Tracey looked at the door. So easy to walk out. If it wasn't for this cage then she would've walked out without another thought.

"So, tempting, isn't it?" A man said, "So close, yet so far. Face it, you're never getting out."

"Go die in a hole." Tracey said.

The man was suddenly grabbed by a vine and smashed against the ceiling. Heather Tracey, and Emelina looked at each other.

"Was that you?" Heather asked.

"We're in a cage that blocks magic, how could I have done that?" Tracey asked.

"You're the only one of us in the Plant Track." Emelina said.

Vines wrapped around the door and ripped it off the hinges. The men shot magic at the door frame and waited for the smoke to clear. When it does, they see Luz with a protection spell up to protect her and her friends.

"Hey, guys?" Luz said, "Remind me, is kidnapping illegal on the Isles or do I have to make that a law?"

"Well, it is illegal, but the punishment isn't that bad." Boscha said.

"They, however, kidnapped the friends of the future Emperor." Amity said.

"So, I should give them a stern punishment? Got it." Luz said.

Luz made two spell circles and Luz and her friends turned invisible.

"W-where did they go?!" One asked.

One of them got hit in the face and then hit in the stomach. Another one was grabbed from behind and thrown into a wall. While he was being held, his keys were grabbed and brought over to cage.

"Come on guys, we need to get out." Luz said.

Tracey, Heather, and Emelina got out of the cage and started to head towards the door. To their horror, the room filled with more armed men. They proceeded to grab everyone and pointed a gun at Heather's head.

"Okay, enough! I've had it with all of you! I think I need to use one of you as an example, and I think I have the perfect witch for that."

Heather's breath hitched as the barrel of the gun was pressed closer to her skull. Tracey slammed the back of her head into the nose of her captor. She was let go and then kicked the man away from her.

"You got guts I'll give you that, but if you try anything like that again and you'll be seeing your friend's guts." The man said, pressing the gun against Heather's stomach.

Tracey looked in horror. Heather was her first friend. Her best friend. She had a flashback to when they were 7.

Tracey was being bullied by a group of older boys. She had tears running down her face as the ten year old's laughed at her.

"Hey!" they all turned to see the young girl, "Leave her alone!"

"What are you going to do?" One taunted.

Heather kicked him right between the legs and he fell to the ground in pain.

"I'm going to do that. Leave her alone. Don't make me say it again."

The boys ran away and she helped Tracey up.

"Are you okay?" Heather asked.

"Yeah, I don't know how I can repay you?"

"Ah, don't sweat it." She held out her hand, "Names Heather."

"I'm Tracey."

"Well, Tracey, I gotta go."

As she walked away, Tracey made a promise.

"I promise, I'll make this up to you."

Tracey clenched her fist in anger. It was time to fulfill her promise.

"Let. Her. Go!"

She raised her arms and large vines came from the ground. Every guard was wrapped in vines.

"Let's get out of here!" Luz said.

They all ran out and back to the castle.

"Well, that was exciting." Heather said.

"Yeah, didn't know you had it in you Tracey." Luz said, "Looks like you finally managed to get a grip on your magic."

"Yeah, I guess I did." Tracey said.
