Shadic quickly turned around and leapt out of the way of a stray beam that missed him, "What! How! I thought I finished you off!"

Ultimatum laughed and started to regenerate, "I guess I wasn't completely honest. There was one more organism I am combined with that not even Eggman realized. You know him well Shadic."

Shadic started thinking and gasped, "How did I not realize it sooner? I even outright said it! The power craze, the wanting to destroy the world…it all points back to Nazo! You are mixed with him!"

Ultimatum smirked as the spots that were destroyed were now fully healed and good as new, "It's funny. It took everything in your power plus all the inhabitants of earth to help you take down Nazo which barely allowed you to escape with victory. Now look at you, struggling at your highest power while I'm still climbing. Tell you what, Shadic. You are strong, why don't you join me? We can become gods amongst every dimension."

Shadic started to charge more chaos energy, "Why would I do that? You want to be the strongest, so what's going to stop you from killing me outright?"

Ultimatum crossed his arms and nodded, "Good point." He then pointed at Shadic and shot a beam hitting him in the chest and knocking him back toward Tails.

Shadic slid back and back flipped to his feet and panted knowing he couldn't keep it up for longer, "Damn! I-wait…what am I feeling?" He looked at Tails and his eyes went wide. "Tails, I need you to do me a solid!"

"What is it, Shadic?" Tails asked.

"I need you to charge as much chaos and distortion energy into that phantom ruby while I hold him off!" Shadic said. "Shadow! Sonic! Protect Tails at all costs!"

The 2 hedgehogs slowly walked up and nodded before going into their own full powered forms, Sonic transformed into his hyper form while Shadow transformed into his super form and took off his inhibitor rings to create his chaos super form.

"I don't know what you're planning but I wont work!" Yelled Ultimatum going for Tails only to be grabbed from behind by Shadic and thrown into the castle.

Shadic got into his fighting stance and waited for Ultimatum to charge at him again, "Come on bring it!"

Ultimatum yelled matching his fists with Shadic's, "I'll send you straight to hell!"

Tails was putting everything he had into the phantom ruby with assistance from Twilight and the royal families.

Ultimatum felt there energy and kicked Shadic away before going straight for Tails again, "You will all burn by my hands!"

Sonic and Shadow flew at him and countered his advance trying to distract him as best they could, "You're not going anywhere!" Shadow yelled as he punched Ultimatum in the gut and kicked him to Sonic who grabbed him and began spinning and flung him high into the air, "Blast away!"

They flew after him while Shadic was helped up my Chrysalis, "You guys, are helping us?"

The villains nodded, "You cant exactly rule over a world if there is no world to begin with. We will assist you hedgehog."

Shadic nodded and before long, A full robotic and changeling army was ready to attack.

Shadic smiled and began to charge up his magical energy while seeing Sonic and Shadow barely hold their own against Ultimatum.

Ultimatum saw the incoming opposition and yelled, "You will all pay for your insolence! Chaos control!"

In the blink of an eye, the army was half taken down with the other half still standing.

"He used chaos control and stopped time!" Shadic said flying toward Ultimatum with Cozy Glow and Tirek following him.

Ultimatum kicked Sonic away and grabbed Shadow throwing him to the ground before getting ready to deal with the new oncoming threat, "Yes! Give me all you've got! I want it all!"

Shadic flew in and gut punched him then kicked him to Tirek who grabbed Ultimatum by the legs and began slamming him on the ground repeatedly then lobbed him over to Cozy Glow who readied a large fire ball then shot it at him.

Shadic watched and put his hands outward in front of him, "Hold him right there! Chaos seeker!"

Ultimatum was hit with the fireball and shot with multiple magical chaos darts that honed in on him.

"Shadic come here!" yelled Grogar from a distance.

Shadic looked him and teleported over, "What's up old man?"

Grogar and Discord had levitated 2 small glowing orbs to Shadic, "Quickly, this energy should be enough to help with whatever you're going to do."

Shadic nodded and absorbed the orbs and yelled feeling his body amp up with power, "This feels great!"

Shadic's hyper form was no more as he was his usual blue color but a lighter shade of blue, magic and chaos energy almost emitting from his body had he not been in complete control, "Lets do this!"

Cozy Glow had gotten knocked out of the air and caught by Tirek while Shadic teleported in front of Ultimatum, separating the 2, "Hey Tails? How we doing down there?"

Tails was groan trying to contain all that was being poured into the ruby, "It's almost ready!"

Ultimatum growled looking down at Tails realizing he had forgotten about him and their plan, "Not while I'm here!" He yelled before readying a ball of chaos only for Shadic to kick his hand up and launch the ball into the sky.

"Forgetting about me? Man you really are on a one track mind." Shadic said with a smirk.

Ultimatum looked at him and growled before realizing that Shadic was stronger, much stronger than before, "I don't believe I've seen a form like this before…oh wait." Ultimatum started to glow before matching the same form as Shadic his fur glowing a dark purple, "No matter what tricks you have, Shadic, your resistance is futile."

They stared each other down for a moment before Ultimatum teleported to the ground and pointed his hands at Tails, "Chaos control!"

Shadic tried to get to Tails in time but time started to freeze.

Ultimatum laughed and readied the beam at Tails' face, "Say your prayers you stupid fox!"

Ultimatum was grabbed behind by Shadic who wrapped an arm around his neck and grabbed his arm lifting it above their heads, "No you don't! You're not going to hurt him!"

They struggled until time resumed and Tails yelled in shock realizing how close he almost came to getting badly hit.

Ultimatum elbowed Shadic in the gut to get him off then kicked him away before getting jumped on by Zero who had recovered and was ready for a fight.

There was a large struggle with Zero at a disadvantage due to Ultimatum's healing factor and immense power allowing him to throw Zero away.

King Sombra had began phasing into smoke and taking cheap shots at Ultimatum to further distract him only adding to the irritation that the hedgehog was feeling, "I cant keep this up much longer!"

Sonic and Shadow were back up and flew at them and began rapidly punching at their adversary while Shadic got to Tails who was overflowing with so much different energy in the ruby.

"Alright Tails, you're going to feel a slight pinch!" Shadic said as he put both hands on the ruby and pour all he had into it causing it to act funny, "If the phantom ruby prototype could bring locations, why can the real phantom ruby bring certain individuals?"

The was a loud thundering boom as the phantom ruby shot a beam into the sky causing everyone even Ultimatum to look up to see a portal open and for someone to float out of it.

It was clear the individual was a she yet she looked very closely to Shadic.

Shadic's vision went blurry and he collapsed from over exhaustion, "There…were…supposed to…be more." He said gasping for air.

Ultimatum kicked Sonic and Shadow away before laughing, "This is what your big plan was? To trade one Shadic for another?"

"Who are you callin' Shadic?" Came the new hedgehog, "The name's Shadia and from what I can tell, you don't seem to be the guy who I should be helpin."

"Shadia? That's the dumbest name I've ever heard. I say that's worse than your concept here." Ultimatum said lowering to the ground with Shadia following. "You're just a female Shadic, from your idiotic looks, to your weak chaos energy signature."

Just as Ultimatum said that last part, Shadia punched him across the face and kicked him into the air where she put 2 balls of chaos energy in her hands and slammed them down on Ultimatum's head, "Geez, you talk too much. You left yourself wide open for that."

Ultimatum wiped his face as it healed back before charging at Shadia who transformed into her hyper form and flew at him to counter.

Shadic was helped up by Celestia and Luna before being given more energy by discord and Grogar who had both made their way over to them to assist.

Shadia was toying with Ultimatum while keeping her distance, "What's wrong? You seem to be in a higher and better form than me and yet you cant even keep up with me!"

Ultimatum, visibly pissed and agitated began throwing chaos torrents and Shadia who flew away dodging and deflecting everything that came her way.

"Really? That's the best you got? Weak!" She yelled as her inhibitor rings came of and she split into 2 more copies. "You girls ready?"

"Let's take this fool down!"

"I'm right behind you!"

All 3 flew at Ultimatum who was able to hold of 1 while the other 2 flew behind him and charged their energies.

"Shit!" Ultimatum yelled looking behind him to catch a glimpse of the other 2 Shadias right before they blasted him with 2 dual chaos lances at near point blank.

Shadic was near fully charged and watched the fight, "She may be cocky, but even she realizes she wont last long against him."

Shadia laughed before seeing one of the other clones of her get knocked into the ground and the other grabbed and sung into her.

Ultimatum roared and flew at the 2 Shadias still in the sky and grabbed them both by the legs and slammed them together before tossing them into the air and shooting piercing chaos beams at them.

The clone of Shadia kicked the real Shadia out of the way before getting shot and replicating a block of swiss cheese.

Shadia watched in fear then was grabbed by the back of her head and slammed into the ground by Ultimatum repeatedly.

The final clone of Shadia rushed Ultimatum and began punching him furiously into a wall with each attack pushing him deeper and deeper through only to get grabbed by her throat.

Ultimatum growled walking out of the wall and glaring at the final clone who was struggling to get out from his grasp.

There was a cracking sound as the clone went limp before disappearing.

Shadia looked in horror as Ultimatum approached her, "I have had just about enough!"

Just as he was about to attack Shadia, Ultimatum was kicked from behind then slammed down from the front.

When the dust settled, Ultimatum saw what looked to be Shadow? No the stripes were blue and the eyes were golden yellow unlike his usual red color, not to mention this hedgehog was donning a pair of earrings with what looked to be small chaos emerald like symbols on them.

"Who are you? You don't look like Shadic. Yet you also aren't Shadow. What are you!?" Ultimatum yelled charging his energy.

"Shadic? That must be the name of the inferior fusion created hedgehog." Said the new arrival at Shadic's dismay. "Allow me to introduce myself…I am the fusion of Sonic and Shadow the Hedgehog. Sonow the Hedgehog!" The hedgehog now known as Sonow began to charge up his chaos energy and smirked going into his super form.

Ultimatum clenched his fists and flew at Sonow who did the same.

Their fists matched blow for blow, causing every hit to partially distort the world around them though Sonow didn't seem concerned about this at all.

Ultimatum yelled and went to go for a kick to the face only for Sonow to block it with a finger and flick him away, "It's like I told you, Ultimatum, I am the superior fusion in every way!"

Ultimatum felt his body convulse and shake as Sonow had completely ran through him and left his body temporarily mangled.

Sonow crossed his arms, "Tell you what, I will let you have 1 free shot on me Ultimatum…but only 1 shot and if you don't put me down…I will end the fight."

Shadia, who had regrouped with Shadic and was recovering watched the fight with him, "What is he doing? Is he insane? Ultimatum will kill him!"

Ultimatum healed back and began laughing, "You are bold and confident, I will give you that. But that confidence will be the end of you!"

"Well then, lets see it!" Sonow said with his arms still crossed.

Ultimatum began charging his energy and pointed his hand at Sonow, "You just don't move from that spot!"

Sonow closed his eyes and yawned before being blasted point-blank by Ultimatum's attack.

Once the beam settled, Ultimatum's laughing and confidence dwindled as Sonow was still floating there with only a few scrapes and bruises.

Sonow cracked his neck and sighed, "I warned you." He said as he powered up to his hyper form causing the chaos emerald radar to explode from the amount of chaos energy emitting from him. "I am the ultimate fusion, Sonow the hedgehog!"

Ultimatum yelled flying at Sonow trying his best to keep him at bay and heal from what damage he took from his assailant.

Sonow yelled as he kicked and knocked Ultimatum around the current area, not allowing him to recover and gather his composure.

Ultimatum was becoming fearful until he realized Grogar was here and so was Tirek as well as Cozy Glow. He began laughing confusing Sonow before he saw him teleport away.

There was a loud scream as Cozy Glow was drained of her chaos energy forcing Tirek to shoot a beam at Ultimatum.

Shadic yelled reaching out, "No don't!"

It was too late as Ultimatum had absorbed enough energy and blindsided Sonow and kicked him to the ground.

Sonow started to get up, "Yep, that hurt…"

Ultimatum appeared in front of him with a ball of energy to his face, "And this is going to hurt worse."

Sonow was shot into Tirek who caught him, "Shadic, tell me you have any other bright ideas."

Shadic nodded and focused more energy into the ruby as Ultimatum teleported over to them and attempted to stop Shadic but was held back by a large forcefield.

The ruby shot a beam into the sky but nothing happened.

Shadic gasped, "N-no…no someone please answer the call!"

Ultimatum laughed, "Seems your help doesn't want to help! Congrats on failing here and now!" he yelled before stopping feeling someone, no, multiple beings arrive.

Multiple portals opened around Canterlot, and from those portals came many different hedgehogs.

They all saw Ultimatum and glared flying to the side of Shadic and the others.

Shadic smirked, "Guess you feel real stupid right about now don't you Ulti?"

Ultimatum glared at the massive amount of opposition that was before him, "It doesn't matter how many of you there are…I will still end you all!"

Shadic stood, "Everyone hold him off while I charge enough energy!" He shouted to everyone who nodded in agreement.

Shadia and Sonow stayed behind, "What's the plan?"

Shadic sighed, "He was right all along…we cant beat him, with how he heals, its near impossible. Basically, we all need to hit him with everything we have…all at once in 1 super charged chaos magical attack. Get ready you 2."

Shadia and Sonow nodded before charging and powering up to their strongest forms.

3 hedgehogs formed around Ultimatum and smirked getting ready, "Tell me, who are you?"

The first fusion hedgehog smirked, "The names Solver the fusion between Sonic and Silver the hedgehog!" Solver used psychokinesis and held Ultimatum in place.

Ultimatum struggle but couldn't break free as he was gut punched repeatedly by another hedgehog, "Forget all the formalities! Call my Shilver, Shadow and Silver combined!"

Shilver and Solver teamed up to keep Ultimatum held in place whit more fusions came through the portal.

"Enough!" Ultimatum yelled as he broke free of their bind. "You will perish here! All of you!" He flew at both hedgehogs and grab them flying fast to the ground and slamming them hard into the earth.

A new hedgehog flew in and kicked Ultimatum away laughing hysterically, "What's the matter?"

Ultimatum glared, "Shadic has a fleetway form? I wouldn't have guessed."

Fleetway Shadic laughed before being joined by another Shadic version that was leaking blood from his eyes.

"You really brought that one here?" Sonow asked Shadic.

"Hey, he answered the call. I cant stop him." Shadic responded still charging.

Shadia had an idea, "We need to get help! More of the inhabitants here have chaos energy, I can feel it. They just need to help."

"If that's the case…I will assist in holding Ultimatum off while you find more help." Sonow replied flying up to meet with Fleetway Shadic and .

Shadia nodded and ran to Tails to get information and to spread the word.

Ultimatum yelled and flew for the 3 fusion hedgehogs but was stopped in place by another hedgehog. This one seemed like Shadic but with Silver added to the fusion.

Sonow gasped feeling the immense chaos energy emitting from the hedgehog, "A tri-fusion? I didn't think that were possible."

The hedgehog smirked still holding Ultimatum in place, "I didn't either…but It did and I'm not complaining. The name is Silvadic by the way."

Ultimatum roared and managed to stab his arm through and ripped him into 2.

Fleetway laughed as the 2 parts of .Exe formed into 2 fully grown copies of him and went back on the attack.

Meanwhile, more changelings led by Thorax, pegasi from Cloudsdale, and crystal ponies from the Crystal Kingdom came to Canterlot, noticing the fight going on and assisted as best they could.

Shadic saw the oncoming allies while noticing Eggman and Tails working on Shard and Metallix.

Shadia came back and began to assist the other hedgehogs with holding off Ultimatum giving Shadic time to keep charging every ounce of chaos energy to his body.

Ultimatum felt the energy and darted for Shadic only to get blindsided by Rainbow Dash who was a bright white color and furious, "Stay away from him!"

Ultimatum yelled and grabbed her then flung her away and focused on Shadic who was glowing brighter by this point, "You're dead!" He yelled firing a large beam at Shadic only for it to stop preemptively.

Super Twilight with assistance from Super Rarity and Super Trixie had used their magic to create a barrier around Shadic.

The ground began shaking and the emeralds were completely colorless causing everyone who was in a super or hyper form to instantly revert back to normal.

Shadic yelled turning completely white and pastel before walking toward Ultimatum who laughed at him, "You think that is enough to stop me?! You will die trying to protect these fools!"

Shadic held out both his arms and began pouring energy into his fingertips forming all he had into them.

Ultimatum charged his energy and opened his hand at Shadic, "You will perish, but at least you can find solace in knowing you tried with all your might to stop me!"

"Chaos! Spirit! Blast!" Shadic yelled shooting a large beam at Ultimatum who countered it with his own beam.

There was a large struggle with Shadic pushing him back little by little and Ultimatum struggling to keep up.

Something was wrong. Shadic could feel his power failing him, since he had drained the emeralds of their power, there wasn't much for him to use forcing him to cut back and send power back into the emeralds.

Ultimatum took this chance and pushed back Shadic who skidded back before getting fully blasted away and hitting the ground hard, "Is that really all you got? Well then, no point in keeping up this pointless charade. Time to end this…"

Shadic laid there, everyone else exhausted from the battle and kneeling trying to catch their breath.

So…this is it? Even with all of our power combined, there really is no beating this monster?

No! Don't give up! You were always able to stop him! You need to harness to full power of Unity!

But…I thought I did…is there more?

There is so much more than you think. Don't do this alone Shadic! You must work together! You can beat him! Never give up hope!

I…wont…give up…

Memories of Shadic's experiences played in his head as he felt his strength returning him.

Ultimatum shot a beam at Shadic and saw it hit causing him to laugh, "And their goes your savior."

"You say that like I'm not still standing here…" came the voice that put true fear into Ultimatum.

Shadic stood there still in his hyper form and a new look of determination on his face, "You wont win here Ultimatum. I swear by it."

"Oh here we go with this cheesy heroic speech. Give it a rest!" Ultimatum said shooting a large chaos torrent at Shadic who stopped it with his finger completely shocking his adversary.

Shadic glared and broke the torrent causing it to shatter, "That wont work on me anymore." He said charging his energy causing the elements of harmony to flash.

Quickly, Twilight, Rarity and Pinkie Pie ran over causing their power start to rise and the emeralds start to levitate.

Ultimatum yelled and went into his full powered form before charging a large chaos attack and teleporting in the sky.

Shadic charged a large beam and got ready, "Our bonds are what gave us power! Chaos and magic amplifies that power and magnifies it to untold lengths!"

"Shut up and die already!" Ultimatum yelled creating a large ball and sent it flying down toward Shadic who countered with his large chaos spirit blast.

The ball began pushing back toward Ultimatum who shot chaos torrents at it causing it to grow in size and push back toward Shadic.

Rainbow Dash and AppleJack got closer to Shadic amplifying his power allowing him to nearly match what Ultimatum was outputting, "Is this your dying breath, last resort, or final hurrah!? Either way, it wont matter! You will all be just specs floating in the universe!"

FlutterShy joined them and the master emerald floated behind the chaos emeralds dispersing power onto Shadic, but it still wasn't enough as Ultimatum was still managing to keep them pushed back.

The ball got closer and closer and Shadic's hope began to waver until he felt anther power spike. Shadia had went into her hyper form and shot a regular chaos lance crossing and fusing the beams together.

Sonow and Fleetway Shadic powered up and shot their chaos lances at Ultimatum and started pushing the large ball back.

Cozy Glow, Tirek, and Grogar used their magic to aid in pushing back the frightening hedgehog hellbent on destroying their world.

Ultimatum struggled and charged again pushing the ball back laughing maniacally while he did, "A useless effort!"

Shadic started struggling, "Everyone! We cant do this alone! We need all of your help! Find the magic or chaos within you and shoot it at him! Alone we cant win, but together we can finish this monster off for good!"

The surrounding ponies and changelings focused any power they had and shot powerful attacks at the giant ball causing its direction to be contested.

Sonic went into his hyper form while Shadow went into his chaos super form, "Shadow! Get close!" Sonic yelled as 7 magical rings floated around him turning both of their colors into a deep purple.

Shadic saw they and a smile came to his face, "Hyper darkspine and chaos darkspine? Nice one, now keep him busy!"

Both hedgehogs nodded and flew behind Ultimatum and shot beams at him which he blocked with one hand while still keeping his other hand focused on the giant energy ball, "Insolent fools! I will not be bested! I am Ultimatum, the perfect fusion and true ultimate life form!"

Ultimatum stopped for a second feeling 2 energies rush toward him, "Uh oh…"

He was grabbed by Shard and Metallix who kept him bound allowing for the darkspine hedgehogs to hit him with their beams.

Ultimatum yelled and threw the 2 robots away before watching them and the other 2 hedgehogs meet up with Shadic and charge their energies.

Shard and Metallix looked at each other and nodded in unison before grabbing hands and glowing, their bodies began to deconstruct and mesh together almost like melting and solidifying.

Before long a new robot stood their in their place, Shard the Mechadrix, and he was ready to put an end to this scuffle.

Shadic and the rest of Equestria yelled in unison pouring the last bit of strength they had into their beam pushing the ball back and Ultimatum trying his best to stop it.

Shard flew up behind Ultimatum and shot for him and kicked him in the back forcing him into the giant ball.

Ultimatum began screaming as his entire being was completely shredded and disintegrated until there was nothing left, "If I'm going…then I'm taking you all with me!" Right as he was ended, Ultimatum shot an energy beam into the sky and ripped a hole into a dimensional rift.

Shadic and the others watched as the rift began sucking everything in and had to think quickly.

"Shadic! Help me!" Twilight yelled as she was pulled in followed by Sonic who tried to save her only to get pulled in as well.

Shadic watched in horror before seeing Princess Cadence and Luna pulled in with Shadow holding onto Flurry Heart and trying to hold onto something.

"Think Shadic, think…wait." Shadic looked over at Tails who was holding onto the tornado and teleported over to him, "Tails!"

"Shadic! What's going on!?" Tails asked.

"Ultimatum ripped a hole in the dimensional fabric of reality. If I don't do something about it soon...we all wont make it out of this!" Shadic said. "I have a plane but you need to trust me!"

"I trust you! Just tell me what I need to do!" Tails responded.

Shadic put both of his hands on the phantom ruby and poured the last of his strength into it causing it to glow and shoot out rings of energy.

Tails' eyes went completely blank and he looked around, "Whoa…"

"Tails focus! I need you to bring Mobius here! I cant repair that rip I reality…but we canput a new dimension over it like it never went wrong!" Shadic said as he started being pulled in. "Tails! You need to bring in Mobius now!"

Tails looked around before seeing it, his home dimension, floating like a little bubble in space. He reached out and grabbed it before slowly hugging it to his body.

Right as Shadic was sucked into the rift, there was a bright flash.

Location: Crystal Station Square

Sonic came running into Crystal Station Square and smirked before heading for the Crystal Castle.

The guards let him pass and he entered seeing an older Queen Cadence and King Shining Armor.

"Hey there your majesties. How's it going?" Sonic asked respectfully bowing.

They smiled at him and bowed as well, "Thing's are well, Sonic. We assume you're here for 'you know who'?

Sonic nodded and the royal couple led Sonic to the upper floors where he saw Shadow walking with an older Flurry Heart.

Shadow saw Sonic and drew his sword, "Not so fast, faker!"

Sonic skidded to a halt and crossed his arms, "Who are you callin' faker, faker?"

Shadow growled and Flurry Heart put a hoof in front of him, "Settle down, Lancelot. You know how you can get when upset." She smiled at him and hugged his arm making him blush and sigh.

"Aww look at you 2…seems like only yesterday you both were just engaged." Sonic said, purposefully trying to irritate Shadow and succeeding in doing so.

"Now, now you 2. Sonic, is there a reason for your arrival?" Flurry Heart asked Sonic who nodded.

"You remember what happened after the incident right?" Sonic asked only for Flurry Heart to seem a bit confused.

"I was a baby back then, Sonic. I don't remember much." She responded.

"Prince Shadow coughed, "I remember…Shadic used his energy to allow Tails to merge Mobius and Equestria together. After that, he disappeared and no one knows what happened to him. Tails said that he tried his best to look between dimensions for him but with there being so many versions of Shadic, it's hard to pinpoint which is the real him."

Sonic looked nervous, "Well, I just got word from a group of dragons, that a while ago, they saw a blue and red hedgehog walking around the Everfree forest before vanishing like a mirage."

Shadow crossed his arms, "They could've seen anything. That doesn't mean-"

Sonic stopped him, "They also mentioned he was wearing a necklace and holding a small glowing gemstone."

Shadow and Flurry Heart's eyes went wide hearing that.

"There was always an emerald missing since the dimensional convergence, but we never figured out what happened to it." Shadow said.

Sonic nodded, "So, we know Shadic is in Mobiestria…but why hasn't he returned? So much good has happened here. Tails and Twilight watch over Ponyville while inventing new equipment.
