Ok I haven't had a lot of inspiration for this story so sorry for those of you that are reading and I'm being really slow with updates, but I hope you all continue to enjoy this story

Two hours they spent in the room of requirement learning spells, Harry and Hermione learned the Petrificus Totalus spell than the other 3rd and 4th years so they were able to practice the spell some more or learn a new one with one of the extra 7th years. They both went with the extra seventh year and started to learn the Incarcerous spell but they didn't get very far before his mother ended the night class.
"Goodnight students, and remember what happens in this room does not leave it, pretend as if nothing happened here." Regina said as the students started to leave and return to the houses.
Just as the letter said a woman from the ministry of magic did come, her name was Dolores Umbridge and she wore way to much pink for Regina's liking but either way Regina didn't trust nor like her, she treated everyone as if she were above them but Regina would be damned if she allowed such a woman to step on her. Before everyone began eating Dumbledore explained that she would be going around to all the classes to take notes.
Regina sat down next to Minerva and looked her straight in the eyes. "Do not trust that woman, I don't care what she says to you, do not trust her." Regina said loud enough for just Minerva to hear. "Now she's going to be going to Snape's class, then my class so that should give you enough time to pass that on to the other professors. Regina said before standing up taking her mug of coffee with her. She walked down the aisle and stopped by Harry, Ron and Hermione.
"This woman is from the ministry of magic if anything goes wrong we're in for it so you three need to be on your best behavior and do not trust her. Not pass it on to your classmates and friends." She whispered getting a nod from the three before she left the great hall.
Dolores watched the brunette woman who was the defense against the dark arts professor get up and walk over to Harry potter and whisper something to him and his little buddies whatever it was it was going around the whole room and soon the students were giving her weary glances. She was aware that she would be watching that woman's class first but nothing like an early start wouldn't hurt she thought as she got up and walked out to the hall making her way to the defense against the dark arts class.
She walked into the classroom to see the woman writing on the chalkboard something about vampires. "Hello I wasn't expecting you this early," The woman said, turning around giving her a kind smile. The woman was indeed beautiful and she envied it but that wasn't her objective here.
"Yes, I've decided to extend my stay. I'm going to be watching each subject for a full day instead of going by periods." Dolores said with a smile.
"Oh thats wonderful, im sure you can even participate in a few spells for my upperclassmen they've been eager to have a opponent." Regina said.
"Oh no, I don't believe children should be using their wands for such foolery." Dolores said making Regina's whole demeanor change giving the woman the chills as the woman gave her a cold stare.
"Excuse me," Regina said looking at the woman.
"Yes I think its better for them to just learn from the books. They shouldn't need to demonstrate it themselves not when they have the books." Dolores said looking around the clean classroom.
"Me and you have very different opinions on this topic Ms.Umbridge, but may I be frank with you?" Regina asked.
"Of course," Dolores said happily thinking she was about to get some information she could use against dumbledore.
"I don't quite care for other people's opinions especially when it comes to teaching my students. I know that Voldemort is back and so does every single last person in this school and whether you like it or not they need to be prepared." Regina said drily looking the woman up and down with a smirk.
"Lies!" Dolores seethed lying through her teeth. Regina laughed.
"I'm not stupid Dolores, I can see right through this fake act you put up like your more superior. Now let's cut to the chase, your working for him aren't you?" Regina said with a smirk as the woman paled.
"That's what I thought, now how about you sit down over in that corner and take your pretty notes but if I find out that you have gotten any professors fired or anything from here I will make sure you either in up in akazaban for the rest of your miserable life or dead by my, or the dark lord hands himself. Do I make myself clear?" Regina growled, snatching the woman by the necklace around her neck, but Regina ended up snatching it off as she felt the magic vibrating off of it.
"You will pay for this, the prime minister will hear about this." The woman shrieked.
"And he isnt going to do a got damn thing about it because me and the prime minister are actually great friends and well lets just say he will take my word over yours especially on his death bed so just leave it alone dear. Regina said before walking back over to the chalkboard.
"How did you know?" Dolores asked.
"Lets just say i'm a wandless wonder, and im not to be fucked with." Regina said making a perfectly sharpened pencil go straight into the wall just a milimeter away from Dolores' head.
"Y-y-you have w-wandless magic?" The woman stuttered out.
"Oh yes…" Regina drawled turning her back to the woman. "But i'm afraid we will have to finish this conversation later. My students are currently on their way to my class," Regina said, putting the piece of chalk down as the first years started to pour into the class. Once the students saw Ms.Umbridge, their chatting stopped. But she could also see their demeanor towards her, which means they were successful.
"Good morning class as you know this is Ms.umbridge she will be watching all of my classes today so I ask to please be respectful of her company and treat her as you treat me." Regina said, winking at the last part getting some snickers around the room. "Alright my beautiful first years as you know today there is no wand waving only learning so get out your text book and turn to page 39 please." Regina said watching as everyone took out their textbooks.
Dolores watched the woman teach the students with ease she'd never seen such obedient students. No one acted out, no one even whispered a word while she was speaking. It was quite remarkable.
Once the first period was dismissed Dolores realized she never got the woman's name.
"What is your name?" Dolores asked once the last student left.
"Regina, Regina Mills." Regina said turning to for a brief moment then going back to erasing the chalkboard.
"You're the new guardian of Harry potter," Dolores exclaimed with a gasp.
"If you're just now realizing this then the ministry is in for it far more than I realized, you all are obviously incompent and stuck in the 1880's," Regina remarked.
As the second years started to fill up the classroom. "But of course that's a conversation for another day," Regina said turning towards the class.
As his students left he went up to dumbledore's office, as his second period was free today. "She won't be able to do it," Severus said, walking up to Dumbledore's desk and standing in front of him.
"And how are you so sure?" Dumbledore asked.
"Because she's breaking!" Severus yelled.
"She has to do it, if you want to live and love her the way you want Severus she has to do it," Dumbledore said standing. "We both know his ultimate objective is to get my wand and he's going to have someone do it more than likely you, but she has to do it. It's the only way." Dumbledore said.
"Damn you!" Severus yelled before leaving the office going down to Regina's classroom, quietly walking into the class watching her teach the students , he watched as she looked at him for a split moment then turned back to the chalkboard pointing at a written down fact. He looked over to Dolores who looked at Regina as if she didn't know whether to choose between admiration or fear either way the woman was going to be led to her untimely end at some point. "Alright everyone, tomorrow we will be practicing the spells so i want you all to come with your wands ready, understand." Regina said looking at the students with a smile before dismissing them.
"Severus why are you here?" Regina asked walking up to him as the students passed leaving to get to their next class before lunch.
"We need to talk," he said.
"Now I feel whatever you have to tell me is going to lead to a big discussion and right now you should be getting to your classroom to teach so we'll talk about this later alright." Regina said, looking him in his eyes with longing and pure love.
"Ok," He said before leaving.
"Well I have a free period right now so unless you want to go watch somebody else's class I'm going to be grading some homework and I prefer it silently if you don't mind." Regina said looking at the woman who didn't move from her spot to leave.
Once it hit 3 o'clock Regina got up, "It's lunch time do you need help getting back to the great hall?" Regina asked.
"Um no are you not going to the great hall for lunch?" Dolores asked suspiciously.
"No, I'm not. I have a meeting so I will see you in my fourth period." Regina said disappearing in a cloud of purple smoke and appearing in Snape's classroom sitting cross legged on his desk.
"Ok Snape what did you want to discuss?" Regina asked.
"The dark lord needs the elder wand. And as you know Dumbledore is in possession of it and for the dark lord to get it Dumbledore will have to be killed." Severus explained.
"What!" Regina yelled. "Does he know?" Regina said.
"Yes and he prefers it if you would be the one to kill him when the time comes." Severus explained as Regina shook her head in disagreement.
"I will not, I will not kill him." Regina growled.
"You have to Regina, it's the only way." He said.
"No, no, no," Regina gasped her heart rate picking up as panic started to settle in.
"How long have you two been discussing this!" Regina demanded.
"That doesn't matter." He said.
"How long?!" Regina yelled looking him in the eyes.
"For a couple weeks now." He whispered.
"You tell Dumbledore I will not do it, that I refuse." Regina said before walking out the classroom the door bouncing off the wall as she left.
Severus sighed looking around this classroom, she really didn't have a choice in the matter all of this depended on Regina.
Regina walked down to the great hall but before she entered a wave of dizziness passed through her she took a deep breath and waited for it to pass but it didn't. Regina walked into the great hall and as soon as Minerva laid eyes on her she could tell something was wrong with the woman. She was way to pale. Minerva stood up to meet the woman halfway but before she could even begin walking Regina collapsed making the kids that were present panic. She rushed over as Harry, Ron, and Hermione kneel beside her and tried to wake her up but nothing was working.
"We need to get her to the infirmary," Minerva said looking at the three of them. Severus then walked into the great hall seeing the scene before him. He immediately rushed over.
"What happened?" he asked worriedly looking at the four of them.
"Lets get her to the infirmary first." Mcgonagall said. "You three go with him while I calm everyone down, ill be there once everyone is finished." She explained as he picked up Regina and took her to the infirmary.
When madam pomfrey saw them she immediately moved the sheets back on the closest bed to severus allowing him to lay her down gently on the sheets.
"What happened?" She asked looking at them as she checked Regina's heart rate and blood pressure.
"She walked into the great hall and she looked rather pale already, but then she passed out. We tried to wake her up but it was no use." Hermione explained. She checked Regina's blood pressure.
"Is she alright?" Severus asked again.
"Yes she's fine her blood pressure is very high and she seems to be dehydrated," Madam promfrey explained. Grabbing her stethoscope again and moving it down to Regina's belly pressing in certain spots before pulling away with a sigh.
"It's going to be awhile before she wakes up, seems she hasn't been getting much sleep either but I would let Dumbledore know to see if someone can fill in for her for the rest of the day or just cancel her class for the day." She said looking up at Severus.
"You aren't telling me something." He said while Harry stared at him.
"And I'm not obligated to. It's not my business to tell but I'll be sure to let her know that you were concerned." Madam Pomfrey said, glaring at him. Severus sighed looking back down at Regina before remembering the three students beside him, he then quickly made his way out the infirmary and to the headmasters office.
"Is she really going to be ok?" Harry looked down at his mother as she laid peacefully.
"She's going to be fine Harry I promise." She reassured me. "Now you three go on lunch is almost over, I got her." Madam Pomfrey said giving them a soft smile as the left
Evening*
Regina woke up looking up at the ceiling trying to figure out how she got in bed. But the last thing she remembered going to the great hall. "You're awake." Madam Pomfrey said, looking down at her.
"What happened? Why am I here?" Regina asked.
"You passed out in the great hall, Snape along with Harry, Ron and Hermione brought you in." She explained. "He was very concerned." She added. "But you were dehydrated and had a high blood pressure which has lowered since you have been resting the last couple of hours," She explained.
"Hours?" Regina asked.
"Yes hours, but never mind that I have some news. You are with child." Madam Pomfrey said.
"I'm pregnant." Regina said.
"Yes and from what I've seen you about a month along, and your morning sickness will probably be starting soon." She said.
Regina sighed in her hands breathing in deeply trying not to break down in tears. It would explain her loss of control over her emotions. But Regina needed to make sure.
"Are you positive?" Regina asked.
Madam Pomfrey gave her a look that said don't second guess her. "Ok," Regina sighed getting up on her wobbly feet.
"I think you should rest Regina." Madam Pomfrey said.
"I'll do that later, what time is it?" Regina asked.
"It's 6:15," the nurse replied.
"Great I can still eat dinner, thank you I really do appreciate it but I also ask that you keep this between us." Regina said pausing before she opened the door.
"Of course but I would like for you to come by tomorrow and pick up some vitamins you're going to need during your pregnancy," madam Pomfrey said.
"I'll come by tomorrow afternoon." Regina said before leaving, making her way to the great hall. She opened the doors and walked to her seat, everyone staring at her in silence. She sat down in her seat next to Minerva.
"Are you alright?" She asked immediately.
"Yes I'm fine, I was dehydrated and stressed that's all." Regina said before she began to eat her food.
When dinner ended Regina was circled by Severus, Harry, Ron and Hermione even Dumbledore stood on the side trying to figure out if she was alright.
"I'm alright, really you guys don't have to worry about me ok I'll be fine." Regina reassured.
"Yeah I don't believe it," Severus grumbled.
"Yeah mum for the first time I actually agree with professor Snape." Harry chimed getting a glare from the man.
"Well there's nothing neither of you can do about it so you will just have to take my word for it, and Dumbledore I need to speak with on a very important matter." Regina said before walking out the great hall and to his office.
"Does this have anything to do with why you've been in madams Pomfrey care for the last couple of hours?" He asked sitting down and gesturing for her to sit in the seat across from him .
Regina took a deep breath before answering.
"Yes, I-Im pregnant, I'm with child." Regina whispered but Dumbuldore heard her loud and clear. "Is it volde-"
"I don't know I'm going to make a potion to find out the identity of the father. But Severus cannot know about any of this." Regina said fidgeting with her robes.
"Why is that?" Dumbledore asked.
"You and I both know the answer to that, I know you know dumbledore, and also because if he knew he would not allow me to continue with this to protect Harry and this school." Regina said standing.
"Speaking of, Voldemort has called a meeting I'm guessing it has to do with Miss.Umbridge. Are you feeling well enough to attend?" He asked standing up.
"I feel perfectly fine, but i'll go get ready now," Regina said.
"And Regina did you use one of the unforgivable curses?" he asked. Regina froze in place.
"Yes I did,I didn't kill anyone if that's what you're worried about." Regina said before leaving and walking down to the chambers.
Opened the door to her private quarters and picked out a black dress and robes. Once she was dressed she fed Willow and Ophelila.
"Its time." Severus said walking into her chambers. Regina nodded up at him before disappearing in a cloud of purple smoke.
"Are you always going to call our meetings so late I would much prefer it in the daytime." Regina said while all the death eaters' gaze followed her.
"Well I would love to keep our plans secret and I would hate for them to be released into the sunlight." Thomas replied as Severus appeared a few feet from his seat.
"So you called us why?" Regina asked.
"Because our inside sources have come to deliver an early message." Thomas said.
"Has she now, this meeting will certainly be entertaining." Regina murmured.
Looking over at Severus before averting her gaze to Miss.umbridge who dressed in her favorite color. Pink. Dolores looked around the table then her eyes landed on Regina and she gasped stumbling backwards.
"Oh dear, do be careful. I would really hate for you to be injured." Regina remarked as some of the inner circle laughed at her comment.
"It's you." Dolores said pointing at Regina.
"Is that how you greet people," Regina asked.
"Dolores you've met my love haven't you? She goes by Miss.Mills." Thomas said with a grin.
"So you passing out early wasn't fake, you really did pass out?" She asked.
"Oh no I did, I don't fake Illness, but thank you for your concern." Regina said, turning, aiming her words at Severus.
"You passed out?" Voldemort Asked.
"I'm fine." Regina sighed. "But I will like to get on with the meeting I'm supposed to be resting." Regina said.
"We'll discuss this later," Thomas said leaning into her ear.
"oh I count on it." Regina sighed.
"Now what do you have for us?" Voldemort asked.
"I will not be able to get to Dumbledore so far. I've only Done Regina's class but the students haven't acted out once and the professors teach skillfully." Dolores explained.
"So you're saying you can't do your job?" Regina said getting up making some of the death eaters tense in their seats. "God you people are absolutely useless, get out of my sight." Regina growled.
"But?"
"Get out!" Regina yelled using her wandless magic to throw the woman against the wall. "Or would you rather die here?" Regina asked.
The woman quickly disappeared in a cloud of black smoke at that. "Me and Severus will continue to penetrate the school from the inside. And plus the triwizard games will be commencing next year." Regina explained walking around the table making it seem like she was lost in thought but really she had this whole thing planned out.
"Are you sure?" Thomas asked.
"Are you doubting me dear?" Regina asked looking over to Thomas her head cocked to the side.
"I-I um no I'm just making sure you have everything under control." He said not wanting to be on the receiving end of his girlfriend's wrath.
"I can assure you everything will be under control,well as long as I'm alive." Regina remarked walking back to her seat and sitting down. "Now this elder wand, why do you want it?" Regina asked.
"How did you know?" Thomas was a bit confused since he didn't tell her.
"Tom I'm not stupid on the contrary but I hate to be treated as such, and from my knowledge Dumbledore is in possession of the elder wand. So what do you plan on dueling him for it or better yet trying to kill him." Regina said, almost scolding the man. "He would kill you before you could yell that sorry excuse for a death curse," Reigna added looking at him.
"You will not speak to me as if I am some child." He spit.
"Then stop acting as such, my son has more intelligence than you at times, Thomas seriously." Regina sighed.
"That is enough!" Voldemort yelled, slamming his fist on the table.
"Or what, you're going to strike me to keep me in place. I would rethink that idea if I were you because if you attempted such a thing I would kill you myself." Regina spit her eyes glowing with anger, making Voldemort rethink his course of action while trying to calm himself down. He knew. Everyone in this room knew this woman did not breathe a bluff.
"But you're lucky you have a woman with an advanced mind such as mine, so while me and Severus are working on the school I will also be working on getting your elder wand." Regina explained taking a calming breath.
"Why so you could take it for yourself?" Lucious said, making Regina laugh.
"Was that a joke lucious dear, i thought you knew me better than that. I don't need that wand my magic alone could make that wand look like a joke, but for those who don't have wandless magic have that wand to give them what they desire." Regina explained looking at the man.
"So you're going to kill the headmaster?" Severus asked.
"I don't know yet I might think of an alternative but for now i don't know. Now we can continue this conversation another time because i am tired so you all are dismissed." Regina said looking at the men and women around the table before they disappeared in a cloud of black smoke.
"You're mad at me aren't you?" He asked.
"Oh you can bet your ass I am." Regina replied.
"Regina, I'm sorry." He said.
"You know thomas the more you say that the more it sounds like bullshit, and if I hate anything its bullshit. So save me your breath would you." Regina said getting up.
"Now I need some rest so I'll see you next meeting," Regina said.
"Would you like to go out with me tonight?" He asked.
"And do what Thomas. Look at the stars." Regina said looking at him with a bored expression.
"Regina this isn't like you," he said.
"Yes you're right maybe I finally got tired of the lies." Regina said looking up at him placing her hands flat on his chest.
"I said I'm sorry." He said while gently stroking her hair.
"And we both know genuinely deep down you don't mean it, which is ok I no longer harbor as much darkness as I used to but that doesn't mean I can't do what needs to be done when it needs to be done." Regina said before pushing away from him. "I need rest so goodnight Thomas." Regina said before disappearing in a cloud of purple smoke.
Regina reappeared in Dumbledore's office in one of his chairs in front of his desk snape beside her patiently. "I got the woman to go with no suspicion, he thinks me and Severus will be the ones taking over the school from the inside while you plan for the triwizard tournament. He also thinks i'm conflicted on the idea of keeping you alive or not to get the elder wand." Regina explained looking at dumbledore her gaze hardening as the last sentence left her lips.
"You have to," Dumbledore said calmly.
"I will not!" Regina yelled jumping up from her chair, tears streaming down her cheeks. "You have become almost like a father figure since I've arrived here. Offering me a place to stay offered me a family a job with beautiful students I will die for, who feel like they've attached themselves to my soul. And you want me to kill you after all you've done for me, you completely disregarded my past and all those people I killed during my dark times. I would never forgive myself, Harry would never forgive me." Regina cried, wrapping her arms protectively around her waist.
"It has to be you, no one else Regina." Dumbledore said standing up walking towards her pulling her into a hug.
"Ok,Ok" Regina sighed releasing a shaking breath pulling away from the headmaster quickly wiping her tears. "And here, it's a horcrux that no doubt belongs to Thomas. I don't know how many he has but im gonna guess you do, and you need to find them because if we plan to successfully kill him after you're gone then we need every single last one of them." Regina said, handing him a necklace she took from Dolores before walking out the office without another word.
Severus looked to Dumbledore before quickly following behind her.
