, turning his gaze away from her to the river below, the water having a calming effect on his soul. Yukie followed his gaze as she pulled her knees up, hugging her legs.

It wasn't Yukie who started to speak, but rather Matsukaze. "Mayucchi is depressed that she couldn't make any friends in her class," stated the horse figurine before Yukie covered him up with her hands.

"Matsukaze!" she cried, her face burning red with embarrassment. She turned to face Naruto, averting her gaze as he raised an eyebrow at her. "He's right. No one in my class will talk with me."

Matsukaze was quick to break free from his prison, telling everything Naruto needed to know. "It's terrible! With the new seating change, she should have surely made some new friends by now! She even smiled at them but they looked away. They must be avoiding her…"

Naruto patted Yukie on the head, softly rubbing her head. "Yukie," he started, "I've told you this before. Your smile is forced, often coming off too strong. It scares people away."

Yukie didn't look surprised. "I knew it was that…" she whispered, bringing her legs in tighter.

Naruto wrapped one arm around her shoulder, pulling her into a hug. "Hey now, this isn't the end of the world. If you keep trying your best, eventually you'll come to make a true friend."

This caused the girl to blink her eyes in surprise. "A… True friend?" she asked, her gaze searching for an answer.

Naruto nodded, a nostalgic look on his face as he turned his gaze upwards. "Yeah, a true friend. The difference between being a friend and a true friend is often a faint line, but one that very few people are willing to cross." He turned to look at her, locking gazes with her. "Do you know why that is?"

Yukie shook her head no, being the socially inept girl that she was.

"The difference between being a friend and a true friend is different for everyone, so it's hard to accurately describe, but I'll give it my best shot." He paused to gather his thoughts, Yukie's attention solely on him alone. "In my own experience, a true friend is one who is willing to accept."

She blinked. "Accept?"

Naruto nodded. "Yes, because if they accept you no matter what your faults or achievements may be, that means they care about you. They overlook your failures and tolerate your success because they are always pushing you to be better. To me, that's what it means to be a true friend."

Yukie tilted her head to the side, a curious look in her eyes as she scrunched her eyebrows in thought. "I think I understand it a little…" She trailed off, giving Naruto a vulnerable look. "Are… Are we true friends?"

Naruto chuckled as he stood up. Tilting his upwards so his golden locks reflected the sunlight- an ethereal glow surrounded him. "I consider all my friends to be precious," he said, "This includes you and the rest of the Kazama family. Yet, I can't answer that question for you. I consider you to be a true friend, but do you consider me to be a true friend?"

Yukie stood up after, no hesitation in her voice. "Yes! You've been nothing by kind and patient with me. Without you, I don't think I would've realized half the things that I've learned about making friends."

Naruto gave her a thumbs up and a smile. "Good. Remember, only you can decide for yourself. It's up to you to make friends whom you can consider to be true friends. Just know that I'll be cheering you on."

"That's it Mayucchi! If you want to reach your goal of making 100 friends, you have to try even harder now!" said Matsukaze, interjecting into their conversation.

"That's right!" said Yukie, a fire in her eyes, "I can't give up now! With Naruto cheering me on, I feel as if I can make 1,000 friends now!"

Holding his hands out in front of him, Naruto chuckled. "First things first, let's start with making a friend from your class. Do you have anyone in mind?"

Yukie settled down and nodded.

"Yes. Her name is Oowada Iyo. She seems like a kind person..."

Naruto hummed in thought. "Unfortunately, I don't know very many people… Maybe Yamato could help? He does have quite the information network. He could help you learn things like what she likes and dislikes."

A bright smile appeared on Yukie's face. "That's a great idea! Yamato-san can surely help!"

"Help with what?"

The two turned to witness Yamato strolling up them, his school bag slung over his shoulder. He gave them a curious look, interested in their conversation. "What can I help with?"

Naruto laughed and held up a finger, getting ready to explain. "It's like this…"

Together, the three of them plotted to help Yukie make one more friend.

...

-The next day-

...

When school ended, the three of them travelled to the shopping district of the city. Finding their target sitting in a booth at a nearby restaurant, they quickly hid behind a divide in the building, just barely peeking over the edge so they could look at the girl.

Oowada Iyo was a first year in class 1-C. Wearing the summer outfit, she was considered by more than one male student to be quite the beauty. Her hair was black with a slight purple tinge to it, going well with her violet eyes. She was quite lithe, her skin milky white, her figure complete with a generous bust size.

With the way she moved, it was clear to them all that this girl was no fighter.

Yamato leaned over to whisper to Yukie, leaving Naruto to keep watch on the girl. "Using my intelligence network, I found out she really likes this restaurant. Let's gradually try to make contact with her. We'll make her think that you both like the same restaurant."

"Ri-Right." said Yukie while nodding, a look of determination on her face as she took a deep breath, her lips thinning out as she found her resolve.

At this point, Naruto decided to interrupt them. "That's all fine and dandy, but first, we should deal with that," he said, pointing to the table behind them. Sitting there was the entire Kazama family, menus in hand.

Yamato gave his friends a flat look. "Why are all of you here?"

Miyako was the first to react, her hand reaching out as if she was going to touch the boy. "I'll go anywhere that Yamato goes!" she declared, her love for him still as strong as ever.

Moro shrugged, a smile on his face. "We heard that Mayucchi was doing something reckless."

Gakuto nodded. "Honestly, I'm just here to spectate!"

Chris agreed, her fist clenched tight. "And I'm here for support. I promise I'm not just spectating."

Wanko, who was drinking something healthy, stopped to answer. "And drink bars are really awesome." she said going right backing to drinking whatever it was.

Momoyo held up a menu, pointing at something. "And I heard that Yamato was treating us! I want this!" she said with a smile on her face. The privileges of having a younger brother to spoil you...

Capt followed in her steps, also holding up a menu. "Me too! I want this Yamato! It looks delicious!"

Naruto rubbed the back his neck while Yamato turned around, returning to plan. "Ugh, whatever," said Yamato, "Just make sure you all stay down… And I'm not treating you."

The tactician then proceeded to pull out a sheet of paper with a picture of Iyo on it. "Now, next is personal information. Name, Oowada Iyo. She was born october 10th, 1993. Her blood type is AB. She loves to go cycling with her parents, and… Sorry, that's all I managed to dig up."

Yukie shook her head. "No, that's more than enough! In fact, we share blood types!"

"It's a bit surprising, but I share the same birthday with her." said Naruto, rubbing his chin as he glanced over at the girl.

Momoyo caught that piece of information, storing it away for later use. October 10th huh…

Kazuko, with her keen dog-like ears, heard Iyo whispering to herself. "Hey, that girl," started Wanko, "She's muttering a lot of things to herself…"

Yukie nodded, eyeing the person she so desperately wanted to be friends with. "Yeah, it seems like she's listening to something and responding…" the proverbial light bulb went off above her head as she whipped Matsukaze out, holding him in her hand. "It must be like how I talk to Matsukaze!"

"If you're similar, then you guys'll get along easy!" said the horse figurine.

Moro just chuckled. "I think you're the only one who does that, Mayucchi."

Yamato was already in motion, moving forward with the intent to stay hidden. "I don't know what she's saying, so I'll go eavesdrop."

Yukie followed after him. "I'll come along, Yamato-san."

Naruto watched them get closer and hide behind a nearby wall, trying to listen in on what the girl was saying. Turning, he sat down with the rest of the Kazama Family. Picking up a menu, he glanced over it. "So, I heard Yamato was buying."

Capt nodded, a serious look on his face. "He better be. I already ordered my food."

Every murmured their sentiments, agreeing with the fact that Yamato was going to pay for their meal.

Momoyo, who had switched seats with Capt in order to sit closer to Naruto, shot him a grin. "You don't need to order anything Naruto-kun. I'll just feed you myself, mouth to mouth of course."

He nervously chuckled, bringing up his menu up to hide his mouth. "While that's mighty kind of you, I can feed myself, so let's stay friends for now." Not to mention, that's kind of disgusting...

Ever the one to dissect his words, she agreed with him. "We can stay friends for now if you want," said Momoyo, "But in the next 10 seconds, when the 'now' has passed, we can finally take our relationship to the next level."

Moro was watching the interaction with faint amusement. "It's ironic how Momo-senpai, who had no interest whatsoever in guys, has finally found one she likes. Yet, he constantly denies her. It's almost like I'm watching Yamato and Miyako…"

Momoyo laughed as the food arrived. Pointing one chopstick in the direction of Moro, she winked at him. "Moro, the difference between Miyako and I is too great to make that comparison. Unlike her, I already consume Naruto's thoughts like a plague. I bet he jerks off to me everynight."

Everyone laughed as Naruto choked on his drink. Coughing, he thumped his chest once, twice, and then thrice as he looked over at Momoyo, his eyes wide with disbelief. "W-What the hell! I do not!"

Momoyo grinned like a cat that had caught the canary.

"You know what they say, denial is the first step to acceptance."

...

...

Like 5ft away, Yamato and Mayucchi were eavesdropping on Iyo from behind a nearby wall.

Iyo, who was listening to headphones, was tapping her fingers against the table in frustration. "This is tough," she muttered to herself, "We have to score a run…"

Yamato raised an eyebrow at that. Score a run… Seems like she's a baseball fan...

"Double play!" exclaimed Iyo, her hands clenching into fists, "It's the bottom of the eighth inning, why is there no run support? We have to help Misaki, he's pitching his all!"

Yamato turned to whisper to Yukie. "I guess she's listening to a baseball game. She's a Nanahama Baystars fan, and a hardcore one at that."

Yukie scrunched eyebrows in thought. "Baseball huh…"

Iyo continued to fidget in seat, listening intently to the baseball game. "So Ishikawa is next… Let's go Ishikawa!" She paused for a moment before abruptly standing up, throwing her arms out wide. "Yeah! He hit it!"

She paused when she realized she had hit someone in her excitement. Slowly turning her head, she had to look upwards at the man as he glared down at her.

He sneered, his pompadour hairstyle bouncing as he leaned down to look at Iyo, face to face. "Hey lady, what the hell are you doing?"

Iyo tried to slide back in her seat, suddenly afraid of the man and the dangerous aura he was projecting. "Um… I'm very sorry."

Pompadour shook his head, the sneer still on his face. "You think some cheap apology is gonna cut it?"

The commotion was loud enough to get the Kazama family to look over, trying to find the source of trouble. Chris stood up, anger in her eyes. "Who are those guys!"

Momoyo was quick to shut her down. "Wait Chris! Leave it to Yamato." Those guys look familiar…

Pompadour grabbed Iyo's headphones and yanked them out. "What are you listening to? Isn't it a courtesy to take out your headphones when talking to someone?" He was quick to put them in, listening to the baseball game. "Baseball? The Nanahama Bays? Laaame."

Iyo puffed her cheeks out irritation. "Hmph!"

One of Pompadours friends, some dude wearing a surgical mask, sneered behind it. "You're a Nanahama fan? You're cheering for that bottom feeder team?"

Another thug was quick to join in as he gave a thumbs down. "Just go back to the lottery. They're never going to win!"

Iyo was having none of it, a defiant look in her eyes. "We're going to win today… So please return my headphones!" It seems Pompadour was in a bad mood because what Iyo received was a backhand, sending her flying into the table, breaking her glass full of tea.

"Hey, you're the one who hit me! What's up with that attitude? Are fans of shit teams just as shitty too?"

Iyo looked up, a bruise forming on her face. "Please…" she pleaded, "You can make fun of me, but leave Nanahama out of it."

Pompadour seemed to think about it as he lowered his gaze, inspecting her body. "Fine," he stated, grabbing her wrist, pulling her out of the seat. "Come with me, then. You seem to be just my type."

Iyo struggled to break free, knowing what fate lay before her. "Stop! I'm sorry! Just… Don't…"

Naruto watched with vague interest as Yukie moved forward, using her sheathed Katana to separate the two in a blink of eye. Yukie-tan sure is stronger than she looks…

As the handle of the sword was pointed at his throat, Pompadour gulped. "Wha… Who are you?"

"Mayuzumi-san!" cried out Iyo to her savior, surprised to see her classmate there.

Yukie looked to the side, unable to make eye contact with the thug. "She apologized… So you shouldn't hit her… And," she paused to look forward, meeting his eyes with a will of her own, "You shouldn't make fun of things that are important to others!"

"Mayuzumi-san…" muttered Iyo, touched by the scene in front of her. Somebody was actually standing up for her… For the Nanahama Baystars...

Pompadour's friends were quick to join the fray, standing beside him as they rallied.

"What the hell," started one of them.

"Are you doing!" said another one.

"You wanna go?" finished surgical mask, pulling out a pair of brass knuckles.

Naruto sighed and stood up, the Kazama family following after him. "What are you yelling about?"

Pompadour turned, ready for a fight. "Huh? You talkin to me?" he asked before turning white, the blood in his face draining.

Capt popped his knuckles, eyeing the man. "So it's the Chiba Gang. I thought I recognized you guys."

Gakuto held up one hand, forming a fist, an eyebrow raised. "Didn't you promise not to come here anymore?"

Pompadour took a step back in fear, pointing a finger at them. "Damn! It's them, it's the 'Sylvanian Family."

"You're not even close! It's the Kazama Family!" cried out Capt, ready to defend his name.

Yamato rubbed the back of his head. "And even after we warned you not to return, here you are messing with one of our kouhai… I guess you never learn."

Pompadour took another step back. "Ugh…!"

His eyes narrowing, a shadow fell upon Yamato's face. "Do you need to be punished again?"

It would have been more effective had Momoyo, in the background, not been molesting the poor girl. "Are you alright cutie? Do you wanna play with your big sis?"

Iyo was blushing as Momoyo's hand came up to cup her chin. "Um… Ka-Kawakami-senpai?"

Yamato spun on his heel, pointing at his big sister. "Nee-san, you keep your hands off her too!"

The thugs regrouped, chatting amongst themselves.

"Don't worry, Funabashi! We still have 'her."

Pompadour, because fuck whatever his real name was, nodded. "Oh yeah, that's right! That's right!" He turned and cupped his mouth so his voice would travel. "Please help us, big sis Tachibana!"

Another thug followed in suite, calling out "Big Sis!" with glee.

"I'm coming… It's my turn already?" said someone in a deep voice, the ground shaking with each step.

Naruto blanched, his appetite gone, as a huge woman stepped into the restaurant. Dear Kami… What is this… Thing?

It wasn't a pretty sight, the huge woman's smile showing off her teeth, or what was left of her teeth...

Matsukaze was quick to point out the height difference as the supposed 'Tachibana' towered over Yukie. "She's huge! What the heck!"

Pompadour grinned, feeling self assured. "Fufufu," he chuckled, "I'm sure you're quite shocked. She is one of the martial arts Four Heavenly Empresses, Tachibana Takae! We hired her just to beat Momoyo!"

Naruto scratched his cheek. Are these people blind? This is clearly a dude dressed up like a woman… Or maybe it's just a monstrosity?

Momoyo and Yukie shared a spit take, clearly surprised by the declaration that was made.

Kazuko and Chris were also surprised, but they were more composed about it.

"Four… Four Heavenly Empresses!?"

"She's one of Japan's strongest warriors?"

Pompadour held up his hands, his fingers flexing in anticipation. "All our efforts to find you paid off. It's finally time… For our revenge."

Naruto sighed. Revenge is so overrated…

Pompadour spun to point at Iyo. "And you! Bay girl!"

Iyo jumped in her seat, surprise and fear still on her face. "Y-Yes?"

The thug sneered and spit on the ground. "We'll deal with you after we've settled it with Kawakami!"

Another thug nodded, a cruel smile on his face. "You're not off the hook yet."

Momoyo hummed to herself in thought as she gazed up at the huge woman. "Hmmmm," she said before smiling, "Well I guess that's okay, but let's not bother the shop. We're relocating to the Tama River."

As everyone filled out, heading out to watch the fight, Naruto stayed behind. Giving a bow to the manager of the restaurant, he handed over a wad of cash. "My deepest apologies for the mess that we made. I hope this will cover everything that we ordered and what was broken."

The manager, an older man with a graying beard and a receding hairline, accepted the money with a thankful smile. "So polite. This country could use more folk like you. And, about the mess," he paused to glance over to the broken glass, "Just make sure those thugs pay for what they've done. Hitting a defenseless girl like that…"

Naruto gave him a thumbs and a bright smile. "Oh, trust me, they'll get every ounce of what's coming to them. See ya!"

As Naruto ran off, manager-san looked down at the money in his hand, finding it to be well over the necessary amount. He smiled to himself as he shook his head.

That kid…

-The Tama River-

...

"It's time to pay up your tribute! Prepare yourself, Kawakami!"

Yamato glanced over at Momoyo. "What's wrong, Nee-san? You look like you're about to burst out laughing…"

Indeed, Momoyo had her cheeks puffed up as she tried to stifle any sort of laughter. She was quick to decompress as she scratched her cheek with a smile on her face. "Yeah, It's a funny story, but actually…" she paused to hold up one finger, "I've fought Tachibana Takae before and I beat her too."

Kazuko nodded, a look of realization coming to her eyes. "That's right. I thought you had."

Seeing the clueless looks on each thugs face, Momoyo sighed as she shrugged. Idiots... "What I mean is that person over there is not Takae! What's more, Takae's been defeated, so she's no longer one of the Four Heavenly Empresses. You've been completely fooled."

This left all the thugs silent in shock.

"..."

They soon spun around, facing their chosen champion in anger and shock. "Hey, big sis! Is she telling the truth?" asked Pompadour.

Another thug nodded, angry at being fooled. "Yo, you're a damn fake!"

The giant man/woman thing snarled before pointing at Momoyo. "All of you shut up! I didn't lie about my strength. If I beat her, then we're fine!"

While this was happening, Naruto approached Yukie, whispering to her. "Yukie-tan, this is your chance to make a new friend. If you fight this faker and win, Iyo will probably be grateful. Not to mention, you'll totally look cool!"

She seemed shocked at his suggestion. "Wh-What?"

"Wow, a chance just landed in your arms, Mayucchi!" said Matsukaze, "Naruto-kun is right! Go for it!"

She gulped, steeling herself. She had to do this.

Yukie walked over to Momoyo. "Momo-senpai…"

Momoyo turned to face her, an eyebrow raised. "Hmm? What is it MayuMayu?"

"Well," she said, gulping, "It was my friend that got picked on first, so please… Let me fight this match!" she finished, a defiant look entering her gaze.

Momoyo was silent as she locked gazes with Yukie, a silent battle of wills happening. Eventually, she conceded, letting Mayucchi have her way.

Iyo, from the sideline, was shocked and appalled by the decision. "Ma-Mayuzumi-san! It's dangerous!"

Naruto just laughed beside her and gently patted the girl on the head, causing the first year to turn her gaze towards him. "Oowada-san, you don't have to worry about Yukie-tan. Just watch and see how strong she really is."

This left Iyo speechless as she gaped up at him. He's so confident in her victory… He doesn't believe she even has the possibility of losing...

Momoyo shrugged. "Yeah, I guess I don't mind, but I do have one condition." She was quick to step into Yukie's personal space, leaning her head over the younger girl's shoulder. "Show me your power and beat that fraud to a pulp for insulting the person that you defeated… Fourth Heavenly Empress."

"Momo-senpai…" started Yukie, "Yes… I understand. Thank you very much!" Turning, she pulled her sword from the sheath. "Kawakami Academy, first year class C, Mayuzumi Yukie," she said to the thugs watching, "I will be your opponent."

This did not make the thugs happy. "Whaa? We're here for Kawakami! Who the hell are you?"

"Oh," said Momoyo, "It seems like you're not satisfied. If you beat MayuMayu over there, I'll consider it the same as you defeating me. How about that?"

The thugs looked at each other and had a quick meeting.

"Th-This is our chance!"

"There's no way that little munchkin could be stronger than Kawakami!"

"It's our lucky day!"

Concluding their impromptu meeting, they turned to sneer at Momoyo. "Fine with us," said Pompadour, "Don't forget your end of the deal!"

Surgical mask nodded. "If our Tachibana wins, she'll take over as the strongest fighter in the land."

Momoyo crossed her arms underneath her breasts, propping them up. "Then it's settled. I'll be the ref. And with that…"

Yukie stood across from the fake Tachibana with a determined look on her face. Her eyes were narrowed, her lips pursed together as she tightly gripped the pommel of her sword.

"Ready…"

She breathed in.

"Set…"

She breathed out.

"BEGIN!"

The fake Tachibana acted first, launching a dozen spears from the hidden depths of her outfit. They must have been propelled by something as they travelled through the air with impressive speed, slamming into the spot Yukie was standing.

As a dust cloud rose up from the attack, Naruto hummed to himself. Concealed weapons are all good, but they fail when you can't even hide your own bloodlust… What a failure of an attack…

"A concealed weapon!?" cried out Chris, surprised by the dirty tactic.

Miyako clicked her teeth together. "She's a lot dirtier than she looks!"

For a split second, as he was watching the fight, a presence made itself known to Naruto. A feral smile came to his face. "So you finally decided to show up…"

Yamato heard this and gave Naruto a strange look. "What are you talking about?"

His question went unanswered as from the dust cloud, there stood a still and unharmed Yukie, her hair fluttering in the wind.

"You're strong enough, but…" started Yukie, "If you don't hide your murderous aua, a concealed weapon is useless."

"Wow!" said Capt in awe, stars in his eyes, "She wasn't hit at all!"

Kazuko nodded, impressed. "She saw through it completely!"

The fake Tachibana was quick to press the attack, punching with her huge fist. "Humph! I don't even need my concealed weapons! Die!" Her attack shattered the ground with sheer power alone. "How's that! And that should be the end… What!"

To the fak Tachibana's surprise, Yukie was running up her arm at a fast pace, her sword held at the side. With a burst of speed, she launched herself upwards, swinging the flat side of her blade. It connected with the Fake Tachibana's jaw and sent her flying, blood gushing out of her mouth.

Landing on the ground Yukie swung her blade before sheathing it. "And that's the end."

The thugs were shocked.

"Big sis Tachibana!"

"Damn it! I knew she seemed weak from the start!"

"Ah well," said Momoyo, sighing, "You guys might as well have dressed yourself up as a cow." She turned to face them, a growing smirk on her face. "So now what? You guys wanna play Tetris again?"

Pompadour shook his head. "That's fine! We need to leave for sightseeing! Kawakami city is beautiful after all! Have a nice day!" he said, running away in fear.

A dark look settled on her face. "Well, if they put it that way, we should go play too."

Gakuto cracked his knuckles. "Right."

Together, they attacked the group of thugs, laying a beatdown on them.

"AAAAAHHHHHH!"

Ignoring the screams of pain, Iyo was approached by Yukie. "Oowada-san! Oowada-san, are you okay?" asked Yukie, a concerned look on her face.

Iyo nodded. "Yes, I'm fine. You were amazing, Mayuzumi-san. I was really surprised."

Yukie didn't seem to pay much mind to her words, a different goal in her mind. "A-Anyways! This is sudden, but…" she paused to take a deep breath, "Do you like baseball?"

Iyo took a step back in surprise, her face turning red. "What? Aa… ah…" she spun around to face away from Yukie, crouching down to hold her head. "So you overheard me! I'm so embarrassed. Aren't I weird? I'm a girl and I love baseball, and I'm a baystars fan too…"

"No!" declared Yukie, bringing her sheathed sword forward. "I-I practice the sword. So you're not weird! I'd like for us to be friends! I think you're very nice, and I stalked you for a bit, and…"

Yamato sighed. "Declaring that is a bit too much."

"Friends…" said Iyo, blinking at the situation. Giggling, she covered up her mouth. "Fufu, you're a good person, Mayuzumi-san. Today was pretty weird, but I'm glad we got to talk today." She turned to look at Yukie. "If it's okay with you, I'd love to talk with you some more?"

Yukie gulped, feeling her heart rate increase. Needing reassurance, she looked over to see her friends giving her a thumbs up. "Pen! Paper! Chyea!" she declared, pulling out said items. She then proceeded to write something, her movement erratic. "I can finally put my feelings into words!"

Matsukaze agreed with her. "Yeah! Your soul has overflowed into the pen!"

The paper that she was waving around read as "The spring of my life has come- Yukie." She happily smiled and said, "Staff! Staff! Hang this up somewhere!"

"Don't worry, we'll put it in a shrine!" replied Matsukaze.

Iyo scratched the side of her cheek as she watched her new friend prance around. "Well then. Is that ventriloquism? I kind of want to learn it…"

Mayuzumi Yukie's plan to make 100 friends: currently at 10 people. (Increased by 1)

-A Mighty Foe Appears, but for Whom?-

...

Everyone, having achieved success for the day, slowly left to celebrate Yukie's new friendship.

But it was not to be as the day was not over just yet.

It came as a shock to them as the air- the space in front of them distorted. It was like a clean rip in reality, the tear in space growing in size, revealing an inky black darkness beyond normal comprehension.

Out of the shadowy realm stepped a foot, then a hand appeared, and in pursuit an arm and a leg came forth. Before they knew it, the Kazama Family plus Iyo were stunned as a beautiful woman appeared before them.

She had long black hair pulled back into a ponytail that fell down to the small of her back. It was somewhat wild, being naturally spiky, that she had to use a few hair clips to stop her bangs from getting in the way. Her face was a sight to see with her skin being smooth and milky white, a certain charisma to her looks. Her eyes were onyx colored as tehy glanced around before settling on Naruto, an unknown intensity showing in her look, her lips pursed together in thought...

Momoyo was certain that this girl broke many a dude and girl's heart, her look naturally fitting under the Ice Queen category.

The black haired beauty wore what the Kazama Family considered a strange outfit. Her shirt was a grey unzipped, leaving plenty of cleavage exposed, high collared short sleeved top with a fan symbol on the back. Her pants were dark blue, baggy, and eventually were tucked into her black ninja sandals. Around her waist she had light blue cloth wrapped around her, hanging there with a purple rope tied to keep it in place. Within that rope she had secured the sheath of her sword, a chokuto styled blade, so it wouldn't move around in a fight. On her forearms, she had light arm guards to deflect the occasional blow.

Naruto gulped, already knowing who this was. Well shit… He gave an awkward laugh, walking forward, all eyes on him. "Hey Sasuke," he said, nervously eyeing her cleavage, "It's been awhile, why don't we just zip this right up. There we go…" It was with shaky hands that he actually followed through with his intention, zipping up the collar to her shirt so no skin was showing.

It quickly became apparent that due to his rather bold move, one of Sasuke's delicate eyebrows started to twitch. As soon as Naruto had finished up zipping up her shirt, she kicked him in the face, launching him backwards.

Following after that, an intense bloodlust hit them all. It was unlike anything they had ever faced before. The pressure was so great that the guys and Iyo, being weaker than the others, were the first to fall to their hands and knees, heavily panting.

"This is insane!" said Yamato as Moro and Iyo passed out, unable to breath within the pressure. He soon followed suite, falling unconscious, his body hitting the ground with a soft thud. Gakuto and Capt were the last among the guys to pass out, struggling to stay awake but ultimately failing to do so.

Kazuko, Miyako, and Chris took a knee just seconds later, finding it hard to focus. "W-What the hell…" said Miyako as she closed one eye in concentration. Kazuko and Chris were leaning next to each other, trying to stabilize themselves.

Yukie, showing off her strength, was faring much better. Despite this, she still stood with a slight shake in posture, fear in her eyes as she gripped onto her sword as if it was her lifeline.

Only Momoyo, the battle maniac that she was, stood unfazed by the bloodlust. In fact, she rather seemed to enjoy it, a wide grin spreading across her face. What killing intent…

Naruto chuckled as he stood up and grabbed something from his hidden ninja pouch. Equipping a set trench knives similar to those of Sarutobi Asuma, he took a boxing stance, his guard up. "You haven't changed at all." said Naruto, unleashing his own bloodlust, feeling his excitement rise in anticipation. "I've been waiting awhile for this…"

His bloodlust was like an ocean, the pressure suffocating all those within its depths. Everyone in the Kazama family, besides Yukie and Momoyo, had already passed out by this point. Though, Yukie was quick to succumb to the pressure, falling to the ground and drifting off much like her friends.

Momoyo still stood strong, but there was a tremor to her movements now. Her body shook as the two clashing bloodlust washed over her, filling her with both fear and excitement. These two are monsters… Monsters I want to fight… To think, Naruto was holding back this much...

A leaf fell between Naruto and Sasuke, gently landing on the ground. Then, they were off, fighting with the intent to kill. Sasuke's eye flashed red, signalling her usage of the Sharingan.

Naruto, coating his trench knives with wind chakra, clashed against Sasuke's lightning enhanced Chokuto.

They stalemated before Naruto pulled back, disengaging. Sasuke was quick to follow up, pressing for an early advantage.

Naruto ducked and weaved, dodging all that he could. When dodging was no longer an option, he brought his trench knives up to block, catching Sasuke's sword between the two knives.

He grinned as his wind chakra started to grind down on the sword, creating a weak point in the blade. Eventually, no matter how hard you try, this blade will snap...

Sasuke must have noticed it to because she lashed outwards with a kick, catching him in the stomach with it. As they separated, it gave her some space as she stabbed her sword into the ground, her hands already flying through several hand-seals.

"Katon: Gōkakyū no Jutsu!" She declared, spitting forth a huge orb of fire, sending it towards Naruto.

Naruto just barely had enough time to put his trench knives away, slamming his hands on the ground to counter her technique. "Doton: Doryūheki!" In front of him a thick earth wall was raised, ready to tank the hit.

The fireball collided into the earth wall, carving a huge chunk out of it before exploding, sending wisps of smoke and dust everywhere. As the thick fog of dust settled, it was revealed that the earthwall did it job, still standing despite its battered state.

Despite this, Sasuke was already running towards it, lightning gathered in her hand. "Chidori!" She exclaimed, the intensity of her attack cutting straight through the weakened earth wall. As she burst through the other side, her technique altered itself. "Chidori Nagashi!"

She went from wielding a highly concentrated ball of electricity to having a flowing current surround her, forming a defensive shield. Naruto, who had been waiting on the other side, had the same spiralling ball of blue energy in his hand. As he rushed forward, screaming "Rasengan!" several clones appeared from behind, each following a different path with the same technique.

In an amazing show of flexibility, Sasuke leaned back to avoid the first Rasengan, kicking upwards with a lightning enhanced kick. That Naruto burst into a cloud of smoke, confirming its existence as a clone. The Uchiha girl once more showed why she was the ace of the Academy, spinning her blade several directions, her Chidori Nagashi supplementing her skill while striking out at the Naruto clones with random bolts of Electricity.

When all the clones were dealt with, revealing that the real Naruto was not among them, the battle went still. Sasuke readied her blade, her Sharingan eyes glancing left and then right, her right foot sliding forwards in preparation.

The ground was still, no vibrations warning her. So he wasn't below her…

The wind shifted and she suddenly looked upwards, finding another Naruto high in the sky. He was descending at a fast pace, his trench knives in his hands once more as he crossed them, blades of wind trailing behind.

Swinging his arms outward, Sasuke was forced to jump back to avoid the destructive cutting power behind his strike. A large X shaped appeared on the surface of the earth, showing just how powerful of an attack that it was.

Landing on the ground once more, Naruto and Sasuke gazed at each other. She looked forward, willing to meet his gaze with her Sharingan while Naruto averted his eyes downwards, keeping his gaze locked onto her feet.

The battlefield had gone quiet.

Meanwhile, off to the side, Momoyo was somewhat was surprised at seeing the techniques being thrown around. Is this their potential? To break the boundaries of what is considered impossible? I'm getting excited just thinking about it...

Just then, the intense bloodlust that had washed over the area disappeared. Sasuke sheathed her sword, her Sharingan fading away to their regular Onyx black. Meanwhile, Naruto put away his trench knives, slamming his hands onto the ground. The huge X shaped crater was quickly filled in with earth, fixing the destruction that he had caused. At the same time, his earth wall that he had raised crumbled to dust, leaving no evidence that it had ever been erected.

Quickly, they two ninja walked towards each other, no signs of fighting having ever gone on.

Naruto raised a fist, presenting it to the Uchiha girl, a smile on his face. "It's good to see that you're alive. I was afraid in our last battle, the last attack would've blow our arms off."

"Hn," said Sasuke, raising her own fist. She gently pressed it against Naruto's, performing a fist bump with him. "Once an idiot, always an idiot. As if I would lose my arm to someone like you."

Naruto sighed and scratched his cheek, looking away from her. "Ya' know," he started, "There's a word for someone like you in this world. You're a perfect example of a tsundere… With a whole lot tsun, and not enough dere."

She raised an eyebrow at him, a conceited expression on her face. "What the hell are you talking about? You must've lost even more brain cells while I was gone."

Naruto opened his mouth to speak but closed it when he was cut off, forgetting that they weren't alone.

"WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON?"

Together, Naruto and Sasuke turned as Momoyo marched up to them, a pout on her face. She pointed at Naruto and then at Sasuke, giving the girl a small wink. Sasuke was not impressed as she raised an eyebrow at the unknown girl, mentally labelling her someone just as stupid as Naruto.

"Naruto, just who is this cutie?" asked Momoyo, "One second you two are fighting like you're trying to kill each other, and the next thing I know you two are making small talk like old friends."

Sasuke snorted, turning her head away from the conversation. "As if I would be friends with this dumbass."

Naruto sighed and scratched the back of his head. "Well," he started, "to answer your question, this girl is Uchiha Sasuke." He stopped to snicker, ignoring how Sasuke shot him a glare. "Funny story ya' see. Her dad was hoping his second child would grow up to be a strong warrior so the name was chosen before birth. That's why she got stuck with a male name- Ow! That hurts ya' know!"

During his unnecessary explanation about her name, Sasuke jabbed Naruto in the side, digging in and twisting for additional effect. Giving him a death glare, she made snipping motions with her fingers, indicating what she would do to him if he kept talking.

Unperturbed by the threat of castration, he threw an arm around the girl. "Moving on, ya' see, Sasuke is a childhood friend. We grew up together, often competing, so she's kinda like my best friend/rival. It's become our little tradition to have a spar if we haven't seen each other in awhile."

Momoyo just glanced between the two. "That was a spar?"

Sasuke grunted and pushed Naruto off of her, sending him off balance as he hopped on one leg. Facing Momoyo, she spoke with a condescending tone. "It might be hard for someone of your intellectual capability to understand, but when two fighters of extreme caliber meet, the known limitation of what is and what isn't considered a spar- is broken. Perhaps if you focused on studying a bit more, some of your ridiculous boobs might just transfer to that empty head of yours. Kami knows you must have back problems with such large sandbags."

The longer Sasuke kept talking, the worse Momoyo got. It started out as her smile turned forced, a twitch in her brow as tick marks appeared on the back of her head. She clenched her hands into fists, so desperately wanting to punch this arrogant bitch in the mouth to shut her the fuck up. Near the end of Sasuke's insulting rant, she was grinding her teeth together, a challenging look in her eyes. "Are you calling me stupid?" she asked, getting ready for a fight, "I know I may not be the most studious person out there, but if some flat-chested bitch is insulting me, obviously pointing out how much better my figure is- well, I can't help but pity you."

And so they butted heads, lightning flashing between their eyes, growls emitting from their throats. Naruto, in a stroke of pure genius, performed a tactical retreat. Creating just enough clones to pick up the limp bodies of his friends, he hightailed it out of there, deciding it was time to leave dodge for brighter, cleaner, and more promising pastures.

Aka, anywhere but there with two pissed off women.

As the night slowly approached, darkness creeping up on the world, the two girls were still going strong in their argument.

"If you're looking for a fight, I'd be more than willing to kick your ass."

"Bring it on Ms. Pinkeye!"

"You have red eyes too, dumbass!"

"Doesn't matter. The fact is my eye color is natural while yours comes and goes, just like pinkeye."

"Do you know how stupid you sound right now?"

"I know you are but what am I?"

"What? What the hell are you on about?"

"Hah! Ms. Flat-chest can't even keep up with me. Don't worry kid, maybe some day you'll have breasts like me. I doubt it, but hey, you never know what might happen."

"Shut up! As if I would want something as disgusting as over-inflated balloons that look like they might pop at the slightest prod!"

Momoyo smirked as she crossed her arms underneath her bust, propping up her gigantic breasts, getting a reaction out of Sasuke as her eye started to twitch. "Come talk to me when you can match my E-Cups. Hmm?" she said, humming in thought, "By the looks of it, you're a C-Cup right? My, my, you should drink more milk. Maybe rub them? I've heard that helps."

Sasuke clicked her teeth in annoyance. "Tsk. There's nothing special about E-Cups. You're nothing but a cow with fat milk udders."

And so the status quo remained.

Momoyo and Sasuke would continue to fight well into the night, arguing the merits of big breasts vs. small breasts, each taking a different stance on the matter. It was, of course, for personal reasons. Pride obviously being the number one reason

Naruto successfully retreated with his friends, dumping them all onto the kitchen floors of the Shimazu Dorm, too bothered to actually take them home or to their rooms.

He retired for the night, getting ready for bed in his own room, throwing his school uniform off to the side. He liked to sleep without a shirt on.

Crawling underneath the covers of his futon, he let out a content sigh.

Sasuke, you're on your own for now… Sleep comes first…

-End-

...

What can I say, I've always wanted to write a Fem Sasuke. No matter how cringeworthy you may think it is, I think she fits quite nicely with the theme (because there is no theme) of this story.

So, Surprise!

If you feel like dropping a review, please do so. I gladly read most of my reviews and try to respond to all PMs within a decent amount of time. That being said, if you're asking questions that I don't feel comfortable answering, please understand that it's a polite refusal.

I'm going to be honest with you all and say that I've grown slightly distant with this fic. I can't exactly tell you why because even I don't know why, but If I had to hazard a guess, I would say it's because there's no point to this fic. I started this fic by jumping straight into it, not really considering all the aspects that I should have. I just wanted to write a decent Naruto/Majikoi crossover, and I think I've done a good job of that so far. It's just… lacking in a way, I guess.

I recently wrote a one-shot that I just fell in love with. I felt that there was a purpose to be found there, a point I was trying to make. I was trying to prove to myself that I could write a story with an actual plotline. I can't say I've succeeded in that aspect either, but I feel as if I'm very close to succeeding.

So what I'm trying to say is, I don't know if I'll continue to write this fic or move onto greener pastures, focusing on other work.

I just don't know.

Well, I think I've said enough. At this point I'm just rambling and I'm sorry for taking up your time.

Keep it real and have a nice day!

Ja Ne!
