~Chapter eight~
"Master Windu. But I thought-"
"You thought I was dead I know. Your master cut off my hand and threw me out a window." Mace cut her off
"Come on we have to move."
"No."
"What? Why?"
"Because the bounty hunter doesn't have a weapon so he'll likely call his master which is Bader and tell him that we are here."
"Which is why we need to move."
"No. It's time I get my revenge on him."
"Revenge? But that's not the Jedi way."
"I am no longer a Jedi young one. But I need you to stay and fight the bounty hunter while I handle Vader."
"Windu listen, I want the sith gone but Anakin is not the target I want him alive."
"If you try to stop me then you will die."
"I'm not letting you kill my master." Ahsoka injected her two lightsabers, "You're not killing him."
"So be it, Tano." Mace brought out his own lightsaber and swung at her
Meanwhile Maul, Hunter, and Rex had ran out of the cantina after getting into some bar fight that's when Ahsoka contacted them.
"Rex it's Ahsoka come in!"
"Commander what is it?"
"It's Mace he's alive. I need help, Vader and his bounty hunter are on there way to us and Mace wants Anakin dead I need help!"
"We're on our way Commander."
"Be quick."
"Can't you just hold him off a bit longer?" Hunter asked
"You try fighting a Jedi master that's on the great council when you've only had three years of padawan training!" Ahsoka yelled into the commlink
"Alright alright."
"Just get here."
"Yes Commander, let's move!"
They ran over to see Ahsoka still fighting Mace they were about to go in to help her when Boba shot from higher ground, it had missed Mace and shot Ahsoka a few times in the shoulder
Boba then came down and looked at Mace
"Remember me Jedi?" Boba asked talking his helmet off and putting it between his arm and side
"No." Mace answered
"You killed my father!"
"Fett." Mace said raising his lightsaber. Boba put his helmet back on and got out a beskar spear that Vader gave him
As Boba and Mace fought Rex ran over to Ahsoka who was injured from Boba's shooting, "Commander are you alright?" Rex asked
"I'm fine, Rex. But Vader is coming we have to go." Ahsoka answered just then Vader walked in
"I'll handle this. Get Ahsoka back to the ship and tell Tech to fly it over here." Maul said. Rex and Hunter nodded, Rex picked Ahsoka up and ran as Maul looked at Vader
"It would be wise if you surrender and make this easy." Vader said with his lightsaber in hand. Maul got his lightsaber out and ran towards him and Force Screamed and his and Vader's lightsabers clashed with each other
Boba had switched from using the spear and using his blaster to confuse Mace and it was sort of working but Mace was a very well trained. Boba had eventually stabbed the spear into his shoulder causing him to drop go of his lightsaber Boba grappled it took it and injected it into his chest. Mace yelled in pain, Boba turned off the lightsaber to let Mace fall to his knees. Boba keeled down to see him, he was still breathing in pain and looked at Boba with hate in his eyes, "Hmmm, that's too bad." Boba said, he stood up and as Mace took his last breath and died
Meanwhile Maul and Vader were still fighting, Vader managed to knock Maul's lightsaber away. Maul looked around for something to use, Maul looked at the ground then back at Vader, he took a hand full of sand from the ground and chucked it at Vader. Vader stepped back when he threw the sand it was course, rough, and irritating, and it got everywhere.
Then the ship came over to pick up Maul, Maul used the force to grabbed his lightsaber and hopped on the ship. Vader look up at the ship getting
When they thought that they were safe the ship stopped Vader had used the force to grab the ship and was trying to land, "Uhh guys!" Tech yelled
"I'm on it." Crosshair ran out with his sniper rifle, he made sure not to kill him so he aimed it at his legs and made his shot. The shot hit Vader and he fell down and let go of the ship allowing them to escape.
