The rangers are in real danger. Scarlie has created a powerful monster and Zultro and Gamma have disappeared on the rangers. While the others were fighting the evil Evgel, and ended up getting beaten, Sierra went back to try and find them and ended up finding a secret passage. Once she got there, she found Zultro and Gamma working on creating two new rangers.
"This is unbelievable." Sierra said. "I've got to find to tell the others about this." Sierra turned around, but she accidentally made a sound.
"What was that?" Gamma questioned as he went to check it out, but Sierra got out of there as fast as she could. "Nothing. Hopefully, we don't have mice." Gamma thought it was nothing, but Zultro knew better.

The Rangers
The other four rangers were able to retreat and found a place for them to recover from their battle against Evgel. It was a tough battle and they got thrashed around. They were glad to see Sierra teleport back and hopefully she has some answers.
"There you are. Did you find anything?" Travis said.
"Yeah, but what happened after I left?" Sierra asked.
"We got our butts kicked. That's what happened." Joey said.
"The zords are badly damage." Abby said. "No way they can form the megazord or take part in another battle. So if that evil angel attacks again, we're in serious trouble."
"She seems to have pulled back for now." Robby said. "That's good for us, but if we can't get the zords running again, that's it."
"He's right. It's only a matter of time until she comes back and we don't have Zultro and Gamma to help us out." Joey said.
"That's what brings us to this. What happened on your end? Did you find out where Zultro and Gamma went? We really need their help on this." Travis said.
"I did." Sierra said. "I was able to find a hidden passage. They're still at the command center, but they were in a hidden chamber working on something."
"What are they working on?" Joey asked.
"Yeah. Can you just get to the point?" Robby said. "We're really in no mood for games or anything."
"Zultro and Gamma are creating two new rangers." Sierra said.
"What?!" Joey said as they were all shocked to hear this.
"I saw them. There was a white ranger and a green ranger." Sierra said.
"But why? Haven't we done a great job?" Joey said.
"I'm sure they don't mean it like that." Travis said. "Guys, Zultro and Gamma know best. Scarlie's monsters are getting stronger and we could use the help. Especially since we need it against this one."
"Who is it? Did you see who they are?" Abby asked.
"I didn't. It could be anyone." Sierra said.
"All we can do is wait and see." Travis said. Two new rangers will be joining the team and it might be hard for them to adjust to this.

Scarlie's Palace
"This is going great!" Scarlie said as she was taking in great satisfaction that the rangers are now at her mercy. "The rangers are on the run and now their precious zords can't help them."
"We should strike while we can." Vyla said. "The more time we give the rangers, the more chance they have of actually finding a way to defeat us."
"Vyla has a point, Lady Scarlie. We need to lure the rangers out and finish them while we can." Zabaro said.
"I suppose I see your point. I wanted to have them squirm, but you're right." Scarlie said. "Oh well. Seeing them suffer was fun while it lasted, but Evgel will now finish them!"

The Command Center
The door to the secret passage opened up. Zultro and Gamma hurried out and tried to get the place fully operational again.
"It's finally time, Gamma." Zultro said.
"Oh boy. I'm so excited." Gamma said. "I can just imagine how the rangers are going to react when we share the news with them."
"Call them in and we can get started." Zultro said. The time has finally come, but just because two new rangers are joining the team, does it really mean it's going to be good or bad?

The Rangers
All the rangers could do was wait around until something happens. The suspense was starting to get to all of them and they were becoming anxious. It finally broke when they heard their communicators go off.
"Zultro?" Travis answered.
"Rangers, I'm sorry that Gamma and I have been away for a while, but we have excellent news to share. Teleport to the command center." Zultro said.
"I guess this is it." Travis said as they were all anxious to meet whoever the new members of their team might be.
"Remember, Zultro and Gamma know what they're doing. They never steered us wrong before." Sierra said. All of them agreed to that. So they just need to trust them. Once it was settled, the five of them teleported there.

The Command Center
The five of them teleported and arrived. They were glad to see Zultro and Gamma again, but they wanted to meet these new rangers they made.
"Welcome." Zultro said.
"We have some exciting news. I think you're all going to love it." Gamma said.
"You all have done well protecting the planet, but Scarlie's forces grow stronger. So we must grow stronger as well." Zultro said. "A ranger's greatest strength is when they all work together. That is why we have found a way to improve."
"Zultro, we already know." Sierra said as she stepped forward. She just couldn't lie to them. "I was able to find the hidden passage and I saw the two new rangers you and Gamma were working on."
"What?! We wanted it to be a surprise!" Gamma said.
"I thought someone was there." Zultro said. "By any chance, did you see who they were under their helmets?"
"No." Sierra said.
"I see." Zultro said. "While I am proud of all of you and I do believe you all done a splendid job, I believed adding new rangers would be a big help. I couldn't tell you earlier because we didn't want to risk Scarlie learning about this and trying to ruin it. Now the time has come. I present to all of you the White Ranger and the Green Ranger." The passage opened up with the two new rangers stepping out. They were both their respective colors, but their ranger outfits were designed a little differently. Both of their legs were black with a black diamond on their chests, but they both had white gloves and the rest of them were their respective colors. They also had belts and their helmets and emblems represented their dinosaurs just like the others.
"This is cool and everything, but who are they?" Joey said.
"You'll see. The truth is you already know them" Gamma said. Both of them reached for their helmets and revealed who they were. It was none other than David as the white ranger and Valerie as the green ranger.
"Surprise!" David said. They were all anxious at first, but now they're thrilled as they couldn't believe their eyes.
"David?! Valerie?! You two are rangers now?!" Travis said as they were all happy it was them.
"We sure are. Isn't this incredible?" David said.
"This is all...unreal." Valerie said.
"Yeah. We were surprised when we found out you guys were the rangers." David said. "This is awesome!"
"Seeing as how you all are acquainted with each other proves I made a wise choice." Zultro said.
"But what made you pick them? David and Valerie haven't been in Angel Grove for very long." Robby said.
"They've both proven themselves to be worthy candidates such as David's bravery and Valerie's intelligence." Zultro said.
"This is all great because we have a serious situation." Travis said.
"Zultro, Scarlie has turned an angel statue into a monster. The zords are badly damaged and can't form the megazord." Abby said.
"I see. Then our timing is perfect." Zultro said. "David and Valerie, the time has come for you to utilize your new weapons and zords. You must be familiar with your new powers for it sounds like we need it. David, you will be given the Neo Blade." An axe-like weapon appeared in his hand designed like his dinosaur.
"Cool." David said.
"With the powers of the spinosaur, you will also pilot the Spino-Zord." Zultro said as he showed an image of a new zord designed after the spinosaurus. "Valerie, with your intellect, you will be given the Neo Flute." A flue appeared in Valerie's hands with a dagger blade on the end. "It's melody repels evil. You will also control the Plesio-Zord with the power of the plesiosaur." He showed another image of a another new zord.
"Amazing." Valerie said.
"When these two zords come together, they form the Neo Grand Megazord." Zultro said. "Scarlie won't be expecting it and the two megazords working together will become an unstoppable force." This was great moment for all of them, but it was ruined as soon as the alarm went off. They looked to the computer and saw that Evgel was back as a giant.
"She's back." Travis said.
"That's the monster you were talking about? Aye. She doesn't seem like trouble." Gamma said.
"The time has come. Valerie? David? Are you two ready?" Zultro said.
"I'm sort of nervous. I hope we really are up for this." Valerie said.
"We are. We won't let you guys down." David said.
"Then go. We'll be here if you need us." Zultro said. This was it. No turning back now for David and Valerie.
"Back to action!" David said as he and Valerie went to battle.

The Fight
David and Valerie arrived on the scene, fully morphed, and getting ready for their first real battle.
"Yikes!" Valerie said as they looked up and saw Evgel. "She's huge!"
"This is going to be so cool. Let's do it." David said. Valerie was nervous, but she pulled herself together enough to get in the fight. "We call on our Neo Zords!" Both of them called on their zords. David's zord marched out with Valerie's zord flying out of the water. Both of them jumped into their zords and they were already getting familiar with it.
"What is that?" Evgel said.
"Let's see what this bad boy can do!" David said as he moved in. He piloted his zord and had it smashed its head against her as well as its tail, but she was able to catch it.
"Was that suppose to hurt?" Evgel said.
"Hands off!" David said. "Let's see what this can do." The spine on the back of his zord rotated like a saw and he smashed it against her and it did some damage with him getting free.
"I'm coming in!" Valerie said as her zord flew over and fired energy blasts from the mouth of her zord and blasted her.
"You want to play rough? I can play that way too!" Evgel said as she unleashed some energy blasts of her own. Both of them got hit and were taking some damage.
"I don't think the zords are enough to cut this. I say it's time we try out this megazord." David said.
"Good idea. Let's do it." Valerie said.
"Initiating megazord transformation!" Their zords began the transformation sequence and forming a new megazord. The Spino-Zord folded its arms back and stood straight on it's legs with the head bending into the chest. The Plesio-Zord split in half and hands came out with cannons on top. They joined together and became the megazord's arms. A head with spikes running down the red with a silver mouth and red visor popped out. "Neo Grand Megazord!"
"Wow!" David said with both of them in the cockpit.
"The science geek in me is freaking with all this amazing tech." Valerie said.
"A new megazord? Am I suppose to be scared? Take this!" Evgel said as she unleashed energy blasts at them, but they pushed through.
"Try some of this!" David said as they bashed both of their fists against her. They grabbed a hold of her and tossed her aside.
"Is that all you got?" Evgel said as she got back up.
"Let's give this a spin." David said. The megazord spun around and launched the spine blade. It came at her and slashed against her with her getting hit hard and it landing back on the back.
"I think it's time we stop messing around and put an end to this." Valerie said.
"Good call." David said. "Let's try out these cannons."
"Twin Cannons!" The megazord held out both arms and aimed with the cannons. Evgel didn't like the look of this. The megazord charged up the cannons and unleashed twin powerful blasts. Evgel got hit by the blasts and ended up taking a lot of damage.
"I thought angels are suppose to rise! Not fall!" Evgel said before she collapsed and ended up being destroyed. When the other five rangers couldn't, the two new rangers defeated this monster. Now Scarlie is going to have a bigger challenge than she thought.

Scarlie's Palace
"What?! No! No fair!" Scarlie shouted as she saw what happened and was not taking it well. "I was so close to winning! Where did these two new rangers even come from?!"
"New rangers?! Five is five too many, but now there are seven?!" Vyla said.
"It would seem the rangers are adding to their strength. Now we're going to have a real challenge with this White and Green Ranger." Zabaro said.
"Urgh! I hate those rangers!" Scarlie said. "When will they run out of colors? Someone answer that!" If Scarlie was getting headaches before, she's bound to get searing migraines with their being seven rangers now.

The Command Center
David and Valerie came back and everyone was real proud and impressed with what they've done. Joey even gave them a round of applause with both of them feeling really good about themselves.
"Now that was awesome!" Joey said.
"Zultro, I think you made the right decision with these two." Travis said.
"And thanks to the two of you, the statue has returned to normal and it's back where it belongs." Abby said.
"That had to have been the most awesome thing I have ever done." David said.
"It's all a little much to take in." Valerie said.
"I know that being a ranger isn't easy. You're lives have changed." Zultro said. "I know it seems like it's a lot, but we're counting on the two of you to help us in the fight against evil."
"You can count on us. We're in." David said.
"He's right. It's a lot, but if we can really help." Valerie said.
"I didn't doubt that you wouldn't help us." Travis said. "We're a team now and Scarlie doesn't stand a chance." He held out his hand and the others followed in. Valerie and David placed their hands in as they are part of the team now. Now that there are seven rangers, it's only a matter of time until Scarlie is defeated.
