Summary: In a secret office inside the Pentagon the General in charge of the anti-abnormal animals operation find himself under attack by the Chinstrap Sisters...and that will cause massive problems for everyone.

1300 hours (1:00 A.M. Eastern Standard Time)

The Pentagon, Unknown Wing in basement level.

Conference room

"COMMANDING OFFICER ON DECK!" a commander shouted.

I entered the secret board room where several officials were waiting. Around the conference table were representatives from the NSA, DAAC, CIA, DARPA, Navy seals, Homeland security, delta force, and a organization know only as The Organization (rumored to be the Men in Black).

I took at seat at the front of the table behind my name on the table.

"General," the CIA rep said, "We are ready..."

"Are you sure," I said.

"The Abnormal Animals are a threat to our national security," The head of DAAC said, "Too long we stayed our hands...we need to act now!"

"Director X," I said turning to the DAAC head, "You vendetta against the penguins is clouding your judgment."

"No Offense sir," He said leaning out of the shadows, "But it's Officer X."

"We need a plan!" the NSA rep said.

"I doubt spying on the public is going to help us here," The Organization rep said.

"I trust the fools in the capitol and white house are in the dark about this?" I said.

"Yes, Sir," The Homeland security rep said.

"If we do this wrong this could cause a massive public disaster," The FEMA rep said.

"This require stealth," the Delta force rep said.

"The Public is going to notice if army troops start killing animals...and the conversation organizations would have a fit if they learn the U.S. Troops are killing endangered and threaten species." The Navy Seal rep said.

"Luckily DARPA has a solution," I said.

"The Penguinfication plan sir?" The CIA rep said.

"The Animals spy will blame the IPSA," I said.

"Our analysts are certain that will result in the Implosion of the IASA organization resulting a civil that would work in our favor," The NSA rep said.

"We have already amassed a trained task-force of penguinfied agents," The DARPA rep said.

"We need more if this is to work," I said.

"We need a coordinated attack against multiple enemies at once," Delta force said.

"Otherwise the animal intelligent networks would have time to regroup and attack," The Navy seal rep said.

"So we get blowhole running scared," I said, "trick him into fortifying hoboken...and when the penguins predictably leave the zoo...we overwhelm them with a massive aerial attack and chase them to the hoboken zoo..."

"Where we corner them and attack," Captain Swanson said, "and take out blowhole's force while we're at it."

"Nigel and Rockgut have been reported in Canada," Swanson said, "We could corner them and whoever their chasing."

"And amid all this chaos we send a Navy Strike-force to North Wind's HQ!" I said.

"They be too busy with their own problems that they won't be able to help each other," The DAAC director said.

"So then we're in agreement?" I said.

"What about international laws protecting animals?" A woman asked.

I hit a button and she falls through a trapdoor, "Are we all in agreement?"

Everyone at the table nodded and there is a murmur of yes.

"We're in Agreement," The CIA rep said.

"Very well...we know what we all must do," I said.

There is a chorus of "Yes sirs" and "Affirmatives".

"Commence Operation: Unnatural Selection," I replied.

"Operation Commenced, General Birdseye."

"Dismissed," I said, "now let's get to work!"

2 hours later...

General Birdseye's Office

"Everything is ready for the operation tomorrow," I said.

"Excellent," Dr. Bottlenose replied, "The Endgame is assured."

"You certain that the Infinity War is interment," I said.

"General Birdseye," The Dolphin smirked, "everything is prepared...the stones are too tempting of a target for blowhole..."

"And this battle will make him insane enough to use them," Bottlenose said, "that and the price of the soul stone that he will learn the hard way."

"The Endgame is coming...and what ever happens...you ensured you place in the reality that will result," Bottlenose said, "And my revenge will be complete."

"And to make it even better the Penguins will have no idea that they lost!" Bottlenose said.

"Now," Bottlenose said, "Get to work..."

With that the multiverse hopping dolphin signed off, "Once we get rid of all the abnormal animals he'll be next on the list," I said.

"Really?" A female voice sneered, "if you survive that is."

"Who said that?" I said.

"General Birdseye," another voice said, "Just the human we wanted to see."

The door is kicked up and two chinstrap penguins walked into my office. Their distinct double-barrel and triple-barrel weapons gave them away. The most infamous animal assassins in the world.

"Kara and Stella Chinstrap," I replied, "this is a secured office in a secured wing of the pentagon."

Stella opened her mouth in a smirk, "Well it's not very secured if we're in here."

"Stand still," Kara said, "we have a big paycheck to gain."

"We're see who calling who abnormal when we're done with you," Stella replied.

"This is a mistake," I replied with a smirk.

"For you," Kara said raising her triple-barrel laser weapon.

"This is going to hurt...a lot," Stella said raising her double-barrel laser weapon.

"Oh yes," I said as a surge of electricity hit them.

The two penguins dropped their weapons as they screamed in pain. I flicked a switch under my desk to stop the surge once they passed out. Two armed guards rushed in with their guns raised.

"Sir are you okay?" one of them asked.

"Never better," I said, "now take these blasted abnormal out of my sight!"

The two Penguins got up and blasted the weapons out of the guards hands, "You won't capture us again," Stella sneered.

"Goodbye," Kara said before the pair disappeared into a cloud of smoke.

I hit the alarm sending the Pentagon into lock-down, "FIND THEM!" I screamed as the guards recovered, "Don't let them escape!

3 hours later...

"So," The Amarillo Kid said, "Let me get this straight...Somebody is targetin' abnormal animals?"

"Yes," Kara Chinstrap said.

"Does Stella know your here?" Kid said.

"No," She replied, "I went behind her back."

"Why?" The Armadillo said.

"Because we're all in danger," Kara said.

"Okay," Kid said leaving.

"Where are you going?" Kara said.

"Sorry but that's the craziest thing I ever heard," Kid said, "I'm fixin' to get out of here...bye!"

Kara left the room with a terrified expression on her face, "Goodbye."

The Amarillo Kid walked out unaware that he was now in the cross-hairs of a sniper, "Target is on the move..."

"Standby."
