Chapter 8: USJ Part 2

Eraserhead coughs up blood after being punched by the creature and slamming into the ground.

The man covered in hands grins maniacally, "Not bad Eraserhead, but you've lost."

"Nomu, finish him!"

The Nomu roars and lunges at Eraserhead, intending to finish him off. Before he can strike, his fist is blocked by Izuku, who is holding his sword as a shield. (Picture Shanks blocking Akainu)

Izuku grits his teeth as he struggles against the Nomu's strength. He groans as he uses his power as a boost to push the Nomu back.

The man with the hands snarls, "Damnit, an invading NPC!"

Eraserhead groans as he looks up at his student, "Midoriya, run!"

Izuku shakes his head, "I can't, you'll be killed if I run."

Eraserhead sighs, he's prepared to go do swinging, but he'll confess that he's a little flattered that his student cares about him.

Suddenly, they are interrupted by the arrival of the shadowy villain, "Tomura Shigaraki."

Tomur turns to him, "Kurogiri, did you take care of Thirteen?"

Kurogiri nods, "Yes, she'll no longer be a problem for us."

"However, one of the students managed to escape."

Tomura snarls, "Damnit Kurogiri!"

"If you weren't our way home, I'd kill you where you stand!"

He growls, "Whatever, let's just get this over with."

"Nomu, kill that pest!"

The Nomu dashes forward and swings his fist again, Izuku slams his blade into the fist, blocking the strike and causing a large shockwave. Izuku uses his sense of hearing to detect the sound that the fist makes while it's flying through the air. He dodges a punch from the other hand and jumps back, out of the Nomu's reach.

'Okay, think.' 'There's no way I'll be able to hold out against this thing in drawn our fight.' 'I'll need to figure out it's weakness and try to exploit it.'

He continues to dodge, or block strikes with his sword, 'Well, this thing is obviously very strong.'

'But from the way it takes orders from Tomura, it's obviously not very intelligent.'

He dodges a punch, from the Nomu, which slams into the ground.

Izuku flips his sword into a backhanded stance, 'I've never tried this before.'

He swings his sword up, causing large pieces of the ground to lift into the air above the Nomu. The Nomu looks around in confusion, before Izuku flips the sword back into forehanded position and brings the blade down. This causes the rubble to glow purple, before coming down and slam into the Nomu.

He sighs, 'Okay, this is ridiculous.'

'That little exercise and I'm already tired.' 'If we survive this, I'm gonna start training again.' 'I really need to start building my stamina up.'

The Nomu roars as it blasts out of the pile of rubble.

Izuku sighs, 'I guess it'll never be that easy.'

Tomura cackles, "Nice try noob, but the Nomu has Shock Absorption!"

Izuku's eyes widen, 'Shock Absorption?'

He frowns, 'That's not good, no matter how much I pound this thing, it won't go down.'

The Nomu moves faster than Izuku can dodge and barley manages to lifts his sword up to block. The force of the punch sends him flying, where he slams into the fountain.

Izuku grits his teeth at the immense level of pain he is feeling. Before he can try and catch his breath, the Nomu grabs him by the leg. The Nomu lifts him up and slams him into the ground, making him cough up blood. The Nomu goes to lift Izuku up and slam him again, but Izuku swings his sword and succeeds in slicing off the Nomu's arm.

Izuku groans as he tries to crawl away, when he hears Tomura cackling.

"Nice try, but the Nomu also has Regeneration!"

Izuku has a horrified look, 'But that means.'

He quickly rolls to the right to avoid the Nomu's fist, which slams into the ground. The Nomu quickly lunges at him and tries to punch him again. Izuku lifts his sword and blocks the punch. The Nomu roars in anger and decides to try and trash the sword.

The Nomu continues to punch the sword, again and again. The force of this assault causes the sword to start cracking up. Izuku's eyes widen and he clenches his teeth.

'Fuck this.'

He clenches the handle and pours his energy into the blade, "Moko!"

He swipes the blade and blasts the Nomu with a wave of gravitational energy. The Nomu goes flying and slams into the concrete steps. Izuku starts to try and climb to his feet, ignoring the angry yelling of Tomura.

"That filthy hacker!"

The steps explode as the Nomu returns with a roar. He rushes forward and grabs Izuku by the neck, before slamming him into the ground. Izuku hacks up blood as the Nomu roars in his face.

Izuku spits blood in it's face, "Fuck you!"

The Nomu raises his fist, planning to cave Izuku's face in. The Nomu is sent flying by a massive shockwave, that causes a huge gust of wind.

"Have no fear, why?"

Izuku pants as he turns to the familiar aura that has finally arrived.

All Might glares at the monster that has dared to harm his student.

"Because I am here."

Tomura cackles in triumph, "Finally, the final boss has arrived!"

"Izuku!"

All Might looks over his shoulder to see Ochaco and the rest of the girls running over to Izuku, who is still on the ground.

Ochaco gasps and starts tearing up at the sight of her boyfriend's battered body.

"Izuku, are you alright!?"

Izuku pants, "I'll…live."

Momo uses her Quirk to create a first aid kit and starts to give him medical attention.

All Might grits his teeth, "How dare you harm my students!?"

Tomura scowls at him, "How else would we draw you out?"

"Nomu, attack!"

The Nomu rushes at All Might, the two of them trading punches that send out shockwaves and sonic booms. As the two titans continue the struggle, Kurogiri is blasted from behind the timely arrival of Katsuki.

"Got you, you bastard!"

Some villains who stayed behind try to attack him, but are quickly subdued by Kirishima, Tokoyami and Todoroki.

"Back off!"

Tomura scowls, "Damnit, Kurogiri, this is all your all fault!"

Ochaco yells out to them, "Katsuki!"

Katsuki turns to her, only for his eyes widen at the state of Izuku's current condition.

"Deku!"

He turns to Tomura and Kurogiri, "What the fuck did you do to him!?"

Tomura scoffs, "Don't look at us."

Kurogiri climbs to his feet and dusts off his suit, "So uncivilized."

He walks up to Tomura and whispers, "I'm ready for phase 2."

Tomura nods, "Good."

Izuku grits his teeth as his enhanced hearing picks up on this.

Momo gasps, "Midoriya, don't try to move."

Izuku grits his teeth as he stabs his sword into the ground and struggles to his feet.

"Kachan!"

Katsuki and the others run over to him, "Lay down, nerd!"

Izuku shakes his head, "There's no time."

"There planning something, thy might try to attack All Might from behind."

Kirishima scowls, "That's not manly."

Todoroki frowns, "We need to stop them."

Izuku pants, "I have an idea, but we can't let them go after All Might."

Ochaco stands up and helps Izuku to his feet, "What can I do to help?"

"I need you to keep me steady."

Ochaco nods and wraps her arms around his back, keeping him straight.

Todoroki launches his wave of ice at Kurogiri, interrupting his action of opening a portal around All Might.

Izuku waits for his opening, which comes when the Nomu manages to land a hit on All Might, sending him skidding back.

"Now!"

He swings his sword, sending large purple rings into the sky. This draws everyone's attention.

Momo blinks, "What was…?"

"Wait, what's that?"

In the sky, a flashing appears, before everyone's eyes widen at the sight of an enormous meteor coming down towards the Nomu.

Momo sweats, "This can't be real."

Kirishima backs up, "Everyone run!"

All the students turn and run, while All Might grabs Izuku and Ochaco and runs from the blast zone. Kurogiri grabs a struggling Tomura and pulls him to safety, while the Nomu stares up at the meteor. Its body starts to steam from the intense heat, while the ground around him starts to melt.

The meteor finally makes impact and strikes the ground, causing the earth around them start to shift and shake. The area of impact explodes in a column of magma and molten rock, which almost reaches the ceiling of the dome.

When the dust clears, everyone cautiously steps forward. The sight of impact is completely gone, replaced with a massive crater. The crater has no bottom, only an endless abyss.

Tomura grits his teeth, "That dirty hacker, no one told us about something like this!"

He starts to feverishly scratch his neck as Kurogiri puts a hand on his shoulder, "Tomura, we need to leave."

All Might steps forward, "Leave villains, you have been defeated."

Tomura sees red and lunges forward, planning to disintegrate the number one hero. He is stopped by a bullet striking his shoulder.

Everyone turns to see Iida has finally arrived with the rest of the teachers, "We're here!"

Kurogiri grabs Tomura and drags him to a portal, "Come on, we've got to get out of here."

Tomura snarls, "This isn't over, we'll kill all of you!"

The villains disappear into the portal, allowing everyone to sigh in relief.

"Aizawa!"

Midnight and President Mic pull Eraserhead to his feet, who groans in pain.

Principal Nedzu walks up to All Might, "Is everyone alright?"

All Might sighs, "So far, only Midoriya seems to have been injured."

"Izuku!"

Everyone turns at the scream and their eyes widen. Izuku is barely standing, his body is covered in cuts and blood is pouring out of his mouth, nose and eyes. He falls over and hits the ground, causing everyone to run over to him and try to help him.

All Might grits his teeth, "This is my fault, I should have been here."

Nedzu shakes his head, "No, this lies on all of us."

He turns to the number one hero with a look of absolute hatred, "Find out everything you can about them."

All Might nods, "Yes, sir."

Nedzu clenches his fist, "We will make them pay a thousand-fold for this horror."
