Lincoln was surrounded in darkness floating in an endless void of screaming and torturous noises echoing only to be out classed by a new rising screeching of pain in the void, Lincoln touched his body to gain some form of reality hoping this was a nightmare and he was going to awake in his room and gain freedom away from this madness around him.
Sadly he felt every touch his hands made on his person, he heard wind upward past him with great speed. 'I'm falling' he thought feeling a wave a cold wind on his back. Lincoln closed his eyes relishing in the silence before a flash memory struck his mind and he touched his neck feeling where she bite him.
He sighed and looked over to his left side and saw something that amazed him, Lincoln watched as a giant creature began to rise from the darkness as if it was an endless ocean of possibilities. The creature appeared to be a whale like animal with red eyes and black slit irises, the creature focused it's sight on Lincoln before returning into it's ocean abyss of darkness. Lincoln was confused as of how that creature did that while he appeared to be falling, he snapped his attention to the direction of the creature hearing the whale's song ending the sound of pain around him.
A tapping sound caught his attention as the whales song ended on his right and saw something equally confusing, he was currently falling in a void without end and before his very eyes was the young woman who he believed was the cause of all of this madness was standing above him looking down.
"Hello young master Lincoln, my name is mavis and will will have to ask if you can stand please." She asked him seeing the shocked expression on his face, she understood due to this being his first time in the darkness. "I heard it's song not to long ago, it appears it saw you before your own blood." She said still seeing the shocked expression, she held out her hand for him to grab, though he was hesitant he grabbed he hand and stood within the darkness.
Lincoln focused his attention on the young woman who motioned him to follow her as she walked away from him, he followed her and began to hear crunching underneath him when he looked down and saw the darkness began to fade away and show fallen leaves on the ground of a forest. "Where are we" he asked still looked in around remaining calm so he can find away to run from the young woman.
"I'd advise you to refrain from trying to escape, we are in your mind. You lost consciousness due to my hunger overwhelming me and taking far to much then needed young master." She said stopping in front of a tree holding Lincoln in itself tightly and the sound of a heart beat could be heard from the tree. "Place your hand on the heart on yourself in the tree and you will awake to me by your side in your room." She said walking away in the darkness.
"Who are you and why-" he stopped realizing she had left him in the forest, he turned back towards the tree not knowing what to do other than to do as he was told. 'Why should I' he thought for a moment knowing that this entire strange moment must be her fault in some way, he pushed through his hesitation and placed his hand on the heart of his tree form double . The bark grew onto his skin and consumed his entire body until he was one with the tree, but I'm that moment a light shined in his eyes and he woke up with the young woman by his side.
