Kacey had lost the baby two months ago. She decided not to tell John about it at all. She didn't see a point. She was at a hotel room in Iowa. Her cell phone rang.
"Hello?" She said.
"Hey." John said.
"Hey John."
"Are you ok?"
"Yeah why?"
"Well we have talked in awhile."
"I'm fine, I've just been busy."
"Well usually you tell me where your going." "I was getting worried about you." "I almost called Mary."
"I'm sorry John."
"It's ok." "I'm just glad you're safe."
"It was sweet of you to be concerned."
"Where are you?"
"Iowa."
"Damn, I'm in New Hampshire."
"Why, horny?"
"Well yeah. "We haven't seen each other in four months?"
"I know." "It's been awhile." "Why don't you just go find a girl?" "All you have to do is walk up to her and say hi."
"You think it's that easy huh?"
"Come on John, you know you're hot."
"I am?"
"Of course, it's one of the reasons I sleep with you."
"What are the other reasons?"
"You're incredible in bed." "You're definitely the biggest I've ever had."
"That's good to know." He said smiling.
"I have to go John." "I'll call you tomorrow."
"Ok bye."
Two days later Kacey was at the airport. She was getting a bite to eat before the next flight.
"Excuse me." A man with a deep voice said. She looked up and saw a tall man in a pilots uniform. He was a new pilot for the airline Kacey worked for. He was two years older then her. He had short light brown hair, light blue eyes and a light beard. "Is this seat taken?"
"No." He sat down.
"You're Kacey right?"
"Yes." I forget your name."
"Max Gram." "Do you have a boyfriend Kacey?"
"No."
"Would you like to go out sometime?"
"Sure."
