Last mission, the Director told Mitzi to meet the Jetpack Guy at the beacon of the Lighthouse to continue her puffle training.

When she got to the Beacon, she could see that the Jetpack Guy was waiting for her, and with him was a playful green puffle flying around with a little propellor cap.

"Hi there, Agent Flapdoodle," said the Jetpack Guy. "I'm here to escort you to your training appointment with the Puffle Handler."

"Great!" said Mitzi. "I really want to finish my training so I can get to the bottom of this mystery once and for all."

"Secret agent business aside, this is a great opportunity to give you a jetpack tour of the island," said the Jetpack Guy. "What do you think?"

"Awesome," said Mitzi. "Let's get moving!"

"Are you ready for our flight to the Tallest Mountain?" asked the Jetpack Guy.

"That sounds really cool!" said Mitzi. "I can't wait! But who's the green puffle?"

"That's Flit, one of the EPF's Elite Puffles," said the Jetpack Guy. "I get a real kick out of working with him."

"Really?" said Mitzi. "Why is that?"

"Well, Flit here flies faster than a snail tied to a rocket or even a penguin with a jetpack," said the Jetpack Guy. "It's impressive, really!"

"Cool!" said Mitzi. "I can't wait to start training with Flit."

"Then grab a jetpack!" said the Jetpack Guy. "Let's go! I'll go ahead. See if you can catch up!"

So, Mitzi strapped on a jetpack and got ready to fly. The Jetpack Guy and Flit took off into the sky with Mitzi following them. To conserve their fuel, they remembered not to fly too high. They dropped down a bit and kept an eye out for obstacles. After a while, they finally reached the Tallest Mountain.

"We're here!" said the Jetpack Guy as they landed on the summit. "Great flying, Mitzi!"

"Well, thank you!" said Mitzi. "That was quick."

As Mitzi took off her jetpack, she could see that PH was waiting for her. Beside her was a yellow puffle with a blue beret playing a flute.

"Hello, Puffle Handler," said the Jetpack Guy as PH came to greet them. "Please take good care of my buddy, Mitzi."

"Reckon I will, Jetpack Guy!" said PH. "Have a good flight back!"

"See you later, Agent!" said Mitzi.

"Good luck, Agent Flapdoodle," said the Jetpack Guy. And with that, he took off.

"You must have impressed Flit with your flying," PH told Mitzi.

"Yeah," said Mitzi. "Flit flew right over as soon as I landed."

"Let's get started," said PH. "We have lots of work to do before you've mastered all the Elite Puffle skills."

"What do we do first?" asked Mitzi.

"See those balloons over there?" said PH, pointing to some balloons that were floating in the air. "Flit's ability allows him to retrieve far away objects. Use Flit to get the three gold rings attached to the balloons, then return them to me."

"Piece of cake," said Mitzi. "I'm on it. Come on, Flit, let's get started!"

Mitzi and Flit looked up and the three gold rings attached to the yellow balloons. PH said that Flit was supposed to help Mitzi get the rings, so she knew what to do.

"Flit, do you see those rings attached to the balloons?" she asked. "Fly as high as you can to retrieve them for me."

Flit spun the propellor on his cap and flew up into the air. His propellor popped one of the balloons and the ring fell to the ground. Luckily, Mitzi was able to catch it just in time.

"Nice job, Flit!" she said. "Keep it up! We've only got two more to go!"

Flit located the other two rings and popped the balloons that they were attached to. Mitzi grabbed them as they fell to the ground. Now that she had all the rings, it was time to bring them to PH. She showed the rings she retrieved to PH, who was trying to help the yellow puffle play some notes on the flute.

"Nice work!" said PH. "Now it's time to work with Chirp."

"Sweet!" said Mitzi. "What do I need to do?"

"Do you see the ice block over there?" asked PH. "Chirp's powerful flute sound will shatter it."

"What? No way!" exclaimed Mitzi. "Chirp's sound can shatter solid ice?"

"Yep!" said PH. "Chirp can make a sound wave so strong it can break some objects. This is one of the few places where Chirp can practice as loud as she wants."

"Ahh, I get it now," said Mitzi. "That's why we're on the mountaintop."

"Well, that, and I like to yodel, too..." said PH.

"Errrrrrrr...yodeling, huh..." said Mitzi, feeling a little unsure and not being a big fan of yodelers. "Yes, well, um, I'll be seeing you later, then...Happy yodeling..."

With that, PH started to yodel as Mitzi led Chirp to the ice block. There was something inside it, but Mitzi didn't know what it was. Next to the ice block was an active jetpack.

"Okay, Chirp," she told the yellow puffle. "Do your thing and break the ice."

Chirp took out her flute and played a note that was so shrill that it cracked the ice - and the jetpack, too. One more quick flute sound would shatter the ice completely, but what the heck happened to the jetpack?

"Oh, I forgot to mention..." said PH as she stopped yodeling for a moment. "Chirp's sound can disrupt some machines."

"Scratch one jetpack..." said Mitzi.

"Don't worry about that," said PH. "Just focus on your training."

"Almost got it," said Mitzi. PH returned to yodeling as Mitzi went back to the ice block.

"Okay, Chirp, give it all you've got," said Mitzi. "One more toot on your flute will break the ice."

Chirp played another high-pitched note on her flute that shattered the ice completely, revealing a small round box. Now that was certainly a smash hit song.

"See?" said PH as she stopped yodeling again. "Chirp can shatter ice without damaging what's inside. Take a look."

Mitzi opened the box and saw something amazing inside. It was a wrangler hat that looked very similar to PH's hat.

"Ooh, nice hat!" said Mitzi.

"Consider it a reward for your hard work," said PH.

"Oh, that's so awesome!" said Mitzi. "Thanks a bunch, PH!"

"You're welcome," said PH. "Now let's climb down to the Puffle Training Room for your final test."

"Final test? I hope I'm ready!" said Mitzi. She put on her new hat, being careful not to flatten her pigtails, and climbed down the mountain with PH and the puffles following her. It was time to take the big test. They returned to the Dojo and entered the Puffle Training Room to begin the test.

"Get ready, Mitzi!" said PH. "This is where your hard work really pays off! Use all seven Elite Puffles to unlock the secret in this room."

"Are you going to help?" asked Mitzi.

"Nope," said PH. "Now's the time to uncover the secret of the room - on your own. I've got full confidence in you. You'll need to solve the secret of the room without my assistance. I believe in you!"

"All I need is the seven Elite Puffles?" asked Mitzi.

"Correct," said PH. "The final test is designed to test how well you can use each of their unique skills."

"Sounds tough!" said Mitzi.

"It is designed to test highly skilled EPF agents," said PH.

"I'm on it," said Mitzi.

"It's up to you now," said PH. "Good luck."

With that, the test began. The first thing Mitzi saw was a 100-kilogram weight. It was too heavy to lift, so it was time to call the purple puffle. Mitzi blew her puffle whistle and Pop immediately arrived. Pop could blow bubbles that were so strong that they could lift things.

"Pop, blow a bubble to lift the weight off the ground!" said Mitzi.

Pop adjusted her sunglasses and blew a bubble that encased the weight, lifting it up into the air. Then, a frozen steel chest encased in a glass dome appeared from the floor while a pinata dropped down from the ceiling. Luckily, Mitzi knew exactly which puffle could break the pinata. She called for Blast, and he came running.

"Blast, use your cannonball skills to break the pinata!" said Mitzi.

Blast shot out from his cannon and broke the pinata in half.

"Perfect shot!" said Mitzi. Inside the pinata was a jack-in-a-box with a key attached to it, but it was bouncing too fast to get. It was time to call Loop. But for some reason, Loop didn't show up when Mitzi blew the whistle. Nevertheless, she decided to come back to the jack-in-a-box. For now, she would just focus on the glass dome with the frozen chest. With her whistle, she called the puffles she needed to help her. First, Chirp played a high note on her flute to shatter the glass dome. The chest was colder than an iceberg in a freezer, so Flare used his welding breath to melt the snow on the chest and warm it up. The chest seemed to be taking a long time to cool off, so Bouncer used her snowballs to cool it down quicker. Finally, Loop arrived just in time. She used her lasso to slow the crazy jack-in-the-box down so Mitzi could grab the key and unlock the chest. Once the chest was opened, a note tied to a balloon appeared. It was floating too high for Mitzi to reach, so she used Flit to retrieve it. Flit popped the balloon with his propellor cap and Mitzi grabbed the note. It was a Puffle Trainer Certificate.

"Sweet! Way to go, Flit!" said Mitzi. "Thanks to you, I've finished my puffle training!"

"Great job!" said PH. "The Director will be very pleased. Cheers to you, Agent Flapdoodle!"

"Couldn't have done it without your help, PH," said Mitzi. "Thanks!"

Mitzi was proud of herself for completing her puffle training. Getting to know the Elite Puffles and putting their abilities to good use was a lot of fun, and she hoped she could work with them for her next missions. For now, it was time to focus on solving the mystery of who was stealing and wrecking items around Club Penguin and leaving behind oil cans. Mitzi couldn't wait to be assigned her next mission so she could get to the bottom of this mystery once and for all.
