Metropolis

News had recently reported a major crises that occurred just now, mentioning from sources told that it was an outbreak radiation, which intensively affected the whole production of food, and the liquid stores of different things. Multiple incidents happening in multiple locations; notably the bridge, which is starting to bend down, dragging the people down with them.

Many horrendous citizens scream, expressing their primary fear, regarding their chances of death. Majority had safely come to the end of the bridge's end routes, ascribed in assistance from the special helpers. Albeit some are bounded down to the middle point of the whole roadway bridge, which increasingly corners even lower, owed to the weight of every vehicle held stationary over the bridge.

The road staggers everyone, stumbling them to fall to their feet. Everyone tried to stand upright, at least one leg over the knew. It didn't work. Their prying eyes glance down on the bridge's entanglement, slowly loosening its own grip attachments, mending them to shiver once more, this time more extra addition to the shaking drawing. Everyone's screams boost higher, stirring in no control over their reverberating voices.

The helpers tried to enter but the bridge just untangled its last set of vulnerable ropes, mending it to fall. Workers from each end, sprinted to the ripped edges carved in the slitting bridge. Inspecting down, they're thoughts were bested when they realised the flat road was somehow floating. None of them know what caused it. Nobody remembered a flat surface ground paved under the bridge, they don't even recall a large ship recently stowed in here. The attention intensifies their confusing as the broken road floated up, lifting slowly. They didn't know what was the behind-the-scenes risen of its elevation.

As it over-lines the surface, over-boarding it, people's eyes peered at something that hadn't been in their eyes for 10 years, no sight visualised in the real presence of him anywhere. It was a flyer. It sports of its distinctive fabricated colour tone of its typical blue state. It holds a formed pictured braclets, not worn but in a shape, with stripped colours of white and black. His chest extends from the top pointed shoulders down to the centre, triangulated in a grey shade. He wears a crest that displays an important symbol, a symbol looked up on by billions, possibly trillions across the universe; a symbol of 'S', coloured with red tanned on the letter and its edges. Whilst the black covers the void of the space where the letter stands.

Many babble amongst themselves of what they're seeing before their eyes, additionally remarking whether they were dead, hallucinating or imagining through their
sub-consciousness. The flyer disappeared for a decade, seemed unbelievable to comprehend that he came back. These were the thoughts of some, but a large proportion cheer, exempting the man to not be some myth, illusion or any sort. He was real. Unknown to them, the flyer instantly shifted off their sights. Their heads rolled to realise the flyer safely disembarking the road, he held over his head, on a strong platform.

Placing himself on the ground, he was met with thousands of reporters that spring to his side. Questions about his disappearance; where went, and why this was the time to return. Some were contemplating on this man's new set of clothes, that differed from his iconic costume.

"All will be held in a press conference. I can assure you of that matter", the man stated.

One man barged past a bordered batch of reporters, extending an affixed microphone, near its lip. "Are you really him? Have you really decided to come back?", the reporter questioned.

The man, in the centre of everything that circles him, simply constructs a small grin. "Yes. Superman has returned", he addressed. Following that, he jumped upwards, nosediving up the skies.

LexCorp

Mankind Liberation Front settle in the conference meeting room again, after a mission succeeded.

Lex, with Supergirl's fist, hammers on the table, instantly breaking it down, as she was driven to a mad state. She was enraged at the latest news to disclose a new information concerning the return of Lex's old archenemy. He expressed himself a notion that his nemesis has finally quitted the cape, only to learn he's back. It wasn't going well for Lex, he was in a reckoning state of destroying every before him.

"Appears Superman has finally returned after a decade of no sight conceded", Vandal said.

"Assuming the Man of Steel had lived under the rocks of his own privy isolation, I wonder how many times stronger did his metabolism grew him to be", Enigma stated, forwarding a riddle, in which Lex wasn't interested.

"If Superman finds out we've branded ourselves as a private organisation to stop all metahumans, he'll come here and shut us out. Who knows how much his powers have increased in 10 years. He might even be stronger than you Lex, even with the body you possess", Lord Naga remarked.

"I know you incompetent moron, don't you think I figured it out already", Lex said. Then a flash bulb stirred inside him, reminding him of what he forgot. "Wait". He lifted a finer, remembering something that had been his profound useful asset since the creation of Mankind Liberation Front. He to rotated his gaze, looking at his assistant, a grinning turn exhibits on his lips, to which his main man responded. "We have someone Superman can't defeat, someone that will push him to bound his own decision".

Washington, D.C.

Hall of Justice

A press conference was held in front a building. A site that was used specifically for the Justice League. Standing in front of it, Superman lays body in front of the faces of many reports sparkling microphones on him. Behind him stood Mia, Barry and Hal, the latter whom was found of its existence to not be dead, which shocked Superman and Flash when they encountered his appearance in Earth. Hal's excuse was only a reason so important that it was personal, though none will know Hal Jordan is still alive.

Thousands of reports begin to ask a dozen questions, until one of them took charge in shutting everyone up as Superman needs to have his bargain of his speech. As silence draws on all of them, Superman remains in elevating his posture in a proper stance, concentration the spreading of his eyes at everyone.

"Good afternoon", Superman greets. "Many of you remembered us. We have been away for a while, which led to Earth suffering because of the dependence of the wrong people; like Magog and Justice Battalion, or simply just one girl whom doesn't show up frequently. I though she along with the defendants of the UN could prove Justice League is cynical to rely on as the only source. I was mistaken; we all mistaken it". He briefed a little breathe, before resuming his speech. "In our absence: a new breed of metahumans has arisen. A vast body of troops of self-styled heroes unwilling to preserve life or defend the defenseless. A legion of vigilantes who have perverted their great powers...who have forsworn the responsibilities due them". Kal then glanced back an inch to Mia, whom gave her uncle a slight nod to continue what's right. Turning back to focus on the crowd, he resumes. "Now that we've returned from our long period of chartering peace, we will teach them the primal meaning of truth and justice, Together we will guide this new breed with wisdom. And if necessary, with force, above all, we will restore order; we will make things right again".

After his speech, reporters start questioning on the obvious things such as Magog, which Mia responded it will be dealt with.

Spectre, Oliver and Kara float over the enormous crowd, rallied in front of the reformed Justice League.

Oliver and Kara's eyes wouldn't sight a single factor that was within Mia. Their thoughts are left in how Mia generated this force of intensity.

Spectre bolted between the two. "You're shocked at what she accomplished", the entity declared.

"Mia never showed this kind of side to us before. She was always so aggressive, but in here she's developing into a fine lady I wanted her to be", said Oliver. He turned to gaze Kara, whom smiled. "What we wanted".

"It shines upon the eyes that I'm beginning to see how far Mia Zor-El-Queen will cross through in this bridge", Spectre remarks.

The three look down as members of the Justice League enter inside the abandoned Hall of Justice building.

"What do you see Mia as?", Oliver inquired, knowing the Spectre is capable of many things.

"Long, long, long time ago, I've foreseen the strongest mortals striving to be the captains of humanity's destiny. No one has succeeded because they don't sum the the necessitate pieces to puzzle the path together. What I see in your daughter, Mr. Queen, Mrs. Zor-El-Queen, is a chance she will be something beyond anything that not a particular human or Kryptonian can accomplish in their own divided rights. I'd say there is hope that she will be a key part in a crises that I'm envisioning", said Spectre.

"What crises?", Kara inquired to know.

"I am forbidden from telling you; an omnivervsal law that cannot bespoken to anyone of the future tales", Spectre said.

Their eyes then went into the focus of Superman, from this reality, organising the Hall of Justice.
