Here's chapter 9, everybody.
Chapter 9: Queen Annaya.
The Keep II was flying at the blue sky as it continues to search for the perfect location to assemble the drill to harvest the Earth. In the throne room, the Harvesters were informing Camila on the initial battle when they arrived.
"My queen. It turns out that the Earth's military forces is weaker than we thought, even though they managed to shoot down some of our fighters." a Harvester said telepathically.
"Not surprising since the inhabitants of this planet are primitive." Camila said telepathically.
"I don't know about that. They seem advanced. Well, some of our troops have encountered those that were responsible for Queen Hertha's death back at that village that we attacked but they survived." another Harvester said telepathically.
"Well, when we see them again, they won't be lucky this time." Camila said telepathically.
"I do have some bit of bad news, Your Majesty. Some of our troops have reported that her Highness Princess Kayla is also here at Earth." another Harvester said telepathically.
"So, Kayla has intercepted the distress call as well. No matter, I'll see to it that she'll once again see another planet fall. Any idea on her whereabouts?" Camila asked telepathically.
"According to some, she was last seen at Clockwork's Lair but now she's no longer there. We don't know where she is now." a Harvester said telepathically.
"Very well. Once she has been located, kill her." Camila ordered telepathically.
"Yes, my Queen." a Harvester said as it bows down before Camila.
The Keep II then flew over Chicago before Camila noticed the large body of water that makes us Lake Michigan.
"This water. This place is perfect to commence the harvest. Large body of water, a village next to it where the inhabitants there can witness their doom." Camila said.
"Should we assemble the drill there, Your Majesty?" a Harvester asked telepathically.
"Yes. Begin drill assembly." Camila replied telepathically.
"I should inform you, Your Majesty, that the drill got slightly damaged during our last harvest. We'll need to find the village's power source and steal some of their technology and energy in order to power it. Best place to find it is that large village we just flew over. This village that the inhabitants called Chicago." a Harvester said telepathically, looking at the monitor showing Chicago from the cameras that are mounted on the Keep II.
"Very well then. Commander, prepare to attack the village called Chicago, find the power source, steal some of their technology and energy. We must commence our harvest on Earth and avenge Hertha." Camila ordered telepathically.
"Very well, Your Majesty." the Harvester commander said.
At the alternate universe, Danny, Dani, Kayla and alternate Team Phantom arrived at the lair called Spectral Castle, which was once the home of alternate Pariah Dark and now the home of the Ghost Zone's queen. The team opened the doors to the throne room to meet Queen Annaya, ruler of the Ghost Zone. Danny, Dani, Kayla look at the throne to see a ghost woman with long purple hair tied back in a braid, red lips that is red as blood and wearing a female warriors outfit, which to Danny and Dani looks similar to Lady Siv's warrior outfit. The ghost woman's warrior outfit consisted of a blue tunic, silver armor chest plate that went to her shoulders, wristbands that went to her elbows with metal protection on them, black pants and boots with metal protection at the shins. Kayla suspects that this woman is Queen Annaya while Danny and Dani know it's her since they have seen alternate Team Phantom's adventures back at Clockwork's. Annaya then walked up to Andrew and placed a comforting hand on his shoulder.
"Do not fear my friend. We will come up with a plan to save your cousin without giving Anandlok what he wants. I swear to you as queen, that no harm will come to Tabitha." Annaya assured.
"Thank you. We appreciate the assistance, Your Majesty." Andrew said, giving her a sad smile.
"Allow us to introduce Danny and Dani's alternate dimensional counterparts Older Danny and Older Dani and our new ally Princess Kayla." Dayla said, gesturing to Danny, Dani and Kayla.
"It's an honor to meet you all." Annaya said smiling at them.
"It's great to finally meet you as well, Your Majesty. I had never thought that the Ghost Zone would finally have a ruler. Well at least in alternate universes." Danny said.
"Does the Ghost Zone in your world have one? I hope it's not my father's dimensional counterpart." Annaya said with little worry.
"No! Absolutely not. Pariah Dark has been defeated for good by Danny. Been 15 years since he defeated him and he's still imprisoned in the Sarcophagus of Forever Sleep. Our Ghost Zone doesn't have a ruler." Dani assured the queen who then sighed with relief.
"Our Ghost Zone is also the flipped side of the whole universe instead of just Earth. There are many dimensional planes connected to other worlds and would take light years to get to one of them. If you were the ruler of the Ghost Zone in our universe, you would just be ruler of the Earth dimensional plane, Your Majesty." Danny said.
"That's very interesting. Someday you two need to talk to me about your Ghost Zone." Annaya said in amazement.
Annaya then approached and look at Kayla.
"Greetings, Your Majesty. It's nice to finally meet you. I am Princess Kayla, heir to the Harvesters, leader of a coalition force and new ally to Team Phantom." Kayla said before kneeling a bit to show respect and do royal protocol.
"I never thought I would meet another ghost princess. It's nice to meet you, Your Royal Highness." Annaya said.
Annaya then gestured Kayla to hold out her hand. Kayla did so and then Annaya gently took it and looked at her hand before looking at her eyes. Annaya could see that Kayla has been fighting for so long and some pain she could see.
"You have been fighting for so long dear one. I can see it in your eyes and understand the pain and weight that fate has placed upon your shoulders to carry." Annaya said with sympathy.
"If you want, Your Majesty, I can show you the war through my telepathic powers." Kayla offered.
"Wait a minute, if I remember correctly, your telepathy powers are powerful and dangerous that you can kill someone by mind frying." Danny said.
"Yeah, no offense, Danny, older Danny, older Dani and I knows what it's like to be mind fried by a Harvester. Not a pleasant experience." Dayla said, haunted by the memory of the experience.
"And Hertha use hers against me. It was bad and hurts as well." Dani said.
"That may be true, my telepathic powers are dangerous, more powerful than a regular Harvester's, that I can kill someone by mind frying, but I can control my telepathic abilities. Of course I can use my telepathy to kill an enemy or simply neutralized a enemy and give it a chance to surrender." Kayla said.
"You want to, Your Majesty?" alternate Jazz asked.
"I'll do it. I want to see what you been through, Your Highness." Annaya replied, agreeing to allow Kayla to use her powers on her.
"Okay, but I should warn you, it's gonna hurt. It's like similar to having a migraine headache." Kayla warned.
"I'll try to handle it." Annaya said.
"Alright then. Just tell me when to stop, Your Majesty. Now, close your eyes" Kayla said.
Annaya close her eyes and Kayla then began to use her telepathic powers on Annaya. Annaya hears the pitching sound coming from Kayla's telepathy and begins to groan in little pain. Afterwards, Annaya began to see visions of the war Kayla fought against her siblings for millennia and saw so much horror, destruction and death. She first saw Kayla beside Hertha as she commence a harvest on a alien world, but Kayla shows sympathy and guilt for those that became victims. Annaya then saw Kayla rebelled against her siblings and kind. Annaya then saw the war between the Harvesters and Kayla and her coalition, who are victims of the Harvesters after harvesting their worlds and Ghost Zone dimensional planes. Annaya saw Kayla's siblings harvesting many worlds, and in some harvests, Kayla and her coalition stopping them or trying to stop them. The battles resulting in Kayla being victorious or her siblings successfully harvesting a planet and its Ghost Zone dimensional plane. Annaya also saw Hertha's four attempted harvests on Earth, all ending in failure. She also saw Hertha's demise. She finally saw what was once Hertha's, and now Camila's plan for Earth and looked in horror. She saw the massive drill shooting a ecto-beam over Lake Michigan near Chicago. She also saw the Harvesters and Camila slaughtering the entire Human race, including Team Phantom, and the ghosts at the Ghost Zone to extinction. She then saw the Earth in space. Suddenly, she saw the Earth's atmosphere and the water disappearing, becoming dead and exposed to the hostile environment of outer space, and its Ghost Zone dimensional plane becomes destroyed. Seeing enough, Annaya opened her eyes and gasped in horror, making Kayla stop using her telepathy. A few tears of sadness fell from Annaya's eyes. Annaya then proceed to hug Kayla to show her sympathy.
"To see all that destruction, horror and death. What a horrific war for you to be in. So much worst than the war that overthrew my father. I'm sorry you have to fight against your siblings. I know what that's like and as I said, I understand the pain and weight that fate has placed upon your shoulders to carry. Your coalition of alien refugees and their ghost counterparts from fallen worlds trust and depends heavily on you" Annaya said.
"Someone has to carry it and try and save planets and their Ghost Zone dimensions from being destroyed by my siblings." Kayla said, which Annaya nodded.
"I too have known what it's like to fight against my own family and I understand what you must be going through." Annaya said.
"Thank you Your Majesty for your kind words." Kayla said with a sad smile, which Annaya smiled back.
"Now, we need to come up with a plan to rescue Tabitha without giving you six to Anandlok. One thing's for certain, I will have Walker and some of his officers standing by ready to arrest Anandlok and all those involved in this, but they will remain in the shadows until the time is right. We don't want him to grow suspicious and kill Tabitha before we have a chance to rescue her." Annaya said, addressing the matter at hand.
Suddenly, alternate Frostbite and another ghost entered the room. The ghost is a green skinned ghost with dark blue hair tied back in a pony-tail and wearing an Asian style shirt with black pants, brown boots and a red cloak. Danny and Dani recognized this ghost as Zortheus, a ghost sorcerer.
"Zortheus and I heard that Anandlok had kidnapped the Human cousin of Andrew. We wish to help." alternate Frostbite said before he noticed Danny and Dani. "Umm... why are there older versions of Danny and Dani Phantom?"
"Frostbite meet Dani and I's alternate older selves from another universe." alternate Danny said.
"I never thought I would see alternate versions of the Great Ones. A honor to meet you two." alternate Frostbite said.
"Pleasure to meet you too alternate Frostbite." Dani said.
"Same. Anyway, back to the matter at hand." Danny said.
"What is it that Anandlok wants?" Zortheus asked.
"Us." alternate Dani said as she gestured to herself, Dale, alternate Danny, Dayla, Danny and Dani. "He wants us and our dimensional counterparts in thermoses brought to him or he's gonna order Skulker to cut the rope and send Tabitha to be eaten by the Carnivorous Canyon."
"I don't know why he wants Dani and I for. We're not from this universe, and my universe's Earth has a ghost threat that needs to be stopped." Danny said.
"Seriously, I mean sure Danny and I interfered with alternate Skulker and alternate Ember's attack but still, why would he want us? We barely know this Anandlok. And as Danny said, we have problems back at my universe that Danny, Kayla and I need to stop." Dani said.
"We need to find a way to save Tabitha without giving ourselves up to be destroyed." Dale said.
Zortheus suddenly thought of something that could work.
"Then we should give him exactly what he wants, without really giving him want he wants." Zortheus said.
"What do you mean? As in….duplications?" alternate Jack asked.
"No. Duplications would be too obvious as they disappear as soon as they take damage, but magic will help." Zortheus replied.
He then turned to Danny, Dani, alternate Danny, Dayla, Dale and alternate Dani.
"Hold still you six." Zortheus said.
He aimed his hands at them before saying the words for his magic.
"Edgebonoutoosis." Zortheus said, saying his magic words.
His energy hit them and suddenly, standing in front of them were very real copies of Danny, Dani, alternate Danny, alternate Dani, Dayla and Dale.
"Wow! What did you do?" alternate Valerie asked.
"This is more than just a duplication spell, this spell can make exact copies of anything I cast the spell on and they can only disappear when I command them to." Zortheus said.
"Really weird to see a copy of myself but pretty nice and cool as well." Danny said.
"Geez I don't know how to feel considering I am a... well you know." Dani said.
"I know how you're feeling older Dani. I feel the same as well." alternate Dani said.
"Same and I don't like to think about that." Dale said.
"Which is why I'm against cloning, especially Human cloning." Dani said.
"So they're not gonna bark like dogs?" Sonya asked, causing everyone to give her strange looks. "What? It happened when Alex duplicated herself and she thought of dogs."
"Please do not compare my magic to Wizards of Waverly Place… even if it was a good show." Zortheus said seriously, before smiling and admitting he liked the show.
"You know, Danny, I wonder if Strange can do that spell as well." Dani said.
"I don't know. If we ever see him again, we'll ask." Danny said.
"Strange? Who is this Strange." Zortheus asked.
"He's a powerful sorcerer and a leading member of some order called the Masters of the Mystic Arts. We fought alongside him before." Danny replied.
"We met the guy once before." Dale added.
"Sorcerers in your universe? Interesting." Zortheus said.
"Alright, we now have the advantage and now all we need to do is plan our move." alternate Danny said.
"Yes, we must take down this Anandlok and save Andrew's cousin. Time is very critical for both Tabitha and Earth back at home. Now, let's plan our victory." Kayla said.
Afterwards everyone gathered and began to plan their rescue mission to save Tabitha.
