Training her team, Glitchy's Edgar evolved into Espeon and learnt Confusion soon after. Tidus evolved into Feraligatr while Miles evolved into Ampharos and learnt Thunder Punch.
In Ecruteak City, Glitchy visited the Kimono Girl's dance studio. The Kimono Girl on stage was being harassed by a Rocket Grunt who didn't like the way she was dancing. He claimed her dance was too serious and 'suggested' she lighten up, taken over the stage with his terrible attempt at dancing. Not being able to take any more of his 'dance moves', Glitchy challenged him to a Pokémon battle and won. He left in a huff and one of the spectators gave her HM03, Surf. She taught Tidus that move after having stopped him from trying to eat the HM to learn the move. She spoke to the Kimono Girl who thanked her for chasing away the Rocket Grunt then left.
Upon entering the dimly lit gym, Glitchy was approached by an elderly man. He informed her Morty, the Gym Leader, had gone to the Burned Tower and so she had to leave. He pushed her out of the gym meaning she would have to make a detour to the Burned Tower to find Morty.
Glitchy entered the Burned Tower to find Morty and was approached by Eusine. He was on the hunt for a Pokémon named Suicune. He had heard rumours Suicune was suppose to be in the tower. peering down the hole near her, she could see three strange looking Pokémon. Eusine informed Glitchy that amongst the three strange Pokémon down the hole was Suicune. He told her he would love to go down there and see them up close but they would run away before he would have the chance to, as he had learnt from past experience with them. After speaking with Eusine, Glitchy found Morty not far from him. He was investigating the Burned Tower with Eusine. Morty went on to tell Glitchy about the three legendary Pokémon: Suicune, Entei and Raikou. He felt as a gym leader he had to know about the three legendary Pokémon.
When Morty wouldn't return to his gym, Glitchy decided to go see the Legendary Pokémon. She ran into Foxy before she could have a chance to go down. He mocked her, claiming she was only there to capture the Legendary Pokémon to make herself look stronger however he didn't think she could. He believed he would be the one to capture them as he saw himself to be stronger than her so Glitchy defeated his team of four to prove him wrong. Tidus drowned his Gastly, Edgar used Confusion against his Bayleef, Miles electrocuted his Zubat and Dunskan threw rocks at his Magnemite. After another defeat, Foxy stormed off in another huff. Glitchy travelled down to where the Legendary Pokémon were and approached them. Just as Eusine said, they all ran but Suicune stopped briefly to look at Glitchy then ran off. Eusine was geeking out about having Suicune run past him as close at they did. He went on to say how lucky Glitchy was to have Suicune notice her presence, claiming it was a sign they acknowledged her talent as a trainer. He left promising that they will meet again. Glitchy headed back up to see Morty had now left, no doubt back to his gym which is where she will now be heading.
Glitchy stumbled her way through the dimly lit gym, defeating the trainers inside on her way to Morty. She challenged Morty for her next badge. He started off with his Gastly which Tidus defeated using Surf. Tidus went on to defeat Morty's Gengar with another Surf then Edgar took over to use Confusion against his two Haunters. Glitchy was awarded with the Fog Badge and TM30 which would allow her to teach one of her Pokémon Shadow Ball. She left Morty's gym and decided to head back to the Ruins of Alph.
Arriving back at the Ruins of Alph, Glitchy decided to explore with Tidus helping her Surf over any bodies of water that blocked her path. She also brought along Rocky the Onix for his use of Rock Smash. She solved the first stone-panel puzzle and fell through the floor. An Archaeologist saw her and congratulated her in solving the puzzle, gifting her with a Unown Report then he left. She felt a strange presence in the ruins that wasn't there before. She then solved one more stone-panel puzzle, doing so summoned the Pokémon Unown, they appeared to take the shape of letters but she wasn't very interested in them right now. Being unable to explore further, she decided to return to Ecruteak City where she would begin her journey towards the next gym.
