AN: Just a little, useless epilogue that doesn't do a lot for the story but made me smile.

sfaulkenberry: That quote's a pretty esoteric thing. I only remember it because I introduced my kids to Leverage last year. By the way, did you see what actor played the guy who said it? It's Aldis Hodge, who played Jake, the guy who stabbed Sam in the back! Christian Kane from Leverage also guest starred on Supernatural. That's my trivia that nobody cares about but me! Hehe And I have to say, I'd pay money to see any ep like this – Jensen and Jared would have nailed it.

Lena: I don't think I said really why Ed stole the vase, though I imagined that it was advertised as a haunted because people who owned it tended to disappear. Also, I would swear Harry mentioned that there were bones inside it, but maybe that was all in my head and I never wrote it… I did see your email and will write back tomorrow with a couple clarifying questions. I figured you just hadn't seen it.

Jenjoremy: You are so very nice! I'm glad you are enjoying the story and that it made you smile.

Dean was stuck inside the glass vase, unable to climb up its narrow, slippery neck. Jessie walked up and Dean realized with a jolt that he was tiny again. This can't be happening he thought. We burned that thing, buried its ashes. Did Ed and Harry get us into something else?

Jessie walked closer, and Dean yelled out to her, "Let me out! Jessie! Get me out of here!"

She only smiled. "But you're so adorable, Dean. I think I'll just have to keep you!" She pulled a bouquet of flowers from behind her back. "You'll be even cuter in these!" She ignored Dean's screaming protests and poured water into the vase and pushed the flowers down so the stems pushed him under the water.

Dean shoved at the flowers, yelling and fighting to get out, but Jessie just smiled and walked away. Finally, the vase tipped over and the flowers and Dean spilled out. The flowers all hopped up onto their stems and bent down towards Dean. He was horrified to see they had faces, and were staring at him with dull-eyed expressions, vacant smiles on too-big mouths. What kind of magic was this, anyway?

He somehow didn't have any weapons on him, so he tried to run. "Sam! Sammy, where are you?" The flowers surrounded him until he couldn't see anything except their thick stems and creepy faces. The flowers grew taller and taller, and one leaned close, its mouth gaping wide –

And Dean jerked awake, gasping for air.

Sam said something like, "zzzzit?" sounding more asleep than awake.

"Nothing." Dean cleared his throat and tried again. "Dream. Go back to sleep."

He laid in bed listening to Sam breathing for a long time. He knew they shouldn't have stayed in the creepy bed and breakfast with all the knickknack everywhere, including in their room. It didn't matter how tired they were, they should have kept driving. Hell, they should have stayed one more night at Bobby's. Anything but sleep surrounded by these stupid dust collectors.

When the proprietor of the little breakfast went to clean the room after the nice young men checked out in the morning, she was surprised to discover every single vase was in a grocery bag outside their door. She simply shrugged as she put them all back in place. There was no accounting for phobias.
