Episode 10 – Prince Takes Knight
The rangers are in the cockpit of the Gosei Megazord. They are fighting against Mummy Org, a powerful mummified org resurrected by Biggs and Bluefur.
"Sea Brothers, activate," Noah calls his axillary zords. He places the card in his morpher and closes it.
"Summon, Sea Brothers." The Sea Zords appear and prepare to join with the Megazord. The headers from the Shark zord and Phoenix zord detach and are replaced by the Sawshark and Hammerhead Zords. The Dragon header detaches as the Manta Zord takes its place.
"Gosei Sea Megazord, ready!" The rangers shout. The megazord charges forward.
"Sea Brothers," the monster is struck by the Hammerhead arm and then by the Sawshark. The monster is thrown off balance. The sea zords detach, returning to its initial configuration.
"How dare you," the monster regains its footing. It uses its staff to throw sand towards the megazord, causing some damage.
"Looks like it's a job for us then," Gia and Jake pull out their zord cards.
"Land Brothers Activate," they both shout. A giant card appear outside of the zord and the three zords appear. The three zords detach once again, with the Dino and Rhino Zords making the arms and the beetle attaching to the chest.
"Gosei Land Megazord, ready!" The rangers shout. The monster attacks, but the rangers use the Dino Zord's powerful jaws to stop the attack. They strike back with the Rhino Zord and then strike with the Beetle Zord, body checking the monster and sending him flying. The zords detach again.
"Time to bring them together," Troy shouts. The rangers all place their zord cards into their morphers.
The five original headers leave the megazord and join their ten brothers. They each attach back onto the megazord in new positions, the original five adorning the megazords breast plate.
"Ultra Gosei Megazord, online!" the rangers call as they prepare for battle.
"Let's not waste any more time," Troy calls to his team. "Ultra Victory Charge." The headers power up from the megazord and fire towards the monster, bringing him down. "Well done rangers."
Robo Knight is watching on from a nearby building and is soon joined by the other rangers.
"We need to talk," Troy calls to the robotic warrior. Robo Knight turns to face the rangers.
"We do?" Robo Knight questions the team.
"We do," Gia calls back. "We want to know what you're mission is."
"And why you don't want to work with us?" Emma adds. Robo Knight looks away.
"My mission is to protect the planet," Robo Knight begins. "You're mission is destroy the Orgs. Those two are not always compatible. My master once trusted humans and tried to fight alongside them. But he lost because the humans were not strong enough at that point. He had to sacrifice himself in order to save their lives. I will not share the same fate." The rangers look at each other confused.
"So who is this master of yours?" Jake asks.
"That is none of your concern," Robo Knight answers back, before jumping into the air and turning into his Lion Header. He speeds from the rangers, leaving them more confused than when they started.
"What is his deal?" Gia sounds frustrated.
"I don't know," Troy replies. "But we have to keep trying with him. We better get going. Who knows when the Orgs are going to attack again?"
At the waste dump, the General Orgs are discussing the current situation.
"I thought Mummy Org would have crushed the rangers," Bluefur states.
"So did I," Biggs concurs. "Maybe our new recruit will have more success."
"He had better. We used all of our Duke Org energy to resurrect him."
"I'm sure he will bring us great success."
At the lake on the outskirts of city, a monster approaches the water. The water begins to shoot up before another monster appears.
"Kappa Org," the monster speaks to the lake. "I have orders for you."
"And who are you?" Kappa Org replied.
"I am the one giving orders," the monster replies. "You are ordered to attack the city and destroy the Power Rangers."
"Why would I listen to you?" Turtle Org replies.
"I work for the General Orgs, Biggs and Bluefur," the monster begins. "I am their Duke Org. Which means you work for me."
"Okay boss," the monster replies. "Let's get to work, what's the plan?"
The rangers are finishing up their day at school. Jake walks into the computer lab where Noah is working.
"Sup dude," Jake announces his arrival. Noah, unaware of Jake entering the lab, becomes startled.
"Do you mind not doing that?" Noah uses a pointed tone.
"What you doing?" Jake asks, trying to see the computer that Noah is working on.
"Nothing," Noah closes down his work. "Just some school work."
"We're hitting the amusement park, you in?"
"Sounds great," Noah replies. "The Robo Knight situation is stressing me out."
"Well let's go and chill for a bit," Jake replies. "These orgs are no joke, we need to take down time when we can take it. That's something I've learned being a ranger." Noah smiles at his friend.
"You're right," Noah agrees. "Let's get going." Noah pulls his pen drive from the computer and puts it in his pocket. He grabs his bag and leaves the lab with Jake.
At the amusement park, the rangers are unaware of the oncoming danger.
"I'm hitting the rollercoaster, need some excitement," Gia states. Jake shakes his elbow against her.
"I've got a better idea," Jake says to Gia.
"What, the dodgems?" Gia replies.
"Why the dodgems?" Noah looks puzzled.
"So Jake can finally win something," Gia says as she laughs. Jake looks at her seriously.
"That's not funny Gia," Jake looks stern.
"Oh Jake, I'm sorry, I was joking," Gia softens. Jake starts to laugh.
"Chill girl, I'm kidding," Jake smiles. Gia crosses her arms and looks at him.
"That is not funny," Gia replies. The other rangers laugh, but this is disturbed by screams heard from the other side of the park.
"What's going on?" Emma ponders.
"We better check it out," Troy instructs the team. The other rangers nod and they head towards the unrest. They run past the citizens of Angel Grove as they escape from the park.
"Ah, it's time to start our plan," the org sees the rangers running towards him. They stop as they see the monster.
"It's go time guys," Troy shouts. They all pull out their morphers. "It's morphing time." The rangers place their power cards into their morphers.
"Go Go Mega Force," the rangers call as they close their morphers. The rangers morph and prepare for battle.
"Power Rangers Mega Force."
"Time to obliterate you rangers," the orgs calls.
"Let's shut him down," Troy shouts. The pull their mega blasters from their holsters.
"Mega Blasters." They fire their weapons towards Kappa Org.
"Right back at you," the monster sends their blasts right back at the rangers knocking them down. "Now that's what I call amusement."
The org begins to charge at the rangers as they get up from the blast. Jake thrusts forwards with Gia just behind him. The org knocks them away as the other rangers attack. Troy and Emma fair no better and are easily knocked aside. Noah tries to go from below and kicks the monster, but he jumps to avoid the attack. Noah gets back to his feet but is grabbed by his belt and thrown aside. Jake and Gia summon their power weapons, but do not manage to do any damage to the org. They attack together but Kappa Org grabs the weapons and uses them to throw the rangers over his shoulder. The rangers regroup.
"Are you okay?" Emma checks on Gia and Jake.
"This guy's tough," Gia replies.
From behind the rangers, Robo Knight comes in from the distance in his header form and flies past them.
"It's Robo Knight," Troy shouts.
"Just as expected," the Org says as he looks on. Robo Knight morphs into his ranger form.
"Just in time," Troy says to Robo Knight.
"Be careful," Noah adds. "He's tough, but we might be able to take him if we work together."
"I'll handle this alone," Robo Knight replies.
"Let's see how you handle this," the Org shouts back at Robo Knight. He begins to charge at the robot. "I've been itching to fight you." Robo Knight dodges his first attack, Robo Knight punches him in the stomach dealing some damage. Kappa Org attacks again but Robo Knight spins to avoid the attack, before kicking the monster back. Kappa Org prepares for his next attack, sending our shells towards Robo Knight. He tumbles to avoid the attack. But leaves several humans, hiding from the battle, in the path of the attack.
"Oh no," Troy notices the humans. "Mega Blasters, now!" The rangers pull their blasters and fire them to destroy the shells. "Robo Knight just left them. Let's get them to safety." The rangers run over to the people to get them.
"What is his deal?" Gia says in frustration. "You left them wide open."
"The monster is my target," Robo Knight replies.
"Quick, get out of here and we'll cover you," Emma says to the people. They run off as the rangers aim their blasters in the way of the monster. Robo Knight blacks all the attacks and punches the monster back. As they battle, Jake notices more people hiding behind one of the benches.
"More people," Jake says to himself. "I got to get them out of the way." The Org sends another wave of shells, but Robo Knight dodges again while leaving them in the path of the civilians. Jake runs into the path and knocks them away with his snake axe. "Get out of here guys, go!"
"Robo Blade," Robo Knight summons his weapon and slashes away at the monster, dealing serious damage. "Robo Blaster." He changes his blade into his blaster and presses his morpher onto it. He pulls his power card. "Vulcan Cannon." Before Robo Knight can activate his card, one of the orgs shells attaches to him.
"I've been hit," Robo Knight shouts.
"Bullseye," the Org is satisfied that his plan is now working out. The shell begins to glow and it disappears, taking Robo Knight with it.
"Robo Knight," Troy calls out.
"He's mine now," the Org replies, before teleporting away from the scene.
"They're gone," Troy says.
"This was a trap to capture Robo Knight," Noah deduces.
"And now we've lost him," Emma adds.
"We better get back to the Power Chamber," Troy instructs the team.
Robo Knight wakes up in a cage at the quarry site.
"Where am I?" Robo Knight says to himself. "Location: Quarry outside of Angel Grove. Analysing: No route of escape." He grabs the bars.
"You're my guest Robo Knight," the Duke Org, who gave the Kappa his orders, taunts the robot. He holds up Robo Knights morpher. "You have no way of escaping. And that cage is designed to drain you of all of your energy. Soon, you'll just be a memory."
"I will bend these bars," Robo Knight grabs the cage and tries to free himself, but his energy begins to glow inside the cage. The shell that trapped the robot is atop the cage and collects energy.
"Keep trying, it will only drain your energy faster. Kappa Org, keep the rangers distracted while I finish off Robo Knight."
At the Power Chamber, the rangers discuss the situation with Gosei.
"We lost him," Troy begins. "We think that the Orgs must have planned to capture Robo Knight the whole time."
"Alpha," Gosei replies. "Try and search for his signature. We can't leave him in the hands of the orgs."
"Why not?" Gia says. "It's not like he's here to help us anyway."
"We can't just leave him in their hands," Emma replies. "Who know what they'll do to him."
"Emma is correct Gia," Gosei begins. "Robo Knight is a guardian of the Earth."
"Then why did he leave all of those people to get hurt?" Jake asks.
"His mission was to destroy to the monster," Gosei replies. "He lost sight of helping the people around them. We need to help him realise that this is not the way to complete his mission."
"Have you figured out what his mission is?" Noah asks.
"Not yet. But I do know he does not mean any harm."
"I've got something," Alpha interrupts. "There is a signature at the quarry. I can't get an exact location or anything on the viewing globe though."
"We'll check it out," Troy says. As they prepare to move out, an alarm sounds in the chamber.
"Rangers, the Org has appeared in the city with some Loogies," Gosei informs the team.
"I'll go to the quarry and find Robo Knight," Troy begins. "You guys go to the city and deal with the Loogies." The rangers nod in agreement.
"Go rangers, and may the power protect you."
The rangers, minus Troy, teleport into the city.
"Oh look it's the power rangers," the monster looks on at the rangers, who have not morphed yet. "Wait. Why is there only four of you?"
"It'll only take four of us to take you down," Gia says, taking charge of the team.
"Alright," Kappa Org replies. "Loogies, attack!" Gia signals the other rangers. They charge forward to attack, accepting their instructions. The rangers begin to take down the Loogies. Jake and Gia are pushed back to back.
"Double team?" Gia says.
"Let's do it," Jake replies. Jake pulls onto Gia knocking her over his shoulder. She kicks two loogies in mid-air, sending them flying. Gia then grabs Jake's hoody and sends him flying into more of the foot soldiers.
"Strike," Gia says of her attack.
"Thanks…" Jake says. "Best looking bowling ball in Angel Grove."
"Where'd the monster go?" Gia looks around. She turns back to Jake, "we better take these guys down and get to Troy. I bet the monster is already there." Jake nods.
Noah is fighting on the stairs, using the railings to dodge the monsters attacks. He jumps onto them and slides down, luring the monsters down towards where Emma is. Emma kicks the loogies away, but they prepare to fire their weapons at the pink ranger. Noah and Emma go back to back. The group of foot soldiers that Noah was fighting have huddled together as well, preparing to fire. Noah, seeing this, forms a plan.
"Wait for it," Noah says.
"Just say when," Emma replies. The two watch the loogies intently. They prepare to fire.
"Now," Noah shouts. The two drop to the ground as the loogies fire taking each other out.
"Good job," Emma says to Noah. The two run back to Gia and Jake who have dispatched their group of loogies.
"We better find Troy," Gia instructs the rangers.
Troy is searching around the quarry looking for Robo Knight. He finds him, with the duke org standing in front of the cage.
"Robo Knight," Troy shouts. "Let him go!" The Duke Org turns around, leaving Troy stunned.
"I wondered when you'd come," the duke org says to Troy. "You'll have to get past me if you want to get to him."
"Vrak…" Troy can't believe it. "I thought you were destroyed along with Malkor."
"I almost was red ranger," Vrak begins. "Luckily my new allies found me and gave me new life. I am Vrak, Duke Org to Biggs and Bluefur. You don't stand a chance against me."
"We defeated your boss before, and we'll defeat them again," Troy retorts. "I won't let you hurt Robo Knight." He pulls out his morpher. "It's morphing time." Troy morphs and attacks the duke org with his Dragon Sword. Vrak strikes him down with the claws from his armour, made even more powerful by his new org power. Troy is thrown back.
"Time to end this," Vrak shouts as he prepares for a final blow.
"Master Vrak," the Kappa Org appears in the Quarry.
"What is it?" Vrak says in frustration, stopping his charge.
"The rangers have defeated the loogies," Kappa explains.
"Of course they did, that's why I left you to deal with them," Vrak replies.
"Troy," the other rangers shout as they arrive in the quarry to back up their teammate. They morphed on the way and are ready to fight.
"Vrak?" Emma says in shock.
"He's been transformed into an org," Troy informs his team. "He's strong. We need to be careful or we'll never rescue Robo Knight." The rangers attack, Jake, Gia and Troy using their weapons. The five engage the two monsters as Robo Knight watches on.
"They're here to rescue me?" Robo Knight can't believe what he is watching. "Why? I need to help. But my energy is running low." Robo Knight drops to one knee and punches it in frustration. Jake and Gia manage to get to the cage.
"Robo Knight, we're going to get you out of there," Jake assures the robot.
"We may not like some of the things you've done," Gia adds. "But you're one of us."
"This is illogical," Robo Knight says, assessing the situation. "My mission is to protect the Earth."
"We're on the same team," Jake replies.
"We're the good guys and they're the bad," Gia adds.
"Team? Good? Bad?" Robo Knight tries to understand what the rangers are telling him. They move to either side of the cage to begin to try and break it. Jake lifts his arm to attack with his axe.
"Rangers," Vrak shouts on as he fires powerful energy beam at the two rangers, knocking them both back. "You won't stand in the way of my plans." Behind Vrak, the Kappa is holding off the other rangers. He is holding onto Emma and Noah with his hands, whilst he holds Troy down with his foot. Gia and Jake struggle to get up. "It's over rangers."
"No way," Noah retorts.
"Oh really?" Vrak replies.
"As long as we're united, there is always hope," Emma adds.
"We'll get through this," Gia says.
"The world is counting on us, we'll find a way to defeat you," Troy finishes off.
"Yes, we'll find a way," Robo Knight says as he gets back to his feet. The green eyes on his chest begin to glow. "I'll destroy this cage myself." He begins to emit more energy. He overloads the shell at the top of the cage, destroying it and the cage around him.
"What?" Vrak shouts. Robo Knight thrusts forward at maximum speed, sending Vrak and Kappa flying backwards and freeing the other rangers.
"I am a guardian of Earth," Robo Knight states. "I will protect everything on his planet, including the humans who inhabit it. Prepare for destruction." He pulls his blaster. "Robo Blaster."
"You still don't stand a chance rangers," Kappa laughs back at the team. He sends out his shell attack once again, but Robo Knight is able to deflect them all with his blaster, injuring the monster. Vrak avoids the attack. Robo Knight charges at the Duke Org.
"Robo Blade," Robo Knight calls as uses his weapon to strike Vrak. Vrak tries to counter the attack, but the Robot ranger's jumps up collecting energy into his blade. As he comes back to the ground he uses his powered up weapon to strike him down and then back up again. Vrak rolls on the ground after the powerful attack. Robo Knight pulls his morpher and summons his Vulcan Cannon.
"Knight Dynamic card," he places the card onto the blaster and charges his attack. "Fire." A powerful blast goes forth from the weapon, bringing down Kappa and sending Vrak flying.
"You'll pay for this, big time," Vrak declares as he leaves the battle field.
"Evil Spirits of toil and strife. Give this fallen Org new life," a voice hails over the battlefield. Kappa Org reforms and grows to his giant form.
"He wasn't kidding when he said big time," Kappa shouts. The rangers have regrouped with Robo Knight.
"It's time to call the zords," Troy shouts. Robo Knight puts his arm up.
"No," Robo Knight stops the red ranger. "I'll handle this. Time to deploy my zords." Three cards appear in Robo Knight's hand, revealing his zord power cards. "Knight Brothers, activate."
From an icy cavern, two new headers appear and fire out. The SeaLion header joins up with a cruise ship, whilst the SkyLion joins up with a blimp. They create their zords and head towards the battle field. The fire energy beams at the monster. Robo Knight morphs into his zord mode and joins the Knight Brothers.
"Lion Knight Megazord, activate," Robo Knight calls. "Zords combine." The SeaLion and SkyLion zords joins up with the LandLion, combining to make the Lion Knight Megazord. "Lion Knight Megazord, online." The megazord stands tall, ready to face off against the monster.
"He even has his own megazord," Emma states as the rangers look on.
"He's incredible," Noah replies.
"I'll finish you off then squash the rangers," Kappa taunts Robo Knight.
"You will not win," Robo Knight replies. Kappa moves in to strike the impressive megazord, grabbing it around the waste and trying to lift it off the ground. The megazord plants its feet firmly, grabbing the org and successfully lifting it. It throws it away, causing huge damage. The Org gets back up and fires its shell attack towards to the megazord. It walks through the attack though, smacking away the shells in its direct path.
"SeaLion Kick," Robo Knight calls as the Sea Lion leg kicks the monster back. "SkyLion detach." The SkyLion header detaches from the other leg of the megazord and strikes the Kappa Org.
"That zord is powerful," Troy says as the rangers continue to look on.
"Shouldn't we help?" Emma asks.
"No," Jake begins. "He wants to do this on his own. We can jump in if we need do. But let's respect his wishes."
"Victory Charge," Robo Knight summons his finishing attack. "Knight Strike." Missiles fire from the Lion Knight Megazord as the zord moves behind them. The missiles fire through the monster followed by the megazord, landing past the creature. Behind it, Kappa Org destroys and the threat is neutralised. The rangers cheer on. "Threat neutralised." Robo Knight begins to stand down.
Biggs and Bluefur are unhappy at the performance of their new duke org.
"What happened Vrak?" Biggs asks.
"Why did you fail?" Bluefur adds.
"I over-estimated the orgs power," Vrak begins. "I won't make that mistake again. We will bring an end to Robo Knight and the Power Rangers once and for all.
"See that you do," Biggs replies.
"We don't accept failure from you or any other orgs," Bluefur adds.
The rangers relax at the Juice Bar after the fight.
"So Vrak is still alive," Gia begins.
"Robo Knight still doesn't really want to work with us," Jake continues.
"And we have no idea what the orgs next plan will be," Emma finishes off the summary.
"It doesn't matter guys," Troy gives his assessment. "It may take time, but Robo Knight will come around. He recognised he made a mistake at the amusement park. We can't give up on him."
"Troy's right," Gia adds her own thoughts. "Maybe if we could get him to the Power Chamber to talk with Gosei it would make a difference?"
"It probably wouldn't conform to his mission," Noah states.
"It's not a bad idea though," Jake replies. "Nothing says big picture like a giant head in a tube." The rangers laugh.
"I just have a bad feeling about this," Emma thoughts begin to wander. "We've already been through so much. Are we going to be strong enough to take on what's next?" Troy places his hand on hers.
"Always." Troy smiles to reassure the concerned ranger. The other rangers place their hands over Troy's and Emma's. The team know they have each other, but they will have to work to gain the trust of Robo Knight. Today's battle was won, but the war is far from over.
