After the Dauntless games life continued on as normal. Well, as normal as life could be in Dauntless. Winning Capture The Flag had raised Harmonys ranking from ninth place to sixth.
After another gruling day of physical training Harmony decided she wanted a tattoo and a piercing. She carefully made her way to the tattoo parlor.
When she walked in she immediately saw the woman that had been with Tris when she was discharged from the infirmary after being shot. She walked to the front desk and the woman looked at her.
"Are you here for a tattoo or a piercing." The woman asked.
"Both." Harmony answered.
"Which do you want done first?"
"I'll get the piercing done first."
The woman nods and gets the piercings. She waits for Harmony to choose and Harmony chose a sky blue winged crystal piercing.
"You sure you dont want something simpler for your first piercing?"
Harmony nods and goes with the woman to a back room.
"My name is Tori. Where do you want the piercing?"
"Belly button."
"Smart. Keep it covered during the physical portion of initiation and people won't know to go after it." Tori warned. She'd seen many people have piercings ripped out in fights during the first portion of initiation.
Harmony nods taking the advice. She knew Tori wouldn't tell her this just to say it. The former Amity took off her shirt leaving herself in her jeans and a black sports bra.
Tori got to work with the piercing. When she finished she gave Harmony the instructions on how to care for it and anything else she needed to know.
"What do you want for your tattoo?"
"I want a quote across my rib cage."
After telling her all the details Tori got to work on the tattoo. After finishing she told her how to care for the tattoo.
Harmony put her shirt back on and followed Tori to the front of the store to pay for the work done.
After paying for the work done Harmony left the parlor.
"Hey Harmony! Wait up!"
Harmony turned at her name. Naia ran over with James and Marissa.
"Where have you been? We havent seen you since we all got dismissed from training." Marissa spoke. Her blonde hair which reached her waist now had pink streaks running through it.
"Tattoo parlor."
James and Naia's eyes lit up. "What'd you get done?"
Harmony smirked, chocolate colored eyes twinkling with amusement. "You'll see when its healed."
Marissa and Harmony laugh at the whine that came out of Naia and James' mouth.
"You guys get any tattoos yet?" Harmony asked, smoothly changing the subject from her own tattoo and piercing.
The twins that had been from Erudite shook there heads. "We haven't but Naia has." They spoke in unison.
In response Naia moved her hair from her neck. Harmony couldn't read the quote though because it was written in a language that she, as a former Amity, is unfamiliar with.
"What does it say?" Chocolate colored eyes flicker to dark brown.
"It says Freedom From Fear in Latin." James translated.
"Fitting."
The four went to the initiate dorms to relax before training in the morning.
